My son has booked an envelopeon 07 Jan 2015 vide Ref. No. A [protected] at Visakhapatnam to be sent to Hyderabad to be delivered to me at the address : MM Jagannadha Rao, Deputy Labour Welfare Commissioner, DLRL, Chandrayanagutta, Hyderabad - 500005 ( Mobile No. [protected]). But the same was not delivered till now ie, 13 Jan[protected] pm). when I serached the status on Net, I found that "Address insufficient" and nobody contacted me on my mobile. On 12 Jan Monday, I have tried contact your Hyderabad Tel No. [protected] as given in the Receipt. But there was no response. I could collect Tel Nos.31002943, 32561080 but in vain as either there is no response or engaged. I tried further and collected Customer Care No. as [protected], who has picked up and informed me that he had contacted Malakpet Branch who answered him it will be delivered. Further He told me that he will give Malakpet No. and asked me to pursue with them. I denied. He also gave Mobile [protected] stating that this is Mr. Sudhir, Operations Manager. I called him but he has not answered for twice. Thereafter he answered and said he is having lunch and asked me to contact me after 20 minutes. I waited and contacted him again after 30 minutes. But there is no response. At about 1430 hrs, Thereafter I have collected one Mobile [protected] known as Custer Care Manager Mr. Sekhar Reddy. He talked very nicely and collected all details and promised me to deliver it at my residence even in the late evening. But it did not happen. I tried to call him several times in the evening but in vain and I have sent an SMS. He never called me back or never bothered to attend the customer. On 13 Jan today, again I started my efforts to trace atleast the concerned person and contacted Sekhar Reddy, wh;o denied that he is not the Customer Care Manager and gave me on Mobile [protected] as Mr. Murali Krishna, Operations Manager. I contacted and gave all details again. He promised me to deliver it by 1200 pm. The Delivery boy called me and said he is in urgent deliveries and could not deliver before 1200 pm. I reported same to Murali Krishna. He further promised me to deliver before 1200 noon. But his Branch Manager or Delivery Boy declined to do it. As I am sitting at another address of our office from the address given in the cover. Finally Murli.. bowed to their staff and started telling me that as per company rules, he cannot deliver the cover other than on the address. Then I told him as per Rules, you should deliver within two days, but you failed and I will take up at higher level. He then replied that ours is a big company with somany lawyers and advocates, you can do whatever you want otherwise we will send back the cover. This is is the state of affairs of the company least bothered about the customers and service. Even I have verified the reviews of your services, all are in negative. The behaviour or the response of your staff and heads are not appreciable and not service motive. I am pasting the track status for doing needful.     It has been more than 10 days, I didn't get my courier from Jaipur to Chennai. They assured at the time of payment that it will take 3 days but now its more than 10 days. Customer care didn't respond properly. So, what can i do now. Can I raise any request at consumer court.

        FIRST FLIGHT ...

        I am very sorry to say that your service is the worst ever I've EXPERIENCED !!!

        Its been 5 days and my courier has not reached HOWRAH !!! Previously at same address it used to reach in 24 hours !!!

        I tried to call your customer service no[protected] but i was on hold for 10 mins in 2 seperate calls and nobody picked up !!!

        I will never recommend your courier service to anybody and will not use your courier service ever in future !!

        Disgusting, indeed !!!

          koi sala kutta kamina javab nahi deta parcel ke bare me
          aur customer care wale to sale ghode bethke so jaate he aur call kabhi bhi nahi uthate

          kamino first flight walo...

          kutto ki mot maroge...

          mera itna nuksan karva diya... itne time tak sahete aaya hu me...

          bandh kar ke ghar pe beth jaao apna dhandha...
          tum log kaam karne ke layak nahi ho...

          kabhi bhi tum logo ka parcel time pe nahi mila
          lekin ye wala ne to mera 80, 000 ka nukshan karva diya...

                I ordered the true sole loafers by flipksrt on 15th Dec, order has been confirmed and dispatched on 18th Dec and got the mail that order would be delivered on 22nd Dec and got the first flight reference no.F991Q0757378, but on 22nd I haven't got my order. I made a call to flipkart customer support and the executive advised me to wait till the evening of 22nd but I neither got the order in evening nor on 23rd Dec. I mailed the customer support and got the reply that issue would be resolved before 27th Dec. I wrote again to customer support that I need my item before Christmas but reply was the same. On 25th Dec my issue is been solved very dramatically, Customer care executive made a call and said that item could not be delivered as it was lost by first flight courier and I should cancel my order. I said I need the item but he left me only option with the cancelation of my order. The incident spoiled my Christmas as well as new year also. I lost my lot of time after this shipment issue. Finally I got my refund but the role of first flight courier service is remained very shameful in this drama. As it is a courier service so careful and committed despatch of goods should be the first and final job. Anil Thomas

                  One cover containing important document copy booked through Sri Mahalakshmi Agency, OMR(Area Code0043), Thazhambur, Chennai by Tmt. V. Kalaiselvi, Arihant Heir Loom Apartment, Thalambur Main Road, Thalambur addressed to me (S. Senguttuvan, 103, Bharathidasan St, Ashok Nagar, Lawspet, Puducherry) was found thrown at my residance on 8.01.2015. There will not be any signature for its deliveryin your records at Pondicherry Office. Your Ref.No. is C991B0799986. On 2nd Jan.2015 I have tried to track the letter. But it is in vein.The Booking centre at Thazhambur, Chennai were not in a position to give any reply i.e, whether they have despatched it or not. Your Pondicherry Office staff simply replied that they have not received any article with this Reference Number. All of a sudden when we were out of station one man phoned up to me and informed me that there is a letter for me and the door is found locked. When I asked whether it is a courier and who has send it to me? He has disconnected his connection without any reply. If I remember correct the mobile no. is [protected].                       Above mentioned is my consignment no. I have sent this courier from Chennai on 6-jan-2015 but its still not received.

                      i deeply disappointed with the service.

                      your representative told me it will be reached at 7-jan evening but its not reached then he told me that it will be reached 8-Jan morning for sure but that didnt happen.

                      then after making several call in Chennai office and Nagpur office, i been informed that the courier is coming Via mumbai that why its getting delay and it will be reached on 9th morning since its distracted from Mumbai on 8th jan.

                      today morning again i made several call to Nagpur and Chennai office and i got to know that the courier is in Goa. (now how that happen i dont understand, this is no short distance way at all)

                      this courier contain important document which need to provide by 9-Jan -2015 to submit application. and because of your service i failed to do so.

                      i paid Rs 202 for this service and i been told that it will be reached in 48 hrs, this doesnt seems like happening now

                      i request you pls pls pls give me a exact detail where is my courier and when its going to reached to Nagpur

                      from last 2days my job is like making a call to customer care only and i am totally irritated now.

                      i hope you understand take immediate action on this.

                          My consignment number is DocketE[protected] called so many cust care number checked online showing my door was locked which was not true at all I was present whole day even I asked my security guards they also told me no courier came ...I was so harassed .nobody helped me lastly I had to go myself to the office to bring ththat courier.such a disgusting service cannot believe a service with such a good name can harrass their customers like this.i will never go for first flight even if it will be the last option for me.fake flight.

                                  Consgnmnt no.- j991m2325032 and the courier was done on the date 30 december from jaunpur(u.p) first flight couriers ltd services.but it is delivered to some other person... Delivery boy didnt cal on the mentioned mobile no.on the address provided.who will pay for the loss. Am really dissapointed with this first flight even i did complaint but they are nt doing anything favourable.. Address which was mentioned over the courier was- sharad mishra room no. 303b, sri ganesh payung guest 29/a, 30/b 2nd cross, btm stage 2, NS Palya, bannerghatta main road, next to shoppers stop& oracle.banglore

                                    sir, my pan card dispatched from mumbai office at date 27 dec 2014 and now status of this courier is showing" Pending-NON SERVICE STATION" at destination padrauna (up) . but still i have not recived any call or sms from couriers services, and neither i recieved my pan card my Consignment No is B991Q5789406 please tell me how can find my pan card...                                       I sent some documents from Jaipur to Mangalore with shipment R991B0307551 on 30th Dec. It is not yet delivered and no tracking status is shown on website. Nobody is picking up phones in Jaipur or even their corporate headquarters. Never going to send anything through First flight

                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that the dispatcher of first flight courier services in Rourkela is not up to mark. There is delay in dispatch and also the dispatcher doesn't come to the office for which courier is meant.We have to collect it from NSPCL, RKL It is therefore requested to ask your site office in RKL, to tell the dispatcher that any courier in the name of "UTILITY POWERTECH LTD. NSPCL, CPPII- ROURKELA(769011) shall be delivered at the office UTILITY POWERTECH LTD. only which is 50m far from NSPCL, CPPII, Rourkela and not anywhere else.
