I have ordered a product online from JABONG, it was dispatched by FIrst Flight Courier on 7th March from Guragon. Assignment no is o[protected]. I have not recieved the product, I have checked the status online but it's showing In Transit only. I have even called up the customer care, but they only misleaded me by telling to call this office or that office to check. The Gurgaon officials told me it should have been delivered, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE WHEN I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT AND I CHECKED WITH THE BHILAI BRANCH ALSO AND THEY HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT EITHER.       4 jeans sent to Bangalore but received 3 jeans by the party(bangalore) Kindly look into the matter, as it is a very bad experience I am getting. This is not at all expected from first flight. I’ve mailed the issue to the Borivali branch but not yet got any revert from their end. Kindly look into it on High priority as the 1 jeans which is short received by the party in Bangalore is the Jeans of Customer.. I've scanned the courier slip for your reference.         I ordered a couple of Foot care products from Scholl India Website on 18th of Feb 2014. I did not receive any kind of communication from the courier company First Flight. I registered a ticket on their website and informed them that I did not receive any communication till date. Since I work in night shifts, I gave my office mail department address so that they can take delivery on my behalf. Twice the product was returned undelivered stating that "No party in my name". I regularly order online and get the products delivered to my office. There were no call or email received for this informing that the mail dept. Did not accept the courier. Now I went ahead and asked the product to be delivered to my residence at Bangalore and the product was dispatched on March 14th 2014. I did receive a call on Saturday for delivery but I missed it. But my alternate contact Rajiv spoke to the delivery person and informed that we will not be at the house. I called up today to the same delivery person and he answered very rudely and said he can come only tomorrow. Again I told him that we are at home today and he told that he cannot deliver the courier and asked me to collect it from office. I believe his name was Sabarish. The kind of reply he gave to my friend and me was very rude and as a customer I really don't want to hear such responses. I am also from the customer service dept of a reputed concern and it is really painful when we hear such response. I asked him for a escalation contact and called and informed very clearly that the delivery person was very rude and he did not respond very well. Not sure what his name was. I again reiterated that I will be at my residence till 4pm and asked someone to deliver the product. He promised delivery and no one called me after that. Later I get an email that the product has been delivered to me and I signed it, However I did not receive the product. I believe the delivery guys signed the sheet themselves.


        Products delivery through First Flight Courier. The products not delivered till date.

        The courier company First flight had a computer error showing that the product was recieved. The vendor Scholl India apologized for the issue and made sure the product got delivered to me.

          my consignment number J991M0301658 containing documents was booked on 16/02/2014 from lucknow to guwahati but it is not yet delivered at destination, i approached guwahati first flight head office on 18/02/2014 &19/02/2014 but the courier service agents told me the same thing that it has not yet arrived, i tried calling the lucknow head office number[protected] which was an invalid number.I called first flight costumer service number[protected] but there was no response too.It was an urgent document they told that it would be deliverd on 2 day but it was all in vain.             I have requested for my pan card on 2nd January 2014. The income tax office released my package on 11th January. From the courier service they called me 18th January ( Saturday ) evening 4:30 pm to inform it, but I can't attend the call due to hospital case. So after 1hr i contacted them back. Then they informed i have a package in there. The staffs all gone at that time so they committed me the package will be deliver to me on 20th Monday. Monday morning i contacted them, to inform deliver my package. They told me the package given to the deliver boy and he will give me. So i waited to get my package and not received it. Next day i gone to the courier office and inform about it, they ask me to collect the courier parcel number so they can find it easily. So i collected the parcel number and given to them. Then they told me the parcel is returned to the Head office on Monday, so they can't do any thing. I didn't get my pan card up to this day( 12/02/2014). The pan card get within 25days but due to there irresponsible i am waiting for my pan card for 1 month and 10days. So my business is pending due to first flight courier service. What should i have to do? I hope you will take immediate action against the people working in there. The courier service address and details mentioning below.                 I Mrs Madhuri Kubal had submitted documents for courier through your courier company to be delivered to E-meditek TPA services Ltd, which as per communication with your executives were brought to my notice that the said courier was delievered by your lower parel office. I had asked for an acknowledgment from your company, but your excutives or staff from your office who are Deepika, Roshni (office telephone no:[protected], were highly unprofessional in their speech, they put me on hold for 10 mins for almost 4 times, and especially deepika spoke rudely that i was not understanding the things i wanted to explain. This is quite insulting. Your authority should follow a procedure to record the telephonic conversation taken up by your staff with the customers, so that you can understand how rudely they are conversing with customers, though the customer is in need & is innocent. Also it is my right to receive at my address the courier reciept acknowledged by the TPA, i.e a proof that the reciept is delievered to the necessary place Highly Unsatisfied with your services.                   I am vineet saxena. My Consignment for First Flight Couriers with Consignment No.PJ0159444, despatched on 04-Feb-2014 is currently with lucknow or Bangalore since 7 days & is not yet delivered to my elder brother home in Bangalore. On 10th Feb it was branch misroute. No branch is taking responsibility to delivery & they are passing the consignment to each other. I called all branch office, saying they sent to Bangalore branch, Bangalore branch saying they not yet received it. I highly escalate the worst services by FirstFlight, behaving like govt postal dept. I think postal dept is much faster then this courier co. who plays within their own department themselves. Hence I am filing consumer complaint for Pune office for the delay in service, delivery & harassment that they are doing to me. Main thing is this, in my consignment there are very important medicine. Which was very costly. My consignment was insured. But they people are saying you will reimbursement as per our rules. When Tracking the Consignment it shows delivered to some other person with phone number on it, called the person and found that he did not receive any parcel with the said name. Consignment no: B991Q4286000 2) I have booked a 2 Online Policy from ICICI lomboard on 22/10/2013 and asked from hard copy to be dispatched. They dispatched both the documents on 23/10/2013 through First Flight Courier but i have not received the documents till date. Today i called to find out about my documents to ICICI customer care people, they said it has already been received by someone else. But I didn't ...I called again on Saturday they told there is no delivery man so we are open on Sunday will deliver it on Sunday sure...again no delivery I called next day then delivery man arrived but not at my house but at about 1.5 km from my home asking me to take my parcel as they can't find my house...they even didn't tried to come to an area where I live ...                             I have online purchased Micro SD Card from snap deal. He had dispatched memory card on dated 27/12/2013 (First Flight consignment number is O991L0356289). But online tracking is showing it is pending for consignee request from 30/12/2013 but I have not received any call from first flight.                             I have sent a parcel with tracking code 0991B0521220. The same had been sent to punjab. As per the representative if you want to deliver it the next day you have to bear special charges.

                            As it was an urgent courier I had paid INR 500 for the same.

                            It was dispatched as on February 05, 2014.

                            The same has not been delivered till date as on February 12, 2014.

                            Same could have been delivered in INR 180 by blazeflash and the always deliver at the same address in 2 days.

                            This is a fake company.

                            Consumer executives give number of other places and keep transferring calls.

                            Will never trust this company.

Till 1400 Hrs on 13 May 15 i was informed that it is in transit and will reach you soon. But at about 1900 Hrs on 13 May 15 they informed that it has been returned and they don't know the reason.

                            As i Mentioned that packet wa containing haryana affordable housing application form whoes last date is 20 May 15. First flight representative says he will return the packet by 14 May 15 to the person who booked it.

                            But what about my dream of house in haryana affordable housing scheme, now there is no way to submit the application form. I am retiring from Indian Navy next year and will have no house to get settle my family.

                            can there be any other harm which can be done to anyone. I have been ruined by this courier service but i request you to take strict action against the service provider so that same thing or worst than it happens to someone else.

                            This is to bring to notice the irresponsible way in which the first flight courier services handles the work entrusted to them by the customers.
                            A consignment remained undelivered to the recipient 5days after its arrival at the regional off ice at Kudlugate in Bangalore, due to unavailability of delivery boys.
                            The person in charge at the office did not bother to call up the recipient that the parcel had arrived.When asked about the contact no. of manager for registering complaint, he was not ready to share the same.
                            The customer service is deplorable to say the least.No one bothers to attend the customer calls which includes through the two landline nos. and a mob. no. provided at the website.

                            Parcel not received

                            I have send the parcel from noida through first flight curier but i am not getting any information about the parcel where exactly it is...kindly help me out to reach my parcel to destination.

                                This is one of the most irresponsible courier services I have ever seen. Last week a courier with the consignment number C[protected] which contained my HDFC Bank passwords were dropped in my letter box without even informing that the courier has been delivered. No calls were made when the door was found locked. When I check First Flight website, the delivery boy Chetan Pawar (from First Flight Aundh branch in Pune) had updated that a security called "More" had received the courier. Co-incidentally, this particular security guard is on leave for the last 20 days. So, after dropping my bank passwords in the outside letter box, the delivery boy WRONGLY updates the courier records that a security guard has received this courier. To top it all..Who has authorized him to even deliver this to the security guard!! I need to get a call if the door is found locked since it is a bank courier. The same thing happend today when I got an email from HDFC bank that my debit card PIN has been delivered through First FLight Courier Airway Bill Number B991Q3843332. I called First Flight courier Aundh Branch today and spoke to Arvind Sutar who informed that this courier has been delivered already to some Mr. SINGH!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! If this complaint is not looked into..I will have to file a lawsuit against First Flight courier and make sure that the right actions are being taken against these guys.                                   I am writing this regarding the constant harassment I am facing because of firstflight courier people in my area. I never receive my courier on time and many times it does not come at all. My tehelka magazine is sent through them. It never comes to me and I have to complaint to the Tehelka people many times before it is sent to me.

                                  Similarly recently I ordered a spectacle from a company and they used firstflight courriers. Despite my address being complete the message I received on the tracking code was that the address was insufficient ! I faced the same problem everytime someone in my family applies for a PAN Card because the PANCard people use firstflight couriers.

                                  This is despite the fact that the telephone number and the detailed address was on the parcel. And I receive tens of posts on the same address every week !

                                  I had to personally go to the New friends colony branch to pick my courier upon which the branch people said why I didn’t put my floor number on the address ! This shows that they didn’t even attempt at visiting my residence because had they come to my house they would have seen that I live in a house and not a flat ! In-fact they didn’t even try to make a phone call to the number on the parcel. ! What a lame excuse. I am even putting the photo of the address on the parcel so that the concerned officials can see and realize how lame an excuse was made by their employees.
