Packet reached Bangalore 2 days back and the internal delivery did not happen. The packet consisted of perishable food items which I am sure will be spoilt by now. First of all no reply from the company. I almost contacted four branch offices. nobody is picking up the call. Cant check the status of consignment in website also because a staff told website not working. Wat the hell is going on...Idiotsssss...

I book a letter in chennai on 1st of December, 2014 with the tracking number of C[protected]. When I check the status it shows it was delivered on 2nd December, 2014. But till date it was not reached to the right receipts mentioned in the letter. I am not getting any proper response from the booked office or in the First flight regional head office.
