i had dispatched courier to Nagpur from Gunter on 17-oct-2014, but till date(22-oct-2014)status not visible and customer calling service feedback about my courier is fully worst, they talking very roughly, also they say that we could not track your courier, and his last answer is
"your courier will reach there next two working days". same answer i have heard from last 6 days, ...my heartily feedback may be "this is worst courier service in whole world"

My courier dot No. B991Q2808706 containing PAN card dispatched from Mumbai on 04 Oct, 2014. I got SMS from DM-FFINFO " First Flight attempted to deliver your shpt# B991Q2808706 & is pending. Pls call [protected]/[protected] or email [protected]@firstflight.net". But, mobile no. [protected] is not available every time & after trying near about 10 times at land line no. [protected], they picked my call and gave me another mobile no. which again not picked after trying a lot. Then, I again tried to contact at land line no. every time they said it will be delivered today. But, after 17 days, I could not get my Courier. I am too much frustrated from their service. Today, I personally visited the courier office and found that Couriers has been sent back to PAN Card office, without making me any call.

Sir/Mam, I was sent a courier on 14/oct/2014 from Pune to Roorkee(Uttarakhand) with consignment no. M[protected] which I should have received by now but there is no clue where my courier is gone, Your online site is not even showing where it is...I made all possible way to search it I went to your Roorkee office and they even dont have any details PLEASE PLEASE help me in recieving my COURIER ASAP as it contains very important thing for me

first flight is by far the worst courier service I have ever used. I was expected a package on friday 17th october 2014, but nor has it reached as yet (today is 20th october). Moreover, the status of the package has not been updated since thursday, and it seems it hasnt even left yet. Calling all the numbers listed on the website has been completely useless. They do not answer, and if you are lucky to get through (after trying for almost an hour), then they just give you other numbers and hang up before you can say anything. Calling those other numbers is useless too, as they give you yet more numbers to call, and so the cycle carries on. Basically, there is no responsibility for your packages here. If you send a courier through first flight, you are on your own and are sending the package at your own risk. I will never use this pathetic courier service again.

I booked a parcel from first flight couriers Mughalsarai, Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh on 14th oct 2014.At the time of booking i was assured that within 3-4 days it will be dispatched to its destination i.e.Krishna Enclave, 153, Yashwant Nagar, Talegaon Dabhade, Pune, 410506.Its damn urgent for me.And these courier guys are providing the their hell service.There's not even any update regarding that.I am unable to track the parcel.My docket no. Is J991M1846882. Please help me out of this.Anyhow i need that by today i.e. on 18th oct.

This is with reference to the delay in delivery of courier dispatched from Delhi to Patna. I have booked a packet with Consignment no. D[protected]. The packet has not yet reached the destination. There is no update available in Web tracking. I have made several call to Customer support no.[protected]/[protected]/[protected].; However, no body is picking up the phone. I have got a no. of the representative from Patna Mr. Rahul (Mobile no. [protected]/[protected]). I have also made several call on the above no. but he has not picked up my phone. Afeter repeated call, when he has picked up my call, he says that please talk with Delhi Office. After repeated call on[protected]; the customer care officer has picked up my call but she has also given very poor response to my query. When I had tried to criticize the service, she has disconnected my call. I have also given e-mail today on the e-mail tracking option on the website. Today again, I have talked with customer care officer Ms. Bindu, (Ph. No.[protected], however she has again not given proper response to my query.Till now, I have not got any confirmation regarding the delivery of my packet at the destination. This is very serious issue. Though, the charge of First Flight Courier is more that the many other courier company available in the market; however the service is much lower than the expectation. I would like to bring this issue to notice of the management of First Flight; to please look in to matter at the earliest. You are therefore requested to please look into the matter and may take early steps to deliver my packet to the destination at the earliest.

I booked a parcel from Firstflight Courier, Chhindwara (Madhya Pradesh) and was assured that "No courier services delivers courier faster than Firstflight". Now I know what a joke they have been telling people around here. The Docket no. of my courier is M[protected] from Chhindwara to Navi Mumbai. It had important documents which had to reach Navi Mumbai by 16th Oct, 2014. Now when I checked the website for tracking it showed no movement at all for 2 days. I tried calling and emailing every branch office of Firstflight but no answer there too. I called the Chhindwara branch too but the ignominious people there didn't receive the call and put the receiver down. I even called the mobile number there but after calling it for about an hour they switched it off. The kind of service Firstflight is providing to their customers are sure to lose them forever. For a company that big it doesn't matter that a single customer is complaining but make them thousands of customers then only you would recognise the strength of customers.

Mokdumpur, Dist Malda -732103, West Bengal) by the First Flight Couriers Ltd bearing No. E[protected] from Mathabhanga (Cooch Behar) to Malda. But unfortunately till date (17.10.2014) I am not receive the letter. Generally people use First Flight Couriers for quick delivery but unfortunately from Mathabhanga (Cooch Behar) to Malda in the mean time 8 days passed there is no possibility of delivery. Secondly, it is a matter of surprise that I cannot trace the status of the letter, though it is the age of Information, the status is showing that only the Booking date on 10th October 2014. Thirdly, on 15th October I met the Office staff of the First Flight Couriers Ltd Malda Office but they cannot inform me about the letter and yesterday I have send a mail and phone call to Malda Office but they are silent. Kindly instruct the First Flight Couriers Ltd. to Deliver the Letter Immediately and take a bold step against the First Flight Couriers Ltd for their irresponsible activities. Due to delay to deliver the letter I am in a painful mental condition, please help me. In this connection kindly inform me how can I get my letter. I am awaiting your response please. Cons.No.S[protected], is not deliverd to our office till the date (16.10.2014). The web tracking details shows that the parcel reached at kottayam first flisght office on 13.10.2014.Please make arrangements to deliver the parcel at the earliest to the destination.

Hi, This is in regards to parcel tracking number d991q0767336, which was dispatched by British council, New Delhi to Noida. Due to non availability of the receiver at the address, parcel was sent back and its been lying in Noida hub office for more than a week regardless of no updated information. No call has been answered from their any office pan India. I wonder, If my future prospect gets hampered due to these stupids, It wont look good at all t you First Flight. Regards Angry Consumer

I had sent an envelope from Bangalore to Kalyani on 06.10.2014. As I write this, the courier hasn't been delivered yet. The consignment no. is [protected] (receipt attached). It contains a receipt of my health insurance, and a crossed cheque in the name of the insurance company. Their customer care executives say the concerned department isn't taking their call / the complaint has been escalated and they'll call me back. I wonder what they are busy with, I haven't recieved a call ever since. They claim to be a premium shipment company and their charges support the same. My opinion - YOU AND YOUR CLAIMS ARE A JOKE, FIRST FLIGHT. AND YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO DOESN'T LAUGH AT IT. The company I work for has FirstFlight as its Logistics partner. I'm writing to our Head of Admin stating this incident. Most probably FirstFlight doesn't really bother about such things, they are used to it. But I'll do my bit for them to justify this con job.

MY DOCUMENT IS NOT YETE DELIVERED BY FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS ITS BEEN A WEEK AND THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED NOR THEY KNOW THE STATUS OF THE DOCUMENT. IT WAS FROM PUNE TO BARODA AND THE PUNE TEAM SAYS BARODA TEAM IS NOT RECEIVING THEIR CALLS.. THATS IT... THEY DONT EVEN KNOW THE ADDRESS OF BARODA CENTRE THIS HAS HAPPEND ON 9/10/14 AND NOW IM LEFT TENSED AND MENTALLY HARASSED BY FIRST FLIGHT COURIER.

But this consignment is neither reached yet as on today 13/10/2014 nor I am getting any where about of this in your website tracking.
