We had sent a courier to gurgaon under consignment no. D991B3100653 dated Feb 9, 2015 in wife's name of Namrata Jain. The courier was not delivered and was returned back to origin. However, despite regular follow up, we are unable to get the original documents back. It has been 10 days and we are unable to get the documents.

Flight Courier is the worst courier service ever. Their employees are lazy and unsupportive. They will not receive your call. Rather they will keep talking to their loved ones from office landline phone. If you visit their office, to every query, their answer will be 'Server Down hai'. Pathetic service. This Courier service should not be used by anyone. My consignment is 20 days late. It was an urgent consignment containing some documents. But it was too late for me to use those documents as the date where I had to submit the documents had already passed. I urge people not to use this courier service. Moreover, they dont even have a customer care number where you can call and complaint. Its just pathetic and disappointing.

I had sent a courier from Ahmedabad to Jaipur, there is no information logged on in the website and whenever I had called customer services no one picks the calls. All the numbers are ringing and no one is botherered. Hope less people.

hello, First Flight Charkop branch doesnt bother to come to address they just say party shifted. I was seating there and was waiting for a parcel from bank in name of my wife.. when today i checked online they cooly written party shifted without attempting delivery. This is being happening from past 6 months. no missed you slip just they update saying party shifted. If you have any escalation email address do let us know.

sir this is to bring to your notice that i had sent a very important envelope with documents for a post i had applied for at the MYAS shastri bhavan from gwalior by first flight courier on the 3rd feb evening .This was dropped in the post box of shastri bhavan on 6th feb after 3 days and that envelope never reached the concerned person to date .This is a very big blow for me and i plan to go to court as i have missed a very big chance of my lifetime.The person who was to deliver it instead of delivering the packet to the officxe of the concerned person hass dropped it in a the post box like a postman.What is the difference between your courier and a postman.Obviously i have spent alot of money with full confidence that it will reach the destination but the last date was 10th of feb and i have missed it am attachiong a copy of POD INDU MAZUMDAR lnipe Gwaliior

I have sent two parcel before 6 months from kazhakuttom branch, it doesn't reach the destination, so i request it to return back. but courier outlet said that i was lost or stoled somebody. so i request them to give the cost of the item and shipping charge. but they refused. consignor no 1: H[protected] consignor no 2: H[protected] now when i call them they are not attending my call. the numbers are [protected] and [protected]

Pls refer below screen we are expecting one document from Pune, docket no. M[protected]. The docs are dispatched from pune on 9th febtoday till 13th feb the docs are not delivered which have been dispatched from your branch for delivery on 11th. We don’t the where about of the document. It is always very frustrating to contact and interacting with first flight Mangalore Branch. Always we need to suffer when we interact/communicate with you. Neither service is appreciating nor your communication is trustworthy. We are trying to reach the branch since morning on phone[protected] and mobile ([protected]), at least 10 times but very surprising no single call is unanswered by customer service or the team member. Is this service you are serving to your customer. Your response is not only delayed but you don’t respond to your customers and their queries at all If this is the service, it s worst service we have overcome till now.

I called your customer care
Bangalore number “080 – 33799999” yesterday and talked to Mr. Rahmtulla Khan
about this issue. He has taken receiver’s address details over the phone again
yesterday and said that it will be delivered within 24 Hrs time. He also has
given complaint number : 254069 to me. But, still I can see that thereis no status change in your tracking system and it’s not yet delivered to thereceiver. Please see below for your reference.


Could you please check and let
me know where this mess up happened and when it will be delivered to the
receiver’s address? It’s almost 5 days over and it’s sitting in your
Thanisandra HUB from 7th Feb 2015.


It has been a worse experience

Dear Respected Sir, I buy a insurance from united insurance company & company will issued all my papers & cards through urs first flight courier services on date 21/01/15 & written back same day becose of ascuse of insufficent address.Then i will crosscheck the docket no of - D[protected] & call insurance company also the address will be same & absoultly ok & fine. i[censored]r guys did not find my home address why should they didnt call me on phone even ur first flight courier services from where the document has been send they even called me. This is urs very poor services given by u. I[censored] give this type of services to the customer u will spoil u r name & Reputation. No one will take urs services in future. I want a explation why ur delievery boy will not call me. I am supposed to receive courier from first flight- AWB no is -- J[protected].

The company service is too worst not able to deliver from 4 to 5 day's and no one is picking the customer care no.


Such irregular response i am receiving.

I think they better shut down the company.

Dear sir, I purchased a goods from Snapdeal.com on Jan 25, 2015. As per the Snapdeal.com Item has been shipped on to Firstflight Delhi courier on Jan.27, 2015 AWB- D[protected]. I have not received the item yet. When i Track on Firstflight Website it has been showing item dispatched on Feb 5, 2015. Plz help me.

I have booked one parcel and in the First Flight Website the item is showing Delivered but I have not got my parcel so far. The first flight (Tracking No is: D991Q2302452)Case Id: 1794244. When I called at Jajpur Road First Flight no one is picking up the phone and not answering. I am very much worried about my parcel. The person who is in the office of the First Flight at Jajpur Road he should pickup the phone but he is not picking up. Please help in this regard.

My residence is only 6km away from this courier service office, even after giving the address and landmarks the item was not deliverd sofar.When i call to courier office they advice me to collect from thier office.
