Worst courier Service ever..I dont know what happened to my parcel ...

Myself, venkata ramanaiah gayam and i am from hyderabad. I have applied for pan card modification and its been processed from income tax department and i got a message and in that they have mentioned like "card sent by ffcl awb b991z9583812 expected del dt. 03/12/15". But till now i didn't received it.

I have checked the status in your website and its showing as delivered and receiver name as "nagaraju w". I don't know that person and i don't have any neighbor with that name. How can you deliver to unrelated persons?

I have so many mails to [protected]@firstflight.Net but no response from your end. Please revert back me on this and let me know the status and how to proceed further.

I had booked a shipment by courier through First Flight Couriers from their Mira Road office on 9th Jan 2016 for Hyderabad .
The consignment note number was B[protected] . Till date the same is not delivered as they claim there is labour problem in their Hyderabad office . Efforts to contact their Mumbai office failed as the phone is not been answered .
The contents was one saree and two dress costing Rs 9000.00 in total

Kindly look into this and advise the concerned delivery officer to deliver the consignment at the earliest.

To whom so ever it may concern

31st december i booked my courier and 28th january i registered my complain. After patiently waiting for 2-3 days as the customer care person told me that they would get back, nobody finally got back and i called back asking for the status of my courier. They say the same old nonsense and i have been calling first flight customer everyday from past 5 days now.everyday they tell me same crap that your courier will be delivered today or tomorrow, but that doesnt happen.

Today 05/02/2016 i called and PRIYANKA from the customer care brilliant customer care employee. Have dealt with so many customer care employe was online and she told the same nonsense differently. When i refused listening to her which she raised her voice for which i replied saying dont you raise your voice on me and shouted about my courier, she hangs up...brilliant customer service.wow what customer care service and what attitude of the staff. I have dealt with so many customer care people but heard none like this.

I call back again and then SURYA picks up the line and i ask him to connect me to priyanka who hung up previously after waiting for 15mins on line i hung up. Then i call back again and now MS.THANGAM picks up and i request her to connect me to priyanka and she in a very rude way says tell me mam i cann help you n i tell her since she was handeling this case its better if you connect me to her. She says she is unavailable, then she says on an other call etc etc...and tells me to wait and after that again i wait and finally hang up.

I call back again and now again Mr.SURYA picks up again and i tell him to connect me to her and that previously he just dint bother...he puts me on hold and then after that ms.thangam comes and says she is busy on other call etc...im sick of the customer care people because the attitude and the dealing capacity they have is too much.

And if this mail also doesnt get a reply and i have just wasted my time on a useless courier service i shall go to the consumer court and appeal on the same, And also I will now make sure that a good amount of damage is done to your brand.

In the tracking details it shows in "Delivered" status.
Called customer care folks so many number of times but no response from them.

Hi,
The above consignment was sent from West Bengal(dated: 10.01.2016) to Hyderabad. But till today (Date: 20.01.2016) I have not yet received the package. It has been 10 days and there is no response from the first flight courier. From the status tracking I found that it is despatched from Mechada on 11.01.2016 and it reached Hyderabad, Gachibowli office on 18.01.2016 ( Although I am not sure how can a package take 7 days to reach Hyderabad from West Bengal.), still it is not delivered to me. Please look into it since it is a very important package.

I have sent one consignment to Guwahati from Kolkata on 1st Feb'16 but till 6th evening the parcel hasn't delivered and there is no proper customer care of First Flight.

Guwahati person is saying they can't find where the parcel is whereas as per the website the parcel reached Guwahati.

Please ask to give claim amount of 10000 from First flight courier.

But the item was not delivered and was returned to the initial location where the item was booked i.e. Silchar as the tracking service on the courier's website displayed. And after that they are showing consignment in Bhiwadi and it's out for delivery. I am not able to understand what blunder is happening. Updated by Vinish Rustagi After submitting the complaint, I got a call from +91-[protected] and he inform me that FirstFlight Couriers are ready to give Rs.2000 as a penalty amount.

He also shared one SBI voucher and asked me to go to nearest SBI Atm and give me a call, then i will guide you how to redeem this voucher.

I requested to him please send me a confirmation mail regarding this but still not received any mail from him.
