    This is a courier return shipment which was export under AWB Number[protected] and the same was not delivered to the customer and the parcel is now returned under AWB number[protected] but the same is not delivered to me till date. I have send so many Reminders on mail and till date there is no response nor the parcel is been delivered to me. Moreover, I am been charged with Return shipping charges for the same of INR 32, 263.90/- and also my account is de-activated. why do I pay for something which is not delivered to me. I request to either deliver the product and I am ready to pay the shipping charges or else waive of this charges and activate my account. Moreover, I want to complain about your employee who is in Charge for For Escalations: Mr. ANUP SRIVASTAVA never picks calls nor he replies to any of the emails. unfortunately, neither task is being done satisfactorily. Apparently, he is unaware of the full scope of his charge. I have sent so many reminders to him who looks for eBay Escalations and his Name and email address is mentioned on Contact us page of eBay Global shipping. For several weeks before I have experienced such rude treatment from him that I refuse to tolerate it any longer. Each time I try to make a call and he acts as though I were an annoyance. In one instance, he said he is from Business unit and not into operational service, he also told me to not call him anymore and hung the phone. I trust that you will speak to him about polite customer service. If he continues to have this attitude, I will file a suit against him. Customers are not an annoyance; we are the ones who pay his salary.

          Hello,
          This is regarding a package which we bought from Japan to india(hyderabad).Tracking number mentioned below. When the package was arrived someone from fedex called us and attached us with customs clearaning agent for clearing it for delivery. We coordinated with clearing avent and payed whatever customs duty and taxes they imposed on us. The clearance went smoothly.
          After that on friday delivery person came for delivery and asked us to pay around 3000 rupees, when i asked he had no idea what were that for.We didn't pay any thing so he went back with the package and told us that he will enquire about it internally .
          Since then i am continuously call tou customer care, yesterday i spoke someone named "sanjay" he assured me that he will enquire about it and told that mamta madam will call you.i also emailed him the clearance document from customs, I didn't get any call from fedex on that day(monday).
          I again called today and spoke with lady named Kirti, after checking my details she told me "in system it was written that mamta madam called but inwas not available" . How is that even possible i am eagerly waiting for this package and waiting for a call so that it gets resolved . Whom should i call now ? I have already payed for the delivery in japan itself and cleared the package with customs . Paid taxes too.
          No proper response, no proper corordination internally, no proper custmer service, no proper Details about what i am being charged.
          Isthe service fedex is known for ?
          Kindly look into this and request you clear my package and get it delivered.

            Shipped and expensive item sold on eBay, paid for insurance and packaged it very well and marked it fragile. They destroyed it it's in 30 pieces and it's sturdy plastic they crushed the box completely to the point they had to put it in another box. They refused my claim and said it was my fault lol. They literally destroyed it. It wasn't just cracked or dropped it was crushed and in pieces of pieces. I'll never ship with them again. They are dishonest and so cheap they just didn't want to cover the damages because they were 600$ but that's why I paid for insurance they even refuse a refund for shipping lol they're a joke

              Shipment was from US to INDIA. I am the receiver and refused to take the package since it got delayed at the custom clearance and I'm not available to receive. We requested to send it back to the shipper. I am talking to the custimer care everyday regarding this package and It has been been more than 3 weeks and untill now there is no reponse. I hear the same story everytime that request has been made to return the shipment back to the shipper and we are waiting for the confirmation. Shipper is also talking with the customer care representative in US and they are telling that INDIA fedex team is not responding even after raising so many requests. Please do some thing about it.

                  Hello,

                  Clearance delay on my international shipment - Tracking number “[protected]” on 05/27 and I shared all the required documents on very next day for further processing. Almost 20 days completed and I have sent 25+ email, contacting customer care over phone and asking for updates.

                  Till now, no one provided any acknowledgment or any response or updates for my email. I chose FedEx as they are reputed brand and customer service would be better. I am completely wrong in this and even the customer service from local courier service are far better than FedEx.

                  Am already losing business as FedEx holding shipment and not taking any step for processing custom clearance again. Really disappointed.

                    On Sat. Nov 20, 2021 I sent a package from Dallas, Texas USA to Berlin Germany. Tracking number[protected] . I paid for a service and it was never delivered. On Nov. 25, 2021 in was in transit to Cologne Germany. Then there was a clearance delay in Cologne. It eventually came back to me in Dallas, Texas. I was told by the FedEx employee that everything was good to send. Package details, Service: International Priority, weight: 6.2 lbs.,
                    I requested a refund for the money I spent to send the package. The employee had me call a supervisor from the store and she said she would e-mail me a form to request a refund. I never received the e-mail, instead I received a bill for $501.99.

                      I had shipped my personal belongings from london to Chennai.
                      I have still not received and suddenly you send an email saying abandoned shipment ??
                      All details have been provided and customs paid !
                      It’s still in Bangalore stuck.
                      What should I do next ? Your customer service number does not work at all

                          The FedEx service is India is so bad that they don't even care to respond or provide you for the mistakes they are deliberately making. I have been waiting for a shipment from past 20 days, I call the customer service everyday and they keep on disconnecting my calls. Fedex Tracking number:[protected] and the package has been delayed for 17 days straight. There is no way to contact the courier partner in Chandigarh and I feel like I am going to loose out my package to these goons. I spent huge money on shipment from the US and now left tortured on their mercy. I want to escalate this legally against Fedex.

                              Dear Sir,

                              My Client has sent the package from Sao Paulo Brazil on 25th May and had reached FedEx Mumbai warehouse on 6th of June 2022.
                              The FedEx Tracking no. is[protected] and it is showing a status as
                              "No schedule delivery date available" on the tracking site for last 3 days.
                              when I called up the customer care yesterday, she said the parcel will be delivered by end of the day. When it was not delivered yesterday, I called up again today asking for the same and I was told that it will be delivered tomm. that is on 9th June.
                              its almost 15 days with no assurance whether I would receive the package tomm.
                              Didn't expect that from FedEx company.

                                After posting my last complaint on here, FedEx India reached out to me. They said they needed several documents, and I sent it to them, the day it was requested. I resented it to them the day after, and again today as well. It has been 3 days, and there is no response again. I am truly frustrated with the lack of responsibility FedEx has for their customers.

                                First of all, the opened a package that I've sent to other countries, with similar contents without an issue. However, India loves to keep things in customs just to tax and charge money. I am very disappointed in FedEx's service, if I had known this would cause me great suffering in sending a friend a gift which they didn't receive on time, I would have NEVER sent it with FedEx. I am still calling everyday, it is FedEx's responsibility to clear the customs after we have provided all the documents. It is completely frustrating. FedEx India, ship my package out as quick as possible, please. I beg that you do.

                                  Regarding AWB#[protected], the share invoice is not acceptable.

                                  I have already raised multiple concerns and escalation on my shipment delay. Started from March 22nd to till date.
                                  shawn mbm who taken the order, has not informed about the document required for the consignment, and also done huge
                                  mistake with consignee name and shipper name in fedex System.
                                  Due to which we have asked multiple questions on clearance.

                                  On March 26th I uploaded the Consignee KYC and also shared an update with Fedex Team(sangeetha.[protected]@fedex.com).
                                  From 26th March everyday literally, i am sending an email to sangeetha/reaching customer care asking for my shipment update and also all necessary requested documents were shared before 1st week of April.

                                  I have all my emails copied (sangeetha.[protected]@fedex.com, [protected]@mail.fedex.com, mohit.[protected]@fedex.com) starting from March 26th 2022.
                                  Sangeetha, who handed my shipment for custom clearance made this delay for more than 80 Days and finally it got cleared on 29th May, holded my shipment delay for more than 3 months.

                                  I have all my email as proof regarding this.

                                  Now, I received an invoice asking to pay and receive the shipment. It is totally not acceptable and making this shipment delay again in delivering.
                                  Fedex has made this shipment holded for more than 80 days, even documents were provided on time within 10days from the day of booking.

                                  This issue is completely from the Fedex team, who has taken the order without getting/letting us know the required documents needed, and Sangeetha, with her irresponsibility, who holded my shipment for more than 80 days in the warehouse, even though I have provided all requested documents on time.

                                  Noticed issued on 24st May by you to consignee on the "Issuance of 'Final Notice' under section 48 of customs Act 1962 R(W) regulation 5(5)., relating to uncleared consignment from the customs by the Fedex, hence this notice and Act will not applicable on this shipment, since i am claiming the consignment from the day1 booking to till date.

                                  Considering, the received invoice should get a waiver and need to be delivered as early as possible with Zero cost as we already paid the amount for the consignment. Booking amount already covering the custom clearance charges.
                                  I have already created an issue ticket regarding this C69383232 and am waiting for a resolution.

                                  Hope, the team should have copied all my email on this AWB#, if needed let me know will share the details..

                                      AWB[protected] This is from Hong kong to Delhi India
                                      landed in Delhi on 27 may 22 but still not cleared . Its 5 June today
                                      why is it taking more than 10 days and still not getting cleared
                                      submitted KYC an all that and your cogent e services confirmed that too
                                      so Delay is not for KYC as well it is just that you people are too lazy
                                      pls Clear the package as soon as possible

                                        I received email from [protected]@cogenteservices.in to submit my kyc docs . Is this a valid source. I have already shared but now tend to think it was a fraud mail. Please help.
