Channel number 305/306and 308 are not working because they are paid i want start three of them.
These are sports channels
1 sony six pay
2 ten 3 pay or
3 ten 1 pay

I will pay required money for them

As i am huge cricket or sports fan so this is the main reason i want to start all channels immediately i do not want to miss india verses england test series so i hope that fastway will understand my problem and you will star all of three channels soon

    My internet is not working properly since almost two months, it's been on and off. Several times my transactions god declined and money got stuck between bank and the merchant because of sudden disconnection of internet. I have been keep calling them at least 4-5 times a day but every time they keep saying one thing technician will visit in 4-6 working hours but no one has ever visited nor did i receive and call from them. Whenever i ask them to transfer my call to their supervisor or senior executive they put my call on hold for more than 20 minutes and then end up hanging up on me i mean seriously? They never let me speak with their seniors. Executives only know to repeat the same thing "am sorry, am sorry", whenever i ask them why technician hasn't visited yet and why my inter net is not working they only answer with the same exact thing "am sorry". Man i don't need your apology. All i need is the answer to my question. I am paying for all of these services for what? They are all lying to me every time. I am so pissed i mean we are supposed to give them money our precious time still no better services? Are they scamming us? Getting money not providing services. After every other day internet gets off repeatedly from last two months. What am i supposed to do? Where should i go? What is wrong with our country? Everyone is looting us and we are helpless. I have been in loss because my work is online, whenever i ask them to disconnect my connection if i continue to see the problems with no resolution given, they do not listen to me and make excuses that i should wait one last time and they will send a technician but nothing happens. I even have technician's number who never answer my calls guy named prabhjot [protected]. Who is responsible for the loss i've had? I need them to wavor me the amount of two months. I have screenshots of the call duration and the complaint status that i am going to upload. The funny thing is they keep solving the status of my complaints on their own without fixing the problem i mean seriously?
    Kindly look into the matter i would really appreciate it.

    It hasn't been resolved yet, I need them to waiver me the amount.
    Fastway doesn't provide all channels, which was first available in service after that removed from cable. Its 2nd time that fastway cable close service. For example. 1st zee tv.. And now sony entertainment

      I am from kharar, my fastway cable is not working since last more than 15 days and i have lodged numerous complaints on their customer care but in vain, every time they ask common questions like color of your setup box bla bla, then commit that it will be rectified within 4-6 working hours but nothing is happening. I have lodged complaint more than 4 times, one sms is received and they provide a cell no of the concerned person who never picks the call.

      This is the quality of services they are providing to customer, very particular to get the monthly payment but leased bothered about providing services.
      I suppose this is an essential service and you are out of world if you are unable to watch tv.

      No channel showing there is error 103 on screen what to do... Please resolve it as soon as possible .. From 2 days it is showing same e 103 clock error

        Cabel not coming from last 2 days, the person who comes for collecting the money, is not picking up the phones or keeping his phone on engage, making fool o[censored]s. Are we people fool doping you mail every after the third day.

        I don't know why we are paying you when u don't have a proper plant established.

        Straightaway let us know, i[censored] can not provide the services, take us setup box back and pay us the refund we are paying you for nothing.

        This time i would be taking the strict action on fast-way, for such kind of behavior.

          Channels showing no signal ...and when we complained about such destruption in services to our cable operator ...he doesn't paid any heed... and its almost 1 week ..channels are not working

            Regards, i got installed a fastway hd cable connection yesterday in my residence in housing board colony sanjouli, shimla, h. P.

            The remote received in the pack is an ordinary one and has no functions for recording. This was brought in notice of the cable guy, who advised me to talk to customer care. On trying to customer care, i was given the number of shimla customer care, which no body answered.

            Kindly look into the matter and replace the remote with the one as shown in the brochure.

              I had reqested to change my plan from 1299 to 899 on 27th march 2018 but the bill comes out to be 1500... What a fraud... When i called customer care for such issue they said you are using a 1299 plan... They directly lied to me... After few day i had reqested to activate 699 plan... But no message on email or phone no.               I have install the fastway cable last year and from that time cable is not working the whole month, now i have ask the cable operator to refund my security but he is not answering the call from last month .hios number is [protected]
              My area cable operator is too bad. his cable service is very bad he is not pick my phone not resolved my complaint.
              There is many times in a month i see a problem of no signal, customer care service no take an action this problem running mostly 8to 9 days in a month

                I have been requesting for cable connection since last one month. no cbale connection is being provided by your company. I have also talked to customer care two times. firdst time i made a request for new cable connection no is 20281. but no action was taken. later i have requested so many times to the service provider he oftenly replies like non availablitiy of setup box, wire or time or business due to collection day etc.etc. its a totally harassment.

                    My issue which is pendent since january 2018 has not been resolved till date by you.
                    The issue is as under:
                    Person appointed by local cable operator namely mr. Suhkwinder singh to collect monthly subscription charges did not came to my place i. E. H. No.17, first floor, sector 33-a, chandigarh to collect the subscription charges for the month of january 2018 as a result the connection was disconnected in mid-january 2018.
                    When i asked mr suhkwinder why he did not came to collect monthly fee for cable connection for past 2 and a half months? He replied that he ring the bell from the ground floor and the bell was not working.
                    He should have come upstairs and ring the doorbell.
                    Meaning thereby that mr. Suhkwinder singh did not bothered to come upstairs to collect money.
                    Such is an example notorious practices performed by lco personals.
                    Also thereafter till 27-3-18 he did not came at my place.
                    Repeatedly i tried to contact at the number [protected] (Local operator) and [protected].
                    These numbers are provided to me by fastway via sms in response to my complaints lodged with fatsway at its toll free number [protected].
                    But actually the said two numbers do not exist. Again a notorious practices are performed by mco personals
                    Then somehow i got the working contact number[protected], [protected], and [protected] but further added to my harassment on behalf of local operator as no one picked my repeated calls on these numbers.
                    I continued lodging complaints on fastway toll free number [protected].
                    The connection remained disconnected till 27-3-18.
                    Suddenly on 28-3-18 two persons came to my place in my absence to attend to my pending complaint since january 2018.
                    They took rs.600/- from my wife and gave her a receipt dated 28-3-18 of the said amount and mentioned on the receipt the payment for the months of jan.2018 and march 2018., the period for which cable connection remained disconnected.
                    When my wife asked why you are taking money for the months when the connection remained disconnected, the operator’s person instead of justifying, he misbehaved with my wife.
                    My wife being afraid of being misbehaved did not asked anything further.
                    When i came home and came to know about the said dictating behaviour of the persons deputed by local cable operator, again i have to make numbers of call at [protected] but no one picked and after repeated attempts suddenly a madam responded and i was able to talk, i explained the matter and she handed over the phone to mr suhkwinder (Person appointed by lco to collect subscription fee).
                    When i asked mr suhkwinder - why he did not came on first floor to collect monthly fee for cable connection for past 2 and a half months? He replied that he ring the bell from the ground floor and the bell was not working. He did not bothered to come upstairs to collect money.
                    I also tried to contact at local head office no.[protected]. My call was picked after spending a lot of time for repeated calls. I explained the matter to the attending person.
                    He assured me that the money taken for the month of march 2018 and half moth of jan 2018 will be adjusted for the month of april 2018 onwards.
                    But suddenly on 26-4-18 again the cable connection was disconnected.
                    Now i tried many times to connect on mobile and landline numbers but no one is picking the calls till today i. E.28-4-18.
                    When i lodged complaints on fastway toll free number [protected] and explained the matter but they did not resolved the matter told me to contact the loc.
                    It seems fastway work in collusion with local cable operator fixed by fastway for unethical money gains.
                    Person attending toll free no. [protected] give the same answer every time that we will resolve the issue within 6 hours of time but nothing is done.

                    The intensions of the local loc - m/s oriental cable network, sco 284, sector 32-d, chandigarh (Address as mentioned on receipt) are clear - i. E.
                    To grab the money for the period the connection remained disconnected i. E. Half the month of january and month of march 2018 till 27-3-18.

                    It is duty of moc to spot-on the loc for it offences o[censored]nethical means of collecting money from the cable scribers for the period the connection remained disconnected.
                    But it did not do so till date.

                    My grievance in in short as under:
                    1. Person appointed by local cable operator namely mr. Suhkwinder singh did not came to my place from jan 2018 to 27-3-18 to collect the subscription fee. It is his fault.
                    2. Misbehaviour by the above said person. Threats by loc persons.
                    3. The local cable operator intentionally do not pick the calls or intentionally did not improve the call attending system. It is again a fault and intentional harassment caused on the part of loc.
                    4. The cable connection was disconnected in mid-january 2018 without prior information. Again it is fault on part of loc/ moc.
                    5. Instead of adjusting the illegal fee taken for the half month of jan 18 and month of march till 27-3-18, the connection was again suddenly disconnected on 26-4-18. It is again a fault on part of moc/ loc
                    6. If a cable subscriber complain for bad services. The cable connection is disconnected on the pretext of non-payment. It is again a corrupt practice adopted by cable operator.
                    7. By disconnecting the cable connection, causing harassment to me and my family and i am unable to change the cable operator as there is no other option for me to choose another cable operator as there is only one cable operator in the area.
                    Reasons for all the above is monopoly of cable operator as is clear in my case.

                    You are requested to stop the unethical practice executed by m/s oriental cable network, sco 284, sector 32-d, chandigarh/ the local cable operator.

                    Unethical practice executed by M/s Oriental Cable Network, SCO 284, Sector 32-D, Chandigarh/ the Local cable operator
                    My complaint dated 1-5-18 still pending against Fastway Cable LOC for its Unethical practices of taking the subscription fee for the months of April and May 2018 but fraudntly issued receipt dated 28-3-18 mentioning the months January and March 2018 instead of April and May 2018 on the receipt dated 28-3-18 issued for the period the Cable remained disconnected ( Cable remained deactivated by Fastway network from mid Jan, Feb and March 2018 ).
                    The cable was activated on 28-3-18 but again disconnected on 26-4-18.

                    The complaint is not resolved by Fastway Network for and licentious behaviour by the LCO - m/s oriental cable network, sco 284, sector 32-d, chandigarh.

                    The cable connection is still deactivate till dated i.e. 23-5-18

                      I have just been transferred from chandigarh to patiala. I have requested fastway transmission to get my connection transferred from chandigarh to patiala. But here the local cable operator mr sonu chauhan is demanding more than enough amount for the connection. As per the calculation the actual amount he should charge should be rs 200 but he demanding rs 500. This is very illegal. Kindly do the needful.

                      Also despite my regular emails in customer care no one bothers to reply.

                        I am living at house no-466, Mohali Anandpur, Pathankot in Punjab. I had new connection of your Fastway. I had also installed set top box MAC (0880393FBF20). I want to uninstall current distributer(Mr. Manoj Kumar) set top box because his cable is not telecasting for 05 to 10 days. And when I talked to customer care regarding this they told me that your distribution is not paying money on time to fastway.so i want to refund my security money. But distributer(Mr. Manoj kumar)is deny to refund and told me that money refunding is not in Fastway policy. He also behaved very rudely. He is also dishonor your brand value. Yesterday I had made call to your customer care and you ensure me to refunding money. So please refund my money or change my distributer.                           Dealer lovely cable speak me again again i have solve the problum

                            I am facing a lot of problem since 2 months... Fastway workers don't collect the bill from us and they cut the connection this is ridiculous... And when i contact [protected] they say u need to talk to the local operators... I'm calling the local operator from 2 days but no response... Some action need to be taken against them... It happened last months too, they collected the money but didn't deposit in the office and they cut our connection... Not at all professional behavior... Disappointed from the service of fastway... I need a strict action to be taken otherwise i'm going to replace my connection with some other operator

                            fastway service providers are shameless person..even after collecting the bill they do not resume the transmission ..there is no use to complain about them . even after on twitter post they do not care so it is better to switch to other box..it is better to have airtel box rater then fastway

                            even there nodal officer is care less i had written complaint to him but no resolution no reply ..

                              Mac number - [protected]f s/n - fcbfrfdln, error 109 this fastway network is not working from 10 days and mostly dont work for many days every month. We have already complaint it to the operater but operater is not taking any steps regarding the issue, he is not taking complaint seriously and just avoiding it. Payment is already done from our side but operater is not working on it. Now it has just become a headche really poor services are being served. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I paid monthly rents on time but stb. Shows notification, error 109 for last 4 days. I complained about on toll free customer care no.[protected].
                                And they told me every time that your payment is due, but i paid, and told me to contact local operators. First i started try to contact locals but they don't pick up call easy. And then local cable operator told me that your complaint is resolving and 2 days more to need.
                                Very bad attitude by local cable operators.
                                I hope someone do some effort for resolving

                                    I have already pay your monthly rental of december in advance to our cable distributor but my cable distributor of maqsudan jalandhar dont pay the pending dues to you sir which he already collected from us in advance. He also take security from us for set up box but the connection name on set up box id is not mine. So i request u sir pls take the necessary action against this fraud company.

                                      I neeraj kumar r/o harcharan nagar cable opertor was harss the coustmer about cable payment if any coustmer not to pay in time payment of one month cable opertor was close the cable connection i am paid the cheque of two month on 5pm but not start the cable connection till 8pm when i call the cable person he was very much abuse languge to talk with me then i complaint in coustmer care he was not help me my complaint no. Is 09112017w946004 vide crn no.[protected] i am request the fastwy authorities to change the cable opertor and give the connection to any other person

                                        I am a customer of fastest cable network at amritsar from so many years. My set top box is not working properly from last month and so many verbal complaints to our lco no action done. After that i have lodged complaint at customer care on dt.20/10/2017 and they given complaint no.20102017w870541, but till date nothing has been done.
                                        Kindly do some favor to resolve it as soon possible.

                                        I am facing connection problem from last 4 moths.. most of the channels are not working properly. some of them are working but hell bad can't even see anything.
