I shipped a package on Friday Dec 31st 2021, and it was supposed to deliver on Monday Jan 3rd 2022 but due to some reason, It got delayed by 2 days.

My Package was very time sensitive, for which I chose Overnight shipping and paid high price for that, and for late delivery I am facing consequences.

Not only that, I was told by Fedex representative on the phone that I will get the reimbursement due to delayed...

Tax bill a month late, now collection agency wants me to pay

I received a bill without any description (invoice number:[protected] half a month after the payment was due. The payment was due 1st of Dec, the bill was received the 14th of Dec. Also, the bill said that this was a reminder, while no other bill had been received before.

I would have paid immediately if I got a description of what the bill was for. However, I only received a billing amount and account number to send it to....

Its been more than 5 weeks now and yet no response about my shipment[protected]. FedEx turned out to be the leading pathetic service and unreliable customer support made it even worse.
When all the documentation is correct, why is it taking so long to deliver one shipment? Don't tell me the inflow of shipments is more or any such lame excuses, its more than 35 days just to clear customs? Like seriously?
Today is 11 Jan 2022....

Shipping delay, address change

We ordered a phone from our provider that was scheduled to arrive a week ago. The shipment was delayed by FedEx in Texas. We just sold our house, and due to the delay by FedEx, we will no longer be living at the address. We called after they announced the delay but they would not let us change the address or hold the shipment to be picked up. They gave us absolutely no options. The delay was not from the phone shipper, it was from FedEx....

Late package

I had a package that was suppose to be delivered Friday 1/7/22 at the end of day well the it turned out it was suppose to be delivered Today Monday 1/10/22 at the end of day now when I finally get a hold of a human person I, m told the actual delivery date is tomorrow Tuesday 1/11/22 well I got two Text messages tell me Friday and then Monday. FedEx has a bad way of delivering people packages.something needs to be done about your delivery...

International Priority Shipping

Paid $87 for priority delivery. Delivery date given was Dec 28 2021. Today is Jan 10 2022 package is still in transit. Customer care has no anwers or delivery date. Worst experience of my life....

On Dec. 16th I went to my local FedEx store (1 hr from my home) and sent a package to my daughter in Spain.

While I was there I was greeted and assisted by a FedEx employee who was polite, professional, and helpful. This FedEx professional reviewed with me the contents of my package to make sure there would be no issues in customs when it arrived in Spain. Clearance in progress from 1 week

I have shipped a parcel via FedEx on 16th Dec, which was due to deliver on 24th Dec, but it is stuck for clearance from last 1 week. Today is 9th of Jan and still no update. Have just received 1 email initially stating waiting for JA NOC from jeweller. Since then I am following up with various teams in FedEx, but no one is responding to my emails. Delay in customs clearance by Fedex

My package has been stuck at Bangalore for well over 20 days now, It landed in bangalore on 20th december 2021, but still it shows in transit as the current status.
After BOE customs raised query on 27th December which Fedex informed us on 3rd January 2022, and the same day we shared all the required documents and they said it will take 24 to 48 hrs. But now after 5 days of submission of documents customs website shows same status...

Shipment delivery issue

I have a shipment sent from USA and it has been already cleared through customs and arrived to the local depot more than a month before(04th Dec 2021) and still its not yet delivered.

I am communicating with FedEx through call/email and getting no/false updates on delivery. Not sure why FedEx taking so much time to deliver my shipment as its already at local depot. Even I visited local depot and they denied to give me shipment...

AWB: 775363898284 wantedly being put on hold with no response from anyone in FEDEX

I ordered a RC parachute paying 700USD shipped to India via FEDEX with AWB[protected]. The shipment reached BLR Gateway ( Banglore) on 6th December 2021 and was Assigned to Ashwini Mathew, Clearance Support Admin, FedEx Express Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa (MEISA) - Email ID : [protected]@fedex.com.

This person named Ashwini J Mathew has not been responding to calls or mails and the shipment has been put on hold...

Extremely High IGST charged for my shipments 287667528077 and 287667773432

I have repeatedly asked Fexed via phone and email to provide clarification regarding IGST breakdown, specially for my shipment[protected] priced at 615$ for which they charged massivley high duty of 32655 Rs which includes IGST of about 23000.

And they did not bother to break down the IGST calculation. This is extremely disgusting practice where they would just charge anything when importing from US to India.

Clearance delay for about 2 months

Clearance delay more than a month

My shipment with supplements from USA reached Bangalore on December 6th bearing AWB[protected]. I submitted all the documents and several extra documents as well when they asked and everything was submitted on time. But they still didn't dispatch the item and its almost 27 days. They are not answering calls nor replying to emails. They just put up some random hectic custom duty above that. What am i supposed to do? Whom should i reach out...

Shipment not delivered since 1 month

I have ordered few photography equipment from Mumbai those are expensive but FedEx is not delivering my products. its been a month, no proper response from them. No replies on emails.
