Sir, with due respect i am sidhartha biswal, holding account number [protected], a customer of federal bank, my old atm card as it is not working i submitted to the nearest branch cuttack.
The authority took my signature of reissuance and assured me new card will reach within 15 working days to my native
Approximately 2 months passed i didn't received my card yet. As i am a selfie account user in branch nobody is taking the matter seriously.
I request please take immediate action and let me avail the card.
