I have ordered flowers through ferns n petals online portal on 12th Feb 2011, delivery date being 13th Feb 2011. The flowers were not delivered and the amount of Rs. 1349/- got deducted from my account. I didnt get the order no./reference no. as the page didnt display anything but the amount got deducted. After repeated follow ups and explaining the problem I was told that they dont have the order no as reference to check or in other words such order doesn't exist (even after I furnished the consignor/consignee details, contact details etc)!!!!

Till date there is no reponse from them. This isn't fair and I want complete refund of my money!!
I have my bank statement and SMS sent by my bank to support that the transaction was completed from my side.
I placed an order on 10th for the Rakhi to be delivered on 16th. It doesn't reach. I call them up, talking to some Ms. Rosy who tells me that it'll be confirmed by Monday (and if possible she'll give me a call the next day about the order). No calls, no response. I call on 20th morning, and they tell me they'll confirm by 10. I get a call at 12:30 informing it'll take 4-5 days.
What's the use of ordering through this website? I'd have ordered with someone else and would've got it delivered well in advance. The worst part being, telling me on Rakhi that they cannot deliver.

    Complaint against Ferns n petals
    I placed a Rs.1699 order "Fill my heart" order no "[protected]" on 14th feb'11 and was supposed to be delivered on same date and couldn't be done because recipient was not present.
    1) On 15th Feb'11 I called their customer care and they told me that "their vendor is not picking up the phone so they cannot do anything now."
    2) On 16th Feb'11 I called their customer care and then they told me that "it was received by guard and they have the receipt signed by him and that they will show me" whereas the guard says he didn't received anything.
    3) On 17th Feb'11 I called their customer care again and they told me that same product will be delivered with the price of Rs.75 for delivery charges and later he told me that even Rs.75 is not required to pay and the same product will be delivered at the same address.
    4) On 18th Feb'11 I called their C.C. again around 2pm and some 1 by the name of "Ankur" told me that i will receive a call from them within 10 minutes and even after waiting for 2-3 hours no 1 calls.
    5)On 18th Feb'11 I called their C.C. again some 1 by the name of "Manish" around 5pm told me that money cannot be refunded and the vendor cannot deliver the same product again but a complimentary "12Rose Bunch" will be sent at same address.
    6) On 19th Feb'11(today) i called their CC again around 3pm and they tell me that nothing cannot be delivered as vendor don't agree.

    Ferns and Petals Customer care representatives have been making fake promises to me from so many days and the product is finally not delivered. I would like to file the complaint against their behavior of keeping client under wrong impression and Product non delivery.

    I had a very bad experience regarding an order(no.[protected], I placed for valentine's day. I write this to warn future customers before they sign up for any service from Ferns and petals.
    1) I had mentioned during the time of order placement to deliver the item either before 11 am in the morning of 14th feb or after 6 pm in the evening. Instead, they delivered the item at the shipment address at 11:45 am without making any proprietary phone calls to ascertain of the client's availability. In spite of the promise of premium delivery, they chose to deliver the item to the security people at the shipment address. This is not what we expect when we avail such services, a courier service would have done a much better job at it. They normally call in advance and ascertain delivery at a time convenient for the customer.
    2) The item I ordered was cuddly affair which as per your website mentioned a package of "Bunch of 12 Red Roses + 6 inch high teddy bear + 5 Cadbury's chocolates", but instead what was received was a "Bunch of 11 Red Roses +6 inch high teddy bear+ 3 Cadbury's chocolates". In short the delivery was short of what was promised.
    the highlight of the event is that once I complained about the poor service, FnP came back with an apology letter as quoted below
    "
    Kindly accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    In an attempt to compensate for the damage caused, we will be re-delivering a complementary bouquet and the remaining 2 chocolates.

    Query Team."

    and since then neither have I heard from them nor have any compensatory measures been taken up as promised. This was my first experience with FnP and my last one at it as well. but, more importantly I want to warn future customers of the abysmal quality of service being offered, where commitments are ignored with wanton disregard.
    I placed an order on 12 feburary 2013, order on[protected]. Its not delivered. I tried to reach customer care mobile no, but its always busy. Absolutely no response for the email communication from support team.

    If the delivery could not managed, then new orders should be stopped from booking. Simply accepting the order and not delivering is horrifying.

    I would like to escalate this behavior through other forums and everyone have to be aware of their service and should not loose money.

      My Order No.[protected] was placed at 11:20 AM on 6/12/10. I received a mail confirming the same. The vendor responsible for dispatching the bouquet got the order according to them at 12 'o Clock.

      The delivery guy called me up at 9 PM, at about 15 KM away from the delivery location, he told me he received the order at 6 PM.

      Now from the company's website disclaimer

      "We CANNOT commit any fix time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 7 pm on the given date.
      Order received till 2pm will be delivered till 7pm and order received till 5pm will be delivered till 9pm."

      I tried to cancel the order, they agreed to cancel it but was not so sure when the refund will be done. Then I decided to carry on with the order as at least the bouquet will reach and I will get some value for my money.

      On top of that I received a call from a executive at about 9:30 PM telling me that this order is through and cannot be canceled as I have talked with the delivery guy about delivering it ...... THE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE INSTEAD OF BEING APOLOGETIC WAS TRYING TO BULLY ME TO ACCEPT THE ORDER.

      Three things to noted ....

      1 ) These people don't have any values , they don't even think that people send flowers and gifts with a lot of wishes.

      2 ) They are a bunch of dishonest people , I dialed them up about 10 times through out the day and each time they said it will reach after one HOUR.

      3 ) They have no idea about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, and probably don't even bother about it.


      PLEASE BE BEWARE OF FERNS AND PETALS .....

      I made an order on website but it did not go through - I was in a work meeting and got 20 calls in a row which is outright unprofessional and harrassment. It was Ferns and Petals - then I called back when free and got such bad customer service and such ridiculous questions that I told them to cancel the on line order definitely and that I would go in person as I had little faith or confidence in their online services. Later I went in person to place the order for an important family member birthday and paid much more than online pricing but was guaranteed it would be delivered this evening (still not delivered). I then got an SMS thanking me for my ONLINE order when I had cancelled it and made the order IN PERSON. i called the number given and got a very rude, argumentative as one reviewer said a riduculous bully telling me that the company is not responsible for their franchises but that all orders go through the actual company - to which I replied, then the ACTUAL company IS responsible for all franchise orders. The person was so rude and doing anything to make excuses and not assist me that I asked for a manager. Before she agreed, she mentioned that my order was 1000 rupees less online than I had paid at the "franchised" company of the same name in person. And just WHAT am I supposed to do with that information??? Then I was left waiting on hold and the same girl came back to verify what I had ordered and I made it clear I was finished speaking to her and that is why I was waiiting for a manager. She put me back on hold and again it was so long that I had to go into a work meeting. let's see if the order ever shows up and if it is what I ordered -- needless to say, TERRIBLE customer service and RUDE, DISHONEST (jacking prices up almost double) people and I will never use them again. Last time I ordered flowers through the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai concierge and not only did they get the job done incredibly efficiently, with a smile and with lots of options yet they didn't even charge me for acting as a third party intermediary. All businesses could LEARN from this level of service in India.
      I have a similar problem today and FNP has not delivered an order which is worth more than 15K and there is no way I can reach them up. I just hope that it will be delivered today.
      One of the most pathetic customer service. It was the first and the last time I would book with fnp. I reside in Australia and I called them more than 10 times on 13th August to book the order as i was not able to book online. I spoke to Kritika, Nishant, Anil, Abhishek who promised me that someone would call me back in 10-15mins max. I asked him if they can make international calls and then gave my contact number. However I never received any call till date. I called them back many a times because the kind of cake display these guys have kept on their website tempted me to make a special birthday for my Dad with the fruit cake. It was the most pathetic service these have. I'm simply fed up and I will never ever recommend anyone to go for fnp. When asked these executives of the Supervisor or the floor managers, I get the response that we are not allowed to transfer the call or get the supervisor or the manager. I mean what kind of call centre you guys run where you do not have a supervisor or manager who can escalate the call. My order number is OR[protected]. I asked them to give me the email address or the contact number of the head of fnp and I shall write him an email stating that what a customer has to go through when they place an order outside India. These guys literally disconnected the calls and the customer has to call up again. I wish I could get in touch with the CEO of that company to let the person know what all difficulties we have to face and if he/she could keep us in their shoes.
      I ordered rakhi for my brother who lives in Gurgaon(not even a remote location) and it has still not been delivered. The website says it’s out for delivery. And the same status has been there for 3 days. FnP just spoiled the festival for me, as I was not able to send a rakhi to my only brother. The service is just horrible and so is the customer care. They don’t answer calls and never respond to your mails. I ordered from fnp thinking I could rely on the service as they charge so much more than the other online services, but no, I should have gone for some other gifts website. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone. Please refrain from ordering flowers/gifts from ferns and petals, if you want your gifts to reach your loved ones on time and not spoil the occasion.
      This is a big noooooo, ... Do not order anything... Do not order anything from them... They are just a bunch of cheats... CUSTOMER service is just filled with a**h****.No point wasting your time n money with these ###. Ask them for the supervisor n they will say they are not authorised to transfer the call. Shows the level of education and professionalism they have. No wonder they are able to make money by cheating CUSTOMERs n then pay useless film stars to promote them.

        The site FERNS N PETALS is completely a fraud site - cheating its customers.

        I have placed an order for 1kG ICED Dark Chocolate cake after sorting its availability by locationat Korba and paid the full amount.

        The cake was delivered after 7.00pm and the cake delivered was 1/2kG normal cream cake(not iced, no dark chocolate).

        When contacted customer care of Ferns N Petals they have informed that only that cake is available in Korba so they have sent only that.

        They have delivered a Rs.180/- cake from local cheap bakery and charged me Rs.1100/- showing some nice photograph of dark chocolate cake.

        Hai Dude might be have some confussion between you and affliate.. Just mark one mail to complaint department they will get this issue resolved.I am using fnp portal since 3 years.. i had not face such kind of problem...

        I have sent the complaint and also sent them the photographs of the actual product delivered. Their complaint department is the worst one i have seen. They have some vendors at different locations and what ever they deliver is to be accepted irrespective of the product order. They services are ok only in Metros nowhere else.

        They mentioned in the product descrption that assorted choclates will be given. However, upon delivery of the product, it was a suprise to see that all chocolates were of the same make (dairy milk). I have written couple of emails to them but they have been ignoring them all the time since I did not receive any replies from them! :(

          A Order of a bunch of flower and cake was placed online in www.fnp.com on the 15th of Nov 2010.The web payment was not succussuful as the option was not available in the web site. A representative from ferns and petals called me up on my number stating he will place the order.
          I opted for payment on conditions stating the delivery of the package will be on the 16th of Nov 200 before 1200 hours.The address was given and confirmed the time and place and amount was confirmed.Post the confirmation I placed the order.
          On the 16th of November a representative from Ferns and Petals calls up my number and states if I need the delivery to happen on the 16th i will have to pay additional cost where in the price for the product and delivery was paid and confirmed on the 15th of Nov 2010.

            To whomsoever this may concern,

            I am based in Tamil Nadu and I had placed an order for a cake to be delivered to Kolkatta through the phone after viewing the FERNS AND PETALS website which is:
            http://www.fnp.com/fnp/faces/tiles/catalogue.jsp?catalogueID=2& on 11-10-10 . The product goes by theSeller Code: XP40
            to be delivered before 9.00
            p.m. the same day and I had made a credit card transfer of cash through the
            mobile phone which was also confirmed to be received by the customer service
            executive online. Inspite of my repeatedly asking whether it is possible to
            deliver
            it within the stipulated time, their excutives insisted that the job can be
            done.
            After making several phone calls to make sure if my order had been delivered, I
            came to know that there has been some technical error due to which my payment
            had not been received and therefore the order had been delayed and I was told
            that it will surely be delivered before 12 am with a compliemntary gift for the
            delay caused,which again, did not happen. Finally, The next day,again after
            several phone calls from my side to confirm the delivery of the product atleast
            on the next day, I come to know that the product had been delivered to the
            client at almost 3.00 p.m. in the afternoon, and to top it all...the cake that
            had been delievered had gone bad!!!! And they give an excuse saying that
            the location was far and it took a long time!! Then why has it been mentioned in
            the website that the delivery of products can be made to anyplace in India in
            the mentioned locations within 2 hrs??!!! Is that not a MISLEADING FAKE STATEMENT?! And is there an excuse for delivering
            a SPOILED cake ONE DAY LATE when the client has paid more than 1000 Rs for the same??!! Even
            if it cost only a rupee, this is not the kind of service expected from a so
            called "top notch" online flower n cake delivery system!!! I had spoken to the
            customer service executives for a replacement with a fresh cake, which they
            said,would not be possible,but they assured me the refund for the same, for
            which they had asked me to mail a complaint to [protected]@fnp.in and they had also told me that they have registered a complaint and that they will mail me a complaint code to my e mail id,which again has not been done. So although I have sent them a mail, I don't trust that they would even be bothered to follow up, as

            Here I am mailing you this complaint, I hope you do what is necessary
            to assure no other customer is extorted for money by fake online services like these where they take assure service for a high price and don't keep up their word! I am sure that I am not the first one to be fooled!

            Products delivered is such low quality and they charge so high. They took money for archies greeting and gave some local greeting card. Flowers too was not fresh and take so long time to give this kind of low quality products.

              I had ordered an item online called ‘Celebration at Midnight’ from Ferns & Petals on 22/7/2010. My order reference no. is[protected]. As per their website, the said item contains the following:
              1) A bunch of 10 red roses.
              2) A 50 gms. Chocolate cake.
              3) A bottle of branded red wine.

              As commitment, the item was delivered at right time and to right place but I was surprised to see that the wine bottle, which had been supplied, was really of downgraded quality. Infact the price of the wine bottle was just Rs 250/-(as mentioned at the backside of the bottle itself) and it wasn’t branded at all, whereas as per their website it was specifically mentioned that a branded bottle of red wine will be supplied. In my opinion, the cost of entire package that was supplied would have been roughly Rs 500/- and they have charged me Rs 2199/- for the same. Even if they include delivery charges, it can not be more than Rs 1000/-. I am surprised to see the profit margin they are keeping per product. Such dealing is really unprofessional, unethical and illegal on their part. I feel like cheated by their organization.

              It is really unfortunate from a customer viewpoint that even after spending hell lot of money, their emotions and sentiments are being ridiculed.

              Their claim of being the No.1 florists in India is totally bogus as they don’t stick to your commitments.

                Cheating, fraud or plain inefficient

                I had placed order no.[protected] on 30th August for delivery of flowers on the occasion of Birthday but not delivery same day as per order.


                I wrote to them emails - but no replies.

                their phone are not reachable anymore.

                They have cheated me and I do not know how many customers.

                They are a total fraud and noone should do any dealing with them...

                Ferns and Petals is a online foral site who delivery bouquet on request. On July26th I placed an order to send a bouquet to my mother for Parents Day. As per Ferns and Petals delivey happens b/w 9.00 am to 7.00 pm at the residence address. I waited till 9.3.0pm & than called my mother to wise her. But till than she has not recd the bouquet. It was very disappointing. Than I called the Fern and Petals to find out why the delivery is not happen with this there was a wierd reason given at 10.00 pm in the night that there is heavy rains in Mumbai & traffic jam I spoke to Rahul & according to him the delivery boy had left for Delivery @ 3.00 pm in the afternoon but could not reach Dombivli even till 10.00 pm in the night. Request you to help customers like us who trust these type of service & pay before the delivery happens but in return there is jsut disaapointment & furatration. I have asked for refund of Rs, 399/- as this was paid for the Bouquet.

                Trust consumer complaints will take some serious note towards Ferns and Petals.

                  Hi,

                  Subject line: Not delivering what they took the money for; forced me to choose from what they were offering me over the PHONE; eventually not delivery anything as the delivery time window (which they never informed me about) was close.

                  1. I placed an order for a bunch of rose flowers and a perfume 'cool water for men' on 22nd July eve through my friend's credit card. The order no:[protected].
                  2. These items were supposed to be delivered to my friend in IIM indore on his b'day on 24th july.
                  3. Mr. Ravi, who took the order confirmed the order and made the payment through our credit card. My Supriya had helped me with her credit card for this.
                  4. on 24th morning I received a call from FNP call center informing that they don't have the perfume that I had asked for and had already made a payment also.
                  5. I insisted that I need only that perfume as I have paid only for that one and I do not want any replacement as I had my personal reasons for the same.
                  6. I kept trying their call center number and they kept assuring me that they are checking the stock.
                  7. I called Mr. Ravi as well and he assured me that he will call me back in 10 minutes time and update me on the status but switched off his mobile for the entire day after the conversation.
                  8. finally, at noon I gave up and I agreed to choose some other perfume. But after half an hour they confirmed that they don't have even those perfume and I have to choose from only what they are offering me on call.
                  9. At last I told them please send at least the roses with chocolate. After 15 minutes they called back and informed me that now even this won't happen as vendor has refused to do this and my money will be refunded.
                  I was left helpless and shattered as I couldn't send anything to my friend due to this last minute of changes from their end. I feel being cheated and humiliated at the same time.

                  I can submit the copy of conversation that I had with Mr. Ravi on the day of purchase where he assured me that it will be delivered.

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    This is Dinesh Anand working as Manager Sales in one of the biggest MNC in India today.I had booked an order with an online company "Ferns And Petals" for a Birthday Surprise Gift for my relative in Gurgaon City on June 27.The order was to be delivered on July 15 2010 at 11 pm.

                    The Company took both Order Charges and Extra Time Delivery Charges for the order which I duely paid. But due to Negligence, Bad Customer handling the order got wrongly delivered and I wasted my whole amount of Rs 1400 including Extra Charges for late delivery time on the order.

                    As contacted to the respective Executives name Sahil / Gunjan I have not been able to receive any support or solution.

                    I would request you ti please support for the same I would be really great full on this regard

                      This is to lodge a complaint against Ferns and Petals. I had ordered a nice designer arrangement of flowers fro my husband on his birthday.

                      The site said "Special Description: 8 red carnations in A fish bowl with red jelly/ red crystals and white stones."
                      Well, there were no white stones; hardly any red crystals/jelly and the carnationswere stuffed into the bowl which made it anything but a designer arrangement. (attached pic)
                      Heartbroken as I was, I decided to call them up. The customer care weren't even ready to speak to me. Finally after 2-3 hangups when they finally took up the call they were rude and told me very curtly that I should mail them and that the complain would take its own due course.

                        The company is making money through false claims .Pkz never trust them for sending flowers /gifts to other city. As either they will send some different item or will not deliver it all.
                        There customer care is all bull .
                        I have ordered AN_001 product code and the one which was delivered was some really pathetic roadside bouquet(Image Attached) There order no was not mentioned in the receipt.
                        Email escalated to the manger but no one responded an no progress till now.
                        Its just a money making Baniya company . Email attached

                        I hv pleced this order well in advance if the basic things (Base,ribbons,flower) were not available they could ve arranged the same or else can contct us we could ve altered the choice.

                        I had given an Order at your Thane West franchisee on 14 April 2010 for a bouquet delivery to Hyderabad on 17 April 2010 via Invoice no 2032 ,Product code AN-001 for an amount of Rs 750.00.To my astonishment when we received the actual image of the bouquet delivered to the recipient,it was nowhere compared to the original image whts showing at your booklet and website and seems life some really inferior roadside bouquet,even they looks better than the same delivered .

                        We have ordered the same based on the minute detailing and the aesthetic look presented in booklet .but the final product was completely different in all respect.I have attached both the picture for your reference and wants you to check the quality which was delivered .The flower color,Ribbon used ,flower arrangement and the base(very cheap and readside) ALL DIFFERENT ( no where compared to the original image and the price).

                        Request you to kindly look into the matter and replace the product with the one we have paid the money for.

                        Summary of Why Ferns and Petals is no longer the preffered online way of sending flowers - Local Vendors would probably do a better job!!!

                        1. Goo[censored]p on the order 2. Sending fasle sms stating order delivered 3.Keeping silent on the mistake 4.Not initiating refund or any communication with the person who placed the order, expecting the customer to take initiative. 5. Unwilling to transfer the calls of the customer to so called "senior's / floor managers" for them to escalate.

                        Totally unacceptable.


                        I Ordered flowers to be delivered in Gurgaon on the 5th, recd confirmation sms that it was delivered.- Order no[protected]
                        When i spoke to the recipient on the 6th, he confirmed he did not recv anything. i was so schoked and embarresed and since i made a online payment using my debit card, my account was debitted.
                        When i followed up on the 7th, the FnP representative Gaurav said that it was an attemped delivery and it was an error on their part. I demanded my money be refunded and i be compensated for wrong and fraudulent treatment- had i not spoken to the recipient i wud have assumed the order delivered. He said he would chk with seniors and get back in the next 10-15 mins.
                        9th morning when i called the FnP customer support no again 1stly they keep u on hold to chk for more than 10 mins as though the no is toll free, when u demand to speak to a senior they very hesitantly transfer u to the floor manager, in my case it was Nidhi Kapoor, rather than being sympathetic she was throwing her attitude around as though i did something wrong. However she said she will chk details and have someone call me back. - which she did.
                        Now the status is they will redeliver - 5 days post the occasion i wonder who on Earth suggests such things!!!
                        Obviously i do not want the redelivery - makes no sense.
                        My Money will be refunded - there is no 2 opinions abt this - This has to be done!
                        Beyond this they are not willing to do or even offer any sort of comfort to the customer

                          I see that lot of complaints similar to mine has been lodged but no action has been taken yet. I ordered a bouqet for Rs.499/- on Oct 10th 2009 for my husband on the for our anniversary. Order no.[protected] and[protected]. However, it just never got delivered. I had also forwarded my bank statement to the accounts department clearly showing the evidence of payment made. If there is a problem in their payment gateway, they need to sort it out at their own end. Consumers shouldn't be harassed like this. I hope now some action would be taken inspite of following up since so long.

                            FernsnPetals ( Ferns n Petals) started with a good name but are now crooks misusing their reputation that is fast dwindling - bad service and poor quality cannot be hidden for long.

                            They charged me the full amount through their 3rd party payment gateway - never delivered the product and even after emails to them for months did not refund the money - they put the blame of CC Avenue their payment gateway - that confirmed that money was received and transferred in Ferns n Petals account but in spite of this honest and clear declaration by CC Avenue, the Ferns n Petals guys NEVER refunded the money.

                            They are online fraudsters, delivering some orders and making good money with not delivering many (its now like running a Casino - using probability to make money from customers).

                            STAY AWAY FROM FERNS N PETALS - if your money is gone - it will disappear into a black hole - they are unscrupulous bunch of thugs if they cant take care of financial losses they caused to their customers!

                              Hi,

                              I placed an order with ferns and petals on 13th Feb, 2009.
                              My order number is[protected].
                              I had to get flowers delivered @ mumbai on Valentines Day on 14th Feb 2009.
                              I was guaranteed that my flowers will be delivered on 14th Feb 2009.
                              But my flowers did not get delivered.
                              Also, there was no communication from Ferns and Petals in this regard,
                              It caused a lot of mental agony as I did not know anything if my flowers are going to get delivered or not.
                              Finally, it didn't get delivered.
                              I called Ferns and Petals on 15th Feb and asked for a refund.
                              They said that they will call back.They did not call back, instead my flowers got delivered pn 15th Feb' 2009 at 2145 pm. My friend who was the receiver didn't accept the flowers as the occasion was long gone and refused to accpet it a day late !
                              Now I am constantly calling Ferns and Petals, someone says 2 hours and someone says u will get a refund in 15 days!!!
                              I paid a good 1249/- out of my card and I should not have paid till the order was delivered.
                              Kindly help me get the refund !

                              i am kaushal kalra, i placed order on 11july(order no[protected] and[protected] midnight delivery worth Rs2899 but ferns and petals had not deliever my order and money is deducted from my credit card

                              This is the last time I may be communicating with a very ill managed Flower Delivery Organization
                              The Company which plays with people’s heart and cheats them

                              My Friend had booked a beautiful bouquet for me from Kemps Corner branch on Thursday (advance money of Rs. 350/- paid) and wanted it to be delivered today on the occasion of Valentine

                              To her horror, the same was not delivered till 6:00pm, that is when she opened up the surprise and straight forwardly asked me whether I have received the Bouquet.
                              She said she had booked it and requested me to enquire at Vapi branch of FNP

                              I went there and was more furious to find that they knew the delivery but had not made the delivery, the worst part was they said “Sir aap 10 minute rukye hum abi banake dete hain”

                              Imagine this kind of a thing happen to you personally.

                              You booking something as a surprise for someone and have to atlast ask the recipient to go and enquire for it and find such a worst scenario
                              Post this one ur Twitter Facebook and let others know, not to use FNP service any more in future

                              Very bad pertinence with Ferns and petails , they commited t deliver before 6 pm. same day delivery for that they charged 100 rs more and when i asked at 7pm they said they did not get any payment even till the payment every monment they called me up and confirm the payment and gift . but after sale service is very bad even 8: 30 pm. nw they said they delivered the gift but my guest still did not get the order so its very bad service never go with this company... today was my frien's b day i have to give her gift before 7 pm and 9 pm she has international flight so do not trust on this company..!!!

                                I DID SOME ONLINE SHOPPING FROM THE STORE BUT THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER DELIVERED, SO I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND. IT WAS ASSURED THAT I'D BE RETURNED THE SAID AMOUNT WITHIN 10 DAYS AND NOW IT HAS BEEN 40 DAYS AND FERNS AND PETALS ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT.. THEY JUST KEEP FLIP FLOPPING MAILS, WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION.
