I DID SOME ONLINE SHOPPING FROM THE STORE BUT THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER DELIVERED, SO I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND. IT WAS ASSURED THAT I'D BE RETURNED THE SAID AMOUNT WITHIN 10 DAYS AND NOW IT HAS BEEN 40 DAYS AND FERNS AND PETALS ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT.. THEY JUST KEEP FLIP FLOPPING MAILS, WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION....
