My wife booked item on 2 apr 16 but still i hv not recieved item i call to customer care but no one respond to me .now its 11days gone but i m not recieved my items.

My area in sivaganga is not far off area. but they have put it in pending as though it is far off area.
my consignment number is C199B1761281.
its very urgent as it contains my dad's medical records.
i was frustrated on keep on calling them continously for 1 week.

Still i am not getting any response.

I am about to raise a consumer complaint regarding this as I am frustrated because of their irresponsible answers and i am doubting that my courier is missing.

i booked some of my importent and confidential documents at 5th April 2016 from first flight courier sultanpur (U.P) to my office at gurgaun (haryana). i mentioned complete address with phone number and landmark on the envelope.
today i got a call from a unknown person (mr.rahul) who told me that he got a courier from first flight courier at 8th April 2016, he gives me his adress then i found my documents at saraswati coloney. luckily i got that call who saves me from a big financial loss.
It was the blunder mistake from the first flight which was not supposed to be happen.

C[protected] - is not delivered to our factory but have updated as delivered.
We are asking for delivery seal from ambur local office but they have not providing to us. We need our package very urgently.

I have applied for pan card and my ack no.[protected]. Card sent by ffcl couriers awb no. B[protected] and the estimated date of delivery was 5th of april 2016. It has not been delivered till date (11th april 2016). Even i could not track the status of the consignment online. I need it very urgently. I want to register my complaint.

Hi, i got a call from courier guy about initiation of delivery yesterday morning and after providing confirmation, he hung the phone as if he wanted just others to know he tried. He didn't attempted the delivery.
Again the next day (Today) he didn't attempted the delivery and when called asked me to collect from the office rather coming and delivery.

I don't know why is this happening but i more concerned about my parcel rather than the pitty lies that the courier guy wants to create.

This is bring to your kind notice that the first flight courier service is fooling customers by saying that the consignment s will be delivered in 1-2 days time just to attract customers. I had couriered a consignment on 2-April-2016. I was assured that the courier will reach the destination by 5-April-2016 at the max. It is 8-April-2016.

I myself have reached the destination today and there is no sign of the consignment . And the first flight consignment tracking system is not upto the mark. There is no movement of the consignment since 5-April-2016.

Kindly help.

The status of my courier with tracking id E991Q1465985 is showing as despatched from kolkata hub on 17th March 2016. Today it is 7th April and still no clue of the package.

I called up First Flight dehradun office, they are unable to help saying that i will have to contact the kolkata office to know why the package has not yet been shipped. The number provided for the kolkata office available online is not correct. I have tried it several times for the past few days.

I tried sending an email to kolkata office address given on the website - [protected]@firstflight.net which returned undelivered by their server. Sent another email to another email address [protected]@firstflight.net mentioned on the website on 5th March 2016 but still no response.

The above consignment is a very important document for our company couriered by NDSL. The online tracker at first flight claims to have delivered this to our company on 19th March and has the company seal and sign.

Whereas there is no such package received by us. On repeated calls and escalation mail we got the scanned acknowledgement sheet. It is clearly seen in the acknowledgement that the package is not delivered and there are no signatures on it.

We are fed up of calling customer care 100 times and sending repeated mails. We need immediate action on this and want our package back or a letter that they have lost it.

I had courier my document on 5th April with consignment no. B991B5565760 which was supposed to be delivered on 6th April. i am checking the status on 7th April at 3pm on your website and still the status is dispatched from nerul hub. When i tried to contact your team they did not respond even a manager switched his mobile off.

One of the agent was saying that if you wanted to deliver your packet on time then you should have not used first flight. Management should look into this.

Hi, i had booked a document envelope courier from nerul hub to bangalore on 2nd april (Docket no. B991b5297997) but when checked the status, it is showing the last status as dispatched from nerul hub on 2nd april.
Today already 4 days passed, and no update further.
This is very urgent to be delivered at the destination.
Request you please help in getting this delivered by today or latest by tomorrow.
Please do the needful.

I've sent a courier contains medicines to my native pennadam in cuddalore dist of tamil nadu on 30march2016 at chennai.but yet they are delivering. in website they update like delivery submmitted.(false statement).i've contacted to three numbers they gave.they simply said it is delivered to villipuram(2hrs from my native) you can get from villupuram branch..your native is remote to us they added. i got more anger and placing a compalint against them now. very bad service ever.
please dont use firstflight services.
use india post

I booked my consignment through m/s first flight courier ltd., new delhi on 28.03.2016 but consignment not delivered upto 04.04.2016.
When i was booked consignment, they asked delivered within 72 hrs.
My docket no. Is D991B6072348 booked from New Ashok Nagar on 28.3.16.
I also tried to call customer service, but no one picked up the phone.
Finally one man recieved the phone and he told me that delivery Van is seized by Sales tax department in Firozabad. It's ridiculous.

I sent a courier on 25th March 2016 to Varanasi through First Flight services.
The consignment reached Varanasi to the concerned person in 3 business days. I do appreciate the time of delivery, however the gift packs i had sent were open and "one" of the gifts were missing.

Please note the consignment number is "M991A0042923". I have already registered a complaint with the Pune police and they are looking into the matter of theft. However, i would really appreciate if the "First flight" services look into the matter on priority.

There is a parcel having ref. no.B991Z3683172 the origin is Mumbai nd destination is samana 147101 but it shows there is non service station here. nd still I ve not recieved my parcel.

I couriered a parcel containing a very important original document from first flight malakpet hyderabad on the 19 march 2016. It was supposed to reach srinagar jammu n kashmir.Even after ten days, the parcel wasn't delivered. So i went to the malakpet office to find out n was told that it's been misrouted n sent to ludhiana instead. They failed to give me any information about the date of delivery but promised to call ne back the next day with some information. The person named basha told me that he'll look into d matter n call me but i dint receive any call or information.Instead i called him n he didn't pick any of my calls.Today ie on 2bd april i went there again b after much pleading was told that my parcel has been misrouted again. I'd to deal with highly unprofessional behavior n im still not told what they're doing about it n when they'll receive it. A person called mahesh was busy in his own work n failed to listen to us let alone help or apologize. I m having a very terrible experience.

My mother has couriered some things for me on 28th-March-16 from lucknow which was promised that will be delivered in 72 hours.

It has been 3 days that the courier has reached my city when i tracked it and every day it shows out for delivery, but i don't get either a call from the delivery guy or a notifications when it will be delivered.

Everyday it's out for delivery but i don't get any call from them.

I want my package delivered ASAP.

I booked my consignment through m/s first flight courier ltd., new delhi on 25.03.2016 but consignment not delivered upto 31.03.2016. When i was booked consignment, they asked delivered within 72 hrs. My docket no. Is d991m0484448 booked from badarpur on 25.3.16. In the circumstances i have loss about more than 50, 000/- due to non delivered my consignment in time.

The courier was made on 28.03.2016 and delivery date was 30.03.2016 but the courier is not yet delivered and top of it the branch (H. P. Worldwide couriers, kalina) is providing wrong telephone numbers of destination branch saying that the courier is lying in the branch and it will be delivered soon. And the said branch gives another number and this number game goes on. But there is no trace of courier... Neither the courier is delivered... Bad service from first flight... My organisation will never use first flight and recommend to other fellow organisations not to use services of first flight...
