I had a consignment with docket no r[protected] which was booked on 12th feb 2019 from jaipur to hyderabad.
I was tracking the consignment from the time it was booked.
I didn't get any call or sms neither anyone came to my address to deliver the same but on 20th feb it started showing delivered.
Tried reaching first flight for the same but no one gives a satisfactory reply everyone gives an another no to reach -
I got lots of no from these guys like [protected], [protected], [protected]
[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] in these no either no one reply or response or ask to call some other no. Later on, i got one no
[protected] which was provided by saying that this is customer care no.
I spoke to a lady on this no who took some details from me and assured to call within a day.
I waited for the call but no call received then i tried calling on the same no but it was switched off.
I also tried reaching them on email but no response from their side
Now i am helpless and do not know how to track my consignment, i will get the same or not or these guys kept the parcel with them for their personal use.

The consignment no. B[protected] was booked on 19.02.19 at mumbai. It's almost 10 days passed and the said consignment is still not received at destination. We are surprised that your traking system is also showing incomplete information. As it contains most urgent article and is a government document. You are advised to share me perfect situation in my no [protected].

I had dispatched the imp. Documents through first flight couriers ltd. After paying express delivery facility on 19/02/2019. But today after 8 days time my goods are not deliver at delivery place. If today it will be not deliver i will get loss of 1.7 lac amount. If it will be happened then you have to pay the loss amount to me. So bad service giving by you. I had also booked a courier on 18/02/2019 which was delivered on 23/02/2019 so how can it is possible that just after one day my goods not delivered at time. It's surely your fault and if i will be get loss than you have to fulfil that amount to me.

I have not received my pan card yet and i urge firstflight to recover the document & deliver it to me asap.

I am not able to get my parcel on time due to their strike in mumbai.
I have to collect my wedding dress so i hope anyone can understand how much this parcel is important for me.
I have already visited the koparkhiarane, navi mumbai office to pick and office was closed since 21 feb 2019. And even after calling the worker. I am not getting any update. Even after calling on customer care, they said we cannot do anything about the strike.

For my friend, her sister couriered her b. Tech 4th-year mark sheet a week before after asking the first flight courier service of allahabad and he told by 23rd feb 2019 it will get delivered. She had to join a company on 25th, and that mark sheet was mandatory to carry along. I and my friend continuously tried several numbers but no one responded properly, they didn't even talk, they use to cut the call, they gave some other number which was switched off, and even today they didn't deliver. Neither did they shared their address so that we can go and pick that courier so that she could have got the job.

I really want these kinds of people should face consequences who are not responsible for their work.
Just because of them someone lost her job.

I have given a courier to first flight on 14.02.2019 at jalandhar.. Consignee address is of hyderabad. Even after 11 days it has not delivered to consignee. I have been following for the last 5 days. No response either from jalandhar office phone number or from hyderabad office. No body will lift the phone, even your corporate mumbai office also not responding. We bpcl are a very old customer, even then this is the response. Request you to take up the matter urgently and delivery the important documents urgently.

For consignment # b904z0650386, it says parcel returned back to hub as door closed. I received a sms saying contact [protected] for update. When i tried contacting them, there was absolutely no reply to any phone calls. I wrote an email to helpdesk and asked them to provide regional address from where i can personally pick up the package. However they are not reverting back. I dont know whether if my pan card goes back to nsdl then whether i can ever get it back.

This is highly irresponsible, how can a govt can contact such pathetic courier vendor. I have applied pan card and they've dispatched through first flight courier, i received a message on my number saying i got a courier but did not dispatch due to person unavailable but nobody contact me through this courier office, they have given the number to contact them but that number is wrong number, when i check in website there is not even a single number which is correct. My courier tracker number is b904z0588757. How can i contact them and where can i contact them, pls help and rectify my issue

I got a one message that your pan card deliverd today but still not got my pan card.
And no call from your courier boy.

I am tracking a letter that i have to receive, but on the first flight tracking page it shows delivery attempted "pending - house locked" but there was no delivery attempt made at my address.
Local courier in noida sector 02 is not even responding to phone calls.

Please have this package delivered on priority.

My package with consignment number : b904z1517885 was shown delivered on 20th feb but it was not yet delivered to me so please help me to solve this issue because by these type of issue the delivery men or the office people are doing these things in the name of the first flight so please take some necessary action against them so that these things may not be repeated in future.

This is with reference to PAN card delivery with FIRST FLIGHT COURIER consignment ID-B904Z1429069. As per the tracking details, this courier reached its nearest FIRST FLIGHT COURIER facility (GWALIOR) on 16th January 2019. Its been more than 30 days but no delivery attempts have been made by the courier facility.
I called this local FIRST FLIGHT COURIER office several times but they are giving illogical excuses and have no answer. They cut the call in between without letting me why the courier is not yet delivered.
This is such a poor and pathetic service by FIRST FLIGHT.
Their employees don't even know how to talk to their customers.

Tracking shows item received at hyderabad station on feb 16, but not yet delivered. The courier partner is not reachable at numbers and email address provided at their registered website. Can someone please look into this delivery issue as this is an important one?

I was supposed to receive courier with consignment number d992b1769255. It is delivered to destination on 18 february but still not received to me. I tried calling the goregaon office number [protected] but no one is answering it. Also i put the mail to [protected]@firstflight.net and i was supposed to receive the reply but i did not. Please send my courier as soon as possible as those are very important documents for me.

I had sent an courier from mumbai to delhi, its my passport and not yet delivered to destination. I have tried calling every phone numbers available on the website, and so far no one as answered.
This is probably the worst courier services in india.
