Dear First Flight,
I am suffering from last months in these issues with reference of shipment # D467133- Air WayBillNo: [protected]
When i send shipment, you ask KYC paper for shipment as this is International Shipment ( I provided each things and you check before taking these )
Later when not reach my shipment i contacted you again and you said you need to do KYC in system now. ( I tried first few times but not able to upload then you said send me screen shot and you will check, no reply again,
i contacted again and you said, you contacted dhl and reply. please try again, even your manager said, they recieve paper and it will be okay in few day.)
Again i did KYC in system and inform you, you said good and will reply soon. later i contacted and you said kyc document is not clear so rejected.
Again i have to do KYC and this time, kyc approve and i informed and send also you, and you also reply that custom is clear and shipment will reach home tommorrow.
and now i call then you said you have too pay money for all this your work you did and suffer a lot.
May I know where and when i did dealy from my side ?? ( I have time email records and phone history which i make to first fligh) and Still not recieve shipment . in that case you need to pay me as delay charges and you are asking money .
and how come i can belive on you now ? when your all staff is giving wrong infromation including first flight manager. Many guys who spoke once, not came on line again ( always busy with international call )
Please give my complain email ID and your senior management email ID, s ( including consumer forum dealing with first flight ) so i can reach them and complain about my case.
