My product :Huawei E173 3G data card Black Product code:- [protected] Courier ID #:-O991L157596 Delivery Address:- No. 21, Sri Lakshmi Avenue, Karasangal. Chennai-601301. He was not ready to give time even to sign the receipt. He did not even had pen with him. He urge my mother with high voice to search pen to sign and for the payment. when we question him to wait 2 minutes, he was very rude on us. He said to my mother "Do you think I have not other jobs rather than waiting for your single signature?" This is very worst experience we ever had on other courier companies. I wonder how First flight company keep such a deliver person and spoiling the name of the company. We are highly disappointed on your delivery service.       I am extremely disappointed with first flight service. My HDFC credit card ATM PIN was courier via First flight courier services. It was dispatched on 02-Oct-2014. I gave my residential address for dispatch. After waiting for a week on 10-Oct-2014. I checked the consignment details(C991Q2356628) on FirstFlight's Online tracking system. The status is Returned To Origin as address is insufficient. I did not receive any call from the courier guy. I have been living in the same address from past 1.5 years and have no problems in receiving the letters and couriers. Again, I called HDFC customer care to dispatch new ATM PIN. It was dispatched on 21-Oct-2014. After 4 days, I checked the consignment details(C991Q2464448) on FirstFlight's Online tracking system. I was shocked to know that in their system they said consignment is marked as already delivered to some XYZ person, there is no contact number of the receiver. I called the firstflight customer care and asked what is the address attached for the airway bill number (C991Q2464448), then their answer was they do not know the address, but it is delivered at somewhere else at you company. In fact the delivery address is not the company address(company seal and signature given), it is my residential address. I asked the scan copy of delivery. After some hours they sent the copy, I did not find my company seal there and some person Gondapa received it. I have enquired all my office courier desk there is no one by name Gondapa and also enquired my apartment security(just to check if it was delivered to my residential address), there is no one by that name. In reality I had never received my consignment and on trying to contact Either phone used to be busy or if it rings it goes to IVR and no one picks up the call.

      NSDL sent me my PAN card on 22 Oct 2014. When I checked the status tracking it said it was received by First Flight on 25 October 2014. But the reason for the delay in delivery was Insufficient Address. What NONSENSE. I have been at this address for the last 16 years and no one has had that complaint. It is 29 October 2014. Which courier takes one week to come from Bombay to Bangalore??

      VERY POOR SERVICE. No one even answers the customer care number. I am left hanging with some music playing all the time. When I finally got through yesterday only ONCE after trying for two days they took my complaint and gave me the branch phone number. these people have been dodging me ever since and keep saying, the courier will be sent now, in the afternoon, in the evening. it is 48 hours now since I have been following up. Nothing has come TILL NOW.

        Hi, This is satish babu and my consignment number is :C991Q2460942 . i would like to bring your notice that above courier is not delivered to me and it s updated as delivered in the status and remaining values are incomplete.As a responsibility of courier services the primary rule is that need to call the customer and inform orelse have to take the id proof details of the reciever.it was shocking to see that all values are incomplete .need Action urgently on it .Please revert back immediately taking an action on first flight courier services chandigarh which is the pure negligence of the team.             My father booked on 17 October 2014 from Kanpur To Trivandrum but we are not able to track my consignment and we tried so many phone number Mumbai, Coimbator, Delhi and Lucknow to track the status but no one picked the phone. Phone will be busy or ringing but no one pickup the phone. How is customer facility? I tried from SMS tracking and it shows in status as transist. I tried from website consignment and it shows only 17-Oct-2014 Kanpur Dispatched From Origin HUB but where is the courier. This is service we are getting from world wide courier service. If they are not able to provide the service better way they need to say...I am sorry i can't provide this Service. They need to understand it may be very urgent document but they are playing with customers no one cares for document.

                      I had sent the parcel from Delhi to Chennai on 29th December, 2014 and today is 6th January, 2015 the customer to whom the parcel was to be delivered has not received this.

                      Called First Flight on customer care number, not even a single person had the idea where the parcel is, Also called Mrs Gayatri (Senior Manager, Customer Care) where she told me to call the customer care number, further she informed me that the parcel will be delivered by today (6th Jan, 2015) but it was not delivered. On the same day evening i called Perangalattur branch in chennai where the concerned person was not even close to the word ENGLISH, but i managed somehow and he told we have not received any parcel after he checked the cargo area.

                      So, if any person who still wishes to solve my complaint at first flight office kindly let me know below is my contact number.

                      This is high time first flight guys, Hugely disappointed as you people lack professionalism and are not even close to the word "RESPONSIBILITY".

                      I have booked a parcel through first flight couriers on 10th feb 2015 from Chennai to Gurgaon and my consignment no. is C[protected] but till today i.e. 17th Feb 2015 it is not reached at its destination. I am calling first flight customer care but no one is responding properly and even not internet tracking i am unable to track the exact location of my parcel.                       Parcel sent from Nainital on 9th of April. upon tracking online i found out packet is in hyderabad now n I personally called the office to ask n they kept redirecting me to other no.s i called all of them then finally some one picked up n he said they don't have power in office so he'' check later n tell... what kind of a company is this, the packet has been in hyderabad n out for delivery since 13th of april 2015 n now is 22. The packet is still undelivered.

                      My consignment not received

                      My consignment no R[protected] was dispatched from Jaipur on 16th July 2014 and I have not received it so far.
                      I sent my bike from Karaikudi to Pune on April 3rd. It has been 25 days and not yet delivered. No one is responding properly. What kind of company is this? Hope somebody files a Police complaint against this company as a fraud company.

I can see my parcel has been shipped from Delhi to pune on 19th, but, still I have not received. No one is picking up my call at customer care or any of the office of First Flight. It is seriously the worst service, I have ever been faced. I would need my parcel ASAP.

The contact number to get in touch is always not getting through.I got a call on 22nd Oct regarding my parcel but it is not yet delivered to me while I checked in the website today i.e 27th Oct its showing reason as insufficient address but the reason is lack of effort taken by first flight delivery guy.                               Dear Sir, Its been a very disappointing customer service that i have received from first flight. I have booked Original certificate on 13 Oct 14 at Jaisalmer to MD Shahab uddin Bhagalpuri Mohalla Zero mile PO . Dist Arariya (Katihar) PIN 854311 . First Flight courier Jaisalmer committed to deliver on 17 or 18 Oct 14 So I choose this service and I not booked through speed post. Which requires at Araria on 25 Oct for the admission of my sister. I received a confirmation of dispatch of order on 14 Oct 14. I tried tracking the order online but its not providing enough information. After waiting for a while i called the Jaipur & Katihar but they did not responding where they committed to deliver the order before 25 Oct. Unable to receive the consignment on the promised time I tried calling them many times most of the time they didn't pick up the call or have cut the line in the middle of the conversation of Switch off.. A Penalty to be imposed on this company so that individual could not suffer because of their inferior services. If I received the parcel after required date it is for no purpose for sending via first flight. presently where is my parcel now..

                                Dear Sir, Its been a very disappointing customer service that i have received from first flight. I have booked a phone via the mobile store on 21st Oct. I received a confirmation of dispatch of order on 22 Oct. I tried tracking the order online but its not providing enough information. After waiting for a while i called the New Delhi Office in the morning where they committed to deliver the order before lunch on 25 Oct. Unable to receive the consignment on the promised time I tried calling them 10 times most of the time they didn't pick up the call or have cut the line in the middle of the conversation. They also provided me the customer care no which is [protected], i have been trying on this no as well for hours and hours but no one is picking it up. Please advise the staff to make sure the consignment reaches at the promised TIME.

                                        Address: Dimapur, Nagaland

                                        The consignment, numberT[protected] was dispatched from Madurai on 8th October for Dimapur to the consignee. Complaints has been registered at both offices yet i believe no action has been taken. Please do note that enquiry at the Guwahati office for the particular consignment but we were informed that the parcel has not reached thaier office. Also, two other consignment, apart form the first, were dispatched later from Madurai to Dimapur to the same consignee/add and the two consignment has been received. I would be thankful if thjs matter can be looked into. Thank you.
