Below is what am seeing when i tracked my parcel and i have tried to reach some one from fedex so that the parcel will get to the destination on the 6th of september which was the day i was told is will get there and today is 7th, yet my parcel has not been delivered. It's said really, plus i also sent a mail to your support on your site yesterday and as at this moment i have not gotten any response and my parcel is still showing the below statement.

A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient. Recommended action: please call fedex customer service.

    I do not understand how my shipment will be rescheduled automatically w/o discussing with me but a auto message via sms is sent to me saying that i have requested for reschedulle - which is #. Not sure even fedex does this surprising, pathetic services...

      I have a shipment from china to delhi stuck in fedex for over a month.
      It did arrived in india quite in time (As mentioned by fedex, upon which i really can't trust now).
      After a lot of mails and calls they took 2 weeks to mention the document needed for custom clearance, when i provided the documents they even stopped replying the mails.
      Their clearance administrators are real pain in the a*. Neither that person replies on time nor picks up the call and most of the time he is on leave (He took more than a week for replying a single mail).
      Again after a lot of mails and calls to customer care, now i am being told that there is a backlog in delhi customs for past week, they are telling the same # for last whole week that there is backlog (One can really smell the fake excuses of theirs).

      This is by far the worst experience of international shipping.

      I was meant to get a package delivered on the 3/9 was not left i have tried to track says tracking number not found i left a note on my door to say where to leave ino details when being delivered it is a outside wall light

        I had booked & paid for a Mi phone display from China. The package (Tracking no.[protected], was shipped on 15.08.2019 from China & reached Mumbai on 20.08.2019, with Fedex. I uploaded my KYC documents at [protected]@fedex.com with ref to my AWB no. On 21.08.2019 the package was delivered to my address & was received by my Father. When opened, only a letter was found inside it & no mobile display. The letter was about submission of my KYC documents. I again submitted my KYC documents on fedex website. When I checked online the status of the shipment was showing as delivered. Immediately I called the customer care & they said that the package has been delivered to my address. Also I haven't received any call from FedEx. I need to know what happened to my package. Kindly trace the package & send the same as early as possible.

They also said that the consumer forum can't do anything to them as the forum has no value. Astonishing that consumer forum is supporting such crooks.             I had placed an order with wittycraft and was delivered by the courier person from fedex. I had given 1 rs.2500 1 rs. 2000 note and 1 rs.500 note to my mother-in-law and had left for work.in my absence the order was delivered and the delivery person collected rs.2500 and never returned rs. 1000 back.               Hi, i have a parcel from newyork to india, my sister sent it with fedex express, after a week it reached india and stuck in bangalore customs.
              They requested me for some documents, i did submitted all of them. However its been more than 15days, no reply or call from them about the status of my parcel. I am calling daily to customer service, they say its pending from customs team. I tried reaching banagalore customs, no one picks my call and respond. I cannot wait more
              Very very bad and worst services of fedex.

              I really do not understand the reason of delay.

                I recently purchased online. The company i purchased is from focusrite. They are shipping the product from u. S to india. This is my first international shipping experience. After few days of purchasing the product i got a call from fedex team stating, we are calling from fedex and your shipment is in customs. We need you to provide us with your kyc details. After this call we will be sending you a link to a portal where you have upload your pan or aadhar or voter id or passport soft copy.

                Here starts the chaos, i just receive a message to my mobile number with an url of HTTP://images.fedex.com/downloads/downloadcenter/in/authorization-letter.pdf

                All this has is authorization with know your customer document.

                So i got confused and called the customer support saying that i did not received a mail with a portal link. They apologized and said they will be sending me the link. And after the call, all i received is the same message o[censored]rl to my mobile phone.

                I called again and explained them i did not received any portal link. And some how the customer support agent is smart enough to validate the mail id. And the issue was they got my mail id wrong. They ate one letter from my mail id. I said them again my mail id and confirmed it.

                Now i received a mail from fedex. So i took out the print out of pdf from the url i received "authorization with know your customer document" provided details stating i am an individual and i am providing aadhar as proof. Scanned that document again and my aadhar's front and back.

                I have opened the kyc portal - HTTPs://kyc.fedex.com/#/app-landing
                Clicked on submission of kyc documents and provide the relevant details and got an otp to my mail and got to the page where i have to provide my kyc details.

                For my surprise, i see something called iec number. Well the fedex was kind enough to provide what is iec link. I browsed through those and found out i have to keep code [protected]. It stands for

                Persons/institutions/hospitals importing or exporting goods for their personnel use not connected with trade or manufacture or agriculture.

                And i provide my aadhar details and completed the kyc process (It did not asked for the authorization letter in the portal). Within an hour i see a mail stating my kyc is incomplete, stating:

                Detailed description : need to all document name indian overseas bank.

                I was like what the, so here i am again calling them asking what do you mean by that. And this is the most ridiculous reply i got. It is rejected because there is no indian seas bank mentioned in the proof provided but it is there in the address (See focusrite address image uploaded below. You will understand it is street name but not only just the name without the word street at the end). I explained them clearly that indian overseas bank is mentioned as a landmark why would it be in the name section. Now they ask me to send the authorization letter to [protected]@cogenteservices.in. So i sent it.

                One day passed no reply so i called to check. They say it may be because i did not kept the tracking number in the subject. I was like well it is my bad this time. Then they made me write a letter to deputy commissioner of customs cell stating that indian overseas bank is just a landmark but not a organization which is receiving the shipment. I did and sent it.

                After that i received a copy and paste mail saying we uploaded your details to our system successfully and i have to send the hard copies of same documents signed to a particular address. I was like what the hell is this.

                I called them and asked what is this, they are like sending hard copies is not mandatory. We have sent your documents to final audit team and you will receive a response for them.

                The next day i again received copy and paste mail of the shame thing. You have to send the hard copies.

                This is my first time doing international shopping and i was eager to get this product like crazy. And they are giving me this # service. I am pissed to an extent. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I waited like 1 hour in call queue for getting to customer support agent.

                I received the package. And the third party vendors of FedEx just share their laziness.
                I received a call on 7th of Aug saying, my package has arrived and I will be receiving it on 8th.
                On 8th morning I called the guy and asked when he would deliver it. He said in the afternoon sir between 2 to 8.
                In the afternoon I tried calling him and his number is not reachable. The day passed on without any info on what the hell is happening.
                Next day, I had to call FedEx customer Service and make them say who their third party vendor was. Then googled them and found their number and called them. They said they will be delivering today(9th Aug). I am so not ready to wait even hours to have my shipment. SO I had to ask their address, go there and get my product on my own.

                If FedEx would have been a person. I would have been their worst nightmare. And poor customer support agents of FedEx they have take the heat for all the dumb people handling the shipment.

                I will say my customer service experience is satisfactory. But the people of KYC department, they suck. And the shipment handling capability of FedEx is far more than the word worse.

                  However, in the last mail they also said about one thing which they never discussed with me :
                  2) importer exporter code (Iec) is mandatory for all shipments imported into india. Please mention the iec number along with the kyc documentation).br...

                  On 7/27/2019 i got email from fedex.com stating in order to clear your shipment "[[protected]]" without delays, we request you to submit the following at the earliest.

                  They requested to provide kyc form and consignee authorization and i already replied on 7/27/2019 with all the required documents

                  Now its more then 5 days but no update from fedex, i talked to customer representative and they said they have received my documents and its under process so today on 1st august i called again to get new update and i surprised to get their new statements, now they are saying that they have not receive my documents and requested me to send it again and 2nd time i have send my documents as i have no other choice.

                  Its already getting late for me. It was supposed to reach 31st july 2019.

                  Can you please make it fast and proceed with delivery

                    On 29/07/2019 I received a call from fedex representative stating that “In order to clear your shipment without delays, we request you to submit the following at the earliest.”

                    They requested to provide KYC Form and Consignee authorization which was submitted post the call.
                    Issues with respect to the document:
                    1.1St call to kyc fedex team: The Name from the delivery address and the name from the Aadhaar is not matching. Aparently, I was asked to send a letter to the “Deputy Commisioner” about the change in the name.
                    - My Comments: I did the same and sent it again.
                    2. 2nd call to kyc fedex team: When I called up to check the status, they asked me since you wanted to change the name, it should be contacted by the shipper to change the invoice.
                    -My comments: I contacted the shipper, changed the invoice and sent it again.

                    3. 3rd call to kyc fedex team: When I called up to check the status, they informed me that they require a declaration from the shipper about the name change with the company seal.

                    -My Comments: I contacted the shipper again and received the declaration letter with the company seal.

                    4. 4th call to kyc fedex team: When I called up to check the status, they informed me that the KYC is completed from their end and I should be contacting the customer care for the shipping details.
                    5.5th Call to fedex customer care – They informed me that they didn’t receive any notification about the clearance and still the status remains the same.

                    6. 6th call to kyc fedex team: They said since the delivery address has you’re the company you are working for address, we need a declaration from your company stating that it is for your personal use.
                    -MyComments: That cannot be done as any software company will not support or provide any kind of declaration for an individual personal shopping.
                    7. 7th call to kyc fedex team: They said delivery address doesn’t matter and informed me kyc is completed but when I asked them what is the next step, they asked me to go to kyc.fedex.com and upload the documents.( My question was what does it mean when you said kyc is completed).
                    My Comments: I went to the website and tried to upload the kyc documents where it asked me the Importers exporters code even though I chose the option “Individual”.

                    8. 8th call to kyc fedex team: They asked me to send the documents on email, which was already sent one day ago.
                    9. 9th call to kyc fedex team: They said it will take minimum of 15-20 days for clearance and they will come back to me in 24 hours if there is any problem with my documents.

                    Question is that I made a purchase online which was a number plate frame for my motorcycle. This is for my personal use. The product cost is just 16$ and the shipment costs 37$. I understand that there is a custom duty clearance but how does it matter if my delivery address is a shortname from the government ID. Anyways I am submitting the government id to justify that I am an individual who is a citizen of india. For example the name mentioned is “Kuvalesh Bache” and the name mentioned in the aadhaar card was AB Kuvalesh Kumar (Here AB is Anantapur Bache). I declared it in the declaration and further to support my answer, I have uploaded the Passport copy which had my full name. Even then, the document is not taken into the consideration.

                    I regret to say this but the product ordered was a gift to my friend and it is not acceptable for me to face this issue any time. I am fighting over this for the past two days which is bothering me.
                    It would really be helpful if some one helps me with this. I even asked the representative if there is a location where I can go and talk or submit any documentation face to face, but apparently they do not have this facility.

                    Cons of having customer care: No one has the standard process of what is required, every representative has their own processes.

                    I received an email stating that I haven't submitted the documents required. But Apparently, I did. They respond to my first email again and again.

                    Please check the latest email which has every document needed.

                    I am TIRED OF THIS SERVICE

                    Well, i received an email just 15 min back stating they didn't receive the required documentation. I have forwarded several emails post the discussion with your representatives and the team responds to my first email stating they require the documents which was already sent latest.

                    I am TIRED AND TIRED OF THIS SERVICE...

                      My consignment number is[protected]. I had provided correct pincode on the parcel, but fedex guy wrote wrong pincode. And now my shipment is continuously travelling between delhi and srinagar, when it is supposed to go to uttar pradesh. I have lodged multiple complaints, sent mails, and i call them everyday. The shipment is delayed for more than 3 weeks now. They only say "we will retrieve parcel asap", "we don't have any updates yet", "we are trying our best", "we don't have systems that show exact location of the parcel", "we are not able to contact delhi's team leader", one of the guy even said not to call everyday, like what??? Then deliver the damn parcel, so we won't call you. Fedup of fedex.

                        Through your seemingly reputed name, we had ordered for a delivery of 10 packages (180kgs) of furniture that included a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa, a marble table, and a bed. The goods were consigned to our residence address mentioning the flat number located on 2nd floor of the building. (Fedex tracking[protected]

                        When the goods arrived on 18th july 2019 in a big truck, fedex delivery personnel phoned and requested me to come below the building in what appeared to be for verifying and identifying the packages… but to my utter dismay they left whole cargo below the building and fast left claiming to be ‘very busy with other places to go’!

                        After scrambling to locate fedex to get them delivered at the designated apartment, on phone call, their area staff member (A lady) shirked all responsibility by giving an absurd reason ‘your designated address doesn’t show words 2/floor, only mentions flat number so its not their responsibility to deliver in the flat.!! She refused to reason out or discuss logically, was rude and stuck to her absurd reason. So where on the form does it mention the cargo to be delivered/abandoned on the street???

                        The packages were just left on the ground causing a lot of hardship and inconveniences as our elderly mother had to stay down to take care of them for a few hours, while we had to arrange for manpower to deliver the packages to the residence. Our repeated phones to fedex were to no avail.

                        Besides this hassle of refusing to deliver at designated address, the cargo was roughly handled in transportation and dragged from truck to ground. We found the marble top for a table was cracked and sofa’s slightly torn.. While the packages were given to fedex in strong export packed condition.

                        This is nothing but deficiency of services by fedex, non-delivery at designated address, poor and ridiculous handling and it is mandated for fedex to take full responsibility of these losses incurred and follow up with its customer to do the needful.

                        After enduring such harassment and trouble by using FedEx service, it is deplorable to note total silence from them. Evading to reply will neither make their problem disappear nor acceptable to us.

                        As a global company, they are expected to take full responsibility for their behavior and service.

                        The courier delivery persons just abandoned the packages below the building and refused to deliver to the residence. And also the coffee table was brought in a broken state. When reported to the FedEx person in Chennai she was very rude and unwilling to listen and help. This is absolutely wrong and caused extreme inconvenience for us. I have made the complaint again and again but nothing is being done by your courier company to resolve this.

                        After providing pathetic delivery service ( FedEx tracker number[protected], we have received similarly worst handling from FedEx Customer Care.

                        Since July 26 there was a message from Fedex 'We will get in touch with you'. unfortunately we have neither received any contact or communication till today.

                        We reiterate that evading to solve will not make the issue disappear and is not acceptable to us after undergoing such harassment.

                        Your further silence will only force us to approach honorable consumer court and seek justice without delay.

                          Hi,
                          We have got a shipment of cosmetics from china via fedex.
                          After 3 days of booking the shipment, it has reached bangalore fedex office and held for customs clearance.
                          Since then i have been trying to contact fedex's customs clearance department, but have not heard anything from them.
                          Everyday i have call toll free number and talk to customer care representative and the only update i get is it's under process and "we don't have any other information".

                          It's kind of annoying and full of hassle.
                          Since my shipment reached bangalore, i have completed all the kyc documents.

                          The representative assigned to me from fedex for clearance was ms sujaya yella.
                          More than 20 mails have been sent to her and she didn't even bother replying to even one of them.

                          Written to [protected]@fedex.com but still no update response.

                          Considering shipments like this has expiry date of only 12 months, i am bearing a huge loss everyday.

                          Worst courier service ever.
                          Not recommended at all.
                          Best is we can get our shipment from sea as it's much faster and cheaper.

                          The only way left is to register a complaint with consumer grievances to get back my shipment.

                            The product has been struck at customs in bamgalore and one month passed still the fedex team is not at all taking responsible to get the product delivered to the customer. I have been calling fedex everyday and the answer is same that the product will be delivered soon.

                              Hi,
                              I got a call and then mail from fedex regarding kyc docs submission. They asked me to submit any govt id.
                              However, in the last mail they also said about one thing which they never discussed with me which is importer exporter code (Iec) is mandatory for all shipments imported into india. Please mention the iec number along with the kyc documentation).

                              I put them mail to inquiry about this, but i din't get any response. Can you please help me to understand this requirement. If this needed for individual importer or not?

                                I bought 3 tshirts and 2 hoodies and one slippers from hollister online clothing for aprox 7300 rs and they have sent through fedex. The delivery was stopped at bangalore customs. Fedex called me and asked kyc and i vae sent kyc. After one week they call me and asked for bank statement for amount proof and i have sent it and they delayed. Final i got product delay of two weeks. Fedex has charged me 4400 rs for 7300 rs on what basis i dont no that was almost 60% of actual price. Final i have received order when i opened and see, there were two item missing. Immediately i called fedex customer care, guess what they are asking what is the proof that two item are missed. According to me fedex is biggest fraud company. I have checked customs online they will charge 28% for international clothes, but surprisingly fedex has charged 60% with two items missing. Finally i havent receive complete order. So, money lose for me for two products and fedex has charged for complete order. That to money loss totally i have lost money of 3200 rs please guys they get or send things from fedex

                                  I shipped a courier from bombay to jabalpur on 6 june 2019.
                                  The fedex pickup guy charged rs.3665.

                                  I later called the customer care and they revealed that my courier was only billed for rs.2129.70 only.

                                  A scam of rs.1535.3.
                                  The fedex department has admitted the actual amount but are ignoring and not replying to the situation.

                                  I am attesting all the documents, please review and help me get my money back.
                                  And guide me so that i can lodge a formal complaint against this fraud.
                                  Because i called and got my quote but how many others are being scammed without any knowledge.
                                  The scammer name is dilip from mumbai, he operates in andheri area.

                                    I had a international shipment that was sent last week of May. It reached Bangalore and got message regarding to submit kyc which I submitted next day. In tracking info it showed delay due to kyc. After Bangalore FedEx received my kyc which took two days to update. After that there was no tracking info regarding when package will reach. Then called FedEx multiple times to know about status. Everytime they had same reason that due to shortage of workers all parcels are delayed. Then June 19 got call from FedEx that they need receipt of purchase. In the email FedEx sent had long list of info and document required. It was a surprise for me by my husband. But in email all the items were listed. Watch, bracelet and candy. Then after my husband sent the documents it took again a long time for them to update and show any tracking info. Due to this called FedEx many times. They had same answer shortage of workers and no answers for delivery date. Though asked then if they require anything else they said no. Then in the tracking info it showed incorrect address. Then called FedEx asked them address it was all correct only telangana was not present due which they couldn't deliver that day. I asked them did delivery person had my phone no. No answer. He could have called me and I would have guided them to my address I told. No answer . Then I told how would you give them my phone no so that such thing doesn't happen again. There was no sorry nothing OK updated now they will call you at time of delivery.

                                    I have been very patient with FedEx. I don't know should have complaint long time back or got angry. This is first time seeing FedEx irresponsible, not professional and insensitive behaviour. Least they could have told sorry for inconvenience. Customer Care looked like its your problem not ours. Why should we care or worry.

                                    Call multiple times same answer
                                    Customer Care didn't care much
                                    It looked like our mistake we sent through FedEx and we are paying price for it.
                                    It is more than one month and package is still waiting to get delivered. Don't believe FedEx could be like this. Heard rave reviews for FedEx in time delivery and customer helpful. Unfortunately this wasn't how it was. Really dissapointed and tired. For relief want package to be delivered. Don't want to take more headache regarding this. I don't usually Complaint because all are human it happens but this behaviour and process really irked us.
                                    Don't want to go through FedEx again. Hope they are better courier service in India that are responsible and sensitive.
