I rather pay for shipping than use Fedex ground Kernersville NC distribution center for delivery.
I made a purchase on rugsusa.com on Dec. 29, 2021. They had my full CORRECT address, but fedex ground kept saying they didn't have my full apt number. I couldn't give them the apt number because it was restricted delivery.
Rugs usa told me that at least 2 times they sent the apt. Number to fedex ground. They had the ticket #, they had proof, but fedex kept saying they never received any information from rugsusa. So I had enough after 10 days of fedex saying, out for delivery then changing it to the next day. From Jan 3, 2022 to Jan 13, 2022. Last night I called rugsusa to cancel my order.
I find it strange that fedex supposedly never received the correct apt number, but the moment rugsusa rerouted delivery back to them at my request, fedex got that message.
Fedex ground in Kernersville NC is very incompetent. I am not the only one to complain about them. I rather pay for shipping than use fedex ground for free delivery. This is not the only time I had problems with them. It's happened every single time a company used them for delivery in Winston Salem NC. I am through with them.
