Hi, My Consignment no is D991Q8894088. Bank has sent some important documents thru FFC. Since my mobile no. registered with bank was lost, I called to Local courier office where the courier is arrived and given the correct contact no. incase they find difficulty to reach me. They checked the courier and said its there with them. noted the no. and said will deliver in 2 hours to 1 day. After that they don't pick the call. next day status is "Returned to Hub".

Such a Stupid peoples working in Sidco Coimbatore, Tamilnadu branch. First of all, not picking the phone. I tried 100 times and they pick 1-2 times. I got someone mobile no. to contact. that stupid guy switch off his mobile always (Manoj Kumar - [protected]). When he doesn't want to pick up and answer, why company gives him mobile and job.

Inspite of speaking with them multiple times (after 1000 times try), they said will deliver it. Finally returned saying "Insufficient address". If I have received by Normal post, I would have received it rather thru this Worst courier service. Now I have to call bank and ask to resend thru some good quality courier and not thru stupid peoples who don't even attend the calls at Sidco Branch.

I am writing this complaint after 20 followups on phone and multiple emails to first flight people.
I have booked a package on s991b0185158 on 9th march 2016 and it is stil not delivered ie 29th march 2016

I called up your contact center on 19th match and registered a complaint 182598 and i have been following with them every day, and every day i get an irresponsible response and they hangup the phone.

So far i have neither got my parcel delivered nor a proper response.From the support team.

They are not even saying where it is.

The couriers guy says or orders in a way to collect the courier from a location as he his not going towards my house location.Mannerless and rude on the phone.When tried calling the regionla office at +[protected]
but no response how many times you call in it says call busy...then tried calling local hub no body receives the call and no response.
What on earth they will resolve the complain????

B[protected] i have ordered an urgent item from Amazon India at 22-3-16 and already paid in advance. Origin city is Mumbai and destination is Mahasamund, chhattisgarh. It should have taken around 3-4 to deliver the product at my location but First Flight is taking too long.Tracking is not updated since 23-3-16 and the status says that the package is returned to origin. Just why that supposed to happen, why they returned it to origin and when i can expect the delivery. Really disappointed with First Flight hope they deliver it soon.

My brother sent a courier which contains sodexo food coupons worth rs 4500.through first flight couriers .The consignment number is C991B1761963.

The courier was posted on 10th march in chennai C-pakkam hub and the shipment was arrived to hyderabad madhapur branch on 14th march.but still it was not delivered to me.the keep on following up the mails and phone call to first flight.but no one is responding.

They are finally saying the courier was missing.please either return the courier or refund the amount.please requesting you to take the complaint and smoothly close the issue as soon as possible

Hello, I have booked my consignment in chennai on March 24 and it is supposed to be delivered to address in Bangalore in next day. It did not delivered and waited for one more day, first flight delivery person called to my friend to whom consignment to delivered and asked him to come and collect which is 2 km away from the delivery address. My friend rushed there and the delivery person left from that place. When my friend called that delivery person he told he will come back in 2 hours and deliver. We already raised a compliant on the same day about delivery issue but did not get any response from First flight. Later he switched off his phone and consignment did not delivered. On the next day it is Sunday and no response from any where.

On Monday by early 9am, I called to coustmer care explained all the scenario and waited for 13 minutes in call, coustmer care executive disconnected my a call with out any answer after keeping my call in hold for so long. Then in another call, explained all scenario again and he is not at all interested to resolve my problem. She is not even accepting my complaint. I am so irritated with you first flight. I have all the call regarding and Mail which I have sent. I am see you at consumer court. I missed to place my tender because of you first flight

Though it was booked on 16mar. but it was consined from parbhani on 20 march( after Four days of booking). why it took four days to deliver from parbhani . Morever it has not reach the destination till this date(tracking report ). I paid Rs 150 for booking it for fast and safe service but...not satisfied with the service..
Hope things would be better in future.

I have couriered a product from faridabad to chandarpur with awb no. O991B2740780 with a perfect packaging provide that was in cardboard box and inside bubblewrap with thermocol on all sides of box but when the product was recieved in chandarpur the package was completely damaged all the protections and product was broken then i contacted to courier company they told me that this is not their fault the boxes are just thrown away by their employees in the consignment vehicle and they cant do anything in this case.

So first of all will share my consignment number a991b2482793.
Courier was scheduled from hyderbad to lucknow. Initiated on 21st march. If i as consumer try to track it it shows despatched from hyderbad hub on 21st march 2016 today is 25th not delivered yet. Its fine 23rd and 24th was holiday in lucknow. Went to branch office 25th march 2016 in morning when executive checked at their software or portal for tracking parcel in details it was clearly mentioned delivered at lucknow hub on 22/03/2016 by 13.45 hrs indigo flight to lucknow. I saw this with my naked eyes.

Now went to branch again in evening everyone denied to track and to give any information mentioning their internet not working. Called corporate office bombay [protected]/ [protected] they said they only handle coroporate complains however provided me 2 wrong numbers of lucknow office [protected]/35. Since than no one answered call at bombay office and also try above number both are temporarily out of service. Called hyderabad office [protected] good 20 times no one have answered the call yet. Grom 21st till now its 5 day. Truat me most worst service. People lie here. Good that all wronf people are working at one wrong company.

I have placed an order @ amazon website . They have dispatched the material as on 8th march. But till date i am not receive the material.
I have trace the courier on tracking tab but product has been return back with the reason out of delivery.
Is it possible address in a city is out of delivery. They keep the c/ment from 10th march and without any communication how could they send back the product. Please deliver the product and check the status.

I'd sent a courier last week from bangalore, (No.F[protected]) which has been supposedly delivered on 19th march, but the concerned person has not received the courier. I have tried contacting the local branch but have got no response.

If the package was delivered and if someone else has signed and taken it i would like to be informed of the same. Kindly get this sorted, it has been a week since the courier has been dispatched from bangalore.

My consignment number is c991z3175526. The parcel has to be deliverd to me on 23.3.2016. When i called to the customer care, they told the same, ie) before 7pm it will be delivered. They said it was hand overd to thiruvanmiyur branch, chennai, and they gave me three contact numbers of thiruvanmiur branch ( when i called three times to customer care, they gave me three different contact numbers on each time) the stupidity is none of the three no is responsible. One no is wrong no, second one is switched off and the third one is not picking my call even after i dialled more than 10 times... It is highly irresponsible first flight courier. I ask other people not to go to this first flight courier at any time

I have booked a consignment on 18th March' 16 at Akbarpur branch to Navi Mumbai (J991M3896357). Its been 5 days no updates are available neither on website nor customer care. People are very bad behavior and not helpful.

I am Subashini.R... I sent a courier through First flight courier from Mettupalayam, Coimbatore to PSG Tech, Coimbatore on 17.3.16. but not yet delivered... I called many a times to the customer care but they are not responding properly... making me to call many other numbers. Still i didnt get any proper information.

This is in reference to the courier which I booked on 19 march 2016 from Kanpur to bangalore through first flight couriers limited.
I booked a courier with a docket no. J[protected] weighing 4.3 kg on Saturday morning i.e 19th march 2016 which was supposed to be delivered between 2-3 days as per the company norms.
But unfortunately it has not been delivered yet displaying pending on the tracking Id, since the courier contains some eatable material including medicines carrying the utmost urgency to the receiver, so in order to fix the same issue I went up to the first flight Kanpur office on 22nd march2016 to get the status of my courier where they handed me about three contact numbers of Bangalore first flight office of which none received my call.
Despite of five times complain to the Bangalore head office for the same docket number no action has been taken so far regarding my courier.
So I request you to kindly look into this matter and take some immediate actions regarding this delay in courier service by first flight couriers ltd.

Tracking id B991B5518517 courier from Mumbai to mangalore cannot be tracked...how is it possible...such a imp document...when I speak to the person in mum he says it's couriered...when I speak to the person here in mangalore he says as there is no updated courier might have not been dispatched...what am I supposed to do here...this is the worst courier company I have known...where non of them r able to help me...if my courier gets misplaced am gonna sue ull in the consumer court for this loss...I want ur help...my no is [protected]

My consignment was booked on March 16th and it was from Delhi to Tinsukia, Assam. This is very urgent for me and I am not able to work because of the inconvenience caused by First Flight.
When I contacted Guwahati customer care, the executive told me that your consignment would come by flight. Now my question is from Delhi to Guwahati it takes 2:30 hrs in flight and even if it is coming by Train it takes 28-32 hrs to reach Guwahati. I was even determined to collect it from Guwahati as it is so crucial for me but till now it has not reached Guwahati, why??
If I call Guwahati, they say you call Delhi and if I call Delhi they say you contact Guwahati as it has been dispatched from here.
Such a bitter experience I have had with First Flight I would never ever recommend First Flight to anyone in future.

Our courier was booked on 14 march 2016 doc P991Q0042194 after 5 days they have no response and donot deliver the courier as our office is situated in main market. On making call they told they have no staff do deliver the courier and we facing continuous this problem.

Your service in this area is worst also there behavior is very rude.

The materials was booked on 15th mar from Puna to bangalore by AIR. Doc No- m991a0041376. when call to costumer care no[protected] there behave very bad & they ask to give complain in consumer form. after paying so much of money it is of no use. they are making us to run here and there. till date we have not received the materials. there is no clue where the material is.
we would request to take action against this help us to get the materials on time.

My consignment was booked on 9th of Mar in Bhubaneswar through First Flight Courier local office and as confirmed by their Bhubaneswar office executive (Contact No[protected] the consignment had arrived in Bangalore on 11th Mar 2016 but was delivered at my address only yesterday on 16th Mar 2016.

I could not believe that a private courier service provider after charging a hefty amount can delay the consignment beyond a week's time even worst than the government postal service India post whose service is much better now. First Flight Courier delivery guys seem not to care even about their own tracking system which clearly displays the lapse in timelines. Advise other customers never to try this courier as they have failed me in delivering the consignment multiple times in Bangalore and Hyderabad that too when they have regional offices in these bigger cities.
