Your courier delivery man has declined giving the PAN card for not paying 'Karcha Pani'(bribe) of Rs. 50.00 even after showing valid id proof and confirming the details. The courier delivery man further told that if we will not pay him the 'Karcha Pani'(bribe) of Rs. 50.00 he will report that the delivery could not be made for wrong address/non production of ID proof etc.

It is such a shame on your part as you keep harassing the customers by demanding bride for delivery of PAN Card. I hope your company being one of the reputed courier agency in the country will immediately take corrective action and will punish such corrupt persons working in your company.

Please note that if the complain does not get resolved within 7 days and I do not get the PAN card within that period I will be force to take further action against your agency as required.

Dear, Sir/ Madam I, S. N Saini had booked two carton of medicines samples from Allahabad (your office at Allahabad) to CDSCO, NZ, CGO Complex-1, Ghaziabad on[protected] evening. The person of first flight check the weight of two box separately that was 6 kg and 9 kg (approx.) Total 15.600 Kg. which is mentioned in the receipt. During delivery[protected] one box was found damaged/ teared and weight was also less. Another box was also teared but weight was found ok. I would like to inform you that I am Govt. Employee. and the samples were drown from Allahabad marked for testing purpose. So you are requested to find out the lost sample and delivered to the same address as soon as possible. I have booked a consignment from Marol Mumbai on 09.04.2015 to Hyderabad and the Consignment no. is B[protected], it has not yet reached the destination nor is there any update on the First flight site. I sent a courier from Gurgaon to Bangalore on 6th April 2015 and it was delivered on 8th April with all the contents except that a sandisk 16 GB pendrive worth Rs 600 with important files missing. The company refuses to claim responsibility saying that the contents should have been checked before taking delivery. The delivery boy himself signed the receipt and disappeared. The least the company could do is refund my money.

First Flight No. B991Q9310449 dated 03/04/2015 despatched by ICICI Lombard to KKG Subramaniam I 204 Aparna Sarovar Nallagandla, Serilingampally Hyderabad 500046. Checked the status online, which says it has been delivered to one Mr Mahesh. It is seen that Mr Mahesh has not recd the same and I am yet to get the letter. Request to clarify and deliver the same.

I was to receive a consignment on the 3rd week of Mar'15 but I am yet to receive it !! There was no call or status update from First flight. Courier was received by Whitefield branch on 22nd Mar'15. When I had called the branch to check on the consignment, their initial response was 'we have not received a courier for you'. Then I had to check on the website and tell them that 'It was received by your branch on 22nd Mar'15 but I am yet to receive it'. Then he(supposed to be branch incharge !! ) realized and told yes we have received and returned to Mumbai !! I had asked for what reason and the response was your address was not clear !! I had to explain that I had received at least 25 - 30 couriers at this address from other courier operators and why was this hiccup from First flight ?! His response was amazing "We do not know your address" I had asked at least you could have called so that I would have helped you reaching the spot. His answer was "We do not know your contact no" !! I asked him 'you do not know the address for delivery and do not have the contact details of reciepient, do you think it is my mistake ?' His reply was 'we do not have details and we cannot do anything'. I had also called customer care thinking they will at least address this issue but for my surprise they were not even interested to guide me what next !! Hence, writing this with loads of hopes.. HI All, First flight courier services are not at all trustworthy, it is full of thieves, who just stole the valuables from the consignment and parcels. My sister sent a parcel to me but on receiving i found that the packet inside the cover was opened and the things were stolen. i tried to complain to the costumer care they said, "its not my problem call to courier sender office". I called to courier sender office, they said "We can't do anything as we sent correct thing". I don't to what to do, whom to blame and how to get my things back. i have purchase some goods through online shopping company YEPME courier booked by YEPME on dated 1 April on Delhi office & arrived at Pratapgarh Branch on dated 3-April but Parcel not delivered with below mentioned comment Pending- Party refused to accept. But the truth is that this parcel is not delivered through Branch office & Not informed me in my own number no body can refuse this Parcel its total false comment mentioned in online tracking comment column. so i want to request you kindly take disciplinary action against branch &ensure my parcel delivery. Trusting First Flight courrier service is the most pathetic experience of my life!!! I made the biggest mistake in choosing your Dubai office for my shipment to Canada. I have lost time and patience dealing with your staff...they LACK basic manners of customer services, have NO IDEA at all as how failed commitments effect organization's reputation and lose business in the longer run. This is how it started: I called your Dubai office on Wednesday (1 April 2015) at 10:28am (all UAE Time) and was promised a pick-up in hour, which was done at 3pm. Next day in the morning I get a call from a gentleman Vivek at 12:15pm informing the volumatic weight is 9kg, so i told him to remove it from the box and use your own packing. He advised me to send him an email to request the same at [protected]@firstflight.com, which i did at 12:20pm. An hour later, I get a call from Gaurav saying they changed it and now its 6kg . I requested him to send the parcel back as i will repack it and send it over since i have a smaller box with 4kg volumatic weight. I was told that it cannot be done today but Saturday, we will do it! After waiting for the whole Saturday (4 April), I did not receive a single call and since morning I am calling your office. Every time i call, I am promised a call back by the operator but no ones calls. I am really frustrated now and I will involve the consumer rights department now since this is too frustrating!!! I have called your office at least 6 times since morning and each time the operator tells me that Gaurav claims that he called me but i did not respond which is an absolute LIE!!! My last call (8th since morning) is just 3 minutes from writing this mail and still no courtesy of a call back! YOU NEED TO GET RID OF YOUR INCOMPETENT STAFF AS I AM SURE THEY WILL CAUSE YOU MORE BUSINESS AND WORST REPUTATION!! Hi, POD no A[protected] from Apollo Munich insurance is suppose to deliver as per given address (P.Prasada Rao 12-2-39/1, Ground Floor, JP Nagar, Near Swarnanjali school, Bharathnagar colony Moosapet), But they delivered with wrong address. I approached to the concerned many times but no use. This is the 3rd time happened. They are not responding also. This is the worst service we are getting from First flight couriers. Who is responsible person for this. Pls collect the courier from wrong delivery and pls deliver at my address given.

Hello, I got a notification that my PAN card has been couriered by the department through the Firstflight Couriers. Consignment Number - B991Q8620287. Since I did not receive the courier, I tried to track the status of the same using their website. The status on their website for my consignment stated that it has been delivered to my office address on 24th Mar 2015 at 10'o clock in the night. Please note, 10:00 PM in the night is the delivery time mentioned. This I think is the first false information. After this, I tried calling their office phone numbers listed on their website, but none of the numbers provided there seem to work or nobody responds on those numbers. After trying this for a week or so, I tried reaching their Mumbai office and got the Bangalore manager, Kondaiah's number. This person's phone is always busy, not reachable, or when it connect, he does not respond. Another week lost tracking all this. I have sent multiple emails to them and today, ie, 2nd Apr 2015, they send a scan of the DRS copy which states the consignment has been delivered to someone by name Viju without even asking an ID proof of the person. This being a confidential document, these guys have not taken any ID proof before delivering. Viju, who is my partner in the company, was not even there to receive the consigment. The signature also does not match. This is highly irresponsible and negligant behaviour on part of First Flight Couriers, Bangalore.

Hi, I got a courier from one of my friend whose tracking id is C991B1150621.it was sent around 20-30 days back but I have not received it yet. And when I am trying to contact Noida office people I didn't get any proper response. I never got any call from the delivery person. Request you to please have a look into it and have my courier deliver ASAP. Thanks in advance .

Hi, With respect to the above reference number no one is contacting on my mobile number or not even trying to deliver at my addess.they are just updating the status as home locked. I tried mail them but I didnt get any response.this is completely irresponsible behavior from first flight courier.

Everyday my consignment status Party not available, but i am on the same place for a long time. even i dont get a single call from the delivery people. Everyday I made a call to the customer care, they are saying, it will come today, but it wont, nearly 10 days crossed still i don't get my Consignment.
