I had ordered a magic mirror but I received a defective product and it even looked dirty, I tired to return or replace the product but I couldn't find an option as such in the website.
Its really embarrassing, as its a gift and you send a defective product.
Please resolve my problem, I want the product to be replaced or I want my refund ASAP.

    The arrangement was poor, I ordered a beautiful vase of orchids .. sadly SIX orchids tied with SCOTCH TAPE, were just pushed into a glass vase and delivered.. no decent arrangement.. the presentation was pathetic.
    Is that what I paid 1578 for ??

      Hi,
      This is regarding Dubai branch
      I placed order no. 1242104 yesterday Monday 14th Feb. to be delivered today Tuesday 15th.
      The delivery man sent me SMS confirm deliver + receive the order but it was not.
      That confirmation was incorrect.
      This is not the first time same issue happen to receive incorrect SMS confirmation and hence I decided to stop dealing with your branch in UAE

        Hello,

        I have no clue how they are operating but there is something seriously
        going wrong in their company.
        1. Their website has a glitch which shows a different date while you select
        your delivery date.
        2. They don't deliver gifts on time.
        3. There is no resolution for the complaints I put in
        4. They don't reply back with a relevant answer and neither do they provide follow ups on the complaints.
        5. They close the complaint cases without even taking client's consent or
        resolving it
        6. They delivered the gift a day before it was supposed to be delivered and rest of the gifts after they were supposed to be delivered
        7. Now they are delivering the wrong items to which they have even stopped replying.

        Also, I haven't heard back from them for the on-time delivery request for
        all my items on 14th February (Valentines Day) which is already gone.

        I have never seen such a bad service ever in my life and never been so
        disappointed with a brand ever.

          I hade placed an order for Cake, delivery was to be done on 11 Feb 2022, still the order status says "Delivery Attempted"

          On the same address, the Order from Amazon is successfully delivered by FnP has a simple excuse for not delivering.
          Please see attached Order placed through Amazon, which was successfully delivered.
          I simply fail to understand the logic for FnP to ask me about address proof.

          We have the recipient's phone number and FnP is free to call up the recipient.
          Dont you think it's embarrassing to ask for address proof from the recipient!!

          How illogical is this.

          I have never faced such a pathetic service .
          The Cake's actual price would be Rs 500, while I have paid INR 7000, and still I have to suffer.

          I need a solution urgently now

              The order was booked for delivery on 13th feb at coventry uk. the payment was done and confirmation recd for delivery.
              the same was not delivered because of the reason that receipient not available .
              no sms / call was recd by the receipient and she was available at the address whole of 13th / 14th of feb. the ferns and petals team could not resolve the issue and i had to call / write several times for resolution of the issue.
              the refund was refused to me as this is against policy.
              the customer has sufferred loss because o[censored]nprofessional style of working of ferns and petals.

                Ordered a cake and love globe to surprise my fiancé the order status remains as confirmed since from morning and the order is not yet delivered. No proper response from customer care too. You guys can beg sitting in streets instead providing worst service. I don’t find any option to cancel the order too.

                NEVER PLACE ANY ORDER AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

                      I have ordered personalised cushion for my fiancee. There was wrong photo on the cushion and I was so embarrassed infront of him . This is highly unprofessional. I am never ordering again from fnp and also make sure none of my family and friends do. iGP is much better and dedicated to customers.

                        I have placed order of cake on 11th feb and wanted it on 13th feb. But when i came for pickup of my cake the cake was not ready they have not started to make it. I have waited for log 50min than i got my cake but then also cake was totally different from the one that i order it was like reel vs real situation. I told that cake is totally different the staff on shop was also know that cake is different they were telling we will give you the money back but then owner came and he started shouting on me like it’s my mistake he also knew the cake is totally different but then also he continued shouting at me then we got into huge argument. He has no respect for customers. I am really really really disappointed with fnp never ever gonna buy anything from FnP again.

                                I have ordered a flower plant that's needs to be delivered by 9th Feb between morning 10AM-12PM but even after multiple time chasing to customer case I received a different kind of excuses for not delivering the product and after 3 days I received a call from the manager for refund. It is the service you are providing. If you are not able to deliver in 72hours then why you are guaranteeing same-day delivery. I need justification and action against the complaint.

                                  I had ordered a wall clock. On receiving it, it was found that it was not finished properly. And after two days the sticker of Radha-Krishna started to peel off. Every time on filing a complaint the customer care issues a ticket and then close it without giving any possible solution. The most fraudulent site one will find on the net. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM.

                                      It's my Son's b'day celebration today at 12 midnight. I order a Chocolate Truffle half kg cake, 2 sparkle candles and 2 party poppers. The cake I received is of very poor make quality. They didn't deliver the candles.
                                      I kept raising complaints for about 3 hours from their website but no one responded. On the contrary, by mistake one order got added to shopping kart while I was sending reminder for the complaint already raised about the delivery. Since I didn't buy the product, CUSTOMER service of FnP calls me and asks me why I haven't bought the product after adding to the kart, if I am having ANY PROBLEM. I told him it got added by mistake, but I have raised a complaint of one delivery that I order today. He simply said, CUSTOMER support would CALL TO resolve the same.
                                      So you'll can imagine they are just acting as money earning company without worrying about consumer and their feelings for the order we make.
                                      Consumers are getting looted by their intentions and actions. I am left with nothing now but to celebrate my son's bday with he ### that FnP did to my day.
                                      Please do something about this. FnP is a company which should live on making consumers day special but they are living on just the money earned, once the payment by is received, they care a damn what pain consumer has to go through, especially on such auspicious occasions.
                                      Please provide your kind help and support. They should know that consumers are not here to get looted. If we pay for a service we expect quality service.

                                      Please see the cake...look at the make..poor layering for a 800Rs cake. And it's a bday cake. Who designs a sad face with chocolate on the cake. Please see the sad face made there. And icing on the cake is the plastic piece that was in the bite of the cake which my son was eating...what a ###...
                                      Please please help in making them realise, such businesses are not here long to run...it's a matter of helath issue too now...imagine the plastic piece...it's sort of thick piece, very harmful to a kids health.
                                      I am hoping for the justice be served in this matter. I am utterly heartbroken as a consumer.
                                      Please help me with the justice.

                                        When I was placing the order on 4th of February, the product was showing the price of 799 Rs., which I had to canc due to some reason. And I had to pay 899 Rs. on placing the order on 6th of February. Another thing is, the product should be delivered by 8th of February as shown in my order details, but I still haven't received it, due to which, we had to cancel the plan to visit my sister to gift her. It is very disappointing for me. The service is not reliable.
