I have ordered two coffee mugs and I've not received it yet, when I track my order it shows as delivered and I've been trying to reach them but they are not at all responding but I've already paid the invoice at the time of order. Please help me here....

Order was not delivered on specified date and delivery partner never visited the delivery address and never retried contact number if it was not reachable .
Despite of so many complaints order was not delivered that day and no refund was given . There was no option of changing address as per our wish

I recently placed an order for Germany using Ferns n Petals. It was expected to be delivered on 16th September, 2022. However on 18th september, i receive an email stating the delivery could not be completed due to incorrect address. However the address was correct. First time ordered Rakhi's online thinking it will be delivered on time but on site it showed it will be delivered within week but it took 2 weeks to be delivered. Apart from that one order did not came but shows as delivered and other 2 were damaged and wrong orders. Not sure even the customer service is not that great. They close the tickets without informing why they closed it. Not sure what to do on the same... :(...

The Kaju katli that arrived with this order only had 1 piece. On the website it says 4 pieces. Where did 3 pieces went missing. On such good occassion of raksha bandhan this is only a good behvaiour.
