Our pos machine installed by you is not working from about one month. We have reported this matter in our branch of federal bank, peruva. They informed us that the agency who installed the machine has changed and new machine will be installed by the new agency. But no further effort from their part to resolve the complaint. We have reported this matter in customer care over the toll free number and they said that it was the duty of the branch. So please give necessary instruction to the branch manager, peruva to resolve the complaint as early as possible.

One official claiming as instructed by you visited our branch yesterday and tried to replace the machine with another POS machine brought by him.It was not successful. Our problem has not been resolved so far.

    I've created a 'selfie account' for federal bank (Marampilly branch) and i've only received the debit card via postal. I've activated the internet banking via website/phone call and got it working. However, currently, i'm not able to make any fund transfer as its asking for a 'transaction password' i dont remember setting one. Can you help me to reset or create a transaction password for my account?

      Having opened an account on october 31, i accomplished a transaction through google pay following which i was informed, by the person who received the amount, that the account name held not my name, rather an unfamiliar name. I reconfirmed the issue verifying the account details which not just had an unknown name but also a unfamilar account number. Following i checked my account balance coming to the conclusion that no amount was deducted from my account, but the transaction has caused a loss of said amount from someone else's account. Approaching the bank, i was told that the issue might be due to similarity in phone numbers and my account was frozen to prevent more financial losses. Also let me add on that i have paid the deducted amount to that person's account at the bank, proof of which i hold. Rather than the mental trauma i had faced with concerns to the same, what shocks me more is such huge defects of the system that can cause financial losses to any person. How can such a ordered structure allow a person to deduct money from unknown peoples' account and what assurance does the security network provide in this case?

        I got a call from shine.com for some job opportunity. I was interested so i asked for the process, they said to do registration on their website shine.com by just paying rs10. As it is the authorised site i had no doubt for entertaining them.
        I tried for the registration but when i was paying rs.10 through my debit card it was not getting successful. I tried this around 2-3 times.
        But suddenly i see that money got deducted not rs.10, i lost 8000rs.
        Kindly help to get the refund. Hoping to get some valuable response.

              I have been trying to transfer funds may be because of network errors the recipient didn't received funds but the money debited from my account.
              And it is showing queued transaction from more than several hours.
              Refund the money in to my account or credit the amount in recipients bank as soon as possible. Hope you will give me a proper reply for it.

                Wrt flipkart debit card offer and communication with your phone support delegate on (25-aug-2019), i availed the offer by purchasing in flipkart site (Through federal bank web page) using federal bank debit card.

                To dismay, i havent received the instant discount of 10% of rs.2000.

                Iam not satisfied with ur reply on 29-aug-2019 by mr. Shyam krishnan i s (Manager, federal bank | service quality department | federal towers | head office, aluva | ernakulam 683101 | kerala) that "with regard to your complaint, please note that offer was valid on purchase of electronics/appliances only".
                Iam not satisfied with ur reply and the issue is not resolved, so i reverted back to: grievance resolution; [protected]@federalbank.co.in on 02-sep-2019, yet there is no reply other than auto acknowledgement of email.

                1) it seems u haven’t checked the flipkart webpage i have attached nor u have personally checked the flipkart webpage to confirm the same.
                2) attaching herewith print screen shot of the flipkart webpage before and after scrolling down the “electronics” tab in flipkart page. Mobile phones come under electronics in flipkart page.
                3) ur promotion stated 10% instant discount for tv, appliances, electronics didn’t exclude mobile phones in ur promotion.
                4) i contacted ur phone customer support, to confirm the offer and only after confirmation i purchased the product using federal bank debit card, when i had other options of purchasing. This is literally deceiving a customer by false promise/promotion.

                Be courteous to perusal the attachment and ur obliged to provide me rs.2000 for the purchase.

                  I am a federal bank nre a/c holder since past 30 years, my nre account with federal bank, mannar (Alleppey dist:) branch is in dormant due to non activity. About 4-5 days back i have called in branch and spoke with staff to re-activating of my nre account and as per his advise i have mailed a letter along with my latest passport & visa copies to re-activate the same., but till today no answers or no actions. Today (04/09/2019) when i enquired about my request to the branch manager mr. Venugopal he is not even know whether there is a mail/request received, and he is not aware what is happening in his branch..

                      I had done an imps transaction using fedmbile on 31 august. The amount was debited but transaction is not sucessful. Please resolve the issue urgently.

                      I tried two times two time 5000 rs debited from account. And also i didnt get a refund of amazon they paid on 18th august. Today its 31 st august.

                      Hope it will be cleared without further delay.

                            My name is amal christo thomas. I want to file a complaint against a bank officer called arun nair at thathampally branch, alappuzha. I was deeply offended by his rude behavior towards me and other customers. He's ill-tempered and impolite and he is not having a respect for even older people who visit the bank. I've noticed most of the customers including me who visit the above mentioned bank branch are from the rural area. The attitude of the officer towards customers especially older people is very rude and cannot be tolerated. Sometimes, he breaches the limit and argues with the customers without considering their age. I had a bad experience from this officer today morning when i visited the bank office.. I visited the bank branch to know about the wrongly deduction of money from my bank account twice. He did not give me the reason why the money from my account was debited. When i asked him, he became very angry. He shouted at me for no reason and asked me to come back the next day. He angrily said most of the officers were on leave and he could not deal with my grievance because of the hefty work at office. I was deeply offended because this was the first experience in my life. I never blame entire bank official for the ungracious act of a bank employee. I think it's not wise to blame all officers for the mistakes of a short-tempered man. I will not do that. But i must say this it's not private bank plus he is not an owner (As he arrogantly behaves) of the bank at all. He must know the fact that customers who visit the bank are nicely treated and their grievances are properly taken care of. The dictator-like-attitude can not be tolerated because i believe i have my own rights in this democratic country. I must also say i've my own tolerance limit as a human being. This's the bank in which i've account. So i've to visit the bank frequently. The unmannerly behavior of this officer will discourage me from visiting the bank branch again because i don't want get offended by this office again and again. Nobody wants it. If this officer behaves in a dictatorial manner.. The worst suffer will be the federal bank and its valuable customers not the arrogant officer. I think he doesn't need to care about that... So i kindly request you to investigate and take action against this erring officer..

So contacted with fedral bank. They saying dat to resolve dis issue dey need 45 to 55 working days.. So felt bad.. Because of dis m writing dis... Kindly refund it very soon...

                                Hello,

                                I have done a payment on 8th of june to adda and the amount was deducted from my account but the transaction failed. Till now i have not received the refund from the bank.. I have been told by the merchant that the amount has been refunded to the bank. I had raised a case with the bank and it's now more than 50 days without any proper update.. I have been given different reasons each time i call to get updates. It is more than 2 months and i am yet following up for this for an update.. Request you to look into this case and settle the amount as soon as possible. Not at all happy with the service provided by federal bank.

                                    This mail is to request that I (Ajish Thomas) with the account number [protected].

                                    I have deposited Rs 10000/- in my account through cash deposit machine on date 08/07/2019 in Olavakkode branch of Federal Bank (FDRL0002289) in palakkad at 16.30hrs.

                                    But some how my cash got deposited in the cdm but I got the recipet saying " your transactions was unsuccessful, please contact branch manager". Already enclosed in the attachment.

                                    After contacting the requested branch manager they said it will be resolved by tomorrow 1200 hrs.

                                    Now it's 1330hrs I still have not got my money in my account.

                                    I did this transaction was in the form of cash withdrawal from my Cannara Bank and then straight deposited to my Federal Bank account in that last evening just pay daughter's fee. But just because of the this bank I am still not able to pay the fee. Because of this issue today I have not sent my child to school.

                                    We use the bank transactions and online banking just to reduce the time and the things to move fast.

                                    But now when I came to the bank I am been made as the culprit as I deposited the wrong note that's why the cdm got hanged.
                                    When asked to give me a proof of that again they are saying to write an application and to wait again as it takes 24hrs to proceed.

                                    Till now I have not got my money. And now that bank is asking to write a application so that we can get the report of the note which I deposited.

                                    Now the people in the bank are just watching while with the person sitting at cash counter and the lady sitting at the help desk are saying as it will be done by 24hrs.
                                    Now again a delay..

                                    Sir, /mam, Please look into this matter as I need this resolved immediately so that I can get my money.

                                      I was booked a ticket on 26 th june 2019 through redbus app. But the ticket was cancelled by the operators beacause of private bus strike. After that redbus messaged me that the refund has been intiated their end on 26th june 2019 and the amount will be credited within 2 - 7 working days. But the amount is not credited yet. I mailed a complaint to redbus. They told they already processed the refund and contact with bank.. Pls resolve this from bank's side.
