non delivery of my pan card

My pan card status says it is out for delivery from the past one week. The courier provider is first flight couriers. The tracking number is m991q6306884. The delivery guy picked the call once and said he will deliver on thursday. But he is not answering the call now. Went to the courier distribution centre, but it is closed permanently. received damaged badminton racquet

Hi,
I have booked a package containing badminton racquet from nagpur on dt. 14-1-18 tracking m991m1005840 and it reached to destination on dt. 17-1-18.
But it has received on damage condition on lonavala hub.
I have packed it carefully still it received in such a pathetic condition. I paid 250/- for it and the service product i got is in such a bad condition.

courier not yet delivered but status has been updated as delivered and it's been more than 15 days and there is no customer care number.

First flight is having the worst customer service and they have updated the status as delivered and that too to the destination but the courier is not yet delivered to the respective person and i sent this courier on 3rd january, 2019 from bangalore to jharkhan (Chakradharpur).
