I had done an online transaction on 23rd april 2019 through the fedmobile app but the imps timed out.

On 12th April, at 23:01, I sent Rs. 2000 to my friend via UPI, the amount has been debited from my account but the transaction is being shown as unsuccessful and my friend hasn't received the money. This is the first time I am encountering this kind of situation with Federal bank, it's service has always been really good. I want this problem to be fixed ASAP and the money to be returned to my account....

cash transferred is in queued transaction.not refunded

I have transferred money from my account and cash deducted. But cash is in qued transaction. How can i solve the problem and get my money back. I have transferred money on 02/04/19 to a icici bank account. But the account holder didn't get the money, and in fed mobile it shows qued transaction. So i need to know when it will credit back to my account. Why it is showing like that. Can u reply as soon as possible. I need the money urgently....

Transaction through fednet for rs. 1000/- made for outher bank account payment with transaction account no. [protected] on 30/03/2019 at 02:30pm. Transaction was failed amount not remitted but amount deducted from my account. No.[protected]. That time itself mail sent to support. But no response received till now.

Kindly do the needful to revert the amount back to my a/c as early as possible...

I came to Berlin (Germany) with your bank card (Forex supercard - prepaid)

ATM machine said Authorization failed, but i have got a message to mobile number saying *You have spent 200 euros on your card*. this is very bad. almost 1 day passed, I am still waiting for the amount to be reversed.

Dear federal team,

I had applied for a housing loan 2 months before in your bank. Mr. Kesav is the sr. Manager there and who is a friend of my relative. From the day-1 he didn't respond to our calls and we are always communicating everything with mr. Nagarjuna-executive.

Initially we were not having building plan, mr. Kesav informed us just apply for bp and get the receipt, we will proceed further.

My account no is [protected]. I recharged my mobile no no. But after 1hr no recharge recieved. I contacted the customer care but they said to wait for 5 days. Maybe a refund will issue then they take necessary step. Its occurred often time as transaction failed money deducted or trasaction success but not received yet. Oñ marçh 3rd 2019, i tried to book a train ticket in paytm with federal bank debit card online payment, however the ticket booking was unsuccessful due to technical glitch, but the money was deductible from account. It has been a week still the money was never credited to my account, as per paytm, money has been credited to your account, but there was no refund till date, please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible....

This has been 7th year and still this bank is continue doing its pathetic service.

So frustrating that their Thane Branch in Maharashtra is full of lazy useless and dumb employees.

I want someone to reply this mail and resolve this issues or i will go for consumer court and media with this kind of frustration and harassment.

Previously I had saving account from another bank that time also they...
