I had booked a courier (Cloths wt- 500gms), from Jalna, Maharashtra ( 431203) for Dhamtari, Chattisgarh ( 493773) on 8 Jan 2016. Docket No.: M991B2997067 and was Charged Rs. 220/-. The manager of Firstflight at Jalna center told that it can be sent and will be delivered in 3-4 days, He assured me by saying that he has previously delivered at same Pin and city.
But the courier didn't get delivered for next 15 days, n courier was returned to me on 23 Jan 2016, with no refund. When claimed for refund he did not give any. Then I made complaint to Firstflight Corporate office by email, they too agreed that, the Jalna center should not have booked the courier for non servicable pin code. It is their centers mistake that they did not check Pin code servicability before booking courier.
But still then after so much of explainations, they have refunded me only 50% of amount, ie Rs. 120/- on 28 Jan 2016.
Its not my mistake still I'm being fined. So I'm making complaint here for my refund and compensation for harassment and my wastage of time in explaining and proving all the matter.
First Flight Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by drjitu1 As per previous response to my complaint, I had mailed to Ms Deepali Mane and Sanjay Chattar, , they told that they will revert me in 1 day. There was no response from them even after 3 days, they didnt reply, so I again mailed them as reminder, but still no response from their side.
What should I do next? Is my matter going to get solved?

Updated by drjitu1 The First flight team had told that they have asked the BA to refund me the amount. But the Jalna branch, from where I had booked courier, is not giving me my money. Now I'm stuck again. Firstflight is finally ready to refund the branch head is refusing it. What should I do next?
