I BUY a watch worth of Rs. 2995/- on 17/05/2014, when i started to use with in one month of time it is become to form a iron layer in STRAP AND DIAL BACK SIDE, while i buy the watch they told the watch is made of steel and they gave a oral assurance about that. But any how, because that problem, i return the watch to the same shop on 12/08/2014 and they told the starp will be replace within 20 days of time. 1. Fasttrack provided the BAD QWALITY OF WATCH. 2. They did not provided the watch with in 20 days of time, when i ask they simply telling like it will come today or tomorrow like that. Same time they telling a reason for delay is like the fasttrack industry does not have the replacement product for that particular watch. 3. On 11/09/2014 i went and ask they again told like to come tomorrow, but i ask him to pay back my cash or else to to provide the watch with same worth of cost. 4. But when i ask this, He(Manager) behaviour is completely rude to me. The same time he simply throw my cash on the bench. Any how i got my money back, but fasttrack is very popular company and making a bad quality of products. Other than that all, the behaviour and responding of manager is completely rude to the customer. If you take action or not, i am not mind about that, DONT repeat to this any of your customer. NO STATISFIED FROM THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT IN FASTTRACK. VERY VERY BAD RESPONSE HANDELED BY THE MANAGER TO CUSTOMER. Bad experience with fasttrack on time.

complaint about warrenty

i have purchased fastrack whatch which will have 2 years of warrenty period in nagpur...bt i hve now problem in my whatch...bt the consumer in that office paid some rs for that problem...

    I have purchase an fastrack watch in Model No.NE1474SM01 and the tail was damaged in 6 months from the date of purchase. I have guarantee card I have submit in your show room and they replied for me we will change the tial in one week.But they did not response for my question and taking delay.

      On 09/11/2013 I bought a Fastrack watch Model No 3097SM01, after 3 months my watch body backside paint ( means that silver color coating ) got damage now that area is too sharp, i went to service centre, they told it will ready within 20 days, now its 24 days completed.       worst quality belt of p watch

      I baught fastrack watch model no 3083SSA. the belt of watch is cracked within 2 months without any rough use. The belt has worst quality material.

        abhilash from i purchased a fastrack glass on 17/8/14 model bm habitat mall jayalakshmipuram mysore-12 phone 4190634 model number p240bk1 amount-1995 including tax loyalty no[protected] product doc no[protected] what they given glass is full of defect with colour shad when i went where i purchased they told its not proper ok go for service center we are not responsible when i went their their not taking complaint. due to using this defect glass i am getting head ace.please kindly do need full i have given back the glass where i purchased.my money not refund please do needfull. my phone no-[protected]

          I bought a fast track watch and after a month its lock got damaged and the place from where i have bought it is inorbit mall hyderabad and from when i complained about this they said that u take this to service center we can help you out this is very upsetting and disgusting i went to the service center they took it and will give me back after 25 days such a bad service and i have spent around 500 rs to rome here and there to get this watch replaced or serviced this is pathetic and is really putting a bad name for fastrack brand you are spoiling the name o[censored]r company i feel that the future of this brand will be worst and nobody is going to buy if this continues if in one month this is happening then its useless to buy a watch or anything from fastrack. you should take this matter seriously otherwise this could lead to serious issue for you.

              My self Amul Kavle and I am a customer of TITAN brand from a long time. I am currently working as Gujarat HR & Training Manager in SKODA Automobiles. We are using your watches from last 6+ years in family and were completely satisfied with the product availability in market and the QUALITY I was getting with it. Now here I am not satisfied 1st time with a FAST TRACK watch which was purchased on 25/01/2014. I bought this watch for my own use but unfortunately I couldn't wore it for more then a Month as it was not working at all. I gave it back to the dealer first time after 2 months from DOP and they did the needful on it. All over again after 1.5 month it stopped working and again gave it to dealer and he did the needful. Now yesterday it stopped working all again and I was so pissed of that I was about to broke it. Now the shop I bought it from is about 18km from my place & it's really really hectic to travel these much in your working schedule. I know we can get service at any TITAN showroom but i bought it from there so he is responsible for it. Requesting you to give me the watch replacement for the same. I will pay more for higher model. I no longer want to use this watch and if possible I got 3 more watches of FAST TRACK's and if I can give it back to any of your dealer as an replacement for TITAN slim.                 We have booked for Fast Track taxi on 8th August around 5 pm and the pickup time I requested for 8.00 pm . I got the booking number within 5 minutes hence, we were under an impression that we will get the cab as expected but till 7.50 pm I haven’t got the driver details and I tried to reached Fast Track number but they keep on the line on hold and it got disconnected. This happened for more than 3 times and finally around 8.15 one of the customer service executive said the driver number not yet updated. Around 8.20 another person said due to rain you will get the cab after 30 minutes. I was about to leave Chennai with my 2 years kid and family to board into the train at 10 pm but the customer service people not even had a courtesy to say a sorry for the mistake they have done and also that person said, if you need the cab you need to wait for 30 minutes or you can cancel the request. The way they have treated us on that day it’s was not fair and after which in that train I manage to get only one auto at 8.45 and 2 more family members came by bike in that rain. And finally we reached the station around 9.40. If they could’t arrange for a cab at least they could have informed me an hour before it would have help me to make some alternative arrangement. We had such a stressful travel until we reach the Railway station due to the careless attitude and irresponsible work done by the Fast Track people. I was expected to pay more to the auto driver as it was raining and he also know my situation that I need to reach the station on time.

                  I bought the watch from world of Titan in the month of December 2013 with i found time was not correct then i observed it was stopping. With in a month i went to shop and asked for replacement since their was no same model or same dial Watch they told me that they will replace the machine or movement . After 6 months i have same problem. I am requesting to replace me a new watch. I have given the watch back to the shop according to them watch is under service i cant accept the watch which is having problem. Regards

                    Last year, I have bought a fastrack watch model no 9463AL02 from a titan shop. On 8/08/2014 my warantee gets over. I went to Fastrack service center with the issue that the metal color of my Dial has started vanishing off from couple of month. I asked them to replace it because it hasn't complete a year. As per terms and policy of Warantee it comes under replacement but the denied to do that. PLz kindly revert me back ASAP.

As per customer acknowledgement copy approx delivery date was[protected]. Today i enquired about the same in Authorised service center (Puri, Orissa) and they told me it will take more 15 days to resolve the issue. So i am very disappointed due to such type of delay in providing service to me.                         I had purchased Fastrack sunglasses on 13th of July 2014 form Fastrack store, 18th June road, Mahalaxmi chambers, 1st floor, Panaji- Goa. After getting it home, I saw the product was defective and hence I went to exchange next day. I was told they will repair and give me within few days since it is under warranty. Now I am being told that they will give me replacement advice which I can use for next purchase of the amount I paid for the sunglasses. I had given it to repair. If it cannot be repaired then I want the same defective product back and not the replacement advice. I kindly request you to either give me a new product or pay me refund in the form of money and not replacement advice. The service record number is 1630 and 1631.

                        It is over 20 days now and I have not been given any satisfactory solution yet. The service centre does not even update me about the progress. To my horror, yesterday they were teaching me difference me replace and exchange in order for me to settle with the replacement advice. I had clearly told them in the beginning that I do not want gift vouchers which they in a fancy way call replacement advice. Since they said they will try to repair or repair it I had given them the product. Now they are saying neither they can repair nor replace. I told them to give me the defective product back but they are not ready to that also.

                        This is bugging me. Kindly help. I want the same brand new product with no extra charges.

                        Hey Steve,

                        Do you copy paste the same message to everyone? If I get any solution to my problem then only I will believe that your group believe in customer satisfaction. Just for the sake of acknowledging do not reply to my complain rather give me a solution.
                        In spite of so many days I did not get any solution to my problem. Even after putting the complain on this forum I did not get output from Fast track team.

                        Today again I got the call from the service centre saying they will give me replacement advice. Either give the same new sunglasses or refund.

                          I have taken this fastrack watch from lullu shopping mall cochin [destiny inc., shop no:f 18 a, firest floor, 34/925] on 26/11/2013.[invoice no:894, tin no: [protected], cst no:[protected]c].So this watch on gurantee time. I used only two months, after that complaint started. I have given it 3, 4, times for servicing at titan care kottayam, m/s megha marketing co, csi commercial center, baker 686001 still it have complaint . So i am not interested to use this watche.Kindly replace it. Grant me the needful.

But on contacting with the care centre they informed me it will be delivered on 30.07.2014 due to some reason, But it failed to do so and now again on contacting with the care centre they are saying it wont be available as production is been stopped of that particular design. i have the receipt were in titan company ltd have authorise to service me the acknowledged product. So as per it i need my order immediately without any further reasons and interruption from company or else i have to take some serious action on it.

                              I bought Fastrack watch from "Titan World" Kothrud, Pune, on 2nd june, within 2 weeks it stopped working. Gave for repair 5 TIMES but its still not working. Now they are saying it will take 3 months to repair. very bad service and bad quality. I would never recommend Fastrack to anyone.

                                hi sir, i had taken a fastrack watch in month of july 2013. and in the month of nov 2013 only I had this stoppage problem the company returned me the watch after one month and than also the problem was not resolved i am not Happy with the kind of service which you Have provided please Help me with this I want you to replace my watch as if i give in the company to repair i now i would not get the problem resolved.Thank you serial no - 9911pp10 fastrack gents watch.

                                      To whosoever it may concernMy husband bought a fastrack watch for me for my birthday which falls on may 1st. we bought the watch on 29th April from Fasttrak outlet in Chrompet, Chennai.In two weeks after using the watch, it stopped working. Unfortunately I was in my husbands hometown for two months when this happened. I was unable address it immediately to the showroom.I went to the shop on 09th July 2014. First one boy attended me, he was asking my problem and asked me to contact the nearest service centre. well ok, , "a watch bought before two months, and stopped working in two weeks time, to be given to service centre what kind of machine would that be" was running in my mind. well that boy was polite atleast in telling me.suddenly, one person came, and asked what happened and pulled that bill from that boy. and turned to me and told "go the service centre, how can we replace for you" in a straight face. i havent talked about replacing the watch at all.i told, how can u be so harsh to your customer, i havent seen anyone so harsh while selling the watch? he said "we are not doing customer service here" take your papers and go to the service centre. You have warranty be happy about that". is this the way you speak to customer. i have atleast three fasttrack watches with me. they are in good condition. i know about the brand. this is the first time i faced problem with fasttrack, and there is no proper service for a loyal customer like me.After all this, he said, "some of the fasttrack watches are like this only. we cannot be responsible for all this". Well, he has not been loyal to the brand itself.Then I asked for his name. He said, Jagdeesh, and added, I am the manager here. (who bothers!!).I said, I did not ask that. i just asked your name.I am very annoyed with this behaviour. This is such a nice and reliable brand. Pl dont give it in wrong hands like this.I don't know how many customers he lost with this kind of his behavior.I would not recommend anyone to buy fasttrack for this outlet anymore.

                                        Hi, I have purchased a fastrack watch Model No: NE6058SL03 on 6th July 2014, 5.30 pm and after very next day, when I was going to wear it, suddenly belt was broken. As a customer I never expect this from a branded watch !! And if you are telling that there is no gurantee for belt then it will be a great loss for me. I hope you can understand that when someone is going to invest Rs 2000 for a watch, then what expectations he/she keeps with that brand !! I request you to replace my watch.I have brought it from "The Golden Time" show room in Ahmedabad. Hope for the positive response. Thank you.
