Hi,
I was booked a ticket on 26 th june 2019 through redbus app. But the ticket was cancelled by the operators beacause of private bus strike. After that redbus messaged me that the refund has been intiated their end on 26th june 2019 and the amount will be credited within 2 - 7 working days. But the amount is not credited yet. I mailed a complaint to redbus. They told they already processed the refund and contact with bank.. Pls resolve this from bank's side.

Hi,

I tried to make two ATM Cash withdrawals from Calangut, Goa on 7th June 2019 at 23:13 & 23:14, both the transactions were unsuccessful and I didn’t receive cash. But unfortunately both the transaction amounts debited from my account. Please do needful to revert both the transaction amounts back to my account.

On 29th May 2019 I had tried to book a train ticket via IRCTC app but the ticket was not booked as there a net slow down and the amount got deducted from my account. After a few days, on June 1st, I received a email from IRCTC saying that the amount has been refunded.
But the amount has not yet reached my account.
On calling up the bank, they have not received any details about it yet they saym
I kindly request you to look into the matter.

We have taken forex super card from federal bank with the deposite 3000 euro.

Since, last 10 days i have been touch with your one of the issue resolve dept. Regarding my card is not working in netherlands, france and spain. But, still i have not find final solution. My son is their without money since last 10 days and i am continuaslly following up with your representative.
This is not expected from forex card dept. Very pathetic service

On 12th April, at 23:01, I sent Rs. 2000 to my friend via UPI, the amount has been debited from my account but the transaction is being shown as unsuccessful and my friend hasn't received the money. This is the first time I am encountering this kind of situation with Federal bank, it's service has always been really good. I want this problem to be fixed ASAP and the money to be returned to my account.

I am one of the nri account holder in attingal branch i was visit in the branch few days ago regarding query for loan the loan section staff was wrong behavior and when talking me pointing finger to me and he didn’t give proper information badly communication sand like his house mad now i wold like to change my bank such this vey bad experience in the bank jest inform him we ate customers

I have transferred money from my account and cash deducted. But cash is in qued transaction. How can i solve the problem and get my money back. I have transferred money on 02/04/19 to a icici bank account. But the account holder didn't get the money, and in fed mobile it shows qued transaction. So i need to know when it will credit back to my account. Why it is showing like that. Can u reply as soon as possible. I need the money urgently.

Recharge success from fedmobile app but not recharged yet. Then once again recharge my number that is success. My amount was 2 times deducted but one time recharge is successful

Transaction through fednet for rs. 1000/- made for outher bank account payment with transaction account no. [protected] on 30/03/2019 at 02:30pm. Transaction was failed amount not remitted but amount deducted from my account. No.[protected]. That time itself mail sent to support. But no response received till now.

Kindly do the needful to revert the amount back to my a/c as early as possible

The customer care executive misbehaved with me while talking to me through phone. The person told like you can withdraw your account and go. This is very ridiculous move from the part of a reputed bank executive. I request you to take appropriate action against this person if you are giving any consideration to customer relation and values.Expecting a positive reply from your side.

I had transferred 1000 rs from my account No. [protected] to another bank account twice. Either time payment was not received but it was deducted from my account. Kindly look into it. It has never occurred like this. But this occurred twice now and i am really worried. Hope you would do needed at the earliest...

I came to Berlin (Germany) with your bank card (Forex supercard - prepaid)

ATM machine said Authorization failed, but i have got a message to mobile number saying *You have spent 200 euros on your card*. this is very bad. almost 1 day passed, I am still waiting for the amount to be reversed.

Could you please refund money. Otherwise, it is difficult to stay here without money. I need a quick update on this, i can't call from my registered indian mobile number from this country. Really bad experience with your customer care

I had transferred 1300 rs from my account to another federal bank account twice. Either time payment was not received but it was deducted from my account. Kindly look into it. It has never occurred like this. But this occurred twice now and i am really worried. I am attaching a screenshot of it for your convenience. Hope you would do needed at the earliest

I had applied for a housing loan 2 months before in your bank. Mr. Kesav is the sr. Manager there and who is a friend of my relative. From the day-1 he didn't respond to our calls and we are always communicating everything with mr. Nagarjuna-executive.

Initially we were not having building plan, mr. Kesav informed us just apply for bp and get the receipt, we will proceed further.
But now your executive told that it will not be processed because building plan approval is not available.
I am trying hard to reach out your respected kesav, who donot have the basic responsibility in dealing with customers.

Literally, we had wasted our valuable 2 months of time just due to this kind of behaviour of your manager.

I am also working as an centre manager in an education firm. I could have terminated this kind of employees at the earliest.

Whatsoever, kindly get my work done soon with your (Ho) sincere involvement. So that i can save my time, energy and money.

My account no is [protected]. I recharged my mobile no no. But after 1hr no recharge recieved. I contacted the customer care but they said to wait for 5 days. Maybe a refund will issue then they take necessary step. Its occurred often time as transaction failed money deducted or trasaction success but not received yet. Please help me as soon as possible.

Oñ marçh 3rd 2019, i tried to book a train ticket in paytm with federal bank debit card online payment, however the ticket booking was unsuccessful due to technical glitch, but the money was deductible from account. It has been a week still the money was never credited to my account, as per paytm, money has been credited to your account, but there was no refund till date, please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.
