As the title says, i had submitted the kyc details for the shipment [tracking no.[protected]] the day i had received the phone call for it. After uploading the required details, i received a confirmation mail for the same within 4 hours. But now, fedex is saying this in the tracking status page which is simply not acceptable. This is a very important shipment of mine and i really need it by tomorrow as it is required by me in my university for which i will be leaving on 4th of july. Please try and clear the shipment as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Dear sir i have submitted all the forms required for kyc, still my shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
    What does this mean?
    Tracking number is[protected].
    It is coming from naveda. Do i need to give more documents for the clearence. Let me know if i have to do something for that. Does this happen everytime.

      I had ordered my books on 16 and the courier picked it on 21 no matter the thing is on 26 they had to deliver even the courier was in the city for delivery. But they don't deliver it and wrote delivery exception
      Again on 27 same thing happened with me.
      I think such services should be closed. Very worst service. My abusive words comes for these service provider.
      They didn't understand the time and requirement of people.
      They also have no contact information.
      I called in head office and they told that we can't be able to give you the number of respective branch. What the hell is this?

        Hi,

        I have sumbitted kyc documents and fedex auth form on 17th june. But still status is not updated, when i contacted fedex through customer carevia phone:[protected].
        Below are the responses from fedex.
        On21st:we have received kyc docs and status will be updated in next 24-48hrs
        On24:we have received kyc docs and status will be updated in next 24-48hrs
        On25:we have received kyc docs and status will be updated in next 24-48hrs
        On26:we have received kyc docs and status will be updated in next 24hrs
        On27:today fedex team is saying there is no eta, really dont understand what is going on with my package.

        I need my package to be delivered as soon as possible.

            I have booked parcel from Bengalure to Hyderabad on 8th June on standard overnight basis vide tracking[protected] so that my parcel will reach to my client in 24 hours which I committed to him but the parcel has handovered to my receiver on 11th June bt 3 PM and prior to that on 10th June I have contacted the customer care was in vain because I couldn't get any assurances of delivering the parcel in 24 hours for which I have paid and got answer that there is backlog due to which the parcel cannot be delivered on 10th June and maybe delivered on 11th only and my receiver contact the customer care but the answer he got is that the parcel cannot be delivered on 11th June and my question is if the parcel booked on standard overnight basis and charged accordingly but delivered in 48 hours why not the difference amount to be refunded to me and hope the concerned persons will look into the matter. More importantly when my forwarder has put me and customer care person on call I got the answer from customer care person that my parcel has been booked under 3rd party and there is lot of backlog which is ridiculous. Hope I can get reply from concerned ones.

              On 12/062019 i got email from fedex.com stating In order to clear your shipment "[protected] " without delays, we request you to submit the following at the earliest.

              they requested to provide KYC Form and Consignee authorization and i already replied on 12/06/2019 with all the required documents

              now its more then 5 days but no update from Fedex, on 11 Junei talked on their no[protected] and they said they have received my documents and its under process so today on 6th July i called again to get new update and i surprised to get their new statements, now they are saying that they have not receive my documents and requested me to send it again and 2nd time i have send my documents as i have no other choice

              No body is giving any correct update nor clearing my shipment and not sure what kind of game they are playing with their customers

              Note: I have recordings of all conversation to show it how every time they have given wrong/fake information

              Never happened. Next is for Tuesday..
              Why do they call it courier, if they don't work on weekends.
              Just big name company's.

                I have sent a parcel containing mere documents from Canada to India. And my parcel has been held in bangalore for customs clearance for the past 3-4 days. I was first asked to submit commercial invoice which i did. Then my recipient was asked to submit kyc form. But my recipient is a financial company(LICHFL) and they would not be able to provide kyc due to their privacy policies and they have stated all these in an email, along with the purpose of me sending these documents to them and sent to the kyc team in fedex. But whenever i call fedex, they just keep asking for the same documents that has already been submitted many times and yet they are saying that they havent got customs clearance. Recipient has also made it clear that its not their norm to send kyc form. Will a nationalized bank in India provide kyc ???? The answer is simply NO. Then why ask for it ? I have sent it in international priority and this is how its being treated ! Fedex is the WORST of all other courier companies in this world ! I have used DHL prior and i have had no issues. FEDEX was close to my house and that was why i chose to send by fedex and im regretting now ! Worst customer care service especially the Indian fedex team. They have no clue what they are dealing with !

                    I have ordered something from free prints.com and it has to be delivered on 31 may 2019 but it was not delivered. Then i checked the status of my order and it showed me that the schedule delivery will be on 4 june 2019. But on 4 june when i tracked mu shipment it showed me that at transit in dehradun fedex and incorrect address. The address was absolutely correct. If the delivery boy is unable to find my house so he should have contacted me through the phone no. That i have provided to the free prints.com. Please do something

                      My order which has been booked by Vista Print to Fedex with tracking[protected] hasn't been delivered yet. The original delivery date was 31 may 2019. now its 3 June. It had arrived at destination city on 29th may and has been stuck there since then!! I have sent numerous tweets (@kreativity13) and calls to fedex customer care but I have not got any proper solution or confirmation of my order delivery. I had pre paid for my order online on vistaprint and its also needed by me urgently for my business use and this delay has already wasted lot of my time and loss of orders/promotion potential.

                          Worst service not knowing about my package that has to be deliver within 5 kms very irresponsible. Simply saying process going on. Package has been delayed for more than a week. No calls from fedex courier service. Only am calling them daily where is my package. Every time different person s repeating the same story again and again but no solution for it. Atleast they can send it back to the sender that too not possible for them. Floor manager is always busy with some work and not ready to talk. No one ready to answer when my package reach us. Pathetic service.in case if your package not reach you by time will you be quiet.                                     Recommended action: Please call FedEx Customer Service.
                                    I am not sure where to find the form or where to contact. Need immediate assistance.

                                      My self is anoop singh and i send a courier through global indian express is in new delhi mahipalpur and he made colobration with most courier company. I send packet for nigeria and i amde payment of 2900/-inr through paytm. And i clearly mention this thing that without my comfirmation do not deliver my courier because of my payment is pending with bank. I send proper mail to both of company. And i make a call also on that time lady told me that yes sir we hold this packet do not worry. But as morning i checked that my courier is showing deliver and i did not received any amount from client side so without my concern why company deliver that courier. I mention this 2 time that otherwise rto on my address. Now who is going to bear all cahrges i paid to yoiu 2900/-inr and value of my good also. This is the services of fedex and so called global india express. I want my good back or provide me value of my good.

                                        I am a regular importer. Recently i imported a consignment [58 kg] [jan-19] from my supplier bearing awb [protected] through fedex. At the time of booking at our supplier side, the fedex-china informed the freight amount would be $600[all inclusive]. The material reached our place, where fedex india informed the freight amount is rs.99000.00 [$1425]. When i inquired, they said we don't have an account with fedex. After so many followups, finally they accepted our account number. Then they raised different issues,
                                        1) stating it was booked with our supplier account
                                        2) our supplier booked in non economy mode
                                        3) our supplier has not confirmed the freight amount at the time of booking.
                                        We cleared all the issues one after another. From the same supplier we imported a consignment through tnt, where the total freight amount was only rs.21000.00. Since i am a regualar importer, i know the freight amount. Else???
                                        For their mistakes, they are penalizing the customer.
                                        Finally [may-19] i advised them to return the material back to my supplier.

                                        After so many follow ups, FEDEX said the freight amount is correct. They are charging 5 times more than my regular import charge.

                                        THEY ARE CHEATING ME BY CHARGING SUCH A HUGE MONEY.

                                        I informed them to return back the material to my supplier. Also advised them to return my DUTY AMOUNT.

                                        Because of this reason, they are loosing good business from my two other companies.

                                        They are not resolving the issue as on[protected].
