Refund on USA 2nd Day delivery

Hi, I paid for a 2nd day delivery within the US and the package was picked up Monday and was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday. But it is delayed and hasn't been delivered yet and won't make it here in time. So I want a refund on it. It shouldn't take this long if I paid that much money for it.

Shipment Not Delivered after Submitting all the DOcuments

I rather pay for shipping than use Fedex ground Kernersville NC distribution center for delivery.
I made a purchase on rugsusa.com on Dec. 29, 2021. They had my full CORRECT address, but fedex ground kept saying they didn't have my full apt number. I couldn't give them the apt number because it was restricted delivery.

Driver Issue

Address:2002 Buffington Ave, Apartment 1231

I am submitting a claim regarding the driver in my area of Huntington, WV. For months, this driver has failed to deliver packages to our door in our apartment complex and other residents have had this issue as well. It appears as if he will not walk up the stairs to our unit to deliver the packages. Instead, he marks the packages as undeliverable and makes recipients go pick them up at a different location or he delivers loads of packages...

Been 3 months and still no packages

I have shipped 3 packages at the same time. I called to track the packages and only 2 was registered as dropped off. I call fed ex customer service and was told they were looking into them. I filed a claim on all 3of the packages. 2 of the packages said it was dropped off with J Watkins at shipping and receiving but they weren't delivered to the address. The other claim they said they were looking for it and someone would call me every time...

Undelivered package

Hello- I am extremely upset. I ordered a pair of sneakers that were intended to be a Christmas gift from Adidas. They never came. At this point I have addressed the situation with Adidas and then I reached out to Fed Ex. Fed Ex not only didn’t help the situation at all, but the woman I spoke with was just rude. International package - Items missing and stuck with customs for more than 30 days

This is with respect to a parcel which arrived in India from Italy on 7th Dec 2021. It was with customs who manually examined the package and found item mismatch in the invoice and the items in the packet. Instead of addressing the issue of missing item Fedex has been asking to share an incorrect invoice so that package can be released. I requested for a reexamination and refused to give a wrong invoice.

Undelivered shipment and extremely poor customer service

I have a package that is sitting in Bangalore and left undelivered. This is the first time I sent a package from the United States with a trust on fedex international priority service. But my experience so far is extremely pathetic, horrible and very much dissatisfied. Fraud shipment

I had one of my shipment that was supposed to get delivered last week on Saturday. I still don't see any update on that. As I have paid for priority shipping and still I don't see my parcel getting delivered on time. Each time i call they give me lame reason as custom clearance. Package delivery delayed without any information and no proper customer service

My package supposed to be delivered on 1/3/2022. But till now package is on air . I tried to call customer care couple of time after long wait call connected later representative disconnected call. This happened multiple times.

My package (Tracking ID No.[protected] was shipped from Kolkata (India) on 15th December’21 for my son Kumar Shreyansh at UK (MK43 0BP) and the expected date for the delivery of my shipment was 21st December’21 but that the same has not been delivered even after the passing of complete 4 weeks. Package delayed, clearance issues

I had a package sent to me from Beijing, China on 03/12/2021. It has been more than a month and this parcel has not reached me as yet. All details with regards to the clearance of the package (ie; KYC details etc.) has been provided from my end. Canceled delivery DELIVERED?!?!

We used FedEx so we could ship the item give proof of shipping the item and then get paid from the customer and today that did not work. At about 8:45 a.m. EST We called FedEx to let them know we wanted to cancel shipment of the order due to non payment and have it returned to us. Not delivering my packages

Fedex has had 2 of my packages in their Markham, Ontario location for a week. I reached out and they opened a case to have them delivered today, and they ended up on the delivery truck.. But are now both back at the Markham, Ontario facility. Delivery exception excuse

Lockers

Is there any way you guys can build more lockers at the FedEx location in Rialto, you guys are hiring new people every two weeks, most of these people don’t have cars so we have to put our stuff in lockers, most of them are taken without putting our stuff in a locker we can’t go in the building which means we can’t work which means no money, it’s starting to become a problem....
