Above said consignment was arrived to BANGALORE on Wednesday, 24 November 2021 and I informed on 27 nov 2021 by Mr. Kanni kanni.[protected]@fedex.com he is introduced him self as Clearance Support Admin from fedex and requested some documents to process. I sent all necessary documents on Nov 29. From there on wards they are not conforming any thing. Later some other person Mr. Melwin [protected]@mail.fedex.com came into picture again He asked same documents and same I shared again. Whenever I force them to progress they will asking same documents and dragging. I tried to contact on phone no's which they mentioned on those mails they did not answer. I mailed the situation to [protected]@fedex.com, in-n-cssupervisors in-cssupervisors [protected]@fedex.com which give was given their customer care people by saying appellate authority but no use. In this series of connection I had 63 mail, 30 telephonic conversation but no use. In these mails China Fed-ex people also responded and shared necessary documents and ready to provide if any other thing required. It is been almost 45 days I was behind of them. They wont bother about regulatory authorities also because I informed them before appealing you. but still they are not responding. Every step they have shown ridiculous behavior, negligence and miscommunication among them and with me.
so please I urge you to initiate necessary action towards justice for me.

Still fedex people are not responding any more. Daily They are bluffing instead of resolving case. I lost my hope after seeing what they are doing with us. I want to sue on them whatever loss incurred with us So Please allow us for further proceedings.

    My parcel from New Jersey’s was sent on 07 jan 2022 and was scheduled for delivery of 10th jan 2022 with international priority.

    It did reach bangalore on 11 jan however since the last four days the status is "Shipment exception Delay beyond our control", with no delivery dates.

    Checked on https://eccsmobility.cbic.gov.in/eicimobility/import for customs update and it says "CBE not yet filed"

    Tried speaking to customer care and every time they are giving a different reason and story.

    Absolutely clueless on why they are not moving it, and there is no communication from Fedex on duty or any other hurdle, and Customer service also doesn't seem to be of much help use less customer care .

    My KYC documents are submitted and approved. ..

    Its an item i purchased for our regular supplier for office use - a genuine purchase and not a gift.

    Pls. help me with the delivery..

      I have been waiting all day for a very important package to be delivered. They claim that they made an attempt to deliver my package earlier today which is a lie because I was here all day waiting for it. Then I was told they would return to deliver my package before 8pm. They didn't return.

        I got a parcel from USA as a gift. The parcel was about to deliver to me on Dec-27th till now i haven't got it. After submitting all the required documents which has been asked to me.

        From Jan-11-2022 the status of my package is showing as transit but no update let me know what causing the delay. All the required docs has been submitted by company to the International fedex team Still you people are not shipping my parcel.

        How much time they will take to respond on the same.

          Fedex received my package on 1/6/22 in the evening and estimated a delivery of 1/9.

          Since 1/9 it has been delayed, and delivery estimate is still pending. It's now 1/14 with no delivery updates. Despite no delivery updates, the package has remained in transit. While in transit, it has gone from Denver to Thornton and now BACK to Denver within the last 48 hours... still no delivery update.

          Why even provide services like tracking and delivery estimates/info... very disappointed in having paid for this shipment because whether or not the tracking info is accurate... IT'S STILL ALMOST A WEEK LATE. And don't worry Fedex, the contents of the shipment are only MATERIALS THAT I USE TO MAKE A LIVING... ya know... MY LIVELIHOOD. I can't just sit here and wait for Fedex to get their act together... I actually operate on deadlines unlike Fedex

          In my opinion, I feel as though Fedex should refund the shipment fee in full and actually provide a delivery date. Services were not AT ALL how they were described.

          Never using Fedex if I don't have to in the future. It's so obvious that there is an upper management issue... typical corporate greed stuff I imagine

            Hi, I paid for a 2nd day delivery within the US and the package was picked up Monday and was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday. But it is delayed and hasn't been delivered yet and won't make it here in time. So I want a refund on it. It shouldn't take this long if I paid that much money for it.

                I rather pay for shipping than use Fedex ground Kernersville NC distribution center for delivery.
                I made a purchase on rugsusa.com on Dec. 29, 2021. They had my full CORRECT address, but fedex ground kept saying they didn't have my full apt number. I couldn't give them the apt number because it was restricted delivery.
                Rugs usa told me that at least 2 times they sent the apt. Number to fedex ground. They had the ticket #, they had proof, but fedex kept saying they never received any information from rugsusa. So I had enough after 10 days of fedex saying, out for delivery then changing it to the next day. From Jan 3, 2022 to Jan 13, 2022. Last night I called rugsusa to cancel my order.
                I find it strange that fedex supposedly never received the correct apt number, but the moment rugsusa rerouted delivery back to them at my request, fedex got that message.
                Fedex ground in Kernersville NC is very incompetent. I am not the only one to complain about them. I rather pay for shipping than use fedex ground for free delivery. This is not the only time I had problems with them. It's happened every single time a company used them for delivery in Winston Salem NC. I am through with them.

                  I am submitting a claim regarding the driver in my area of Huntington, WV. For months, this driver has failed to deliver packages to our door in our apartment complex and other residents have had this issue as well. It appears as if he will not walk up the stairs to our unit to deliver the packages. Instead, he marks the packages as undeliverable and makes recipients go pick them up at a different location or he delivers loads of packages to the leasing office of our complex, although the delivery status states it was delivered to the front door, thus resulting in recipients having to track down all fed ex packages throughout the complex. This is highly unprofessional and has caused much inconvenience and has also caused several packages to be deemed lost and have to be refunded or replaced.

                    My package is returning to india due to fedex, india misguidence . They didnt check the rule and hence my package couldnt be delivered in Mexico and its returning back .. i want to have a free of cost export and i want my money back for the package we paid for service.

                    Fedex could have not accepted the package for delivery if its not possible to deliver .. why did they accept and charge for it and its not delivered now and incurring export cost also.. Fedex should bear the cost and pay us back .

                      I have shipped 3 packages at the same time. I called to track the packages and only 2 was registered as dropped off. I call fed ex customer service and was told they were looking into them. I filed a claim on all 3of the packages. 2 of the packages said it was dropped off with J Watkins at shipping and receiving but they weren't delivered to the address. The other claim they said they were looking for it and someone would call me every time I call every week. Nobody from fed ex has called me and this has been going on since November 4, 2021. I just want the packages and will never ship with fed ex again.

                        Hello- I am extremely upset. I ordered a pair of sneakers that were intended to be a Christmas gift from Adidas. They never came. At this point I have addressed the situation with Adidas and then I reached out to Fed Ex. Fed Ex not only didn’t help the situation at all, but the woman I spoke with was just rude. The entire situation is very upsetting. I am out $240, and worse, I wasn’t able to give my brother a Christmas gift. Fed Ex is supposed to be reliable. I was so disappointed with the customer service especially since I handled myself in a polite professional manner. The same was not reciprocated. I never complain to companies. Please advise. I am hoping there is still something that can be done.

                          This is with respect to a parcel which arrived in India from Italy on 7th Dec 2021. It was with customs who manually examined the package and found item mismatch in the invoice and the items in the packet. Instead of addressing the issue of missing item Fedex has been asking to share an incorrect invoice so that package can be released. I requested for a reexamination and refused to give a wrong invoice.

                          My case was handled by Ashwini Matthew and Sunil K P from Fedex. On Sunday they said they will work on it, despite several emails I have received no response from them

                            Hi,

                            I have a package that is sitting in Bangalore and left undelivered. This is the first time I sent a package from the United States with a trust on fedex international priority service. But my experience so far is extremely pathetic, horrible and very much dissatisfied. When I asked for the office phone number of the agent to quickly resolve the issue, they don’t respond at all even after repeated emails. They kept on imposing warehouse charges(I suppose). I am already fed up with this service. Please resolve this issue and get my package delivered asap.

                                My package supposed to be delivered on 1/3/2022. But till now package is on air . I tried to call customer care couple of time after long wait call connected later representative disconnected call. This happened multiple times.

                                  This is regarding[protected]...this parcel is not delivered for 4 weeks now...Comment is custom hold. Eventhough informed Fedex india they never replyed or did anything.

                                  Therefore we contacted Fedex Sri Lanka...Sri Lankan fedex found out Fedex india has indentified this gift parcel as an export for no reason even without properly going through initial documentation. This wrong fully indentification as an export led for custom hault..but fedex india still didn't do anything...even not replying to Sri Lankan Fedex as well...Fedex India never communicates with customers...Horrible customer service ever...just paasing the buck around...without really doing anything.

                                  Why Fedex inidia getting customers courier orders if they can't deliver on time. Expected to deliver on 22nd December..but parcel still in India...This is just simple parcel..

                                    My package (Tracking ID No.[protected] was shipped from Kolkata (India) on 15th December’21 for my son Kumar Shreyansh at UK (MK43 0BP) and the expected date for the delivery of my shipment was 21st December’21 but that the same has not been delivered even after the passing of complete 4 weeks. It contains urgent materials for my son and the delay has put him in trouble.

                                      I had a package sent to me from Beijing, China on 03/12/2021. It has been more than a month and this parcel has not reached me as yet. All details with regards to the clearance of the package (ie; KYC details etc.) has been provided from my end. Umpteen number of emails regarding this has also been sent, to no response or action from your side.

                                      I'm honestly truly fed up with this lax attitude from your side @Fedex. Why have a customer care number which NOBODY ever picks up ?! How can all your staff be busy or "attending to some important work " all the time? It beats me.

                                      The package has been stuck in Bangalore and there seems to be absolutely no information regarding it.

                                      Kindly help out with this situation please @Fedex.

I was asked to fill in a form- which I did, and sent it to the team. multiple emails from different team members were sent to me. In spite of all this- I get 2 LETTERS stating that I still have to give some details. WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?! IT APPALS ME! kindly help and help me get my shipment.                                       I'm here yet again with another follow up complaint, I'm truly fed up with this. Each time I file a complaint a new customer care executive sends me an email. WHY IS ONE PERSON NOT FOLLOWING UP?!

                                      Ms.Twinkle Panchal from your team first reached out to me asking me for a password for my shipment as required by customs I was told. That password was given to her 29/01/2022. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE!...nothing has happened. THIS IS TRULY FRUSTRATING!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING????
                                      THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER seen to date.

                                      I need to get my parcel ASAP. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL, PLEASE.
                                      I DO NOT WNAT TO BE REACHING OUT ON THIS FORUM EVERY ONCE IN TWO WEEKS.
