This is regarding a corporate order that was placed by my company and it was expected to be delivered to me .

But because of changed address i had requested to deliver it at a different location .

My order id was 33092343

This request to change the address was done on 17 th march . And i got a call from ferns and petals on 18 match probably and it was confirmed that this order will be delivered within 48 - 72 hrs at the changed address and now its been so many days since i am continuously following up.Through
emails through 4-5 calls probably . But the only response that i was getting was wait for 1-2 days.

Today i am informed that we can not deliver your order you need to place that order again .

Before experiencing all this i was having a very good image of this company named Fern's and petals but now whole perspective is changed.

I recieved a message on my cell phone on 23rd stating that order is delivered.

Could you please look into this issue .

Also could you please do something in this respect as this seems to be a serious issue from customer perspective that we are following up so many times just for a simple order .

Cake was received with very bad quality, looked like a week old cale was sent and thr top layer was looking but but on tasting a pungent smell was coming, the sponge was very very hard due to it not being fresh and next day itself it had fungus on it even after refrigeration

    The order was a gift on a birthday which was ruined by the old cake, it was uneatable.

      Never order with FNP in case you are ordering a gift. They either come back to you at the last minute saying the product is unavailable or they deliver broken products. Especially plants. Never order with them. Incase you raise a concern they dont even respond to you well.

      I ordered a plant as a gift on the previous day of my aunts birthday and they come back to me at the last minute of the birthday and say that the product is not available. Even previously when i had ordered some plants as a gift they delivered broken plants. They tae money and cheat people like this. And they dont even respond to you in case you raise any concern. Worst ever.
      They dont even deserve 1 rating.

        I made a flowers delivery order which I paid for and my order was processed and accepted.
        The next day I have received an email informing me that my order out and about to be delivered. In the evening I received another email saying that the address was "not servable", after they have accepted my order and after the email saying that my order was out for delivery. In the same email they wrote that they would process the refund and...

        Today My sister received a gift in her hostel from some unknown sender. This was delivered by Bluedart and was ordered from Ferns N Petals company. This made us worry about the security of her. How can a sender without feeding proper name and address of His/her can order something which can affect the privacy of a person?

        When we called to customer care they responded with having no information about the sender. They denied to disclose the sender's name without Email address. How can a person receiving a package from unknown can provide email of a person who he/she don't even know? This company is a fraud company and this case is of stalking a girl. This is needs to be take care as the things can move to the different directions.

        Shut this nonsense Ferns N petals company off.

        I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. I lost almost $55k to this unfortunate brokers, a friend referred me to Mr Evans Rashad that got me 80% of my money back, plus my accrued bonuses. Please stay clear of these scammers and if you have lost money you can still get your money back if you really want to, you can reach out to Evans Rashad at: {evansrashad836 (@) gmail.com}. he will definitely help you in getting back your lost funds to any broker….. as mine was recovered too.

          A cake was ordered from FNP website on 16/03/2022 which was undelivered on the proposed delivery date. in spite of complaints and requests the cake was undelivered that day and they are imposing the delivery of cake on 17/03/2022 morning which i denied as my purpose of cake was already completed.
          i requested for refund but they denied for the same.
          Please help!!!

            I have placed an order on 16 th march to USA and still it has not been delivered. The Team is not that active and responding to us. So much irresponsible team. The order is to be delivered at 18th of march and not done. I am following up daily with from from three days but there is not exact status coming from the team. Too worst team and making us to trouble a lot. I need an immediate answer to this.

              I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday and was hugely disappointed with the appalling quality of product delivered and poor customer service - I have felt cheated as the product neither met the expectation not delivered a much wanted birthday experience for my aged mother.

              This company was also not accountable to it's pathetic service and sort the issue and kept dragging resolution by suggesting an unwanted product (cake) as an apology while all I required was the fresh flowers that I had ordered for my mother. I requested replacement but this still has not been provided.

              I would never use this website and would like my money back as the product has not met my expectations at all.

                They just do not want to pay the money back all they are saying is money is not transferred but my bank clearly shows the transaction
                Requested for beneficiary details but till date I have not received them
                They do not know how to handle their customers
                Without checking on the complaint they are closing the ticket without a solution
                Then you will find different people responding without checking the history providing crap it is quiet annoying

                    I booked an order in march which said there was a failure with the money transaction but in my bank the transaction already took place and there is a reference as well which I shared with ferns and petals
                    My bank requested for beneficiary details from ferns and petals and statement with logo which ferns and petals kept denying to provide as they believe that transaction didn't take place . But clearly in my bank transaction it shows there is a transaction.
                    To resolve the issue I just need the document to check what happened to my money and if ferns and petals didn't receive the money I don't think it's pain to help a customer who been so loyal to them for years

                      My order no [protected] which was placed on 13th Feb and delivery was attempted but not delivered. Even with repeated complaints i have not received it neither did i get a refund for this. If I don't receive my refund I'll place a complaint to consumer court on the services of ferns and petals. Look into this and address it immediately

                        The surprise has been spoilt, it's no longer useful to me I don't care now it gets delivered or not, order was not delivered as promised . Customers don't deserve this policies and fake promises. Don't disappoint any customers expectations and eat their money.

                          Booked a gift on 8 th March got a message the product is delivered I didn’t receive the product at all when I called the delivery guy it says number doesn’t exist it’s a fraud thing called customer care 5 times no proper reply checking checking same updates. I have paid 1000 rs and no reply yet.

                            I am a frequent customer of fnp and always select express deluvery for my orders, however today i have faced a very bad experience frm fnp..due to some technical issue the express delivery was not selected and the order weng for normal delivery, i contacted fnp team for the correction and they assured me that it will be deliverd before 6 p.m, i called again at 5.30 but got bery rude response from the executive over phone. also there wa some technical error in ivr option also today, for placing new request the call was getting connected but not for feedback..this would be my last order on fnp anf would never recommend anyone for fnp.

                              I ordered a Rasmalai cake for a friends birthday worth 1549 whrein I got a discount and paid 1359. But the cake I received was a disaster and I was so embarrassed in front of my friends. They are selling their cake as rasmalai and they are charging hugh for the same thats why I ordered but there was not even a single peice of rasmalai inside the cake only there were few peaces on the top as a decoration. Even If I accept the fact that this was a rasmalai cake fine but what about the taste and the quality. Quality was so low and it was smelling like ### and when I m asking for a refund they are not even responding. Initially they said they will refund half of the amount but I dont know what happened later they stopped responding.I find this company a fraud because its not only about the money its about our emotions.They ruined my friends birtthday. Even a roadside shop cake is better than this so called ferns and petels. Please take strict action.

                                I had placed an order with fnp[protected] and after the payment was complete from my end I received a message stating payment failed and order not confirmed. I tried payment again and in second attempt the payment was successful and order got placed. Money got deducted twice from my account for the same order. I called the fnp customer care and shared them the details of the double payment and they asked me to raise a complaint and the money would be credited in 2-3 days. Its been more than 45days and the amount is still not credited. The amount is 999₹ for order[protected].

                                  I had placed an order with ferns and petals.

                                  Order I'd 32089517

                                  Which I asked then to delay by one day. They agreed to this but I did not receive any call and they did not update on the order. After this they just wrote this and did not refund my money till now and are not refunding,
                                  'Since the order had perishable product, we are really sorry that re-delivery in this case will not be possible. Hope you can understand our constraints.'

The company is not even contacting me for my courier. They haven't even given a number so that I can call and know the status of my courier. The customer service of this app is horrible.
