delay in delivery with wrong status

Then i checked the status of my order and it showed me that the schedule delivery will be on 4 june 2019. Contacting fedex customer care everyday from last 7 days for follow up but not getting proper answer and process from your side.

A package has been sent from zimbabwe to india and fedex asked for many documents, kyc, invoice, passport, pan card and other documents which i gave them but its been a week and my parcel has not yet been received. Each time i call the customer care, am asked the same things over and over. I need to do visa renewal and this is pending.
