FOR MOTHERS DAY AROUND 4TH MAY I HAD ORDERED MANY THINGS Refer to my order [protected] placed around 04th May
Despite repeated complaints the following 2 items have still not been
delivered out of the 5 as I ordered as a power bank of Rs999 was cancelled by you due to non availability and refund recd, The following were not delivered till end of May and i made a number of complaints and you promised refund within a week

I had booked an international order that was supposed to deliver on 7th June. The day of the delivery the recipient hasn't received any call from delivery agent regarding the order. The order was not delivered.
And later I received a mail saying that delivery has been attempted but due to incomplete address they couldn't deliver my address. The delivery agent did not tried calling the recipient once before calling it an attempt. Since,...

I have placed an order of a birthday cake on 11th of June for the delivery on 13th June.
The customer care is still not able to give me the proper confirmation regarding its delivery..as they have asked me to wait till 9pm.
They are not bale to properly contact the delivery outlet people.

If the cake is not delivered within the time slot, then, the FNP must refund the entire cost if the cake....

I have placed order of 2 Chocolates Basket and it's cost around 1853/- after discount for 2 baskets, when they send their vendor to deliver the baskets, we saw basket having 12 chocolates of 10/- each and 30 toffees of 2/- each. Means one basket material costs around 180/-.

Order no.[protected] placed on 7th May 2022 for Rs.1849. They informed product unavailability on 8th May 2022 and cancelled my order. After repeated emails Rs.548 was refunded on 10th May 2022. And now to return the balance Rs.1000 they have been making me run pillar to post. This is a scam and a money making racket. Days have passed and there is no effort from their side.
Customer service is pathetic and impolite.

I had a very bad experience with ferns and petals. Had ordered a photo frame, the frame came broken . I had asked for refund but the company said they won’t since I replied back after 48 hours of delivery. The problem is with their delivery and they are not refunding. They charged me for the frame and the delivery. Yet this is the case very bad experience….

This is regarding a corporate order that was placed by my company and it was expected to be delivered to me .

But because of changed address i had requested to deliver it at a different location .

This request to change the address was done on 17 th march . And i got a call from ferns and petals on 18 match probably and it was confirmed that this order will be delivered...

[protected] order no. Cake was received with very bad quality, looked like a week old cale was sent and thr top layer was looking but but on tasting a pungent smell was coming, the sponge was very very hard due to it not being fresh and next day itself it had fungus on it even after refrigeration

The order was a gift on a birthday which was ruined by the old cake, it was uneatable.

Never order with FNP in case you are ordering a gift. They either come back to you at the last minute saying the product is unavailable or they deliver broken products. Especially plants. Never order with them. Incase you raise a concern they dont even respond to you well....

I made a flowers delivery order which I paid for and my order was processed and accepted.

How can a sender without feeding proper name and address of His/her can order something which can affect the privacy of a person?

A cake was ordered from FNP website on 16/03/2022 which was undelivered on the proposed delivery date. in spite of complaints and requests the cake was undelivered that day and they are imposing the delivery of cake on 17/03/2022 morning which i denied as my purpose of cake was already completed.

I have placed an order on 16 th march to USA and still it has not been delivered. The Team is not that active and responding to us. So much irresponsible team. The order is to be delivered at 18th of march and not done. I am following up daily with from from three days but there is not exact status coming from the team. I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday and was hugely disappointed with the appalling quality of product delivered and poor customer service - I have felt cheated as the product neither met the expectation not delivered a much wanted birthday experience for my aged mother.
