Dear Sir,
We are manufacturers of Automobile garage equipments for the last 27 years and supplying worldwide.
First flight had collected a courier (packet no. S991M[protected]which was an important tender document valuing Rs.10 lakhs) from our Head office at Thattanchavady, Puducherry on 23rd Jan 2015 promising to deliver it at the earliest at "The Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Area GM Office, Bellampalli, P.O.Goeti Township, Rebbana, Dist: Adilabad - 504 292, Telangana.
We trusted that it had reached the destination, as the contact person had responded that the tender is in process.
Today, 3rd March 2015, the same courier has returned to our HO saying that the area is a no-service area and hence it was not delivered. Then why was the tender taken for delivery???
When spoke to Mr.Shivaraman and Mr.Gandhi at [protected] and [protected] they said that the delivery person at the destination is a non trained and new person.
When asked about registering a complaint, they said that there is no complaint system and they will refund the money that was paid in advance. When saying that we had lost an order of Rs.9.97 lakhs, the person is explaining in a rude tone telling me to listen to what he says.
This is not what we expect from a service oriented reputed firm like First Flight. We have already advised our admin and other sister companies not to entertain First Flight with immediate effect.
Would like to know what action is the Corporate / Registered office of First Flight going to take against this sort of rude behaviour and carelessness.

First Flight Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I would like to mention here that its a false claim and that there was no attempt made to deliver the parcel. Also, in case of not finding the concerned party, there was no phone call made to inquire about the same. To add to that, the contact number of the delivery person was also not provided from your end that could have ensured the status of the delivery at the earliest.
I had been calling at the Ahmadabad office since yesterday, but the people there very rudely refused to disclose the actual status of the parcel. They kept on transferring the calls to different numbers and none of them could actually help out to get the parcel delivered.
IT THE WORST COURIER COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. EVEN AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS OF RUPEES TO ENSURE SPEEDY DELIVERY, THE RESULTS ARE PATHETIC.
