I had to recieve a shipment from USA. But now, its stuck in Bangalore due to customs delay. I have submitted the kyc documents. But it was said that documents has not been recieved by [protected]@fedex.com and a contradictory mail saying document has been received. I have been writing mails after mails, calling customer care number everyday and end up with no assistance on phone and same contradictary mails from both. When I track the shipment, status says "in transit", but unable to get the delivery date. On top of all this, I recieve mails saying the shipping will be returned/abandanded.
I am unable to update my kyc documents as well. When I try to login in kyc.fedex.com to re upload the kyc documents, it says documents are already being processed. If the documents are wrongly uploaded previously, I should atleast be provided with an reference id right, so that I can update the document. I have neither recieved reference id.
I want to know what neds to do done next. I want to get a contact of any fedex personnel who can resolve my issues. Please look into the issue and guide me with next steps. AWB#[protected]

    This is regarding[protected]...this parcel is not delivered for 4 weeks now...Comment is custom hold. Eventhough informed Fedex india they never replyed or did anything.

    Therefore we contacted Fedex Sri Lanka...Sri Lankan fedex found out Fedex india has indentified this gift parcel as an export for no reason even without properly going through initial documentation. This wrong fully indentification as an export led for custom hault..but fedex india still didn't do anything...even not replying to Sri Lankan Fedex as well...Fedex India never communicates with customers...Horrible customer service ever...just paasing the buck around...without really doing anything.

    Why Fedex inidia getting customers courier orders if they can't deliver on time. Expected to deliver on 22nd December..but parcel still in India...This is just simple parcel..

      My package (Tracking ID No.[protected] was shipped from Kolkata (India) on 15th December’21 for my son Kumar Shreyansh at UK (MK43 0BP) and the expected date for the delivery of my shipment was 21st December’21 but that the same has not been delivered even after the passing of complete 4 weeks. It contains urgent materials for my son and the delay has put him in trouble.

        Airway bill number is: [protected]

        I had a package sent to me from Beijing, China on 03/12/2021. It has been more than a month and this parcel has not reached me as yet. All details with regards to the clearance of the package (ie; KYC details etc.) has been provided from my end. Umpteen number of emails regarding this has also been sent, to no response or action from your side.

        I'm honestly truly fed up with this lax attitude from your side @Fedex. Why have a customer care number which NOBODY ever picks up ?! How can all your staff be busy or "attending to some important work " all the time? It beats me.

        The package has been stuck in Bangalore and there seems to be absolutely no information regarding it.

        Kindly help out with this situation please @Fedex.

        Thanks for acknowledging my complaint and asking your team mate Ms.Twinkle Panchal to get in touch with me. I was asked to fill in a form- which I did, and sent it to the team. multiple emails from different team members were sent to me. In spite of all this- I get 2 LETTERS stating that I still have to give some details. WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?! IT APPALS ME! kindly help and help me get my shipment. This is horrible service and careless attitude from your end.

        I'm here yet again with another follow up complaint, I'm truly fed up with this. Each time I file a complaint a new customer care executive sends me an email. WHY IS ONE PERSON NOT FOLLOWING UP?!

        Ms.Twinkle Panchal from your team first reached out to me asking me for a password for my shipment as required by customs I was told. That password was given to her 29/01/2022. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE!...nothing has happened. THIS IS TRULY FRUSTRATING!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING????
        THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER seen to date.

        I need to get my parcel ASAP. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL, PLEASE.
        I DO NOT WNAT TO BE REACHING OUT ON THIS FORUM EVERY ONCE IN TWO WEEKS.
        PLEASE HELP OUT.

            We used FedEx so we could ship the item give proof of shipping the item and then get paid from the customer and today that did not work. At about 8:45 a.m. EST We called FedEx to let them know we wanted to cancel shipment of the order due to non payment and have it returned to us. On that call we were told that there was nothing to worry about and within a couple days our package will be returned home untouched. We were satisfied but still a couple hours later called back to get verification that it was canceled. Several hours past and we got an email from FedEx saying the package was delivered... That was a few thousand dollars in that box... A family ring that was sold due to hard times. This is ridiculous and I will probably NEVER use FedEx again unless they legitimately make it right.

              Fedex has had 2 of my packages in their Markham, Ontario location for a week. I reached out and they opened a case to have them delivered today, and they ended up on the delivery truck.. But are now both back at the Markham, Ontario facility. So either you just don't want to deliver my packages or you're stealing them and I'm preparing to file a claim because this is ridiculous and its not the first time this has happened. I've reached out to the store that ships with you and have advised them of this and to no longer use your company for shipping, and it seems I'm not the only one that has complained to them about it.

                Can you please change your delivery exception protocol to stop drivers who are to lazy to deliver all their packages? I constantly have packages set to be delivered to be delayed as 'delivery exception', saying could not be delivered/customer was not home when I am home, when they did not try to deliver it, they just didn't want to take the 2-4 minutes it takes to buzz my unit number (my name and buzzer and apartment number are listed very clearly at the buzzer box) and go up and down the elevator. There's no excuse for this. They do this multiple days in a row- while I'm home, waiting. They do not buzz, they do not try to deliver it. They just select the could not deliver option because they don't want to try. Perhaps this job is not for them because there is NO EXCUSE. I was just about to finally receive my toy kitchen for my son. I was waiting by my phone all day to be able to answer the buzzer as to not miss it and then I got the could not deliver notification . WTF. stop making it so easy for your employees to be lazy.

                  Is there any way you guys can build more lockers at the FedEx location in Rialto, you guys are hiring new people every two weeks, most of these people don’t have cars so we have to put our stuff in lockers, most of them are taken without putting our stuff in a locker we can’t go in the building which means we can’t work which means no money, it’s starting to become a problem.

                    I shipped a package on Friday Dec 31st 2021, and it was supposed to deliver on Monday Jan 3rd 2022 but due to some reason, It got delayed by 2 days.

                    My Package was very time sensitive, for which I chose Overnight shipping and paid high price for that, and for late delivery I am facing consequences.

                    Not only that, I was told by Fedex representative on the phone that I will get the reimbursement due to delayed delivery, if I were to call after couple of days from the delivery. And When I called after 5 days from the delivery date, I was told I am not qualified for the reimbursement and upon request to speak to Supervisor, Representative (Named: Christie) hung up the phone on me. This is very disrespectful and one of the worst customer experience I’ve ever have.

                      I received a bill without any description (invoice number:[protected] half a month after the payment was due. The payment was due 1st of Dec, the bill was received the 14th of Dec. Also, the bill said that this was a reminder, while no other bill had been received before.

                      I would have paid immediately if I got a description of what the bill was for. However, I only received a billing amount and account number to send it to. I think anyone who has heard of scams would think twice before paying a sketchy unclear bill without description, so I sent an email asking for a description of the mail. After a few standardized emails that did not answer my question, I received the description of the bill. I paid the bill once I received the description and saw that it was actually a bill regarding import taxes.

                      In the mean time, so much time had gone over that they had now hired a collection agency to collect this money from me and they now want me to pay four times the initial amount (which was already more than half of the price of the package that the tax had to be payed over).
                      Now I have sent over four emails asking why I should pay the collection agency when they could not give me the bill 1) In time and 2) with any description. They keep answering with other details, none answering my actual question and when I call, they refer me back to the website's FAQ (where my question is obviously not answered).

                        Its been more than 5 weeks now and yet no response about my shipment[protected]. FedEx turned out to be the leading pathetic service and unreliable customer support made it even worse.
                        When all the documentation is correct, why is it taking so long to deliver one shipment? Don't tell me the inflow of shipments is more or any such lame excuses, its more than 35 days just to clear customs? Like seriously?
                        Today is 11 Jan 2022. I need my shipment delivered within 48 hours and i don't care about your lame excuses anymore.

                          We ordered a phone from our provider that was scheduled to arrive a week ago. The shipment was delayed by FedEx in Texas. We just sold our house, and due to the delay by FedEx, we will no longer be living at the address. We called after they announced the delay but they would not let us change the address or hold the shipment to be picked up. They gave us absolutely no options. The delay was not from the phone shipper, it was from FedEx. The delay was on them, so it should not be on us to cancel the order or let it be delivered to a stranger.

                            I had a package that was suppose to be delivered Friday 1/7/22 at the end of day well the it turned out it was suppose to be delivered Today Monday 1/10/22 at the end of day now when I finally get a hold of a human person I, m told the actual delivery date is tomorrow Tuesday 1/11/22 well I got two Text messages tell me Friday and then Monday. FedEx has a bad way of delivering people packages.something needs to be done about your delivery service.

                              Paid $87 for priority delivery. Delivery date given was Dec 28 2021. Today is Jan 10 2022 package is still in transit. Customer care has no anwers or delivery date. Worst experience of my life.

                                  On Dec. 16th I went to my local FedEx store (1 hr from my home) and sent a package to my daughter in Spain.

                                  While I was there I was greeted and assisted by a FedEx employee who was polite, professional, and helpful. This FedEx professional reviewed with me the contents of my package to make sure there would be no issues in customs when it arrived in Spain. I was grateful for the additional guidance before shipping the package that cost me me $299.32 (cheapest option).

                                  I later received notice that my package was stopped in customs.

                                  Then I received notice that my package "Didn't clear customs at destination"

                                  I have been on the phone with FedEx for some time with different departments and have yet to receive an answer as to why my package didn't clear and was told that even though I walked through this shipment with an employee to make sure my package was clear I would receive no refund, even though they could not tell me why the package was sent back.

                                    I have shipped a parcel via FedEx on 16th Dec, which was due to deliver on 24th Dec, but it is stuck for clearance from last 1 week. Today is 9th of Jan and still no update. Have just received 1 email initially stating waiting for JA NOC from jeweller. Since then I am following up with various teams in FedEx, but no one is responding to my emails. Requesting for timelines and process to understand what is happening to my parcel. But everyone is ignoring my emails like they don’t even care.
                                    No email etiquettes, no professionalism. Atleast revert to the sender/recipient. If it’s about some fees or paperwork, there should be transparent and clear communication from the concerned team/department.

                                      My package has been stuck at Bangalore for well over 20 days now, It landed in bangalore on 20th december 2021, but still it shows in transit as the current status.
                                      After BOE customs raised query on 27th December which Fedex informed us on 3rd January 2022, and the same day we shared all the required documents and they said it will take 24 to 48 hrs. But now after 5 days of submission of documents customs website shows same status and Fedex customer representatives don't have a clue about the shipment status.

                                      All they say is the complainant has been escalated but when I call the next time they say the same.

                                      Even after providing all the necessary documents FedEx is taking too much time. This is delaying lot of work at our end. Who will pay for the losses occurred due to these avoidable delays?

                                        My package has been stuck at Bangalore for well over 75 days now, I have provided all the needed documents for clearance, been calling your customer care for the past 60 days and every time they say the complainant has been escalated but when I call the next time they say the same. The person that initially emailed from FedEx trace team has stopped replying to my emails after I sent all the documents. My shipment is for resale purpose. It is very urgent to my client. What am I supposed to do now... My tracking number is[protected]
