Nsdl status shows pan card has been dispatched on 04-feb-2019 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. M991q6546958. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 14-feb-2019.
First flight tracking shows arrived at destination on 7th feb 2019. Item is not delivered till date, 19 feb 2019. Nobody answers any of the contact numbers given in bangalore, mumbai, pune anywhere...
This is just harassment beyond understanding.
What is this courier service for?
Why nsdl is so fond o[censored]sing only such a courier service for important document such as pan?

Hi this is prashant sharma from mumbai i have given my parcel(B992B[protected] to first flight couriers on 9thfeb2019 and its 18thfeb2018 i didnot get any information regarding that i have called many times but their headoffice mumbai number is not working which is very shameful and i had a word with operation head Mr.Ravindra parsekar he said by mistake it got misscode when i asked how because i have given all details then he said its a human mistake sir it happens and when i said i will make complaint about you to your CEO he said shamelessly yes please go a head. may i know what is going on if tomorrow it will not get delivered i will make police complaint

As per shipment tracking of my consignment number J991M8272020 I found that my consignment is still lying undelivered at your Ghodhbundher branch of Mumbai .It is a regret to say that the company has shown such carelessness as the consignment contains a life saving drug of a patient . Kindly take action and deliver it ASAP .

When i track it is showing delivered - but no signature of receiver or phone number in the details mentioned in website
But i did not received the consignment
I tried to call first flght courier call center but i see no call center no available in their website & tried to reach their hyd regional no : ph:[protected] but its not working

Finally i have given e-mail complain on their e-mail: [protected]@firstflight.net on13th feb 2019 & today is 15th feb 2019 i did not even received the response from them, except directing my complaint mail to some other mail id.
I have given my phone: [protected] multiple time in the mail to contact me
My pan card is there in the consignment in need it very urgently & im not able to receive it.

I have applied for a duplicate Pan card and that has been dispatched by NSDL through First Flight with AWB No B903Z9930639. It has been showing the same status since last 7 days. I mailed the first flight and the reply has been addressed to someone called Rukshar but since then No reply. I have mailed them repeatedly requesting for an update. More over the Hyd customer care number seems to be invalid as well as the mail id. Now I don't have any way to connect with them and find out the status. This is a very important document and without this many things are pending. But first flight seems too rude to even look at the mail and reply me back with an update.

My consignment number "M991Q6452836" has been dispatch to my city branch on 7th Feb 2019, and i received a text msg. regarding same, but as on today 14th Feb its still not received, i called to courier person for query, he asked me to come self and collect your item or else it will return back to sender. it was worst response by first flight Gorakhpur branch.
There is question on this courier service that which level service quality they maintain? can you please let me confirm that is there new policy to visit branch and collect parcels is now customer responsibility?
Also i tired to search Firsts Flight Customer care number, i found many but neither one in right contact number, all are either wrong number or no response.
Is there any one who can acknowledge this issue and let me know that is this courier service worth to use or just i should put in my black list.

Complaint for non delivery letter even after 40 days ref our awb# b904z0045698.
We regret to inform you that the above was our delivered to us till yesterday on tracking copy is enclosed herewith, we found the letter was mentioned as delivery on 04.01.2019. Today we approched your tirupur delivery office from them today only. We were not given proper reply for as to why they have out delivered the letter to us till now, kindly look into the matter and inform us the details please.

The nsdl delivered my pan card on 01-feb-2019 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd. Courier by airway bill no. B904z1505425.

As per first flight courier status the courier received at auraiya branch on 11-feb-2019 and it is also delivered on the same day 11 feb to css without id check.

But i have not received my pan card yet till 14 feb!

Please resolve my issue.

Please help me it very urgent, so that i can received my pan card on-time.

The NSDL delivered my pan card on 10-Dec-2018 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd. Courier by airway bill no. B903Z9529697.
As per First Flight Courier Status the courier received at Kolar Branch on 12-Dec-2018 at 11.10am and it is also delivered on the same day at 13:55pm to CSS without ID check.
I am unable get the contact number of the courier service.
Please resolve my issue.

My courier is not delivered to me, consignment no. B903z0219506 and courier office person said that courier boy had delivered the courier and had a fraud receipt with my fraud signature kindly take necessary action and provide my package as soon as possible because it is very important and confidential as i am in delhi how can i receive my courier in jhansi. To send their report properly on time they people have taken such action please sort this issue as soon as possible

The worst services of first flight.call is alwys disconected by jaipur office.there is no communication medium to contact .horrible and highly disaapointing services.i am attaching my document details .kindly look into this matter.

My above conz no is about delivery of PAN CARD of my son YASH GUPTA at address D 30, NEW AGRA, AGRA. The address is quite correct but my the said consignment returned by your office at BHAWANA PLAZA, AGRA on 21.01.2019 with objection that address is wrong. In fact, No one from first courier visited our house. We ecieved a call from Mr Pachauri from first flight that we should recieve the courier from their office itself on 21.01.2019. When we reached there to receive, we were informed that the consignment has been returned .

We were promised by Mr Sriwastava that the same will be delivered upto 04.02.2019 by all means. But we are still to receive it.

I am of the view that it is fraud being committed by First Flight that all couriers related to NSDL are being sent back with out any delivery just by putting remark that Address is not correct.

Please look into the matter and take suitable steps under intimation to me on the seemant.[protected]@gmail.com.
