I have given one fastrack watch for repair to showroom where I purchased the watch but till time I have not received it back and every time shop owner is saying that he will give a call once received.     Dear sir / madam my self suraj singh living in jamnagar gujarat I have purchaced your product .. Which is a wrist watch, design number is 3069K202 on 05/07/2014 from manali show room, add - city arcade pandit nehru marg jamnagar ..my watch is under warranty period ... On 22nd march 2015 problem of time adjuster not working properly so I given the watch to the show room .. I didn't received any customer satisfaction of giving a good service for the same .. Firstly they said that this problem is not covered under warranty ..this estimates around 100 RS .. That time I talked. The manager of that show room and I rufused to pay the amount because my watch is under warranty .. So manager said that ok sir I will sent your watch directly to the company if they consider this under warranty then its ok ..this process is of dated.:23/03/2015 .. After 25 days I received a call from manali showroom that company estimated your watch repairing 2200/- RS .. I shocked to hear .. Because my puchasing price was 2245 /- RS .. Sir / madam I didn't received any customer satisfaction service even my watch is Under warranty .. If this is your customer service then I will move to the SONATA for life time purchase of wrist watches ..I know only movement of one customer from your company to another will not effect your company but moving to sonata for life time can give me a customers satisfaction service Because I know they will provide much better service ...         To repair broken watch

        Hi, I bought a fastrack chronography watch before 3-4 months.Today my watch had hitted in wall by mistake and some part of the glass has broken. Is there any way to repair it ? Thanks

          Hi Sir/Madam, This is regarding a compliant for a Chronograph Fastrack watch which has been given for service multiple times(3), but the same problem still persists. I have been informed by the Service Center that this is the maximum they could do and further watch has to be replaced only, as after multiple repairs issue is not resolved. So they have insisted me to proceed with a mail request for the same. Kindly note that 3 times watch was given for repair during the warranty period (Till 11 Feb 2015) in Titan Showroom at Oberon Mall, Cochin Kerala. I would like to inform you that I am also a TATA employee working in TCS Cochin. Request your action to either get it repaired with a permanent fix or replacement with a new watch. Reported Issues : First reported issue was visible moisture inside dial and watch was given for service. On receiving the repaired watch, chrono stopped working. Hence second time I gave watch for chrono problem. Fix was done again. But still chrono has problem as it stops working after approximate period of 1 hour. And manual button setting is required to make it work again. Also moisture issue is again coming in watch. You may contact me at [protected]. Request you to do the needful.

            Hi, This is to bring in to notice that there are tall claims made by the company when the product is to be sold, i had purchased fasttrack watch from Mulund.I had purchased chonograph watch from R mall store Mulund. My glass of the watch is broken, when approached the service centre they gave estimate of Rs 375, i told them to go ahead, got call from the service center that glass is not getting fixed porperly will have tobe send to Tamilnadu to get it fixed, will take time of 25 days to do so. Its hardly 1 month i have purchased the product worth 4750/-, model no ND 3072SL0Z, Date of purchse 5 March 2015. Only for fixture of glass 25 days are estimated so tall claim should not be made while selling product like after sales, I had purchased it as tata product.

              I bought a fastrack bag from Gandhinagar fastrack store last year. The bag needed to repair so gave it back to the store to get it exchange by the new one. They said first that it will be replaced within 15 days. Its been 45 days now they haven't replaced my bag till date. Now when I go they say that the bag is no more in production and out of stock from the company. But its still available on the official website of Fastrack. This kind of service was not expected from such a known brand and this attitude towards the customer is not at all appreciable. I have to leave Gandhinagar within 10 days after that even if the bag comes after replacement to the store I wont be available. This is very annoying.!!

              I got it from the store on 5th april.
              I went there the other day after posting this comment. I told them that its available on the website and in the other stores. I told them to call now and ask in the other store in Ahmedabad. He then called and asked whether its available or not. He said that its available there and you will get it by that very evening. I got my bag finally then. I just told him that 'you would have taken this action way before, you wasted so much of time' his response was, just a wry smile.

                i purchased a watch from gouri watch co, bhubaneswar, odisha on[protected]. After using it for 4 months it stopped working, i just gave it for service. then again after using for few months it shows problem of late time then i gave it for service. 3rd time also like that the watch stopped working and i requested the fastrack engineers to replace it, but i was not having the previous bill, so they just repaired and gave it to me, they changed the inside part the sec and minute strip, now my watch looks simple as my dad's watch. 4th time sometime it get stopped and sometime it works i gave it to service center then they asked for 2 previous bill, but i was having only one bill. then they just repaired it and send it back to me. so much frustating. i took pledge from hence forth i would not buy a single watch neither from fastrack nor titan.

                    I am really upset from fastrack. I have purchased a wrist watch 4052PM01 three years ago and now its strap has been broken and unrepairabe.                     Hi, I have same watch and I had purchased it around 2.5 to 3 yrs ago and i loved the watch but a week ago the metal strap broke, I searched all the service centres of Hyderabad and secunderabad cites and every one told the strap is not available and the watch is now pretty much useless, buy a new watch! Some even told me the company discontinued the item so its not possible to raise a order for new strap and some told that strap is not even available with company too. Now i feel humiliated how come a brand like titan could not even provide the spares for the items only after 2-3 years of selling. I request someone help me in getting a new strap for my watch.

                    My issue had not been resolved, I spoke with customer care on toll free number and raised a complaint regarding the issue; In return I was given a complaint number 956827.I was told that back end team would be contacting me within 2 working days.I never received a call, I again contacted on toll free customer care number[protected] and representative on the call escalated my issue even then also i haven't received the call from back end team. Your assurance from above conversation from Steve "Customer satisfaction is our main goal, and we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy" is completely false.More over i persuaded a world of titan to place an order for the strap and the titan inventory of the company says the strap has been "Dropped" and its not possible to place an order. This is not expected of a Gaint in the wold of watches which is Titan.Now I completely lost hope that something could be done

                      Hi. First of all I'd just like to say that this is more of a constructive review and advice. It is not a complaint so don't worry. But should be forwarded to the team. The helmet that I bought (described in subject) has arrived just a few days ago, and I am mostly happy with it, except for a few areas. I am from Europe, and having only been in India for 4 months, I already got the impression that Fastrack is a fairly good quality brand at low cost (for Europe at least). Because of that I thought to immediately purchase a helmet based on the knowledge that the product would be well designed, look great and be good for money. On the most part it is, except for one area, and quite a vital and uncomfortable one. I am a male, and have no problems with wearing a helmet 580 size. The one I bought was in fact 600. Because of this I thought my head would have more than enough space. Most of it fits perfectly. However the cushioning by the ears is far too padded. So much so that my ears get completely squished every time I put the helmet on. I even have to stick my hand inside and push them the right way so they aren't folded, and even then they are pressed so tightly it tends to hurt after about 30 mins. I wear a pollution mask as well when I ride. One that wraps around the ears, and because my ears get folded and squished when I put the helmet on, the pollution mask keeps getting pulled off my face, and I have to do at least 4 attempts before everything is all good and in place. It gets quite frustrating. I'd recommend cutting it down a bit with the cushioning by the ears so there is more space. Ears are fragile and need a bit of room. I have been using a hair dryer every now and then, heating the cushion and trying to push it back, and it seems to be getting a tad better but I thought if you could fix this I wouldn't have a single bad word to say on them at all. Anyway, cheers, have a good day, and sorry for all the other miserable out there complaining because their item arrived two days late. Citizen just trying to help.

                        Hi, I purchased a fastrack ladies watch on 05th July 2014 from Fastrack showroom in Thane, Maharashtra (Receipt no.[protected], Variant No. NE6026SM01 D403). However, the watch stopped working on 7th Dec 2014, so i took it to the Authorised Service Centre in Thane. They repaired and returned it back after 1 week. Within 3 months, the watch has again stopped working today. I'm a loyal Fastrack customer and was of the opinion that Titan Fastrack watches are made with extreme quality check but this experience has left a bad taste.                         After your reply to this mail, I did get a call from the Fastrack. The lady told me that I'll receive another call in a couple of days to resolve the complaint. However even after 3 weeks now I haven't received any call from Fastrack.

                        I reiterate that I want a replacement watch as that watch has been giving lot of issues.

                        Also the Titan's Thane service centre has misplaced my original receipt which I came to know when i went to enquire with them the status of my watch and asked for a replacement watch.

                        In your mail you have made tall claims about customer service but i dont see that happening in practice. If replying to a mail or returning a call itself takes so much of time I wonder how much time would it take to get this resolved.

                        If i dont get a replacement watch I'll have no other option but to lodge a complaint with the Consumer court.

                          I have deposited my wrist watch at Prakash Watch Company, Bhusawal in December because its strap is broken. I visit the shop intermittently to enquire whether the company has sent new strap. The owner tells me that many of his complaints have not received any response from the company.                             No proper response and gave false commitment stating that they will send us the call taxi in ten mins and almost 4 times I made a call and every time i got the same reply stating that they will send car in ten minutes and told me to wait for my travel. Almost 1 hour no one has called me, hence I have called them and told I am going to complaint regarding this issue. People book taxis for emergency purpose, but these people giving false commitment making consumer's lose patience

                              Hello sir,
                              I purchased a fastrack watch from Prakash Watch co.(dealer of titan and fastrack) Udaipur in August 2014 during my visit there. he provided me a watch with a warranty card which don't have either date or model number (with "kacha" bill- gross receipt) on it. i did not pay attention to this thing and relied on the seller while he packed my watch. now my watch has stopped working i am not getting service from fastrack service centers. i requested that seller to provide me with a valid warranty card but he does not take any action. i request company to take action against such sellers. because we buy a watch on the brand name of "Fastrack"

                              plz, do take some action against such sellers and help me getting my right of warranty period fastrack service for my watch.

                                The straps of fastrack 9333pja got broken within a couple of years.and the spare belts are not available easily.Please help me for this

M068GR2 DATE OF PURCHASE - 16.09.2014 my goggles frame cracked so i went to their service center they said they will sort this problem within 10 days but till now i didn't get goggles. all the time they make lame excuses but they are not giving my goggle. i am planning to go to consumer forum.                                     Today i wanted to travel from airport to velachery. We contacted the fastrack booth there. They said that there are no car available and made us wait for 15 minutes. Then they made us pay Rs.500 for going to velachery from airport and then from velachery to porur for 2 members. Then a person came and told that he will get us a fastrack cab and brought us to a place wherin there were lots of cabs staning there idle. The man who brought us there showed us a car and got Rs 20 for the same. Then after coming to velachery they said that the Rs 500 collected from us is the tariff from airport to velachery only and not includes porur and collected a different charge for that. And the meter was never turned on. Is this the tariff that is specified in your website? No meters put! Unwanted wastage of time in waiting and getting money for making us get into a car. This is highly atrocious. With this kind of behavior we will never prefer fastrack again.

                                      My father and I were waiting at the traffic signal near Alwarpet flyover (opposite home centre) in our Nissan Micra when their call taxi (refer picture) came and hit us from behind, at around 1:15 pm, on 14th Jan 2014. We were waiting at the red signal, & were shocked to see this driver (refer picture), hit us from behind. When questioned, this driver did not show any kind of remorse or fear. I expect a response from the fast track authorities and compensation, for the scratches the driver has caused to my car.

                                        I had given my watch for claiming under warranty of two years, Because every three months it has a problem..., and this was my 8th time and I said to give me a new watch of the same model and the company agreed for it.., But now its more than 70 days I didn't get the watch.If I ask the retailer from where I purchased the watch, He says no stock or I will try getting it from other showrooms.
