Dear all,
This is with reference to the above order that I had placed this order on 23.07.22 which is supposed to be delivered on 29.07.22.But even after several one-sided communication through mail and calls my order is not yet delivered.
I must tell you that i called Ferns N Petals customer care no:[protected] number of times till today and everybody told me that it will be delivered soon .On 30th July i got a mail from Ferns N Petals that my order is shipped with track id:[protected].How funny order needs to be delivered on 29th is shipped on 30th .Also while tracking through the link.provided i got the message as :
" We didn’t find an item associated with this number"
After this I called your Ferns N Petals customer care again and again every day but no status was clarified by your team and it was told to me that our team will call you soon.Even after several calls i made to Ferns N Petals team not a single call was received from Ferns N Petalsteam regarding my concern, which was shocking for me.On 4th Aug i got a mail from fnp that
"Oh dear! We're feeling very bad that your order #35868459 could not be delivered to Santosh Nanda due to"
After receiving this mail which was quite a surprise for me, i again i called numbers of time to Ferns N Petals customer care team but the response from Ferns N Petals team was as explained above and till now nobody called me from team to clarify the status.In between recipient Mr.Santosh Nanda also called Ferns N Petals team (Mrs/Miss Priti) and clarified everything about the delivery not yet done and the address provided was correct.She told him that she will call in two hours after getting information from international team.I also shared the address proof of the recipient as required by Ferns N Petals but all our efforts went in vain as we did not received any calls from her and Ferns N Petals team and no update is provided.
Today I had a talk with Mr.Aakash and he provided me with a different track id:[protected]. In this the status of 2nd Aug is updated and he told me that it was out for delivery and will reach soon and the international team will call within an hour.Till now no calls received.
In my several conversations I requested to cancel the order if you can't deliver in time so I will try other ways but Ferns N Petals guys are not cancelling my order also. This is nothing but harassment of a prepaid customer.
Rakhi is a festival of Joy but Ferns N Petals guys made this festival a big nuisance.Till now the delivery is not done from Ferns N Petals team.It is a waste of time and money from my side and nothing else.
So request you to deliver the same at the earliest or if not possible refund the amount immediately.

      We booked FnP's wedding venue "The Pavilion" on July 6 at Delhi. What we were shown and what we were given on the day of the wedding were totally different.

      1. AC not working
      2. Water bootles scarcity
      3. Food was not served till 11:00 p.m. even after guests arrived.
      4. Caterer Mr. Varun was so rude to help.
      5. Forced to pay Rs. 50k for ordering 20 extra plates at 3 am.
      6. Water denied at the time of baraat swagat. We were forced to arrange water bottles on our own.
      7. No fan provided on outer food venue. Forced to pay Rs. 2000 for the fan.

      Same here. I also faced same issue and mailed to company. No one replies. No customer support.
      I faced the same. Numerous emails, phone calls but no reply.

        I've ordered a birthday cake on 19th July to be delivered to USA on 22nd evening. I got the UPS tracker ID and and upon checking on 22nd morning it showed delayed. Followed up with FNP customer service but to no response. I got a promotional call and when checked he said that he will connect me to customer support which never happened.

        23/07 - UPS shows delivery delayed and FNP updated wrong status as delivery attempted. I raised the ticket #[protected] which they just went on closing and I had to Re-open.

        I asked my brother to follow-up with UPS for delivery and he went to their office multiple times and finally package was delivered on 27th July.

        Cake was rotten by then and I raised the complaint #[protected] which was also closed by them and I had to Re-open. On call they say that they will arrange a call back from "Right Team" and I dont get a call back at all.

        I feel cheated by FNP.

          I have ordered cake with rose and then i have not received rose and cake was also different .. my all celebration spoiled with fnp . Now i have contacted customer service but they are not giving me full refund .. so please issue full refund of my order

            Ordered vase with flowers for my cousins birthday but recieved a broken glass...it was delivered by couple who were very unprofessional the ordered item wwas not even packed properly..tried to contact FNP customer care from past one week but not a very good response it seems their way of work is unprofessional and scam...just lied to me saying tat I would b getting redeliver instead of refund within a day its been 2 days I haven't recieved redeliver..once again wen I called the customer care no he said it has been delivered n he asked me to cross check with my friend again but still we hadn't recieved the gift here also hehad lied..but again in I called the same customer care no n now this person is saying its not delivered n the vase is in good condition..as he spoke with local vendor...this customer care is just a fraud they just put ur call on hold n make you wait for more than 10min n each n everyone says the same thing...

                I will not asking you foe the 10th time to give my refund
                I don't care about re delivery
                You keep telling me you have tried calling me but there is no missed calls on my phone
                Drop the stupid lies and give my refund
                U keep sending me automated emails

                This is the review I put online
                Worst company ever
                They keep sending me the same automated emails whenever I make a complaint. This is stressing me out. Its been over r weeks. These stupid freshy scam artists from India won't give my refund. They keep sending me emails telling me 'we tried to call you but your phone is switched off'. I have no missed calls, voice messages, nothing. They are liars. I told them thousands times to re deliver.
                Still don't email me back until I make a complaint via Resolver. They reply after one week. Maybe longer.

                  Placed an order yesterday (6th July 2022) late night but wanted to cancel it and so called them today, 7th July 2022 (not even 24 hours have gone by). The order delivery date is 12th July 2022. But they did not cancel it though the order was not shipped even. This after their own FAQs page says the following -

                  "Order modification/cancellation in a domestic order, please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make changes."

                  Now, they are saying order has already been dispatched and gave me a Bluedart tracking number as well. On checking on Bluedart tracking page, it shows no records found. See attachment.

                    I am receiving gifts from fnp from anonymous sender from last 2-3 yrs. I want to know the sender details as they have my phone no and address details without my information.
                    Reached the customer care but since I didn't have any info on the sender while I shared all the details at the receiving end but they couldn't help.

                    I need immediate help to trace down the sender. Request the company to call back on receiver no [protected].

                      Ordered a birthday gift and suppose to get delivered on birthday date But got delivered 4 days later.Wrong product was delivered.Almost the similar one, but the price difference is around Rs.700.
                      Usually when we gift something to loveable person it's a valuable one and we will not ask the rate and they also will not mention it.These people are playing with the same and cheating.No proper response from customer care also.

                        FOR MOTHERS DAY AROUND 4TH MAY I HAD ORDERED MANY THINGS Refer to my order [protected] placed around 04th May
                        Despite repeated complaints the following 2 items have still not been
                        delivered out of the 5 as I ordered as a power bank of Rs999 was cancelled by you due to non availability and refund recd, The following were not delivered till end of May and i made a number of complaints and you promised refund within a week

                        one Mothers day cup Flask for Rs 999
                        I have received no communication, no refund which speaks very Poorly of you. Refund immediately

                          I had booked an international order that was supposed to deliver on 7th June. The day of the delivery the recipient hasn't received any call from delivery agent regarding the order. The order was not delivered.
                          And later I received a mail saying that delivery has been attempted but due to incomplete address they couldn't deliver my address. The delivery agent did not tried calling the recipient once before calling it an attempt. Since, then I have been following up with their team regarding delivery but they are off no help.
                          They'll someone from the international team will be in touch with you bit no one contacted. Also, they are not refunding the amount even when the delivery was failed.
                          I am getting the same generalized email from their team again and again.

                            I have placed an order of a birthday cake on 11th of June for the delivery on 13th June.
                            The customer care is still not able to give me the proper confirmation regarding its delivery..as they have asked me to wait till 9pm.
                            They are not bale to properly contact the delivery outlet people.

                            If the cake is not delivered within the time slot, then, the FNP must refund the entire cost if the cake.

                              I have placed order of 2 Chocolates Basket and it's cost around 1853/- after discount for 2 baskets, when they send their vendor to deliver the baskets, we saw basket having 12 chocolates of 10/- each and 30 toffees of 2/- each. Means one basket material costs around 180/-.
                              When we asked to delivery boy that can we return back this order, he said that let me check with customer care team of Ferns N Petals and after confirmation from them he said yes you can return the product.
                              Now we are chasing with Ferns N Petals team for refund but they are denying that neither they refund the amount and nor re deliver the product.

                              Please look in to this as they are looting customers like this and support us in getting back our refund amount.

                                Order no.[protected] placed on 7th May 2022 for Rs.1849. They informed product unavailability on 8th May 2022 and cancelled my order. After repeated emails Rs.548 was refunded on 10th May 2022. And now to return the balance Rs.1000 they have been making me run pillar to post. This is a scam and a money making racket. Days have passed and there is no effort from their side.
                                Customer service is pathetic and impolite.
                                Scam company, fleecing money and horrible customer service.

                                  I placed an order on 14th May 2022 for the same day delivery. My order was not delivered when I called the delivery person he told me that the recipient did not answer calls. I checked with the recipient. Neither the recipient nor I received a single call from the delivery guy. I called the customer care and they told me my order will be delivered by tomorrow morning that is 15th May 2022. I reached out to the customer care after trying to reach the delivery person who was not answering the call. The customer care told me that they got to know that the recipients number was not recharged so was not reachable and it will be delivered by 4 pm. I called again at 4, they said the recipient asked to change the delivery time (The recipient did not). I asked for the manager's number. He said the same thing and spoke rudely.

                                  My only reason to file this complaint is because of the number of lies I heard.
                                  - First Recipient was not picking their call
                                  - Then, recipients mobile was not recharged.
                                  - Then again, recipient ask them to change the delivery time

                                  Non of the above was true. I checked the recipient, I called her and it was working just fine.

                                  My whole surprise is spoiled. They wasted so much of my time as well as my energy. I thought it was important for me to take out some more time and energy to complaint about this although I know nothings gonna happen now.
                                  I will make sure I or people around me never order from FnP again

                                    My order was supposed to deliver today in the morning (08/04/2022). I have been trying to call the customer care but my calls are not being answered. When I finally got in touch with someone he told me he could not do anything and told me to call another number. Really frustrating! Please either deliver my order today or give me a refund!

                                        I had placed an order, payment was successful but the order didn't complete. I tried to connect with fnp customer service, they had assured incase payment is debited for this order it will be credited to your account within 24 hour. However, I have not received the amount till now.
