My daughter has been sent an urgent letter to me with bar code no: F[protected]. But still which has been not reached in my home town Palakkad, Kerala. So I try to contact through phone to the customer care[protected] but they simply irresponsible behavior and disconnected the telephone line...

Con.Num: E[protected] has originated from Bolepur on 2 nd of January 2016 .. And not delivered to destination in Cochin as of January 25 th.. Called office several times, , never picks up.. When finally answered, they saying they dont have the parcel..evensaid"go Complain" We dont care..
Worst courier Service ever..I dont know what happened to my parcel ......

Myself, venkata ramanaiah gayam and i am from hyderabad. I have applied for pan card modification and its been processed from income tax department and i got a message and in that they have mentioned like "card sent by ffcl awb b991z9583812 expected del dt. 03/12/15". But till now i didn't received it.

I have checked the status in your website and its showing as delivered and receiver name as "nagaraju w"....

I had booked a shipment by courier through First Flight Couriers from their Mira Road office on 9th Jan 2016 for Hyderabad .
The consignment note number was B[protected] . Till date the same is not delivered as they claim there is labour problem in their Hyderabad office . Efforts to contact their Mumbai office failed as the phone is not been answered .
The contents was one saree and two dress costing Rs 9000.00 in total...

A Consignment having no. U991M0626145 was dispatched on 11/01/2016 from Jamshedpur (Sakchi Office) First Flight Office at 5.45pm and was told by the concerned dispatch officer that the consignment will reach to Vishakhapatanam by 15.01.2016 and unfortunately till today i.e., 21/01/2016 not yet delivered to party only status is that consignment is reached Vishakhapatnam. Kindly look into this and advise the concerned delivery officer to deliver...

In the tracking details it shows in "Delivered" status.
Called customer care folks so many number of times but no response from them....

The above consignment was sent from West Bengal(dated: 10.01.2016) to Hyderabad. But till today (Date: 20.01.2016) I have not yet received the package. It has been 10 days and there is no response from the first flight courier. From the status tracking I found that it is despatched from Mechada on 11.01.2016 and it reached Hyderabad, Gachibowli office on 18.01.2016 ( Although I am not sure how can a package take 7 days to reach...

I got call yesterday from ajmer first flight branch that they received my Apollo munich health policy document and they will deliver tomorrow(today)..i called many times but they dint give good response..i said please reach any nearest landmark and make call to me i will physically reciev my document or if any confusion give me a call..but since yesterday i dint recive my document and dont reciev a good responce.. even call opreter girl is...

I submitted my consignment on 14 Jan 2016 from Ahmednagar office to pune my consignment number is M991M0495166 . till date they dont deliver my consignment to me. i tried to reach their helpline they did not reply those calls....

I couriered a box frm Bangalore to pilibhit(u.p) ...the box reached there but the box is opened and my item is not inside it and a marbel piece is there....

Hi, We have send a article through first flight courier with consignment number:0991B2182926 on dated 22/12/2015.But till now Product is not delivered and we are also not getting any response from customer care.No one is picking the customer care phone number and also we are tired of follow with customer care in email.Kindly help us to deliver the product or return to us....

It's too bed courier... Because ...I send my urgent document to guwahati ..but courier centre not send document under given time( they say 3days...now going to 9days...)...so it is really poor courier service......

Dear Sir/Madam, On dated 27/07/2015, I couriered an item to New Delhi. But the item was not delivered and was returned to the initial location where the item was booked i.e. Silchar as the tracking service on the courier's website displayed. But I didn't receive the item and when asked over phone to one of the company's staff, he told me that the courier was lost on the way. And even after a no. of calls, I didn't get any satisfactory answer...

My consignment no is B[protected] from NSDL and to be deliver at Sunder Nagar (Mandi) Himachal Pradesh, but returned without delivery to Origin Mandi, once I Call courier at Mandi, They said you have to collect this personaly other wise they are redirecting this, after one hour, I send someone there but they said this is already returned yesterday...

This courier services is very poor than the local post services, its take 2 days to deliver the item from the same place. Since 2 days it is showing the same thing that it is out of delivery status but still its not reached at there destination. Very poor services, here is the screen shot in the image part.....
