The first thing I have to say about them is "You Suck!" 1. You never came to my house nor called me if you could not find my address 2. Phone lines do not work in the nearest locality 3. I go to collect from the hub which is almost 30 kms with the customer care's advise 4. We find the room locked What do you have to say beyond this?? If you are incapable of doing the things you are supposed to then please stop this company. Tell your clients you cant. Its just not me, but everyday you have been receiving complaints on this forum.

    Respected Sir, My PAN card dispached from NSDL (B991Q6291560) office on 15thJan2015, i have track my courier online it was showed that it has been delivered on 23th Jan. Actully i have not received it. Subseqently i visited the office personally they answered me that rajkot office did't received any courier it may me delivered to other city we couln't do anything you contact NSDL office. This is not the answer at least you should do something for my satisfaction. Sir i have not received satisfactory answer from rajkot office and no phone calls they are attendig. There is no responsible person at the offfice. I need my PAN Card ergently plz help me out.

        I had sent a courier from Pune to Bangalore on 21-Jan. It was supposed to reach by 22-Jan max. After following up, they said it will delivered without fail on 23-Jan as it is out for delivery. Today is 24-Jan, and the parcel is yet to be delivered, so much so the cust care says they are tracking it! Poor service!

          Hi,
          My old parents(in-laws) took the pain in sending the important courier through the First Flight Courier Service & send the courier from Greater Noida to Bangalore(contact person of first flight greater noida office is Mr. Abhishek(mobile:[protected], off add: G7, Kasana Tower Commercial belt, Alpha-1, G.Noida)) on 20th Jan'15.It was supposed to reach me here in Bangalore after 48hrs i.e latest by 22nd Jan'14 but till date(i.e 23rd Jan'15) it has not reached us.Courier is in name of my husband Mr Mukul Aggarwal.

          Please note, we have sent mail to ffcl (but no response till now from them) & called multiple times to Bangalore first flight customer care no. at[protected], but every time they give lame excuses like parcel has not reached bangalore or their server is down so can't see the internal status of it or parcel will reach soon etc..I tried calling Mr Abhishek in G.Noida office to check the status & why parcel has yet not reached Bangalore but he is not answering the call or sms.

            I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this courier company. My customer code is 543N20, Bill no. 543N0/1114 and the bill date is 30/11/2014. Sadly we have stopped operation since the 7th of November 2014, which was the last working day for us. However you'll have billed me till the 25th of November. Which later on I go it rectified and changed. Now the issue is that one of the consignments on the 7th of November has been wrongly billed in my invoice even after getting a fresh invoice. I have been requesting them for a new bill for the last 2 weeks but your people are so lethargic and uninterested. I have been contacting Mr. Shakeel Pinjari, Mob: +91 [protected], who is unwilling to mail me a fresh invoice. Lately he has stopped receiving my calls. I am extremely angry at this attitude.

              Dear sir, We made a courier on 19-Jan 2015 through First Flight till now we din’t receive the courier. service of First Flight is very poor as agency told they will deliver next day. The courier is from Karnal Haryana to Kolkata POD no. O991B1093437 When I call Kolkata branch address which they mentioned in website no response I am getting. Phone no. is not responding, I don’t know how they mentioned the phone number which is not responding.                     My parcel was dispatched on 12th of january from delhi to kanpur and i stil haven't recievd it till today. I have called all the local and delhi offices but havent recieved any help. this was a comercial parcel and we are a export firm. my samples got delayed and because of this i have to face major losses and customer relatioship. . the customer care team is ridiculous at your end and they dont offer any help and specially your kanpur office people, they never want to help the consumer i request you take serious action. the parcel tracking number is O[protected]

                      One of My consignment is booked from Gurgaon to Sambalpur from Myntra.com but there no update for my consignment since the date of booking and even no one takes the call @ First Flight Courier service customer care even have tried to contact them through email also but no response . Here i have attached screen shot of their Tracking page and even the update of Myntra online Shoping site which Proves that there is no update for the same since the date of dispatch of the Product.Please help me to get my Product as soon as posible.its being 10 days no update .

                        My products was suppose to delivered through First Flight Courier Service at Etah Distict in UP. The products received at Courier Center. Courier person has called at home and asked to collect the parcel from Courier Center. I have faced same kind of response in past as well. There is no valid reason for not delivering the Parcel at home. In Fact the person is directly denying to deliver the Parcel. The problem is there is not any family member at home who can go to First Flight office and collect the parcel. I have mailed this issue to below EmailIds, [protected]@firstflight.net, [protected]@firstflight.net But the complete First Flight system is Irresponsible. I did not get any kind of response from them. In such case what is the point of sending any couriers, if there is not any family member at home who can collect the Parcel from Courier Center.

                            Hello, My brother had couriered some documents from Varanasi to Noida on 13/01/2015, with FF and with "Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery". But same was received by me on 16/01/2015 (evening). Those documents were very important for me up to 15/01/2015 (for Income Tax proof submission) but because of delay in FF delivery service I was not able to submit the same on time.                                 Pan Card is Delivered through This Courier From Mumbai to Bangalore, With Airway Bill No:- B991Q6275738 ON 14 dec, 2015, Still now not delivered. I need the pancard delivery to be acurate and urgently since it's more than 5 days. These FFCL agents are not picking of any phone call. Take serious action against them.

                                  Courier not received: P991B0152831 at Indore to be sent to dehradun to be delivered to me at the address : Tupperware India, Plot No. 11 & 12, Khasra No. 1045/2, Central Hope Town, Twin Industrial Area, Selaquai. But the same was not delivered till now ie, 16 Jan[protected] am). when I serached the status on Net, I found that "Destinations showing in system is rudrapur." I am continuous follow up on indore customer care they have noted the complaint but no status.I want the status today only. Otherwise i will file a case on this first flight.

                                    Hello Team On 26/01/2015 I have booked two Data Cards for courier (from Hinjewadi, Pune) to be delivered at my native place (Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh).At the time of delivery they delivered ONLY one Data Card. So, my brother refused to accept that.And now they are not accepting their mistake.Now they are saying might be you have submitted single data card (VERY FUNNY) . This is rediculous.There is no customer service. Even they are not taking this responsibility. I need refund/my lost product. Please take corrective action ASAP. Very thanks, Priyanka Singh Pune,

                                      We had sent a parcel on 8th Jan'15 from Shimla to Gurgaon through First Flight which we should have received within 2-3 days time but today is 15th Jan'15 we are still waiting for the parcel due to their sheer negligence and pathetic service. We are still waiting for their customer service to at least track and revert back . We haven't come across to such an unethical and unprofessional company in the service industry. The courier had started on 8th from Shimla and today it's 15th; technically we could have received the courier if a person had come on foot from Shimla by now. These guys are a flock of fools who can't even understand what is the purpose why people courier? We do it because we can get timely delivery without any misplacement but am afraid your company is just the opposite of the reasons mentioned above. I have been trying to contact them from past 3 days and the company can't even track the parcel forget about the delivery. They should be ashamed of their company, service and customer support which is the most pathetic. The company should be banned to do such kind of business.

                                        With reference to tracking No. O991Q0927708. I regret to inform that my experience with First Flight is very very bad... I have been taking continuous follow up for my courier from last 17 days, but till date i did not receive my courier. This is so frustrating and moreover because you guys donot understand the value of coustmer. In view of forgoing, i want reply within half hour without failure and what is the present status my courier and when it will be delivered to me.
