Hi, I purchased a fastrack ladies watch on 05th July 2014 from Fastrack showroom in Thane, Maharashtra (Receipt no.[protected], Variant No. NE6026SM01 D403). However, the watch stopped working on 7th Dec 2014, so i took it to the Authorised Service Centre in Thane. They repaired and returned it back after 1 week. Today i wanted to travel from airport to velachery. We contacted the fastrack booth there. They said that there are no car available and made us wait for 15 minutes. My father and I were waiting at the traffic signal near Alwarpet flyover (opposite home centre) in our Nissan Micra when their call taxi (refer picture) came and hit us from behind, at around 1:15 pm, on 14th Jan 2014.
