Its regarding my fnp Order ID #41395056, placed yesterday afternoon for today morning delivery. Product is not available and they are checking this while enquiring about the delivery.. this is not done.. team is not bothered to check while taking the order and very conviniently saying no at time of delivery.. they don't understand the importance of such orders on special days of customer, what type of service they think they are providing.. its really pathetic.. won't recommend anyone to go with fnp and ruin their special occasions..

    Hi,

    I ordered couple of personalised items for my wife as valentines gift, item was delivered as faulty and I raised a complaint soon (within couple of hours of getting the faulty item delivered).
    After raising the complaint, I was asked to send a video of the faulty item which I did straightway, however to my surprise they kept asking for video again and again (for couple of days), and this is when I kept reply to their email with video attachment and also mentioning it on my email comments.

    It was like having an email conversation with a BOT, which has standard reply set i.e "Please send a video".
    After this game of asking for videos, finally got a response after a week that we can resend the product, please confirm if you want this to resend. I replied back again within few minutes to confirm that it's better to get the working item sent again as I ordered it as a gift.
    FNP team again didn't disappoint me, after no response for 3 days them I emailed them again for an update (and honestly I wasn't too surprised this time with their pathetic service) that we can't send the item again so please confirm if we can issue a refund.

    As I didn't have much choice this time, I asked for a refund. And their customer service team had another surprise for me, they issued a refund for a cheaper item instead of issuing the actual refund.

    Can you please help resolve this and take some action against these companies who are running this business of cheating their customers?

      I put an order through ferns and petal website.For that I have made payment of 803 ₹ on[protected] for the Samee day delivery i.e.[protected] but they didn't supply my order on time . I called delivery person various of times but i did not get any response and after 2 days when i called for my money back and compensation as my occasion has been spoiled due to their bad and worst service.

        I have order a cake on 7-02-23 for delivery on. 11_02_23 they said delivery is available on that location but on 10th they r saying delivery not available at that address.they said they will refund me but it's already 18th till now I don't get the refund

          Very bad experience in ordering.
          Very bad experience in ordering.. I ordered flowers and cake for my husband online on[protected] for Valentine’s Day[protected].. and today is[protected] they have not yet delivered and on[protected] their delivery body told me that my parcel got rejected from my husband which was big lie. My husband didn’t even receive a call from their delivery boy not even met him. Now when am chatting which their customers care they are asking for re delivery again and again but not delivering my cake and flowers. I ask them to refund my money they are refusing to refund also. So my money has gone with them and my husband didn’t received my gift also. I will never order from this website

            I would like to say
            I ordered on[protected] from ferns and petals, which was supposed to reach on 14 Feb to the destination(Germany), unfortunately the recipient hasn't received anything which has disappointed me a lot, it was the valentine's day surprise but the services from ferns and petals have literally disappointed me
            Ferns and petals literally lied to me and I would say the services from ferns and petals are the worst, I kept asking about delivery and I got the response from ferns and petals that the product has been delivered, whereas the recipient was waiting the whole time for the order back in Germany
            I am loding this complain against Ferns and petals, please look into the matter

              My order was cancelled without any reason. It was for a loved one and I'm emotionally very hurt. If they didn't want to deliver then the order shouldn't have been accepted in the first place. They sent cancellation notice after hours of ordering leaving me no choice to place another gift order.

                  Firstly i had ordered for 1 order in the morning for one product that was cancelled because o[censored]navailability then for the other order i placed i booked for a slot for 3-6 pm which was not delivered firstly the colour was not available so they asked me to pick another colour then they didn’t deliver

                  Called and spoke to multiple agents but didn’t get a proper response.

                    I ordered flowers(order id[protected] for my wife and paid for express shipment and the same was promised to be delivered before 3 pm.
                    But it was on hold till 3:30pm, i asked their support which is automated bot.
                    Got a call from their team and who didn't help me and cancelled the order.
                    I am yet to recieve the refund but I see they are deducting some amount by name of convenience fee.
                    Very irresponsible and insensible people.
                    I will never ever buy anything from them and GUYS please stay away from them.

                      On New Year Eve, 31 Dec 2022, I went to your website to order a cake for my friend's birthday which was on 01 Jan 2023.

                      I ordered the cake with my gmail account log in, non member and already paid for my order but during the whole process there was no upload of the payment being successfully being taken in by your company system.

                      I ordered the cake again now with my hotmail account log in, member and also paid for my order but this time before i made payment. a lady from your company claiming to be the staff said that she can see that i am trying to make payment but was not able to therefore provide me the payment link sent to my hotmail account.
                      I made payment for the second time but still again no payment page uploaded saying payment successful.

                      I did asked your staff to check properly with my first order giving her my hp no. she said no order made that's y i paid the second time.

                      With the thinking maybe first two payments never go through, i went for the last try, third time to order and same made payments.
                      Thinking why the payment page was not uploaded, i called the hotline to ask your staff and checked.

                      After talking to her for so long then she say i make duplicate orders on the second and third payment, she can only cancel one order and refund me one time.

                      Then next day, to my friend's surprise she got 2 cakes sent to her different times of the day, one in the morning and one in afternoon.
                      Which then i realised the first order was also taken in.

                      Anyway i already send multiple emails saying that it's the system error and not my fault then why your staff never check properly i have ordered 3 times and not just 2 times, giving her my hp no cannot check.

                      I should also be refunded for my first cake too and not make to pay for 2 cakes.
                      Or is your company trying to scam more people $$ by not loading the payment page.

                      This is the last resort before i am going to make a police report and to the newspapers to publish how your company system is.

                      The cake sent to my friend got no Happy Birthday and requested to write her name like Eg Happy Birthday Jane.

                      Eg Jane written in red ink, in chinese we don't write name in red ink unless the person is dead.

                      You are such a big company but not able to refund me or make any compensation at all.

                      Your hotmail and the one who reply emails are very rude.
                      never spare a thought for customers.

                      U think i so free to pay three times then now asking for 2 refunds but given only 1 cos it's system error.

                      The one who reply emails only know how to say cos delivery out 2 times .. how i know delivery out 2 times if i know i won't do it.

                      Your company website really down on new year eve so please check first before you let your customer pay for your mistake !!!

                        Firstly I have been ordering from your company since so long. Today being someone's birthday i ordered a cake from your company.if you all cannot deliver the order than I should have been informed a way earlier. After taking whole day I received a call that it will not be delivered since there is no one in that area who can deliver the order. Is it my problem??? What kind of irresponsible behaviour is this?? And now when I finally cancelled it you all are saying that it will be refunded after 7-10 days?? I making a joke out of it??? I want my refund immediately. I should customer face a problem for yous un professional behaviour??

                          Yesterday I sent 2 bouquets to my sister in law in hyderabad, the flowers were so bad in shape. She sent me photos amd when I informed the fnp team they closed my query saying their delivery partner sent photo before delivering( am damn sure they never gt any picture before deliver) even when I sent my photo on same day they said they didnt received my email.
                          These people are fraud

                            I ordered an assorted muffins box for my mother in USA from India. The order is updated as delivered but they have not received it in USA.

                            I have always sent the cakes through Fernsnpetals before but this has never happened.

                            Totally disappointed with the service because it was for Birthday. The muffins were ordered such that they reach on the birthday eve but it did not reach.

                            I have spent almost Rs7000 for the delivery and this is what I get!

                                Issue: Placed a cake order on Jan19th which is scheduled to deliver by jan20th to surprise my friend in Bangalore on his Birthday. My friend was on vacation and couldn't receive the order and requested the delivery person to redeliver it on Monday for which the delivery person had no objection. Till now the order has not been delivered and none of the staff from Ferns N Petals tried to approach me on this. So, I have called them to enquire regarding this and I learnt that my money will not be refunded and If at all I want to the delivery I have to pay additional 500 rupees.

                                First of all I was not aware of these policies and if they have informed me at the time of delivery, I would have chosen to return the product and ask for refund.

                                I feel this is unfair and my money has to be refunded by all means.

                                  Charged the goods and never delivered. Unccoperative support and then set the status to ¨Delivery attempted¨ but failed because recipient asked for a change in order date an time - absolute rubbish since the recipient and the alternate contact number were never even contacted. They had been alerted and were at hom to receive the birthday cake - which now 2 days after the birthday I´m still following up for a refund after raising multiple immediate tickets for ASAP delivery only to hear since delivery was ¨attempted¨¨ (Which it never was), they won´t process refund.

                                  Me and friends have used f& p over 4 years now and will probably not connsider doing this again.

                                    The order was intended to deliver on birthday however, now the special day has gone. Their customer support saying one sentence again n again.. anyhow ! You must take responsibility of it. Adding the logging queries pic. Even contacted them several times.

                                      Ordered a cake to wellington Newzeland and its been crossed the deliver date . Now they are making lame excuses that address is not proper even i sent them address proof too!

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I called for the status of my order and the agent said they were unable to contact their team in Australia as there is an issue with the order. The agent confirmed a cancellation and refund. I called to ask again for my refund and the another agent said they do not handle refunds. What is going on? I paid 14 thousand for this order and demand a refund as the delivery did not happen till today and the company does not have a Australia team.
