      A parcel was booked for me from jamshadpur through your courier service on 11/1/16 and the consignment no. Is U991Z0694727. Till today i didn't receive the parcel. Last week i enquired about this in your branch here at Madurai but your people said that it was redirected. Pls let me know abt the parcel and take suitable action to deliver it.

          I Raghu Veer Birada couriered very important documents through first flight office from kolkata (Action Area I, Mohishghote, Kolkata, West Bengal 700156) dated 03/02/16 to Amalapuram Andhra Pradesh. Prior to handing over the documents I have inquired the concerned first flights personnel for the possible date of delivery and they informed and confirmly told me that the documents to would reach by 05/02/16.

          But till date the documents have not reached the destination.I have once again approached the First flight courier person to know the status but he informed that he is not responsible for the delivery and no tracking information can be provided from his end.
          After wards, I tracked online but the tracking data is not shown correctly, it indicates the courier has been dispatched at Hyderabad airport on 04/02/16.I have also called the First flight customer care personnel and their reply was that, they cannot track the current status of the document although it reached the hyderabad airport on 4 th of feb.

          Kindly look into the matter seriously and help me in tracing the important documents at the earliest possible.I have trusted the first flights courier service but finally got betrayed with lost documents and delayed documents.

            Hi,
            I was supposed to receive a courier consignment number J991M4059730 from FIrst Flight from Varanasi to Pune .

            I got a call from Bajaj Allianz Pune that it was being delivered to them in a wrong packet. Now my courier is with Admin of Bajaj and they cannot issue the courier till First flight gives them Proof of delivery and schedule a reverse pick up.
            I am struggling as First Flight not helping me and the tracking status is still in transit .

            Please help me to get a safe delivery and also I want to place a consumer case as they are harassing me to the core.

              First flight courier representative picked my Parcel with Original passport on 27th August 2016 via Docket # P[protected] from our vendor DHL's office. My Parcel has clear decleration of "Passport Inside" on the face of Envelope.

              My Travel agent (Thomas Cook) had booked my return ticket for Egypt for issuance of Visa. When after 1 week my Travel agency did not recieve my parcel, i called up First flight to check its status. They acknowledged that my parcel along with another 150+ parcels has got misplaced & they are actively searching for this. I has to cancel my Air tickets due to which i incurred 11742 Rs of cancellation -non refundable charges. First flight team kept reassuring me that they will reimburse these charges & will be able to trace my parcel with original passport. On 9th Oct, they issued a regret letter along with Police complaint copy & asked me to apply for fresh passport & claim reimbursement along with receipt of new passport charges & Air ticket costs.

              I submitted all these to First flight in Jan'16 upon which they asked me to get a additional letter from DHL confirming that claim should be directly reimbursed to me. I shared letter from DHL to First flight via email on 3rd Feb '2016.

              I was shocked to see there reply where they refused to reimburse my claim stating that i did not declare my parcel had original passport. I immediatly replied to them that my parcel had clear decleration on face of envelope that it contains original passport. There has not been any reply or response from First flight.

                I have sent one consignment to Guwahati from Kolkata on 1st Feb'16 but till 6th evening the parcel hasn't delivered and there is no proper customer care of First Flight.

                Guwahati person is saying they can't find where the parcel is whereas as per the website the parcel reached Guwahati.

                Please ask to give claim amount of 10000 from First flight courier.

                and several times i have asked them that its a very URGENT parcel.

                  I have booked a courier on 1st of February from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
                  In the courier they told that the courier will be reaching Hyderabad in a day or two. Its 6 days but no update in the website. I have contacted the customer care morethan 10 times but no proper response. Every time they say that they don't have information on this.

                  If the service provider itself doesn't have any information then who will have the information?

                  Sending a courier is taking morethan 6 days from CITY to city is really ridiculous.
                  Very careless customer care executives. Executives speaks very rudely. They say that wait until it delivers to the person.

                  I suggest not to prefer this courier service. Instead send it through Speed Post or Professional courier service. They are much more better than First Flight.

                  I have given 1 rating to this courier because there is no other option lesser than 1.

                    We had sent two documents on 23rd. Jan. 2016, through First Flight Couriers one to Larsen & Toubro Ltd, New Delhi vide docket no.B991M0457671 and second one to Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Chennai.Now the concerned person in New Delhi has denied the receipt of the same. So, we requested First Flight Couriers to send us the copy of Proof of Delivery. But they are refusing to so, as that is not in there
                    practice.
                    So Please advice us what should be line of action to sort out the problem, as the document contains important papers which can not be reissued by the concerned authorities which please note.

                      My package (C991B1737851) has been booked by First Flight, Chennai by my cousin as on 2nd Feb 2016. Courier costs was lesser than Rs100/- which means smaller package and destination location is Bangalore. I am posting this review after 3 days ( by 6th Feb 2016 ) of the above booking but sill awaiting for my package. I had dropped email to all concerned First Flight people about this but no action has been taken. Many of those email are undelivered due to message box full (so no one is accessing those emails) and phone numbers are not valid. I am helpless how to get my package and when they will deliver? I am still surprising to this how they are running their company with such worst service process. ?

                      I had attached the tracking status which also showing incorrectly as booked date as 4th Feb 2016 but it was actually booked on 2nd Feb 2016.

                      Could anyone knows how to take legal action against this kind of company for such service?. This is our sin of indian people seeing this type of customer cheating but still have to survive with this.

                        I have sent a courier on 1sr Feb, 2016 with some important bank documents from Chennai to Hyderabad. No. C991B1697479. It has still not delivered. Also, after multiple followups with customer care, they say they are not sure where it is exactly and will arrange for return.

                        This is too sensitive and the dont care of anything about the importance of the parcel and the waiting customer.

                        Pls do not use this service at all ...

                          I have sent some important documents and Bills through First Flight with no. D991B6005528
                          Addressed to Bangalore on 21st Jan
                          But due to worst services if first flight neither it reached the destination nor it came back
                          This is really annoying and frustrating
                          It was very confidential and important documents with some important Bills
                          I just want the package back with compensation or I will file a complaint in hard copies and also will ensure that no one in my circle and in india sends package through First flight

                            Documents was sent through First Flight Couriers ltd, R.H.O 427-428, Gultekdi industrial estate, nr. prabha printing press, Pune to Telangana state tourism development corp, Hyderabad.
                            Consignment no: M991M0562636 on 30th January 2016
                            However the document have still not received Hyderabad till 3rd February 2016 and is still awaiting it.
                            Customer service representatives are not giving proper solution also.

                                    I had booked a courier (Cloths wt- 500gms), from Jalna, Maharashtra ( 431203) for Dhamtari, Chattisgarh ( 493773) on 8 Jan 2016. Docket No.: M991B2997067 and was Charged Rs. 220/-. The manager of Firstflight at Jalna center told that it can be sent and will be delivered in 3-4 days, He assured me by saying that he has previously delivered at same Pin and city.
                                    But the courier didn't get delivered for next 15 days, n courier was returned to me on 23 Jan 2016, with no refund. When claimed for refund he did not give any. Then I made complaint to Firstflight Corporate office by email, they too agreed that, the Jalna center should not have booked the courier for non servicable pin code. It is their centers mistake that they did not check Pin code servicability before booking courier.
                                    But still then after so much of explainations, they have refunded me only 50% of amount, ie Rs. 120/- on 28 Jan 2016.
                                    Its not my mistake still I'm being fined. So I'm making complaint here for my refund and compensation for harassment and my wastage of time in explaining and proving all the matter.

                                    As per previous response to my complaint, I had mailed to Ms Deepali Mane and Sanjay Chattar, , they told that they will revert me in 1 day. There was no response from them even after 3 days, they didnt reply, so I again mailed them as reminder, but still no response from their side.
                                    What should I do next? Is my matter going to get solved?

                                    The First flight team had told that they have asked the BA to refund me the amount. But the Jalna branch, from where I had booked courier, is not giving me my money. Now I'm stuck again. Firstflight is finally ready to refund the branch head is refusing it. What should I do next?

                                    Destination only is based on pincode u provide . If the destination actual pincode is differ feo. The mention pincode in that case it occurs . However branches tries to call customer even after reach to destination from the nearest branch .

Guwahati-5.Assam) through First Flight currier on 9/01/2016 (doc. No. N[protected]) for Mankachar in the name of Goodwill hardware but it was not delivered till now. Please arrange to deliver the consignment as soon as possible. It is already around 20 days & the material was urgent.
