Iam B Sunil Kumar waiting for the packet to be received from Chennai couriiered through first flight. Details are as follos:- Consignment No C991q4357494 Booking City: Chennai Delivery: Dharmavaram 515671 (which is 400 km from Chennai) Booking Date:[protected] So far i have not received the article. When i call Chennai office[protected] /[protected] they say that packet is sent to Hyderabad. I dont understand why it is sent to Hyderabad though Dharmavaram is no way concerned with Hyderabad in distance. I am not able to speak ffl people in Hyderabad as no one picking the phone. I did not find any customer care number . I didnt find any option to launch grievance in this regard. Even your corporate office phone number[protected] is not working. Please rteleive from the torture causing to me. Please get back me on phone number [protected] Please help me out. From next time onwards i will take every step possible not to approach your fisrt flight courier service in view of your esteemed services.

i booked an article on 11 mar 15 via receipt no. W991B1172911 for Halwara, Ludhina, punjab. But even 19 days have been passed the article has not been delivered. The person for whom the article was intended when approached the Ludhiana office (2nd floor, Jhandu Tower, Miller Ganj, G.T Road, Ludhiana), he was told that the article has been returned back.

If the article will not be delivered, I will approach to Consumer Court. I just want that the article should be delivered or I may be paid back times of the money I have paid for the courier.

    My consignment number for 2 couriers are : A991B1541624 and A991B1541623 These were dispatched on 23 February and have not been delivered till date. Due to this pathetic courier service both my packages are currently traceless. These were really important documents which are on the verge of being lost. I just need them to be delivered as soon as possible and in good condition.

      I HAVE OREDERED SOMETHING ON JABONG AND THEY SENT IT VIA FIRSTFLIGHT ON 18 FEB AND IT IS STILL IN TRANSIT .WHERE IT SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN MORE THAN 4 DAYS IT IS STILL IN TRANSIT FOR 10 DAYS. NOW WHEN I CALLED JABONG THEY SAID TO CALL FIRSTFLIGHT I CALLED FIRSTFLIGHT AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT IS NOT SHOWING BAG MEANS ITEM HAVE NOT SHIPPED STILL. THEN THEY TRANSFERRED MY CALL TO SOME OTHER REPRESENTATIVE AND THEN PHONE CUTS OFF. FIRSTFLIGHT IS NOT GOOD AT ALL..

        Dear Team, I had requested for Hdfc bank cheque book for my account and my Dad account and my shipment for this was sent by Hdfc Bank through your esteem organization at my address. I received my dad account cheque book but mine was not delivered and on checking the status I found that it was returned back stating address insufficient whereas I have received at least 25 and more shipment through your esteem organization at my address. Also to my surprise no one even tried to call or contact me when my number was there on details. The Airway no is D991Q2843540 for my parcel. Request to resolve this issue and make sure it is not repeated in future . This type of service quality hampers your name. Please revert with a quick and prompt reply.           Items sent through First Flight with AWB No.:D991Q1503735 & F991Q1364958 is lying with First Flight Couriers since 20/02/15 for many days and is never delivered. I have never experienced any courier having such worse service. pl help in delivering the items.

            Dear sir, I am M.Udayakumar residing, Chennai -600 015, Saidapet, and doing consultancy services at residence, my courier S[protected] dt 09/01/2015 book at Pondichery Marico company (Cheque Rs26, 000) was not at all delivery to me so far.During Verification i cam to understand that it was delivered on 10/01/2015 .It is clear that they did mistake. Next cover A[protected] booked at Kadapa, Ap, IOCL was redirected on 03/01/2015 and reached to IOCL, Kapada on 21/01/2015, accidentally i was there on 22/01/2015 client submitted that your address is correct or not. Then 14/02/2015 one cover parcel registered to my address, due to over causiously i was searching the address of my delivery local through net service and visited explained everything to Mr.Pawn, then the properly delivery the cover to my addresss. It is very clear that without any clarification they wrongly delivery my cover s[protected] so far not traceable.the company didnt issued recheque so far .I am suffering like anything .               respected sir, I had booked my courier(J991M2377966) on 17 feb 2015 from jagdishpur to kochi. it contains my registration form, my marksheet and my photos. ist not reaching to kochi. till the date it was in lucknow hub. i had called many times to lucknow customer care number. bt they r not giving any response. at last i hd talked to its officer they r saying that they don't know about courier's current position.sir pls help me. it will effect my studies. i expecting a lot from u.

I called them .They are saying that item is not dispatched from delhi first flight courier office. why its going too late ..its so poor service .i request you please use post office for dispatched item. i think my item get by me so late.i am so sad . i booked my item on 13 feb and estimate deliverd date is 23feb 2015.very poor service by courier office i have already credit money their account

                  The Bill for the month of October 2014 with the Serial No: 21, Doc No: T[protected] & Date:[protected] is issued from our Company (Mampilly Polymer Colours) through your branch (First Flight Couriers Ltd) (incharge Mr.Saravanan) to the Party named Thai Plastics in Madurai. But the Party not Received the Courier after the Due date on[protected].We Received the Courier Bill for the Month of October 2014 on[protected] including the particular Doc No :T[protected].You Shown the Wrong Qty of 39.00 KG against both the Doc No:T[protected] & T[protected] & Charge a Bill amount against Doc No:. The Correct Qty is 1.50 KG for the Doc No: T[protected] & 2.00 KG for DOC No: T[protected]. We Complaint this matter for the Rectification of Bill for the month of October 2014 to your Head Office & Regional Office on[protected].We Return the Wrong bill to your Company on[protected].                     I had couriered a parcelled box from faridabad to dehradun on 9-feb-2015, the parcelled box was delieverd to dehradun on 17-feb. There were 5 items but 1 item was missing from that box. In that box, I had wrapped 2 kurtis in grey coloured jabong packet but when the whole box was delieverd to dehradun, 1 kurti was mising and another was in transparemt plastic packet Instead of that grey packet of jabong and all the items were not like the way i had placed them in the box. Plz help me in this cncern as soon as possible. No details were there on reciept except tracking number- O991B0928114

[protected] BUT TILL DATE THE PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED. I HAVE CONTACTED THE LOCAL OFFICE ALMOST DAILY. THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE AND NO ONE IS ABLE TO GIVE RIGHT INFORMATION DESPITE REPEATED ENQUIRES. I HVE ENCOUNTERED ONE OF THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. He then inform me that the item has been shipped to me and will reach on/before[protected]. However I still not received the item. It look like the item stocked somewhere on your transit office. The ebay seller provide me the courier consignment no and its D991B3458217. I also visited several time to my local firstflight office here at Muzaffarpur ( BIHAR ) and they told me that the item still in Delhi hub and not reach Patna. They didn't even told me the approximate transit time for this consignment.                               This is to inform you that first flight courier service should have got Gold Medal in providing WORST COURIER SERVICE in the world.Interface Destination Pvt. Ltd. has made a corporate deal with your company to obtain courier service PAN India(Worst decision taken by us) Your company officer Mr. Manmohan ([protected]) has signed up the deal that our shipment will be deliver in next 24 hour in metro cities, but this compliance never got meet by your courier service. At the time of Agreement, we have explained the importance of timely courier deliver our shipment and the loss factor of Interface due to lack of this. Interface has deliver one courier (D[protected]) on 17th Feb from our Delhi office to Kolkata but your team is not able to deliver it after 3 days, even shipment is still reflecting in Delhi only(refer the below mention snap shot). Following with Mr. Manmohan and all other team members of First flight from last two days but no one is able to provide our solution and even not taking any pain to update us status. Due to this pathetic service We are going to have approx INR 1 lack business lost if the shipment is not reach to our Kolkata office before 11 tomorrow, Please confirm who is going to pay this loss???

                                My consignment no.J991M2417004 has been shipped on 7th feb fromf lko has been reached to banglore branch on 10 feb but till date they r not been able to deliver it to destination, from past 5 days I'm frequently calling to there call center but there executive mr .khan and mr, srinivas keep on repeting the same dialogue that It will be delivered within 24 hr and when i asked the reason behind the delay They have no answer. This type of behaviour is totaly Not acceptable They don't even bother about the inconvenience faced by there customer.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding one of my material sent by an online seller to me through First flight Couriers Ltd. from Mumbai to Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The consignment no. for the same is B991Q7711347. I have been tracking down the First Flight website regularly but the status still remains the same as it was on 14th of Feb (dispatched from Mumbai-marol hub). I was expecting First Flight to make the delivery of the consignment latest by 17.02.2015 but still I have not received my item. I have called up their customer care who told me the material has been dispatched from Raipur to Raigarh on 16th of this month and I will be getting the delivery by today anyhow. Today in the evening when i called First Flight's customer care again, they said the consignment is misrouted. So, I called up your branches at Raipur and Raigarh where no one answered my call. First Flight's Raipur team picked up the phone and hanged it up rudely.I then called them again and a lady at their office told me that " Sir, you dont know how to track consignment online", In response to this I told her that " Madam, I am an MBA Graduate in Supply Chain Management and Currently work with Jindal Group in their Purchase Department, Don't you dare teach me how to track consignments online" and then she hanged up the phone rudely for the very obvious reason that she had no answer and then after they switched off the phone. Is this a way to treat the customers?? Is this a way First Flight's team thinks they are going to earn goodwill of their customers?? The First Flight team at Raipur has been lying about the misrouting of the consignment they have done. The consignment contains a Projector that is worth Rupees 30, 000+ and they are simply playing with the customer's emotions and trust. Please update me with the current location of my consignment as soon as possible.Even if it is misrouted, they should make arrangements to make the delivery to my address as soon as possible. Delivery getting delayed is one thing but the way their team at Raipur behaved is disgusting. They should definitely think of improving their service and
