First Flight Couriers Complaints & Reviews

This is the worst courier service I have ever seen. They will take around one month to deliver the courier and I had to literally beg them to get my courier. Still I have not received my courier. The customer care service is too poor. They do not have any toll free number. They are not bothered about any complaints and will not take any action on the complaints. Kindly take any action against this courier service. I request people to never approach this courier service.

We have received one consignment from cipet booked on 23.02.16 and the consignment No. is C[protected] in the name of our company situated in Gnaiyuru village at thiruvellore dt.

In this matter there in no service in the area the kolathur branch office staff contacted me and I have given the city address by sms on 24.02.16 to the staff No.[protected]. He told me to deliver the letter On 25.02.16.

The Next day 25.02.16 the letter was not received by us.

Again I contacted the same person in kolathur branch they give the customer care No. I contact the customer care and they told the letter in Beach Branch and give the cell No. of person Mr.Sukumar [protected].

I Phone to Mr.Sukumar and he told to not receive any consignment containing this matter. I have go through this matter again to the customer care. they told that 26.02.16 Evening the letter will be delivered

27.02.16 Still I am not receiving the consignment from your end again I contacted the customer care they told the consignment was in Gummidipoondi near Andhra Pradesh Border.

Please Note that the consingment was booken in chenni Guindy and the destination address was given me is Jaffarkhanpet in Chennai

I dont understand chennai consignment why gone to Gummidipoondi

Your customer care operator asked me to send the chennai address again and i sent by sms the address was

Ms Max bupa has sended me the courier on 8-2-16 from delhi & its shows the delivery on 10-2-16 in varansi but its wrong because that day I was here & no ones delivered any documents from yours couriers. Its a false delivery report from yours couriers. Documents no is D991Q91188370. will you arrange to clearify that???? i am trying to contact you on yours mobile no which is [protected] but responses is zero. Pls

First flight courier- F[protected] not delivered to us but in your courier tracking portal it shows as it is delivered need to know the received address and the person received it ( courier delivered date 21/08/2015)

i am from titan eye + Pitam pura as booked a courier Against docket no is D991B6335787 .but this courier is still not delivered to location. i am taking continuous follow up with your customer care, but they give any positive reply.
Even we are waiting more than 40 days .

i am very disappoint with you system, even i am regular client of you. hope you will understand this and revert .

I have not received the courier from bank, which results in financial loss to me.
They did not even gave my consignment number.

A document with docket No H991Z0083503 on 18/02/16 was booked through first flight courier from Kollam Kerala to Ahmedabad Gujarat. As the addressee complained about it's non receipt after 8 days of booking, I tracked their system and found that the document had reached Ahmedabad on 24/2/16(after 6 days of booking) but the courier office at Ahmedabad has not taken care to deliver it for the past two days. People depend on couriers as they feel that the postal department is less efficient, but this incidence makes it obvious that they are even better efficient than the courier services.

13 Days passed i booked the courier but delivery not done. false status updated. nobody called the receiver. person was on house but the status mentioned as house locked. after that courier was returned to hub but no communication given to sender about the return. i am unable to locate my parcel. it contains very much important document that need to be delivered in 2 days. and i think it is stolen by first flight courier. i am very much frustrated by these peoples. hell service they provide.
They all are thief who stole the parcels.

My tracking number M[protected], I have ordered 1 book from BookGanga.com, Source & Destination are same as pune but courier still not delivered even after 4 days, I haven't got any call from Delivery boy if he has any problem with delivery

This was the most pathetic service provider to courier anything abroad. I thought I would rather choose them, than the India Post. But I regret more than anything.

I have booked a consignment on 15th feb, 2016 to solapur - pin 413109, which is still pending. very shame... what a rubbish job by this courier company.

I am writing this mail after leaving no stones unturned. I have never ever seen such a worst courier as well as customer care service like first flight has. After calling them so many times to their customer care number, unfortunately I got connected only once (they don’t pick up the calls). I don’t know whether it’s a deliberate attempt to harass customers or it’s just some sort of extremely poor service that I am facing up.
Coming back to my problem, my attorney sent me a courier (consignment no.: j991m3903913) on 9th February 2016 from Kanpur which is expected to deliver on 10th or may be 11th February 2016. Ever since then I was expecting my extremely important legal documents. After waiting till 11th February I checked on first flight portal and it was showing on 11th February 2016 package arrived at Mayur Vihar Phase -1 Branch and the same day it was out for delivery so I decided to wait for one more day. Due to weekend I thought I might get it on Monday but surprisingly after getting no response when I checked the portal on 15th February 2016 to know the exact status of my consignment I came to know that it was delivered on 11th February 2016. It was confirmed by first flights Mayur Vihar Phase – 1 branch executive that my package has been delivered on some wrong address (DPMI, new ashok nagar, Delhi). Rather than helping me out to retrieve my package he said, it is very difficult to get your packet back from there as the institute in which they have delivered the packet is flooded with posts due admission time. Just imagine what they are asking, they are asking me to forget my extremely important legal papers because one of their stupid executive delivered it on wrong address.
Regarding this I conveyed my complaint through e-mail to the Senior Management (including Mr. O.P. Saboo (chairman & MD), Mr. R.K. Saboo (Deputy MD) & Mr. Sumant Jha (Sr. V.P., Delhi)) & Delhi region branch of first flight courier service but surprisingly after passing so many days I didn’t get any response from anywhere.
First flight is literally making fools of their clients and handling their precious and important packages for granted. After going through so much of mentally agony and pain in this follow up process, I would like register my complaint here at this portal and seeking strict actions against first flight courier.

My order no. 759813 was booked by aasaan retail pvt ltd, chennai from chennai to kurukshetra (Haryana) through first flight courier booking no. Is c[protected].

After 6th feb there is not any tracking status on first flight courier tracking website.

This is not my good experience with emi bazaar/first flight courier.

There was a courier of my name - Madhupriya singh which i received today. The courier contained 2 wallets inside it but when i opened the packet there was only one wallet. The packet that i recieved was also little torned with a tape on it. And the walletd packets were also exchanged the packet didn't contain the original product

I have sent courier through First Flight on 09th Feb 2016 to Coimbatore Doc No. is J99M4134842 and this courier is not yet delivered and there is no update on site after 13th Feb 2016. I have also talk to First flight Lucknow Office several times but they are unable to give any exact location of consignment and also not able to give any exact date of delivery.

My Parents sent me a courier on 2-Feb-2016 wide Tracking # W991M1009442 from Pantnagar(Rudrapur) to Hyderabad. The website states that the Courier arrived at the destination on 6-Feb-16. Its been 10 days since then and I have not recieved my courier yet. This is pathetic Service. Their customer care numbers does not work and their mail id is not correct.

I am living in Thanjavur, Tamilnadu 613001. From this branch no one is deliver the product to respective location. If call to them, they ask us to come and get it since they don't have working people to deliver to respective location. this makes me irritating. Every time I can not go and collect the product. Can you please take any action for this.

I have my vehicle transported from my home town which is standing at the station since days. The receipt that I need to show was couriered by First Flight which I have not yet received. Because of this delay I have to pay fine to the railway authorities. Not to mention the daily transport inconvenience that I face.
To add to my disappointment there is no one at First Flight to even receive phone calls.
They replied to a single mail saying that they will look into it. No resolution after that.
Supposed to be one of India's fastest network is slowest at resolving even minor customer requests.

I don't expect any major resolution from the First Flight team...but atleast deliver my package. Or atleast pick up the damn phone so that I can personally collect it.

Kindly deliver my package asap.
