One parcel has been dispatched from guindy hub kerala by franche express and later that has been handed over to first flight service.

The mentioned cn : m991q6758017 is not delivered till date. On confirming from local first flight courier office, yelahanka, bangalore - 560 064 for the delivery of the sane i was informed that the office is closed and is to be collected from hub office. Please intervene for early delivery.

Because my pan card not me at give time in mail and msg. Which my work not done at time. So give my pan card urgently basis at my address. My pan card returned why give answer. Thank you

Pan card had been dispatched vide cn: b904z1612706 by nsdl ffcl tracking shows arrived at bhyander branch thane on 21feb19 and delivery scheduled for next day. No update further on the website. Why is ffcl holding important document. Further the call center phone do not respond it's busy the whole day so even contacting ffcl is impossible. This type of service is definitely tarnishing the image of the company. Please look into the matter and make arrangements to deliver the same.

I got an my document through first flight courier which it was has been reached by 25/2/19 where the courier has not delivered my item to the given address there has been nagelating my track id :b[protected] it has been came to ballari courier office by 25/2/19 the courier boy has been said me that but it was has been over 10 days it was not sent for delivery the customer only need to go for courier office and have to collect there document plz take the action on the first flight courier, ballari branch

I had sent a consignment from bangalore to mumbai on 19th feb 2019 vide docket no: f991a0257744. The consignment is still not delivered in mumbai.

The response i get from first flight couriers is that mumbai office is on strike. Its 3 weeks and still they are on strike, none of the customer care staff is willing to provide an update and give a commitment on delivery of the consignment.

This is the worst courier company in the country. Would file a consumer complaint due to loss of opportunity due to the delay of the consignment by first flight couriers.

Request all to stop using first flight couriers.

I had a shipment from usa to bangalore, india sent through first flight usa, vide awb no: ffu469845. The consignment was picked up on 19th jan 2019 and was to be delivered on 8th feb 2019.

The consignment reached mumbai customs on 30th jan 2019 and after that there is no update.

All my calls and emails go unanswered and no one is accountable or responsible to discuss this issue.

I am planning to take legal action on first flight couriers. They are the worst courier company in the country.

My consignmet need to be delivered on 2nd march but there is no delivery as of 5th march. They are urgent dicuments rwhich i need but getting delay due to poor facility of courier.
I tried to call regional customer care number of hyderabad[protected] but number not valid. Toll free numbers are also not reachable.

Could please make delivery urgent and on-time.

When i track the status of the courier, it shows as arrived at bae rt nagar branch from 26th of february-2019,
I tried reaching all the numbers of first flight listed in website, none of them seem to be working.
Why the mail is eating dust from past 2 weeks, in my past experiences with first flight courier they give fake excuse as door locked.
Why courier service is being licences inspite of improper support.

AWB -R991Z0946743 on 20th February 2019 since 12 Days Courier is Misplaced from transit Jaipur to Bombay as the courier content Passport of the Candidate having Flight for Travel to Bahrain such irresponsible and careless services they are not replying or doing follow up to trace our parcel

Consignment number - b904z0720512. My pan card was dispatched from mumbai on[protected], but the status has not changed since then. It is still showing as the consignment is in mumbai. I tried to contact the courier center and they are saying that there is some strike in mumbai, so it will take some more time. Please let me know the current status and when can i expect my package?

Awb # m991b8549986 was sent on 18th feb from pune (Viman ngr) to vashi. This was very important and expensive stuff which i had to sent to u. S as my friend was leaving. And its still not delivered. After so many calls and emails, no confirmation on the same. They are still on same point, the strike is still not called off. Neither they are delivering nor they are allowing to get the package from marol hub in mumbai.

Such a careless and pathetic company. Never sending any parcel from first flight for sure.

Request you to knidly take necessary action against this company and pls get my parcel back.

The consignment no. B903z9959505 was expected to be delivered on[protected] as it has been dispatched on[protected]. The status of the tracking number on the first flight website says that it has been reached to patna hub on 12th feb 2019.
I have not received my pan card yet and i urge first flight to deliver it to me asap.
Unable to reach them on their given contact number which replies back with a busy message all day.
