Contacting fedex customer care everyday from last 7 days for follow up but not getting proper answer and process from your side.

Hi, I have an issue with a shipment sent from the US to Kerala, India, which is now 'stuck' at Bangalore. The tracking website lists: A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
Recommended action: Please call FedEx Customer Service.

At the time of booking at our supplier side, the fedex-china informed the freight amount would be $600[all inclusive]. Sent a packet wih some books and papers, dry snacks, fenugreek seeds, green tea packets, a snack making machine, clothes like dhothi, shawl and gloves. It was sent by fedex through an agent. It was rejected at madrid customs saying "food, beverages or any commodity destinated towards human consumption are restricted in spain". I have ordered from various courier companies and found out that fedex was worst they charged me 8769 rs as customs and didn’t even provided me with an invoice paper which is kind of weird and i ordered hair extensions worth rs 20000 and the delivery didn’t had any payment options instead of cash. A package has been sent from zimbabwe to india and fedex asked for many documents, kyc, invoice, passport, pan card and other documents which i gave them but its been a week and my parcel has not yet been received. Each time i call the customer care, am asked the same things over and over. I need to do visa renewal and this is pending.
