I got a call and then mail from cogenteservices regarding kyc docs submission. They asked me to submit aadhar doc and authorization letter to the said id.
However, in the last mail they also said about one thing which they never discussed with me :

delivery being delayed unnecessarily

My consignment number is[protected]. I had provided correct pincode on the parcel, but fedex guy wrote wrong pincode. We have got a shipment of cosmetics from china via fedex.
After 3 days of booking the shipment, it has reached bangalore fedex office and held for customs clearance.
Since then i have been trying to contact fedex's customs clearance department, but have not heard anything from them.

product blocked at customs through fedex at bangalore.

The product has been struck at customs in bamgalore and one month passed still the fedex team is not at all taking responsible to get the product delivered to the customer. I have been calling fedex everyday and the answer is same that the product will be delivered soon.

overcharged for a courier

Hi,
I shipped a courier from bombay to jabalpur on 6 june 2019.
The fedex pickup guy charged rs.3665.

I later called the customer care and they revealed that my courier was only billed for rs.2129.70 only.

A scam of rs.1535.3.
The fedex department has admitted the actual amount but are ignoring and not replying to the situation.

I am attesting all the documents, please review...

irresponsible behaviour of fedex not delivering package on time
