Dear federal team,
I had applied for a housing loan 2 months before in your bank. Mr. Kesav is the sr. Manager there and who is a friend of my relative. From the day-1 he didn't respond to our calls and we are always communicating everything with mr. Nagarjuna-executive.
Initially we were not having building plan, mr. Kesav informed us just apply for bp and get the receipt, we will proceed further.
But now your executive told that it will not be processed because building plan approval is not available.
I am trying hard to reach out your respected kesav, who donot have the basic responsibility in dealing with customers.
Literally, we had wasted our valuable 2 months of time just due to this kind of behaviour of your manager.
I am also working as an centre manager in an education firm. I could have terminated this kind of employees at the earliest.
Whatsoever, kindly get my work done soon with your (Ho) sincere involvement. So that i can save my time, energy and money.
