The cable service providers have themselves created silver, gold and platinum packs and are forcing us to take one of them. Even if we don't want to pay for certain paid channels, we are being compelled to do so. No option to select channels of our choice has been provided. The new trai policy has led to increase in cable bills for same number of channels. The trai rules are not being followed.

    The fastway operators in shimla hp, is not providing single single hd channel. They are saying that combo hd packs is only available and has to be taken by consumers.. But the channels of hd are also available if taken individually... But due to the operators own benefit customers have to suffer... Kindly take this issue on priority as many customers have to suffer due to this...

      Fastway cable is proving 100 free channels of their own choice in which 25 channels are of dd and 75 channels are of their choice. These include all other language channels which are not relevant to me. They are not showing 538 free channels for selection as per trai order. No one is listening. Local cable operator and customer care is not supporting.

        Dear Sir,

        I have two set top boxes of Fastway Transmission at my home. but both set top box is out work from last three days.

        here is the following message is display on the screen whenever try to on the tv:-

        "Channel Unathorized:
        109 - You hace not subscribed to this channel. To Subscribe please call[protected]."

        Whenever I try to contact customer care, they always tell me that system is not responded please call back us after some time. and when I call them back, again same thing happens.
        when I try to contact local operator, then either call is not attended by cable operator, and if call is taken by cable operator, then he give us no solution. and problem is still alive.

        That I installed the three set box. At the time of installation the provider says that the full refund of set box rupees but now he said no refund then i said I want one set box deactivate the provider says that not refund the rupees of one HD set box

          My tv is showing error code of 109 on all the channels we or children's watch. Brought to notice of our regional guy as usual gives rude reply, with i don't care attitude. I selected my channels by going on the website those people gave me 72 hours for starting channels, it's now more than 144 hours and still no resolution of my complaint. When fastway dosnt want any costumers why don't they just shut down.

            Sir/ mam,
            I want to put complaint regarding fastway cable operators suraj cable t. V. For using abuse language to his customer.
            On 15 feb they came to collect monthly payment at that time some channels are alread showing error 109. When i asked them he told me that according to new rules new tv plan selected by user will be broadcast from upcoming week. And they said we have to pay 320 rs regular payment of february. After argue we paid 320 rs and i am attaching this payment slip in attachment. We are paying monthly payment in advance.
            From yesterday most of the channels are showing error 109. Today my father called the person who came to collect payment he said sir your payment is in due. At that time i took phone from my father and told that we are paying in advance already. And i said him your saying different thing to me and to my father. Suddenly his attitude and voice tune changed. He started to say abuse words to me. I said him sir what language you are using, mind it. Still he says soo many bad things to me a customer and cutt-off the call from his side.
            Strict actions should be taken against that person. I really appreciate it how they talk to me.
            I don't know if there will be any steps taken against him or not, i will insure u that he will regret it.

            Sir / madam there is error 104 from a long time and I had you complained your customer care but they haven't replied me back I wanted to be having signal back please return me my money or give me the signal it's a complaint which I have also given to the cable operator but he had said that the cable are the signal is not provided by the company

              Hi,
              This is against fastway media cable network pvt ltd., we want to see z family pack and the amount was giving to them but they are not providing this pack. Second is they are taking monthly 300 rs and they are not giving any gst bill while they are saying gst is included and taking extra money in the name of gst. Third the cable owner ([protected]) always misbehave once we ask about our complaint. Forth is they have charge 2000 rs for new setupbox but an old setupbox is given to us.
              They are taking advantage of their monopoly.

                Fastway is not allowing its customer to change base pack they said you can not remove any channel from base pack and they also added rs 40 pack of their own local channel to every customer forcefully, they said if you want to watch any channel you can add but from base pack of 100 channel you camt remove channel either they r tamil telugu language, its clearly against the rule of trai i have also complaint about this to nodal officer of fastway customer suppert and trai site but nothing happend

                  I am resident of jagraon in ludhiana district. Subscribing rs 300 /- pm regularly. I time and again requested my cable operator for channel package in turn he directed me to contact customers care which i did but it was told that i am placed in alpha. When i sought details of alhpa there was no response. Today i again requested for package details but i was threatened in case i insist package my cable connection will be discontinued. Will your good self is kind enough to get this issue fixed at the earliest.

                    Every 3rd day my cable isn't working properly.
                    If connection is working, work very poor signals.
                    This is interrupted.
                    I m not satisfying my cable operator. If i call him he is not response my call.
                    At last i m only saying that fast way service is very poor.
                    Service of fast way operator is mentally harrassed.
                    Please fast action on my complaint

                        This is not for the first time i m complaining for fastway cable.

                        I want you to take your setup box back and refund me all my money because you people are not able to provide the services from last 6 months.

                        This time i wont listen any of your excuses.

                        Even after calling the agent, who comes for the payment, no issues is resolved, and when i asked him to take away the connection and refund my security, he says we don't refund any security.

                        And your customer care told that we cam give you 75% of the amount back that you paid.

                        Even, when i applied for the connection i have forcefully made paid the security amount of Rs 1200 that they said will be refunded when you return the box.

                        Why you people can't stick to your word and give me the solution. how much time should i wait more?

                          1.5 months before we shifted to new house so that i have to transfer my fw box connection. About 12 to 15 days my box remained off. I call to area fw dealer named satish. He come and started my box, collected his monthly charges and gone away. After about 15 to 20 days my connection showed a message about pending payment so i called him again. He ensure me that i will clear it.. After some days my set top box get off again.. I called him again but he kept lying that he will solve it in 2-3 days.. Now its about 20 days my box showing 109 error and the operator is not picking up my phone.. I complained in fw offices of my city sirsa and so on office of ludhiana but nothing is working.. Please get noticed my complaint and for god sake take an immediate action on it... I live in sirsa haryana at sangwan chowk dabwali road...

                            We have cable connection of fw cable a/c no 54 code 2/80 customer name satvinder pal singh 124 phase 1 jaggi colony baldev nagar ambala city we have paid all dues upto nov 2018 still message displaying e-113 us payment is due which have covered full screen. Inspite of three telephone calls operator of khan cable ambala city is not responding properly. His behaviour with customer very rude.
                            I request authority to improve service and caution such type of operator.

                              Myself dr simrandeep singh from chandigarh. I have white colour set top box, using this since may 2018. I had submitted request to discontinue set top box 1 month back. Request number is 28102018w2615932. No action has been taken till 2 december 2018. I called many times fastway customer service but no proper response from fastway. Today i called fastway customer service mr kamaljeet gave poor response and my call transfer to team leader mr vijay. He also disconnected my call in between. These guys making fun and worthless at their job. I need immediate effect for my discontinuation of set top box and pick up for the same. Kindly make sure too that my refundable amount will be back on same day.

                                Fastway network is unable to transmit the sony network channels which were earlier part of my package. Buy still charging the same rental from us without showing any channels from the sony network. And now they saying i[censored] want to subscribe to sony channels u have to pay extra. When am not able to watch sony channel then why should i pay for those. As earlier i was authorised to sony channels in same package.

                                  This cable have a host of problems we facing everyday channels stops🛑 cable not working & new excuse like this garbage...😏 we have new packages 📦 sony tv 📺 have this # channel package or when we call on this # no. [protected] call attendant speaks this rude language ਪਤਾ ਨੀ ਕੋਣ ਪਾਗਲ ਜਾ to her neighbor colleague 😡😡🤮👊🏻&... so tell me this is right for deal to any costumer... I think this girls are not educated and they don’t know how to deal anyone... I’m going to disconnect your cable go to hell 👎

                                    The name of the one of the worst service in transmission sector should be named fastway. Being an half govt controlled fastway must offer cheap packages but the story is totally opposite.in earlier days when cable operators were not controlled by fastway, rates were half everywhere, was cheap and offered good channels as well as local channels. After stepping fastway in, it has charged the customer rate to cable operators, now cable operators have nothing to do than doubling the charges. For example, the local cable operator charges 100 to 180 rs per month before fastway, and now the charges are 300 to 500. Coz the basic gold package is 145 rs for cable operator, which is most useful package till now, and for customer its rate is 320 rs in sangrur district.
                                    My complaint is, all the expenses were born by the customers and cable operator, then what do fastway do, just collecting money, and playing with customers to earn good money cheating the, why switching of certain chenals for months and collecting same rent.
                                    2. Why the dont pay to broadcasting channel?
                                    3why soprts chennals are not broadcasting??
                                    4. If jio can offer all channels free on jio tv including the most expensive ones, in 198 rs plan, why cant you??
                                    5. Fastway is just a scam, goverment must do something?
                                    6. I want to know the list of charges cable operators charge to customers.
                                    I am quitting fastway, and will ask to do my relatives also, if you will keep cheating people and stealing theier money.

                                      Worst services ever been provided by any cable operator vij cable, jamalpur, ludhiana. We applied for starting silver packs for our setup boxes vide customer id 3111 bt rather than updating the same, operator asked for additional payment with gold packs.in office consumer dealing services are illest. Such operators shud nvr get license from this esteemed digital cable network.

                                        Channel number 305/306and 308 are not working because they are paid i want start three of them.
                                        These are sports channels
                                        1 sony six pay
                                        2 ten 3 pay or
                                        3 ten 1 pay

                                        I will pay required money for them

                                        As i am huge cricket or sports fan so this is the main reason i want to start all channels immediately i do not want to miss india verses england test series so i hope that fastway will understand my problem and you will star all of three channels soon
