I had used first flight courier service to get a packet delivered at Srinagar, sent from New Delhi, booked on November 21, 2015. Till date they haven't delivered it and on top of it, they can't even trace the packet, I have contacted them repeatedly and sent emails to them. They don't even bother to reply and quite casually they are dealing with the situation, rather not dealing. I feel so sorry to do business with them and it is becoming a reason of mental trauma. Please look it in this matter. I will be highly obliged. Tracking ID of the sent packet is D991B5555901 for reference. Thank you.

I did not recieve it but they are saying they delivered it on 20 november, and they showing me any fake receipt with any wrong name . The behaviour of employees are not so good.       HI I MADE a courier via first flight courier amritsar on nov 23 2015 to saharanpur. the tracking is ID is I991M0139458. THE courier contained clothes which were to be handed over to my cousin who was flying yo USA the next week. however the truck of courier company which was carrying my package was sealed by the sales tax official because the documentation by the courier company was not fulffilled. we had submitted all the requisite documents that were asked by the courier company along with the tax invoice of our products. however due to the negligence of the courier company our package is still stuck at the sales tax office in meerut and has not been released so far. moreover the company people said that you have to pay the fine once we get the package released. also the sent our package via a different route through delhi when it was meant for saharanpur. its been more than 10 days since then and we have no update for the same. we have to face so much harasment from the company, we have visited so many times in their amritsar as well as saharanpur office but all in vain. kindly look into this complaint as we are now tired of complaining to the company and they are not doing anything, instead asking us to pay the fines and visit the meerut sales tax office to get that released. now even if we get the package we have to get the courier done to USA which will cost us more money in addition to the courier fee already paid and the fine which company is asking for.

          I had sent a courier to mumbai on 20th nov 2015 and it has not yet reached the person yet. No one responding properly and itt looks like they have lost and they are not able to track. Is this the way they will handle a courier ? Worst courier service I have ever seen.!

            Dear Sir, This letter is regarding mislead information and of service by First Flight Courier company. I had an important document to be sent .I sent it through First Flight Courier service, Tracking no. W991B1676380. First flight courier did not delivered but provide me wrong information that my packet is delivered and on asking POD they proved me a soft copy but when i asked them to provide physical copy than after two months they said my packet is not delivered and that is in HUB . Right now i am able to get my packet back. because of that i lost huge amount and i m quite upset with such behavior, My question is 1.Why courier company take booking of couriers if they cannot deliver. 2.Who will bear the cost of loss due to undelivery of the consignment on time. 3.How would they know the importance of timely delivery of consignment .                 Sir This is my second notice, is this the way a company like First Flight courier ltd. respond to its customers Now let me be brief I have booked a courier from Siliguri in the First Flight courier (Tracking no. E[protected] ON THE 20TH OF NOV 2015 and the destination being Kolkata. Since it usually takes a maximum of 2 days for any courier company to deliver the consignment from Siliguri to Kolkata, but in this case it has already been 10 days and still the courier has not reached the consignee. When i tried to contact the courier company about the delivery status they are switching off the phone and the regional office phone no. is not working at all. No one is taking the responsibility and they are putting blame on the Regional first flight Kolkata office. Now please do something because in the parcel i have returned contains a faulty Snapdeal product(Mobile Phone) under the snapdeal 7 days return policy, A scanned copy of the receipt is also attached Ananta Basur PH No. [protected]

                    Dear Sir, I am pained to report that a consignment (No. J991M2971229) which was booked from the office at Rajajipuram, Lucknow on 29/7/15 has been returned back to me on 17/8/15. I have been following the movement with the booking office as I had sent some important documents to my son studying at Xavier University, Harirajpur, Distt Puri. The response received from Rajajipuram office was as under - - First they told that the courier will reach in 4-5 days and booked the consignment. - After 11 days they told me that it was being returned being non-service area. It has not been made clear to me till today that why they booked the consignment at the first instant for a non-service area. If they are not aware of non-service areas this is a great fault on their part. - When I asked them what can be done, they told me to provide the recipient address, mobile no. etc. again and told me that they will arrange for its delivery by sending a mail to bhubaneshwar office but after a lapse of further 10 days, the consignment was delivered back to my home on 17/8/15. Ignoring the inconvenience and loss suffered by me and my son, firstflight has not even shown the courtesy of offering an apology or refund of charges taken for the task which they have failed to perform. On asking for refund -the response given to me was -- " We have brought this consignment back to you and have not charged for it, hence refund is not admissible" It seems that this company has done me a favour by bringing the consignment back to me and if they have brought it back I should have been doubly charged for their non-performance. It looks that they were at liberty to throw it away if the recipient address does not fall in their service area. This is highly un-professional attitude which has pained me a lot. I am enclosing a copy of consignment booking receipt and tracking record for ready reference.                       Dear Sir, This letter is regarding negligence of service by First Flight Courier company. I had an important document to be received from my previous employer. They send it through First Flight Courier service, Tracking no. W[protected]. First flight courier returned it by saying "insufficient address ".but mentioned address was sufficient to get mails and registered post . anyway I requested my employer to again send my documents and provided more details even mentioning landmarks. Employer company again booked my courier with first flight Tracking no.W[protected]. But again my consignment was returned back by First Flight courier company by saying "Out of service area".                         My First Flight consignment Tracking ##B[protected] was shipped from mumbai tto Dimapur on 16th Nov 2015 and it reach its destination on 19th Nov 2015. But I didn't get a call from them till 23rd Nov 2015. SO I dropped in the courier on 24th But to my surprise they said consignment has not reached. Whereas the tracking shows arrived at destination. I guess I will not receive my item. I am worried. Poor service of First Flight courier in Dimapur Nagaland India.

                        Please help me solving this.

                        And a request to the registered head office If the courier service of certain location failed to ive quality service better to drop down the License .

                        The next day after I put up the complaints the costumer service executive mailed me back and ask for details address of mine so I gave him everything and so the following day I received a call from Guwahati FF courier that my consignment returned to them from Dimapur. So i asked them to send my parcel so that I can go and collect personally. And today the 1st Day of December 2015 I got my parcel finally. The Fourm was indeed very helpful Thank you

                            This is my 6th Mail to your attention. My first mail on[protected] Second Mail on[protected] Third Mail on[protected], fourth mail on[protected] and Fifth Mail on[protected] How many times do I have to Mail your attention to the sloppy performance of your service who are supposed to be keeping our words? Each time I complained, I have received assurances from you that the pocket would be delivered. These promises are the kind that can only be referred to as "hoax." In case you have forgotten what kind of service you are supposed to be giving your customers, I enclose a copy of the Previous mails. If you cannot live up to your commitment, please say so and I'll going to Consumer court. But there is no response. very very worst service. The Pancard Booked to your courier on 2 - September - 2015. Again, This is to draw your attention to the very poor courier service by your company. Handed over the packet of Pancard with consignment no. B991Q2587621 on August Month From Mumbai Pancard Office. And PanCard Office Tracking webpage assured to "Your PAN card has been delivered on 04-Sep-2015 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B991Q2587621, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application." But failed to fulfill the indication. All most 65 Days over. Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date[protected], but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I Contact the branch office Trichy. The trichy branch member gave me a number to Karaikal. i dialled to karaikal and those people gave me a number for Mayiladuthurai. Again Mayiladuthurai member gave me to Trichy Branch Number for inquiry. It was a big letdown. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time.                               I'm a employee of Skoda Auto India Limited working in the premises of Volkswagen Chakan, Pune. Since I will not be available at home during day time, I had given my office address for a very important courier from ICICI Bank. It was sent through First Flight (AWB B991Q1115860). When I checked the status yesterday, it was showing the status as 'part refused to accept'. But I hadn't received any call from your delivery boy or any one else from your office intimating about the delivery. So I called your Pune customer care number[protected] and they redirected me to Chakan office which was supposed to deliver the courier. I was informed that the front office reception refused to accept the courier since it is a personal document and I was asked to collect the courier from your office in Chakan. I suspect that the delivery agent has not even attempted to deliver the courier and is lying because of the following reasons 1) It is not possible to determine whether a courier from bank is personal or official 2) The delivery agent is supposed to call the consignee and inform him, while he come for delivery (When I asked him why didn't anyone call me, i was told that they cannot call the consignee when it is official address) 3) All the employees receive orders from Flipkart, Snapdeal etc. delivered at the front office reception. They have never Please look into this matter urgently and resolve this issue.

                                This is the first time am using first flight courier services. since 10 days i have been waiting for my parcel from hyderabad to bangalore but there is no scope of delivery. If i call and ask them about the delivery the only answer i receive is "Will Deliver Tomorrow". How many tomorrows do i need to wait?? If i ask for confirm delivery date they advice me to come and take the parcel from some location. Is this the service expected from a reputed courier service??? And so i have come forward to complaint by using my office time. how can a working women come down to u and take the parcel during weekdays??? Do we expect this from u???
                                Take concern about our belongings(courier) since they are under your hands. We are demanding for the duty assigned to you (First Flight Courier Services)

                                    My C No. E991B1107985 and E991B1107984 booked on 18th Nov 2015 is to be delivered to Sector V incubation Centre and last date to reach is 20th Nov 2015.It is almost more than 48 hrs and not reached yet.Due to which my application form is not accepted and this cause me to loss 1 yr time from my life.I will again get next year chance to apply.Now i suffered a loss.I want company to give me Rs 3 lakh and company should shut down its service if it cant operate.I also contacted Ph:[protected] but phone number is wrong.I even mailed to Email: [protected]@firstflight.net but i dont get any response.I want government to help me

                                      My sister had couriered my parcel on 16 tg of this month from banglore to durgapur and till now therebis no information about the tracking details of the courier it had been 4 days but i didt recive the courier.if i call to the customer servuce number no are answering the calls.shutty servuce by first flight.indian post is better than this worst couruer service.shame on u first flight

                                        I am writing down the painful experience I have been going through with undelivered courier through first flight . The first flight courier consignment number C991Z2483590 it had been sent on 08th June 2015 from chennai ITLP, Ambattur to Mr Anto Michael Thomas, #8/1, 2nd Main, Brindavan Nagar, Tavarakera main road, Bangalore - 560029. I received an update from Anto that courier did not reach his house. I checked the consignment status from first flight and noticed that person not available was the status and called up Anto and checked he said he was at home only. Anto ( [protected], [protected]) dialed up koramangal office and they said the consignment is with them and it will be delivered tomorrow, Anto waited for a week and courier did not arrive again Anto called the toll free customer care number and they said the courier is with us and it status as person not available at home ( But He was at home Only ), Customer care said that we deliver within 12.00noon. No one came to his house. Again customer care was called out and they said we deliver it tomorrow the same was repeated for consecutive three days. Anto asked customer care to connect to first flight courier manager, Anto spoke with a manager over phone and he assured that it is delivered today and he re-confirmed that courier is with us and we have delivery boy shortage), Again waited for two days called up customer care and connected first flight courier head " Anitha " she asked apologies and assured that the courier will be delivered today or at maximum next day. Anto again asked customer care to connect to first flight courier manager, connected with Anitha asked sorry we are working out and she said it will be delivered today or tomoorow as Koramangla office no one picks up her calls . As not delivered again called upto customer care and connected with Anitha. She said again Koramangla office is not picking my call and she disconnected the call. Hence tried several times with customer care number and they did not connect the calls with Anith and said various excuses like...she is away from her desk and next day gone for lunch and next day she is off and so on. Then the first flight courier chennai manager " Prakash " number ( [protected], [protected] ) was contacted for courier not delivered issue and immense of calls and follow up with first flight manager chennai, He gave me Ejipura, kormangalam office address and asked us to go personally and collect it, Anto went to collect it from ejipura, koramangala office, They said consignment is delivered, Anto said without my signature how come it is delivered, I am the concerned person available 24/7 at home, koramangala office said that delivery list is not available with them and the consignment delivery boy resigned the office and they called up delivery boy and they spoke with him, Anto was asked to wait for an hour and no response then Anto raised his voice then they connected to a manager and he said that he will check and get back to you and took Anto number and then no update. Then I started chasing with first flight courier chennai manager Prakash started giving reasons like ( away from desk, In meeting, Server is down, Will ask them to call Anto, Will call you shortly) but nothing happened and september beginning he started to Ignore my calls. Therefore I escalated this issue with firstflight below email ID's The consignment details as follows... [protected][protected][protected] Consignment No : C991Z2483590 [protected][protected]------- Booking Date : 08-June-2015 Status : Delivered Delivery Time : 12:00 Delivery Date : 10-July-2015 Receiver Name & Contact Number : Company Seal & Sign Consignment Contains : ( Original RC Book of 2 wheeler bike - Pulzar KA 51 J 4092 ) The issue is escalated with FirtFlight email '[protected]@firstflight.net', '[protected]@firstflight.net', Yet there are no solutions to it.
                                        First Flight Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Kindly take action and delivery the courier.
