My consigment (# 0991B2349263) was booked from Surat to Deliver in Cochin 20 days back. Till date this has not been delivered. There was an attempt made to deliver 3 days back, but as i was out of town, i had asked to re-deliver next day. the blindly refused to do so in spite of reaching out to me 15 days after the committed date of delivery. This has by far been the worst ever service from any courier service. I have tried to reach them on multiple numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]), however have never been able to get in touch with anyone so far. Either no one lifts if connected, or the line never gets connected. I also tried reaching their corporate and registered office to lodge a complaint[protected]. But to no surprise there was no response there too. I would like someone to contact me ASAP and help in getting the package delivered to me at the earliest. If i do not receive this package, i intend to file a case against First Flight for the loss that i will face due to their negligence

My courier pnr no.-C991M0063088 sent on 5 January sent from chennai has not reached to ramgarh pin-825314 jharkhand.. Plz see to my package and help to reach to my father.. It's really important.. Customer care is also not helping to me.. Please go through it

I had sent a courier to Hyderabad from Chennai on 23/11/15. Tracking number for the same is C991B1631470. As it wasn't delivered, I had requested to return the same to me. I had formally lodged a complaint more than 1 month ago, but still the shipment is not returned to me.

My relative send a lettertrought this courier at 30/12/2015 but still i did not found.what means to send via courier, only wastage of time and money .No anyone to tell me about my consignment.my consignment number is U991M01819800. PLZ DO FOR NECESSARY ACTION.IT WILL BE LAST TIME WITH FIRST FLIGHT COURIER SERVICES.

C991Z2977994 showing out for delivery status since 2 days but not yet delivered. Also there is no way that we can track with the local sites. I ve sent SMS, sent mail via the first flight portal but still there is no response and not even a mail that states that they had received a complaint. All the numbers that are available in their website do not work or no one picks up. This is highly frustrating too.

Dear sir/ madam IDBI Bank Sent me a courier through first flight courier yelahanka opp sheshadripuram collage on 23rd december 2015. But the person was deliverd my corier to other person without my permission and that time he didn't cl me.

My brother has sent one urgent document thro' First Flight courier from Tirunelveli to Trivandrum(Just 150kms) on 29th Dec 2015(consignment No.: T991B0187408). First flight couriers consignment number D991Q7600417, Item arrived at destination (hyderabad) on 29.12.2015, out for delivery. today is 2.1.2016. we have still not received the item. Tracking online shows insufficient address. our complaint: 1. the courier company did not call us (we provided my mobile number [protected] to sender) to know full address for delivery, nor did they contact the sender for full adress. They have not delivered the item, kept it with them for five days now. We have to mostly pick up the courier from the first flight office.And this time NSDL had sent my pan card on 4/12/15 and it was received by first flight courier o 7/12/15 and status has been changed to Delivered. But I haven't received.They even not informed us about the courier.Then i called them today and they told me to pickup the courier from their office.This is not the way to deal with your customers. I have sent a package from Canada on December 18th; First Flight Courier tracking shows that the package reached destination. But till today it has not been received by the party, the BaNK- IOB, as they confirmed to me. Appreciate fast response and resolution of this issue.

I booked a greeting card on 30 dec 2015 from jaipur by first flight courier for greater noida. Consignment no. R[protected]. Today i track the consignment and it showing 'Party not available'. But party is there since morning in academy...no responce from noida first flight courier contact no. I am really very disappoint. Please help

This is the worst courier service one can ever send things from absolutely useless! None of the branch contact numbers we try calling in Bangalore work. All of them are either out of service or switched off. Call center employees are useless as well. What is the point of paying so much money when the order doesn't reach on time. My parcel was sent on the 28th afternoon from Pune and today is the 31st and there is no sign of delivery as yet. Order number - M[protected]

Dear Sir, I have booked one no of Milton Thermosteel Carefe -1500 on 01/11/2015 from Jajpur Road, odisha to Varanasi(UP). The consignment no. is - U991M0511306. More than 1 & 1/2 months has gone, But the itme is not delivered yet & nither revert back . Even asking for the parcel at courior office they said " Parcel is lost" . There coustomer care no., which is given by Courier office is also not picking the phone & nither giving any dates for arrival of the courier in mail. I have tried to file the complain at NCH site, but this courier service is not coming in company list. Kindly Do the needful. So i get parcel & money back from the courior service. I have sent some parcel on 22 nd bangalore to pune till its not delivered, when can i call to customer service they saya other 2 days more ( on 26th) when i book the courier they said ony 48 hours . the tracking number is ( f991b0996907 ) .. if its take 4 days i can send any other normal courier service i am really fed up with this.
