I made a online purchase, seller shipped item through First Flight courier(Consignment number:M991Q1186142) from pune to pattukkottai(Tanjore District, Tamilnadu ).I am not received courier after estimated delivery date, when I check the status in firstflight.net, it shown as delivered on 18th Dec itself in somewhere in Tanjore. I am not received any call/SMS from courier company. There is no name and contact number for courier received person. There is no customer care contact for first flight in Tanjore/Pattukkotai area. If anybody have any valid contacts, please post it.

Dear sir, we have not received our consignment delivery on time which carries LR copy of the goods we are supposed to get delivery, as we face problems like delay in production, bad reputation from our client. this consignment was despatched on 12/12/2015 from delhi, hope so it will take maximum of 4 to 5 business days to deliver, when i'm contacting the customer care there is no any positive response from them. This service provider is not duly understood the urgency of the consignment supposed to be delivered. I had given a packet to be couriered from Hyd to kol on the 1st dec bearing desp# A991B2152479. On the website there is no status update from the 1st and no one responds to any call and email reverts. Sir I book a parcel from asansol to alipurduar on 15th December. Ur representative tell me it delivered on 17th.but I received the item on 19th.. And the parcel get crushed. .. Why the delivery is so late.. Further I never go for first flight. And never recommend to anyone. Shame on ur courier service. . Call me [protected]

One of my consignments (ref no. D991B5419237) which is to be received from delhi to chennai was miss delivered to an other address by first flight. I had requested for POD details on 16th December 2015. Till date I'm yet to receive it. The staffs of fight flight said i would get it within 24hours. The wasted my time energy money for past 5 days by dodging to give the details. It is an important parcel for my business and now I'm at a loss. Corporate and regional office never pick up calls. My father has sent a courier from puttaparthi on 14th DEC to chennai. Now as the item hasn't be delivered and the sender also not responding. The courier no.is A[protected]. My First Flight Consignment No. is E991B1195275. My spouse booked a parcel at Kolkata. It was then sent to the Saltlake, Kolkata hub. Yesterday when I checked online, the status showed delivered to some person named Chandan. I know no one named Chandan. Even I received no calls from them that they are going to hand over my parcel. They gave my parcel to some one I don't know without informing me. I've tried calling their Delhi, Kolkata, Noida, Gurgaon Hub, for 2hours no one answered. My consignment number C991Q6698105 has been delayed for 3-4 days because its almost dispatched 10 days back . It has reached at hyderabad 3 days before but still I did not recieved. Please take this serious because its urgent for me.

I have a complain regarding pathetic service in borivali west my consignment received on[protected] in borivali west but yet now I have not received my courier . A courier was send to me vide Cong No H92500165*** from thrissur to erkm on 08.12.2015. Not delivered till date. I tried over 13 nos all over kerala and even their head office at Delhi. Finally i came to know that it is at palarivattom branch for last days.

I have ordered a pair of indica headlights on moto care with a sum of Rs.3500 on dec 1st. After 5d they provide an AWB E991B1189256 of first flight courier's. But the status still shows simply "in transit". Company cus care says it wasn't t right tracking num.. sender also not responding to my call. Pls help to get my order or my amount ASAP. Company told, this is not a service area to provide courier service. Then, why they took the courier from the sender. B991Z9829620 is the Consignment No. And they told, when it will reach my nearest branch, then i can collect it from there. I don't know, when this courier will reach the nearest branch and when it will deliver to my home.

This complaint if with context to consignment no J991M3859373. Couriered from Lucknow to New delhi, on 7 Dec 2015, but until now (i.e. 11 Dec 2015), I haven't been delivered my courier, nor does anybody knows where my courier is right now. All I have is beleaguering website of yours, which has stuck to a place and no further synthesis about the product's current status. I ordered envie rechargeable battery (2100mah 4nos) and charger (ecr 5) on shopclues on 5th oct 2015 4.23pm. I paid the money online through debit card. This website mentioned its status as shipped on 8th oct 2015 through firstflifht courier service but until as of now(6th dec 2015) i didnt received the package. I have called them numerous times but no response from shopclues and firstflight courier. But later they mentioned in their website as delivered but in firstflight status is showing in transit. So i request you to please help me with a solution. The service is worst. The shipment is from Jaipur to Palmaner, Andhra pradesh. They shipped from Jaipur to Chennai. Because of rains they did not dispatch it. They did not look for alternate routes also. After rains stopped they shipped it to Bangalore . It is only 3 hrs from Bangalore to Palamaner. But they shipped it to Selum. Selum to Chennai and Chennai to Vellore and then Vellore to Chittoor and then Chittoor to Palamaner. This is their plan to ship the courier. It will take only 3 hrs from Selum to Vellore. But why in the world they are shipping to chennai again. They are completely gone mad and playing with people. They are taking 1 day to ship from one place to other place. The shipment consists of medicines and the patient is in serious condition only because of First flight couriers. There is no customer care for first flight. No number is working except Bangalore number and they are saying they can't help us because the shipment is to Chennai. We begged them atleast tell where the shipment is so that we can go and collect. But no one knows where it is. How can such a courier service run? No one go for First flight please. Firstly we have to blame Organisations which tie up with such courier services. They are more than 1000 consumer complaints and there is not even a bit change in the services. Such a dumb First flight.

Consignment was shipped on 30/11/15 in jaipur and destination is palamaner, chittoor dist, AP. parcel should reach the destination in two days but it has not received till date. Courier service is very very bad not even customer care are answering properly on this, they dont know where is the consignment. As the consignment contains medication we are awaiting eagerly for this. This type of courier service should be banned from india.
