M991B1498568, This will reach pondicherry 06.02.2015 but they are not delivered the courier even 07.02.2015, when i am calling to Pondicherry First flight courier office they told monday only able to deliver the cover then i asked him it should be delivery on 06.02.2015 why you are making delay then he suddenly cut the call, again i am trying his number [protected] he is not attending the call. how such like this person working in your organisation, there is no customer service in your pondicherry division.     My PAN card dispatched from NSDL (B991Q6459513) office on 21st Jan 2015, i have track my courier online it was showed that it has been Arrived at Salem HUB Branch on 27-Jan-2015. But they have not delivered Sofar(06-Feb -2015). I Have Tried By Their Mobile No many times But NO Response. Directly I Have Visited First Flight Salem HUB But There Is No Proper Response.. Conform To Make Deliver The Consignment To Consignee Address As Soon As Possible.

    I am sure you don't recieve this. Post a complaint to the pan authority and request them to send via Indian Post. They will despatch it promptly.

      consigement booked from dhanbad to patna is lying in local office of courier company at Raja Bazar, PATNA since 2/2/15 although it is required to be delivered within half kilometre area at Krishi Nagar .but none has cared to contact the addresee uptil now? How much time more it will take?

            The courier tracking ID number J991M2166345 is missing since 27th December, 2014. This courier was dispatched from Lucknow to arrive at Kotdwara(Uttarakhand). Although, I have not received it till now. I would request you to please help me with this issue. The courier has assets worth 5000 rupees. It would be great if something can be dome from your side in this regard. The company customer care is not responding to emails and phone calls.

              WORST SERVICE. I was expecting an VERY IMPORTANT Courier which was booked under below consignment number. Consignment # : F[protected]. However NO ONE contacted me for delivery of this courier and it says already delivered, which shows high risk of my consignment.I was really shocked listening to this statement from customer care. Can you address this problem immediately and help me getting my consignment ?I have also logged the complaint and the complaint number is 253428.                 Dear Sir; Myself Vikas Singh Parihar from Bilaspur C.G. I has ordered one mobile from Snapdeal.com on 16th Jan 2015. The parcel was booked by first flight courier on 17thh Jan 2015 and was supposed to delivered on or before 23rd Jan 2015. Tracking No: D991L3073061 But till today i have not received the parcel. Twice i had contacted to First Flight Courier and once to SnapDeal.co through email but till now i haven't received any response from there end. When i am tracking the shipment through Internet it is showing that they parcel is laying in bilaspur from 27th Jan 2015 but yet not delivered.                   First flight courier is the very very very very worst courier service. I applied for Pan card in 2008 and the pan card was sent to me in this courier. They didn't deliver me or call me, but simply returned the card as 'consignee has shifted'. Again, I requested NSDL to resend me. They resent it again with this same courier service. The result is same. When I again requested NSDL, they asked me to reapply by paying the charges again. I reapplied and this time the pan card was sent in speed post which i received promptly. In 2015, I again applied for pan card of my relative. My bad luck, the pan card is again despatched in first flight courier. The pan card reached the destination on Jan 14, 2015, but it was still not delivered to the user. I tried to call them, but they started playing with me asking me to call some other number. When I called that number, they gave me another number. When I tried that another number, it was always busy. When I checked in the first flight site, the status is shown as 'returned to origin' and the pending comment as 'non-service station'. This clearly reveals that there is no change in their attitude even after 7 years. I don't know why NSDL still sending the pan cards with this courier service. I confirmly say that this is the waste courier service.

                  Hi,

                  FFCL returned the pan card as wrong address. I posted a complaint to Pan authority and requested them to resend it via Indian post. They resent me and I received it successfully. My sincere advice: never send any parcels via FFCL. They will never reach the destination.

                    First Flight Courier - Non delivery of courier and careless attitude The Item I had ordered from Flipkart was recieved by the Courier office at Delhi on 23rd January 2015. My Home is 100 KMs away from Delhi and till today I did not recieve the Item. They are showing careless behavior and not handing over the item to me.                       The Item I had ordered from Snapdeal was recieved by the Courier office at Cuttack on 22nd January 2015. My Home is 15 mins away from Cuttack and till today I did not recieve the Item. They are showing careless behavior and not handing over the item to me. I doubt they might have missed the Item and not giving me the same.


                      Kindly do the necessary action. I had a Water purifier that cost rs. 15500 to me that I had ordered on 19th Jan. I have not got the Item yet and really frustrated by the attitude of FirstFlight service desk people.

                            There is no update on docket number R991B0309237.I got to know this is in Pune Chandan nagar office but not received yet also there is no chandan nagar office address I have found. Your all customer care numbers are not responding. Parcel has been dispatched from Jaipur on 8th Jan 2015, now it is going to be one month and I haven't received my parcel yet.
                            What I should think about your service.Even you are not responding on mails.

                              The courier entrusted with you is of an urgent nature. It is more than 5 days and despite repeated follow up, no progress has made in knowing the status of delivery. The contact details i.e mobile Number and office landline numbers were mentioned on the envelope itself besides the delivery instruction of how to contact the consignee as Wipro may not accept parcels in the name of its employees. In case you face any problem in locating the Wipro at Sholinganallur, Chennai kindly let the undersigned know about it.                                   hi, The courier has send to me on 06.01.2015 from Ahmedabad, Still now i am not getting any reply from the courier office, when ever i am calling chennai head office they direct me to call Ahmedabad, and they are telling we already send to chennai, then the chennai office telling me to call Nagapattinam ofice, they said they not having any courier in the tracking number.                                     Hi, I have sent docs from delhi to gurgaon on 20th jan 15 however as per 27th jan 15 these are not received. since i was very busy during that time i could drop those documents on my own. I choose to deliver it by courier hoping that if will deliver in one day. Bt now i feel instead if i could have choosed to walk to the destination i would have had at least 15 to 20 rounds of it. Unfortunately, for me the docs could not be delivered on time and than had go through all bull comments from by senior. this is not courier sevice this is just a way to collect paper for giving raddi n then earn money by selling it. paper has its value. all crap.

                                        Hello there, I had made a courier on[protected] from Delhi to Dehradun, Uttrakhand with packet of max weight 400 gm (Consignment No. : D[protected]), at the time of Booking they (First Flight Courier ) promises to Deliver the packet within 3 to 4 days, but still packet is not delivered. I tried to trace my packet status but unable to trace after 17 Jan 2015. i tried a lot to contact Delhi office at ( Ph:[protected] /[protected] but not getting any response from any side.
