There was a courier booking done to ship the documents from Mumbai to Bangalore. The booking was done on 4th March and it has not reached me yet. When I call customer care on[protected], they say it will reach today, it will reach tomorrow and such irresponsible answers. I tried contacting the nearest FF office in Kanakapura Road, their mobile - [protected] is always switched off or they dont answer. Why are these people doing this courier business...??? Those were very important documents for me and I might end up paying penalty for not submitting it. I'm sure i'll sue first flight couriers if I end up paying penalty. I'll never ever send any couriers through First Flight anymore and do not recommend to anyone et al. Consignment Number: B[protected]

    Dear Sir, I had sent documents through first flight courier from Dombivli East branch on 5th March’ 2015 B991M0309006 to Bhilai Chattigarh. Now almost 1 week passed that courier not yet deliver by First flight courier, when I contacted to dombivli branch[protected] this people not giving proper reply, disconnecting my phone immediately, when receiving keeping hand set away so that I can hear all conversation from whole office. I am not interested your business matter I am interested only in my courier which you did not deliver on time. On what basis you are saying first flight courier, you are not able to provide good service to customer and your staff behaving worst attitude towards customer. Please check and revert back to me regarding my courier and explain me why it is took such a long period to deliver.

      Service Provider : First Flight Courier Services Consignment No:F[protected] My joining letter sent by infosys company is not delivered and they changed the status to delivered on the portal.There is no response from them on this issue. Such a worst service I ever seen anywhere .When I asked for the scan copy of the delivered document the response as ” Scanner is not working ” Regards, Manikanta

        Hello Sir, I am From Erode District, Tamilnadu. My Pincode Number was 638101. my sister Apply for a PAN card and it send through your Courier Services via B991Q7926389. Delivery boy not trying to dispatch the Courier even two weeks, when i heard about that I continuously visit your Erode Branch for a week. But there is no response from there. i try to Complaint manager of Erode Branch. He supports for his courier boy. your erode branch manager never listens customers reaction. please take necessary action sir.

          I have sent a courier on 28th Feb 2015 to Tanjore, TamilNadu from Okkiyam thoraipakkam, Chennai. My consignment number is C991B1123834. In courier shop, they told me that it will reach by 02nd March. It didn't reach the required destination upto 09-Mar-15. Its a birthday gift and it should reach before 03-March. I am unhappy with the courier service.

            I have ordered a product from Amazon and it was shipped through First Flight Courier and the consignment no is H[protected] shipping address is Tiruvannamalai, Nallavanpalayam.606603.

            I was requested by the delivery person to collect the parcel from the place where he is nearby, i would like to know for what reason we are paying to delivery the parcel which is ordered?
            is this is way of delivery the parcel ? appreciate your prompt response towards your improper way of approach.

              This is to bring to your kind notice that my parcel ( Consignment No. : D991Z1507171) booked from Delhi on March 7th, reached Ahmadabad on March 9th. After tracking the consignment and personally calling at the Ahmadabad office repeatedly, it was confirmed that the parcel will be delivered at the designated address on the same date. However, after waiting for entire day, it was brought to my notice that the parcel was taken back undelivered and the status said "Party Not Available". I would like to mention here that its a false claim and that there was no attempt made to deliver the parcel. Also, in case of not finding the concerned party, there was no phone call made to inquire about the same. To add to that, the contact number of the delivery person was also not provided from your end that could have ensured the status of the delivery at the earliest.
              I request you to speed up the process and get the parcel delivered today at any cost as its urgent and there is no point of choosing First Flight, if the delivery is delayed by 5-6 days. In case there is a difficulty in locating the address or party is not available, I request you to contact the undersigned immediately.

                This is for your information my relative courier a parcel (to moga, punjab)and i wanted to know the status but nobody is responding.what they wanna show us. Sorry to say but with this service you can`t survive too long, i made a big mistake to book a courier with you.but this was the last mistake, i never suggest you to any of my enemy too.if you have some shame reply me against this mail with some solution.

                  Parcel no-f[protected], date-24th feb 2015, Bangalore to Chennai, the parcel was received at kellambakkam office before 02 days back, but we Were called up to deliver in hotel the same was not deliver to us & they were informed to us that we don't have staffing therefore we can't deliver it, may be will take time.finelly we were went in kelambakkam office and received the same. We can not expect this kind of service by the first flight.

                    My wife's PAN card AWB no. B991Q7823475 booked on 12/02/2015. But till date it is not delivered. On 7-3-2015 a boy from first flight came to my house and shown PAN card and claimed of Rs. 30/- for delivery. I refused to pay the same. And he didn't deliver the PAN card and after that he updated the status showing my address is wrong. Due to not getting the PAN card my wife is facing a lot of problems i.c.w banking transaction.

                      Till now courier not delivered. Customer care No's in Bangalore seems to be not working or sleeping.No one is bothered to respond mails. None of the No's is working from morning 9.00 to evening 6.00. Need to wait for 10 minutes to pick call.Courier will not be delivered to next street also .They are writing address not found.Fed up with followups.Incurred loss of 4000.00 due to these people.

                        Dear Sir, My consignment# D [protected] booked on Dated:26/02/2015, company courier boy has lost or delivered to any unrelated person, when i went to courier co.office to ask about said office boy, the co.offical refuse me to meet them.i want to just ask that where he delivered the courier.when i got the courier boy cell no & contacted him he told he that your office was closed & he delivered to any passers by.even when i checked the CCTV footage of that date, there was not entrance of courier boy in my office building.all this shows that the courier boy is lying.he lost the courier of deliver to unknown, when i told him to come with me & show where my office located, he told me that i m ill & unable to come.Totaly iresponsibleness of company & its official.my work has suffered due to this.

                          I have sent a set of documents to Germany via first flight couriers on the second of march, 2015. I am not able to track my package and I have no idea when the will deliver it to the corresponding address .The package contains important documents which is essential for me.When I call their customer care department, I get no response from them.The simply put the Busy dial tone.

                            I sent 1 courier(W991B0988790) through first flight on 31st january to gurgaon address, to submit some money to spmeones account when i checked today i found draft which i courierd is still not reached then i checked first flight status and there i found that same is not being delivered. I am at receiving end now as i have to give 2000 rs penalty . please help me in getting my draft.. if there is any fraud happen i will be suing first flight for the same.. call me at [protected]

                              Branch - Vriddhachalam. The consignments being received at Vriddhachalam branch is not getting delivered, When asked, we have been told that there is no door delivery service and we have to collect going to First Flight office. Also even for collection, we have never been given intimation after receipt of the consignments and it is being returned back after a few days

                                Dear Sir, We are manufacturers of Automobile garage equipments for the last 27 years and supplying worldwide. First flight had collected a courier (packet no. S991M[protected]which was an important tender document valuing Rs.10 lakhs) from our Head office at Thattanchavady, Puducherry on 23rd Jan 2015 promising to deliver it at the earliest at "The Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Area GM Office, Bellampalli, P.O.Goeti Township, Rebbana, Dist: Adilabad - 504 292, Telangana. We trusted that it had reached the destination, as the contact person had responded that the tender is in process. Today, 3rd March 2015, the same courier has returned to our HO saying that the area is a no-service area and hence it was not delivered. Then why was the tender taken for delivery??? When spoke to Mr.Shivaraman and Mr.Gandhi at [protected] and [protected] they said that the delivery person at the destination is a non trained and new person. When asked about registering a complaint, they said that there is no complaint system and they will refund the money that was paid in advance. When saying that we had lost an order of Rs.9.97 lakhs, the person is explaining in a rude tone telling me to listen to what he says. This is not what we expect from a service oriented reputed firm like First Flight. We have already advised our admin and other sister companies not to entertain First Flight with immediate effect. Would like to know what action is the Corporate / Registered office of First Flight going to take against this sort of rude behaviour and carelessness. The consignment tracking number is O991q0904757. Till now i didnot receive my package. I have made a complaint at jabong also. i am really clueless.

                                      Hi Team, Its been one of a horrifying experience sending courier this time with first flight. I had handed over the courier to the first flight centre in Dhanbad - Jharkhand on 19th of February and its 3rd of March that the courier has still not reached the destination, Sikkim. I have been following up on this for last one week but first flight team seems to be least concerned about the case. Online tracking system has not been bothered thus there is no status of the where about of the consignment. Courier contained confidential data which had to be submitted latest by 28th of February. Due to non delivery of data on time I have incurred financial loss running in Lakhs for which I would like the first flight company to be answerable for the same.
