Pancard dispatched by nsdl 23.02.2016 from mumbai by first flight courrier dox tracking number is b[protected] its showing by online tracking arrived at raipur hub on dated 25.02.2016 but till date i did not received pan card on my address, i call raipur first flight courier bu not answering my call,


Please do the needful, for which we will be highly thankful.

    We sent the courier on 18th april 2016 from lonavala. They were documents which were ṭi be urgently delivered, hence opted for firstflight for their reputation in the market. Our consignment number is m991b3506607 to be delivered to lalbaug, mumbai. The tracking details show the consignment has reached lower parel office on 19th april 2016. It has been out for delivery five times since then but always says pending - late arrival of c/ment, schedule for next day delivery. What does this exactly mean? And i don't see any reason for delay if the shkomenṭ has ṭo be delivered in same area. I need an explanation and deliver of my courier today itself.

    I wish there was a negative rating, then I would have given it to this company. it doesn't only fail to deliver on time but also the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude.

When i asked about our documents delivery status in his office but no one replied properly so i have mantle harassment. If the documents misplaced i faced heavy loss around 35000/-

They don't pick call in Pune location and head office which is Mumbai. They never called me once what should I do as I am unable to reach them and they are also not contacting me.

          i suppose to get my consignment B[protected] from First Flights.But as per status it has been delivered.It contain my PAN card .
          I don't know to whom they delivered the item .I tried to call their customer support multiple time but no body responded.I email them 3 times but they are not answering my email.
          I am planning for officially logging a complain in consumer court.

            I have courier my doc from mumbai to silchar Cachar, Assam PIN -788005 . vide Reference POD No B991M0334069. thro first flight on 13th April 2016

            During booking of my courier they told me that it will be delivered within 4 days. But till date the courier has not been delivered. They have charge hefty amount of Rupees 206 for that courier. where as via speed post they have charge only 65 rupees for the same doc. Even their customer care phone also has not been picked up. On 18 th they told me that courier is in Guwahati. Yesterday when asked the same thing was repeated. Where as the courier traking web site shows that the doc are out from Marol hub on 14th april. and the tracking still showed the same. ther was no updation . even customer care response phone is ringing and said dial 9. after dialing some time it was disconnected. i am helpless. and fedup with the response of that courier services. Please advise me

              Hi My consignment number is A991B2485489, origin Hyderabad, destination Kolkata. It was booked on 16th April from 18th April the status is shown as reached destination. I am trying to contact customer care both Hyderabad and Kolkata but in vain. Seems knowingly they have kept down the phone. In spite of premium charge and promise to deliver within 48 hours still no delivery (today is 21st). Really disappointed, my mistake to use this company.

                I have been writing such mail and calling the first flight from past 1 week in-spite of that the consignment is not being delivered.
                They just ask for shipping address and say it will be delivered but it will not being delivered and show the status in their tracking portal as missing information

                    The above document was returns undelivered eventhough the address is well within mangalore corporation area and side of airport road itself. It was understood to be returned on[protected]. As the document is very urgent it may be called back and intimated me over mob. No.[protected]. The staff at mangalore office are not supportive and eventhough i am telling them it shows it status in traking they are telling it has not come. Actually they had returnd the document and if such cases they should not have accept the document. Once taken the parcel that their responsibility to deliver and while takeing the documents itself they should know the area of their operation. Accepting and afterword not delivering has become fashion of first flight courier. They should first know their area of operation.

                      My item with consignment no d[protected] was shipped from delhi to bangalore on 6april 2016.
                      After a week also it was not delivered, and when checked with customer care
                      They informed me that they will check get back to me .Also noted down my correct delivery address.
                      Now when i check on their tracking, it is showing that it has been delivered.
                      Don't know to whom and where they delivered, because i am the recipient and have not got that.
                      Despite calling their customer care again and again, they are not able to resolve it.
                      It is my certificate and i am waiting for that from 2 weeks.
                      Extremely poor and unprofessional...

                        There seems to be no way i can reach this company. Total waste of ones time. Their tracking facility complaint center seem to be out of business, because no one responds back. My package is not be found its sitting in transit since 13th, today is 19th. I am going to leave the country and need this package. Only if i know this company should not be used as a courier company.

                          Very bad and shameful service... I have made a consignment from Gurgaon to Hyderabad via first flight, its been a week and still the status is showing as "in transit", as per my knowledge the standard delivery is 3 days. Even after that customer care is not ready to take call on the same.They have given me some random number where a lady picks up the call and says that its her personnel number and she is not from first flight.I am really frustrated with this.
                          At least first flight can provide the correct information to the customer, the customer care is just a waste if they are not ready to help customer in such cases. Still looking if somebody from first flight can give further information about the packet.The consignment number is O991B2855176.

                            This was shipped from bhuj, gujarat to bangalore on 11april 2016.
                            After a week also it was not delivered, and when checked with customer care
                            They were not able to track it and were just telling we will check and get back to you.

                                1.Delay in delivery - i booked the consignment on 5th april (Refer pod) and it was deliver on 11th april .And that too after my repeated follow with the centre and head office. The mobile number that i have contacted for my delivery ([protected] / [protected] / [protected] ) .It was deliver after my repeated call and follow up. Don't you think 7 days is too long in todays era to reach an urgent consignment.

                                2.Item missing : when the consignment was booked in bangalore it was 2.5 kg(Charges accordingly) and when it was received it was almost 1 kg less (Item missing) .I hope no customer is sitting with a weighing machine to receive an item.


                                3.Unprofessional behaviour - when enquiry was made at the bangalore, then a very unprofessional behaviour has come up. The statement that was made by the courier centre :

                                A.It was not my mistake !!!

                                B. You should have weigh before receiving !!!

                                C.Delay was not my fault !!!

                                D. I don't care if you complain to anybody !!!

                                World's most stupid courier service ever I v seen. My consignment was booked from pune to coimbatore. The status showed It arrived in coimbatore and it is out of delivery in the morning, In afternoon it showed delivery postponed to next day. And still I dint receive the parcel. Its been more than 4 days. When I called the branch landline, it says phone is out of order, when tried reaching their mobile number, its switched off. when I tried contacting other branch, They cut the call. I went directly to the branch, but it was closed, and the time was 2.30pm. If I go to pune to take my parcel and return to coimbatore by walk means also it wont be taking such a long time. I dont know what kind of transport these people are using. The worst part is, still I did not receive the parcel.

                                    I have one courier with first flight for last 16days, but they are not delivering the parcel and also not picking the call. From the tracker it's showing the parcel is moving from one location to other. I sent them 3 mails, but didn't get replay.

                                      The worst courier service i have ever seen. While booking the courier they promised to deliver it in 3-4 days. Now its been 9 days and till now no one is ready to tell where is the package.

                                      Most importantly there customer care number mentioned on site is not working. Somehow i got the number of first flight member but they were not ready to talk properly and gave another number and this process goes on for 4 more times.

                                      When i called the final number (Nearest hub to my place) they said i dint even got the package till now. Later they said sir we will deliver it tomorow any how.

                                      Next day when i called them. They asked me to come to there place and collect it. I mean thats the worst part.

                                      And the guy asked. Whats there in the package and all. Why the hell this courier service care whats there.

                                      Only recommandation is -

                                      If you like to wait. And have more patience then normal human
                                      And like to waste the money
                                      And dont care about your important artifacts

                                        First flight is such a slow courrier service i gave my parcel on 9 april, 16 morning and the courrier didnt reached there at the 5th day also .I had called your customer care office and she was telling that its a door to door delivery your parcel will be there in 3-4 days .sir i must say you that if we go there by bus its takes hardly 13 hrs and your first flight is i think i delivering courriera through bicycle i guess.the first flight agent you have on pitampura branch dont even know that it is a door to door delivery and was telling that the address is in remote area we cant deliever that we have to send it somewhere else and that somewhere else is we dont know . I was using your sms tracking but i didnt got any response from it also . I dont know where my courrier is and i think i have written a complaint over here and you will be listening to that also .A 'Z' grade service i must say that .
