Packet reached Bangalore 2 days back and the internal delivery did not happen. The packet consisted of perishable food items which I am sure will be spoilt by now. They charged a bomb for not delivering the packet. More so, if you try to call them they have no clue neither any explanation for their mistake. Tracking number: J991M1721986

    First of all no reply from the company. I almost contacted four branch offices. nobody is picking up the call. Cant check the status of consignment in website also because a staff told website not working. Wat the hell is going on...Idiotsssss

      We had sent a parcel through First Flight and it was promised that we would get it four working days later with no delays whatsoever. When the time limit had passed, we first tried tracking it using the tracking number they had given us. It came up with no results. Hence, we started calling the offices and they all brushed us off and would not define a proper answer for us. We had sent a relative to ask about this parcel and they had replied with that the parcel had already arrived here in Australia. We had our suspicions, so we called the office, again, and they said that it was still there in Cochin in the customs. What is it doing there when it was supposed to send the FIRST IMMEDIATE FLIGHT. They had made us pay extra FOR NO PARTICULAR REASON. And we were given a MOBILE number to call, which was the First Flight International Service. First of all, it is not professional to give a mobile number and second, it was switched off, the line was not even busy or occupied by another caller, it was switched off. Our tracking number still does not work, and no one is ready to give us a full definite answer and where our parcel is and when we receive it. It was extremely important that we receive it because we had already asked people to pay for it, as it does concern OTHER people. Overall, I will NEVER rely on the service that First Flight gives us. It was the a total waste of time, effort and MONEY. I will never recommend this to anyone thinking o[censored]sing this. I regret that I had trusted and believed these people. They have no sense of responsibility and will not carry out their jobs properly. They are liars and cheaters.

          I book a letter in chennai on 1st of December, 2014 with the tracking number of C[protected]. When I check the status it shows it was delivered on 2nd December, 2014. But till date it was not reached to the right receipts mentioned in the letter. I am not getting any proper response from the booked office or in the First flight regional head office. Could someone guide and help me to take this issue forward.

          WE BOOKED A PACKET ON 11TH DECEMBER 2014 FROM OUR KURLA (MUMBAI) OFFICER IT IS ALREADY 6 DAYS ELAPSED NEITHER LETTER DELIVERED TO DESTINATION ADDRESS NOT TRACKING ON ITS WEBSITE, THERE IS NO RESPONSE SHOWING AFTER 12TH DECEMBER 2014.

          SINCE MORING WE MADE 52 CALLS TO THEIR MUMBAI OFFICER AT :[protected] EITHER THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING OR AFTER PICKING THEY HOLD THE LINE TILL 10-15 MINUTES WITHOUT ANY ANSWER.

          AFTERALL THEY ARE PROVIDING WORST SERVICE

              I have not received any update when it is shipped and now when i called the bank and enquirred they said they have sent through First Flight courier.. when iam tracking it is showing as delivered on 9th dec'14 itself.. but i have not received the consignment.. it is my Credit card pin which i was supposed to get .. Please check and do the needful on priority.. i tried calling CC but waited for 1 hour but could not get connected..

                I booked a parcel from Noida to Dehri-on-sone (Bihar) on 05/12/2014 by First Flight courier consignment no.W991B0906197. Commodity was skin gel and booking person saw this and he packed this parcel and accepted. I paid full courier charges Rs.120 at the time of booking. After 4 days on 09/12/2014 courier company called me that your parcel is returned from head office due to unacceptable item. I went to take my parcel but he refused to return courier cost which I paid at the time of booking. I attached booking receipt for your reference.

                  I have booked a parcel on 4th dec from bangalore to guwahati. Not reached till 10 dec. When i called customer care, they said they will check and get back to me in another 2 days.they are charging very high price and no commitment even after 6-7 days.do not use this courier.

                      Hello There With regard to the above awb no, I have been following up with your customer care and local branch people but there is no hope of delivering the courier to me. They expressed the address is not complete, to which I have already provided every information 2-3 days back but till date there is no whereabouts of this courier. I need a response / call back immediately to know, is it firstflight is going to deliver the consignment or is going to take its own sweet time??

                        I had send a parcel on 29th Oct 2014 which contains some important documents by First Flight courier ( Docket No : F991M0117647 from Bangalore to Noida) - First Flight couriers is claiming the parcel has been delivered to party on 1st Nov 2014 . But the party has not yet received . I have been following up with them for past many days - there has no response from any of thier office - The phones are either switched off or not responding .                           Hi Friends, I had very recent experience with First Flight Couriers, Bangalore. It is too worst service in India. There is no proper tracking details Agents don't know where your parcel / in which branch office. No proper response from the agents If you log a request in their customer care, no use of it. Agents deals too hardly with your parcel. - too many damages If your address is well clear and located in main sourrounding areas, then there is 10% chance to receive your courier. Else courier boy even not visit at your near by location and updates in their(office database) like "Wrong address". And send back your courier to main branch(Marathalli). You should follow to enquire about your courier by getting respective branch agents phone numbers. You request them to send back to your location branch and then you have to collect yourself. The complete process will take minimum 4-5 days. Here if you have a luck you will get your courier else.God only knows where it is.(becoz we dont have SEARCH(F3) buttons in real life to track your courier where on the earth) After all struggles, I collected my courier in the specific branch office. Be careful with this courier service.

                                  I live in Al Ain, but the package was delivered to Abu Dhabi. They call me on Thursday morning to find out where I lived in Dubai. I told them I lived in Al Ain. I told them the documents were very urgent. They said they had to send back to the Dubai flight courier office and I could pick up in Dubai on Thursday after 5 p.m. but before 8 p.m. I told them I would pick up in Dubai, but if I didn't pick up in Dubai on Thursday night then it would be delivered to my house on Saturday. I stay home from a trip to receive the important documents on Saturday. I get a call from first flight on Saturday morning and they tell me the document is still in Abu Dhabi!!! So that tells me if I had driven to Dubai on Thursday evening I would have wasted my time because the document wasn't there like they said. Then on top of that when they call me on Saturday morning they tell me the VERY important documents I need will not be delivered until tomorrow (Sunday). This is 4 days from when you said I would get my documents! I am livid! This is the worst company every! I will stick to using Aramex delivery. I ALWAYS get my documents on time. I was given a 2 tracking numbers by first flight and neither on works on the tracking form. The worst, I will NEVER recommend this company for delivering anything. I will actually talk bad about their horrible service and wasting my time.
