I have this small parcel from first flight courier Baner branch, Pune.
the parcel contained important which was to be delievred .
i was promised by their executive that i would get delivered the next day . as promised it was delivered and probably i was delivered the next from promised day. i mailed them and even called but they did't answer as well.
i tried to contact store manager of baner branch but his phone is always switched off.
i raised complaint for refund but it is unanswered .
please check into matter.
the parcel was very urgent and i couriered it only when they promised to deliver the next day.
contacted on all customer service numbers no one is answering . not even the store manager

    We have sent a docket (No. D[protected]) from delhi to tripura, status showing online that it has been already delivered on 11.03.2016 but the other party is stated that they have not received it yet.

      I regret to inform that the My driving license and expensive cloths were couriered my friend from pune, dt. 04.03.2016 addressed to co shripad joshi shakuntala bunglow near rajiv gandhi park, untawadi nasik-422009 & status shows that delivered on 8th of march 2016.It was very urgent to receive parcel and deliver boy didn't deliver to given address.when i checked runsheet their is one sign & 9 digit fake no put infront of my name & not any positive response from nasik office.
      So Please discuss with nasik office & take decision as early as possible.

            This is courier by air service.By there is no response about delivery even they cannot provide location of my courier i am trying regularly from 11.00 am to 3.30 pm

                I sent a Fragile Parcel (containing a Photo frame), consignment no. *M991B3318458*, on 4th March 2016 through First Flight Couriers Ltd. which I wanted to reach Dehradun on 7th March 2016 as it was a anniversary gift for my parents. The parcel was sent by Shrish Enterprises (Add.- Arun Plaza, Shop no. 19, Ground Floor, Below Saijyoti Hospital, Dange Chowk, Thergaon, Pune-411033) from Pune to Dehradun. Firstly, the parcel was delivered on 9th March, it got late by 2 days and my plan of surprising my parents on their anniversary (7th March) was ruined. And secondly, I specially asked "Shrish Enterprises" to pack the parcel properly and send it in fragile category before shipping as it was a glass item. In spite of my prior intimation they sent the parcel carelessly and as a result the content was damaged and my gift for my parents ended up being a waste and of no use. Below attached are the pictures of the condition of photo frame as it was received by my parents.

                  Dear Sirs,

                  I wish to bring to your attention regarding non delivery of the dox consignment no B991Z2450749 . I have tried to talk to the Andheri as well as Santacruz branch personnel but they are just passing the buck to each other . In your website tracking it shows ar address insufficient whereas on previous day it shows as house locked . these are contradictory statements.

                  On 5th the delivery boy Mr Kallapa came at 1:30 pm and found house locked so he called my number written on the Dox. He promised to return by 6;00pm to deliver . He didnot turn up and when called he promised to deliver by Monday 7th March. I stayed back home from work to receive the dox but he didn't turn up. When his cell phone was called he didnot answer it.
                  ...

                  Later i traced the number of Santacruz office ( [protected]) where gave me few numbers[protected] and[protected]. I didn't get any response. When called him again he gave me number of branch manager Mr Ravi ( [protected]) and he didnt give any satisfactory reply to when that dox will get delivered. he even told me i would have to collect it from some Depot in Andheri..

                  You are requested to look into the pathetic state of affairs your courier services are in.

                    My Consignment No. is- B[protected]. Reference no is[protected]. Booking date is[protected] & expected delivery date is[protected].
                    As per the tracking consignment it has been delivered to Kousalya jena on[protected]. But as on[protected], i have not received that parcel. I have received a call on[protected] from the parcel Agent (Mob. No. [protected]) for the delivery of the Parcel by evening 6.00 pm. But on non receiving of the parcel by 7.00 Pm. I have called back to him and the person replied that, he has no time for today (i.e[protected] and we will give it on Tues day, if possible.

                    I am just unable to know, what types of service is given by the Courier Agent and how the false information has been given in the database.

                    DO YOU NOT THINK IT IS A MISAPPROPRIATION TO THE CUSTOMER, WHICH LEADS TO A CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION AND MAY AFFECTS YOUR BUSINESS.

                      Dear Sir/ Madam,
                      I gave 3 parcels to First Flight courier at Modinagar (Ghaziabad) for delivery.
                      All those 3 couriers neither delivered to the destination not returned to us. Whenever we ask them for those couriers we don’t get satisfactory answer, initially they were saying we will let you know the status within 2-3 days but it’s been more than a month. Now he is not even taking calls from us and when we go to their office he speaks very aberrantly we delivered the courier on the following dates:

                      We run a small firm manufacturing the sofa covers, we made parcels to deliver these parcels to our customers but these parcels didn’t got delivered. Due to which we lose trust and business, also we had bear some penalties as the goods didn’t delivered on time.
                      This is seriously pathetic as we lose business and lost our goods as well what we gave to Courier Company.
                      You are requested to take strict action against FIRST FLIGHT COURIER & help us to get the justice.

                        The said consignment was delivered to a wrong address & no proper customer care response to either track it or get any help.

                        Always get an assurance that they'll mail back with the scanned copy of address where it was delivered but no reply even after 5 days.

                            The subject consignment was dispatched from Delhi and received in Jaipur where I live on 3 March 2016 as per tracking. It is lying in Jaipur; it says out for delivery but it was not delivered as of 7:30 pm on 4 March 2016. I tried their local phones in Jaipur and also their Mumbai office but nobody picks up. They work like government offices - no accountability - no response. I sent them a email - no response. What I am supposed to do now? Those are important documents! I doubt the letter will be delivered even tomorrow. It is a pity!

                              One of the mainstays of our business is logistics and quick delivery. We’ve tried using your franchise services services First Flight Couriers Ltd., Br-Panchsheel, New Delhi - 49. Email id : [protected]@firstflight.net, in Shahpurjat but the services levels are quite bad. They are good in sending large single consignments but are not adept at consistent quality services.

                              We are looking at better service and a corporate solution. We are checking if you’d be interested in providing us reliable and accurate service. If you think we are too small for a large company like yourself, please don’t respond.

                              In case First Flight is not interested to look at start ups who can grow big, please write us back.

                                    I want to complaint on first flight Couriers for their delayed delivery.
                                    Send package from cuddapah on 23rd Feb, consignment #:- A991M0117111.

                                    as per norms it has to reach bangalore next day, but it took 1 week they delivered package on 1st March. I lost 1 week valuable time because of this incident.

                                    I Need proper justification for delay and they would have communicated in case it is delayed.

                                      Dear First Flight,
                                      I am suffering from last months in these issues with reference of shipment # D467133- Air WayBillNo: [protected]
                                      When i send shipment, you ask KYC paper for shipment as this is International Shipment ( I provided each things and you check before taking these )
                                      Later when not reach my shipment i contacted you again and you said you need to do KYC in system now. ( I tried first few times but not able to upload then you said send me screen shot and you will check, no reply again,
                                      i contacted again and you said, you contacted dhl and reply. please try again, even your manager said, they recieve paper and it will be okay in few day.)
                                      Again i did KYC in system and inform you, you said good and will reply soon. later i contacted and you said kyc document is not clear so rejected.
                                      Again i have to do KYC and this time, kyc approve and i informed and send also you, and you also reply that custom is clear and shipment will reach home tommorrow.
                                      and now i call then you said you have too pay money for all this your work you did and suffer a lot.

                                      May I know where and when i did dealy from my side ?? ( I have time email records and phone history which i make to first fligh) and Still not recieve shipment . in that case you need to pay me as delay charges and you are asking money .
                                      and how come i can belive on you now ? when your all staff is giving wrong infromation including first flight manager. Many guys who spoke once, not came on line again ( always busy with international call )
                                      Please give my complain email ID and your senior management email ID, s ( including consumer forum dealing with first flight ) so i can reach them and complain about my case.

                                      Thanks and Please resolve my issue.

                                        my friend sent me mobile phone lenovo vibe k4 note color white imei no [protected] (prize 11999) through first flight (Rahul services) nagpur and Mr. kishor given Consignment Tracking no M991B3217684 on 20/02/16.first flight service center packed and send me to tinsukia. when i open the item in front of the person of first flight courier service beside kenra bank tinsukia i find Isuzu A 9 (prize 500).first flight courier person not accepting the item to taken back also says they are not responsible for items.i talked to nagpur in Mr kishor(rahul services) he is saying that he send lenovo vibe k4 note.when i was trying to contact again tinsukia first fligh courier service he say that his shop is close but when i again reach shop was open . i am asking him his name for FIR but he is opposing to given his name.when i check online Consignment Tracking Details recieved date is 22 feb 16 and person is call me on 27 feb at evening time when i call back he says tomorrow is sunday you come to monday.when i call he is not responsing my phone also.the distance between my home to first flight courier tinsukia is near about 18 KM.
