Dear Sir,
I have purchased fasttrack 9336sl01 watch from Vijay Watch Agencies, Solapur, Maharashtra.
It was not running well. I have given for repairy for 3-4 times. He given me telling that now its resolved, but its was not resolved. At fourth time he given me the watch by changing second hand of the watch. The previous was red colored second hand, and he given me with yellow color second hand. I asked him about this then he told me that it is not changed. Again I was having same issue with the watch. It was not running good. Then he told that we will send it to company and machine will be changed. After one and half month he given me the watch by chaning the hour and minute hand of the watch. When I asked about that he is telling that it is not changed. Your model is having same minute and hour hand. When I asked to show same piece, in that piece the hands were different. I asked him about this he is telling me that the changed this. We dont know about this. At that time i told him about last time you have changed the second hand, at that time he accepted that they have changed it. This time whatever the minute hand and hour hand is, it is not matching the watch. It is not looking nice.
So please look into this issue. It is very serious issue. He is making people fool.
