Hello Sir, I Send a Courier with the First Flight Courier on 24-Nov -2014 and My Consignment no is "D991B2809093" I Send my imported document and it's regarding my Home loan but it not send form yet and i face problem to get home loan and i stack my home construction work. And when i check online status then it show Booking Date is 25-Nov 2014 that is wrong. I Face a loss around 100000 on my construction.

    My courier consignment no. is G991B0165040 DATED 18.11.14 Delivered from Ahemdabad(Gujrat). It was supposed to reach to my residence address but ‘Kolkata –chowrasta ‘ office has returned the courier since they could not contact my Bsnl mobile phone. I t proves that incase mobile contact is difficult, so mail will not be send to the destination even if the address is correct. However, please note that, this courier mail is very very urgent and I need to receive it by tomorrow (27.11.14).Any delay of this I may have to pay penalty to IT department. Please refer another three numbers for urgent delivery or contact those numbers for collecting from the nearest office close to my residence.       I have courier my product to my friend on 18nov from kanpur to ghazipur UP. And it contain 2shirts and 2card ..Bt when it reached to destination there will be ITEM LOST..someone open that couriour and tapped it too smartly and remove 1 piece of shirt and 1 card...and no party is going to take responsibility of that lost product either sender office or reciever office..and that will be a birthday present and i need that back...my consigment no-J[protected] and my [protected]@gmail.com, kindly report me as soon as possible

        With reference to above subject, I had kept an order on Amazon and the UBS store had dispatched the order by above mentioned date. The order was received at First Flight, Chennai and they are not bothered about the handover of item in stipulated time, now it is 2 months almost completed. They never bother to respond back and to understand the customer requirement and necessity, just they want to do some irresponsible business. Kindly, look this complaint as high priority and take necessary actions.

            This is to draw your kind attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over 2 packets parcels with reference number I991M0079679 & I991M0079680 on November 17, 2014 at your Pathankot(Punjab) branch that has to be delivered in Udhampur(Jammu). And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfil his promise. Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. When asked by me to the manager of your Pathankot Branch he had given me a response the same is dispatched to Delhi and the Consignment for Jammu goes via this route which is not told by him at the time of receiving the parcel also after continuous reminders, follow up I am getting the response the same parcel may be consigned, not sure to Udaipur(Rajasthan) instead o[censored]dhampur(Jammu). I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. But this time it was a big letdown. Also there is no support your company people dont know and not giving the exact status of the parcel. After doing every bit of it I am writing this mail to you if not get support from you I will be taking this matter to the district legal consumer forums and various social sites. I am totally harassed and fed up by the staff of your company.

                I have ordered my product from plancess.It was dispatched by first flight couriers from mumbai on 16th november 2014.It reached agra on 20 November 2014.On 24th November 2014 they assured plancess that product will be delivered todaybut it has not been done it has been 4 days excluding sunday.                   I m vinit..i asked in kota for urgent delivery to delhi..they told one and half day but after complete 2 days delivery is not done yet..i m very disappointed..                       I had couriered a package on 18th Nov and it was intended to arrive on 20th. Although it was a day late, I was not pissed off, but the fact that the courier wala actually arrived today and when he found out the bungalow was locked, he did not even think about calling and asking where the receiver(my father) might be. On top of that, when my father called up the Jaipur center, the person who picked up the call was very rude and used abuses and said that we could do whatever we wanted and the service would be like this only. I am planning on suing the courier service for its bad behaviour and poor service. The consignment no(as given on the receipt) is J991M1553324 i am Himanshu garg the courier was from kanpur to Jaipur, and the time when my father called was around 5:30 in the evening on[protected] and the time of the call was approx 10-15 minutes(to track who picked the call) please make sure this complaint is catered to as soon as possible

                        There is a major problem with this courier service company. They outwardly lie about consignments. Their common excuse for not delivering is "Party not available" or "Consignee not available". They never attempt deliveries nor do they call you before attempting. Many of my packages have been returned back to the shipper. When you try calling their phone numbers in branches or head offices, they never pick up. So no customer service or support. I now ask my shippers to avoid First Flight Couriers and pick a reliable one.

                              On 3rd November.I couriered my mobile phone through first flight company from Rasipuram(637408), Namakkal to Patna(800003), Bihar . The consignment was received at Patna on 8 november by my brother at the first flight office located at exhibition road, patna.The package was opened right there in the office but the mobile phone was missing. I have also received mail from the receiving office regarding the missing item(which is enclosed ) mentioning about the missing mobile. In response to the mail I took up the issue with first flight about the same .To my surprise I was told that the company wasn't responsible for it. i).The things received were: 1.charger 2. earphone 3.memory card ii). The missing item: 1.mobile phone : moto g2 (imei:[protected], imei :[protected]) I demand for the justice and the guilty to be punished

                                Hi, We sent a courier from Pune, Magarpatta City on 5th November to Trivandrum, Kerala but today is 18th November and the courier has not yet reached the destination. I have been following up with the Pune office of First Flight since a weeks time but I am not getting a satisfactory answer from them. They promised me that they would call on my cell number and update me about the status but till date I have not received any call in fact I have been calling them 4-5 times a day. Really surprised with such a pathetic service. The documents which were sent in the courier were very important and confidential and needs to reach the destination at the earliest.                                     I am Rajesh i had post a courier <J991M1865590> from varanasi on date[protected] for gurgaon phase-5 but still it is being past 8 days courier still not received and no information available through online tracking facility provided by firstflight.i had called number of times firstflight gurgaon office but no satisfactory answer given by them. document is too important and need to reach at right time. please do need full.

                                      This is regarding consignment no. O991Q0827974. this has been dispatched on 10th Nov from Gurgaon to Gaya, but its so many days now with no delivery and no status of the product. Today I saw they have now updated the destination city as Kolkata. This is heights of negligence and no concern for customer. For days they dont have any record of the delivery and suddenly they update the city as kolkata instead of Gaya while the product is in transit since last 10 days. They should shut down the courier services and start some sabji thela and all. Every time I suffer when any ecommerce site book my consignment with this pathectic courier service

                                        courier dispatched from Patna on 11/11/14 with courier no. U991M0360888 has not yet reached to address in Bangalore (262, block, 2nd floor, 4th main, 5th cross, near kudlu gate, singasandra, Bangalore -560068, Aecs Layout.) Despite repetitive calling and enquiring, they have not yet confirmed they status of this courier. and now they are not picking the calls. This is very urgent courier .
