Hi, My First Flight tracking number is B991B2093457, I have sent a PROVOGUE WRIST WATCH worth Rs 4000 from Mumbai Andheri to Amaravati. I have sent it on 6th October and was NOT ABLE TO TRACK IT, after very long conversation with the first flight representative they on 9th October they said that it is recieved at the Amravati first flight office. After two to three days of followup with the First Flight office the SAID VERY LINIENTLY THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIND THE PARCEL AND CANT HELP ME ON THIS. I HAVE LOSSED MY 4000 Rs BRANDED WATCH THINKING THAT IT WILL BE SENT SAFELY BY THEM BUT THIS PEOPLE ARE THE CHEATERS AND GENERALLY ROB THE PARCELS ON THE WAY. Not only in my scenario, there are many reviews on various sites. People Please Dont Use First Flight Courier THIS IS WHAT I RECOMMEND. PLEASE TRY AND FIND ANY OTHER SIMILAR SAFE COURIER SERVICES.     The courier was sent from Bangalore on the 6th of Oct. '14 and till date I have not received it in Shillong, Meghalaya. The Consignment Number for the parcel is F[protected] . These are urgent documents that I require and have been waiting for them since long. I have tried calling your customer care but no one is able to provide me with a clear answer as to when it will be delivered. Please do the needful and deliver it urgently.       M991B0895183 was my courier docket no. It was sent from Pune to Bangalore on 30th September. On 1st October, when i checked the status, it was showing that the address is wrong. But, the address was 100% correct. I checked up with the courier service at Pune and they were clueless. I called up your customer service representative and unfortunately they were not able to track the courier. They promised to get back which they never did. 2nd October was your holiday and so I had to react because earlier, one of my valuable item was stolen from the packed and the courier service was of First Flight only. I called up the Kormangla office of First Flight(8th Block) and they transferred the call to the delivery boy. He confirmed the shipment being delivered but the status was still showing "wrong address". I had to personally go to your office to collect my package. My parcel was lying there. I am sorry to say but they were least bothered to update the information or answer me correctly. They informed that they received the parcel by 4:30 pm and since they cannot do the delivery, they updates as "wrong address". Pathetic service by First Flight.

        I had sent one parcel to on Sep 24. with pod M991B0971130. They had promised that it will be delivered within 3 days and now its being more than TWO WEEKS and my parcel is misplaced, and even after soo many f/ups email and ph call no one at First flight is able to give me an update on where my parcel is. Couple of days I spoke to someone in Pune (who had collected the parcel from me) with mobile number [protected] and he promised that he’ll check and let me know the status asap. Now I’m trying to call him since yesterday for more than 15 times and he is not taking my call. This is the way of their services? It may happen that, due to some reason it might get delayed. But, not responding to calls and unable to provide with the actual STATUS does not REALLY make any SENSE. I need to know where my parcel is and when can you deliver it? It’s a VERY URGENT DELIVERY and just because of your such inappropriate Service, it might effect me badly. and FIRST FLIGHT will be responsible for this. GET BACK TO ME URGENTLY with the exact INFORMATION.

            Hi, I had ordered a product in amazon last month and it got dispatched Sep 30th 2014by first fight but still you people are not able to deliver this product till today (09.10.2014) I have raised a compliant three days before till today there is no call and there is no proper response.                   It is very unfortunate to expect these kind of service and misbehaviour from a well known couriers...I am regular customer in e commerce, buy items from almost all the online sites...but whenever the item is sent via first flight it wont reach me...they say they have no service at my place Kunnamangalam calicut 673571 which is in your servisable area so that the online dealers send through you...But when it reaches Calicut courier office they call me and demand to collect the consignment from their office 16 km from my place Kunnmangalam...this is happening for last 2 years...There are occasions when they sent the items back to the dealer even without a call to me putting "insufficient address"Many times i have cancelled my orders by knowing that shipment is via first flight.The following are the some of the consignments i faced the same D[protected] F[protected] LF0472194

                    Sorry to state the poor service rendered by a well known courier company like yours I had been booked a consignment from Kurnool from one of my Client from Kurnool Andhra pradesh with POD NO A[protected] DATED 21/9/2014 and there was a call from your office on 24/9/14 stating to come and pick the document from their office as they say that it is not in their area. They had sent back the same stating that the customer has refused to take the document.
                    Now today they again called and asked me to pick the document from their office.

                    if that is so then there is no purpose of booking a consignment and me being a marketing proffessional covering entire andhra pradesh cannot go every time to pick the document.

                    The service rendered by FIRST FLIGHT COURIER IS PATHETIC.

                        Gentleman, My Name is Atul and I am from Rajsamand (313324) Rajasthan. my complaint is regarding the COD service of First Flight Couriers in my city. Me and my family do regular online shopping at snapdeal, myntra, jabong etc which all ship with firstflight. The Local FF Agent 'Ria Collection' never delivers the COD orders to my home and asks us to come and pick up the parcels ourselves. The place is 4 kilometers from my home and its very inconvenient to find time during office hours to pick up the parcels. Whats the point of shopping online with all of its negatives when you lose the convenience of getting product at the doorstep ? Moreover, its unsafe to pick up the parcels for women and girls from the place because many indecent and loafer like boys offen hang around at the place. Me and My wife have given multiple complaints to FirstFlight's regional and jaipur office but to no avail. This is not the kind of service we expect from leading courier companies. Kindly convey the message to firstflight which does not even has a dedicated customer care cell or number.

                          My consignment no.j991m1700630 was packed from sultanpur origin and reached delhi on 01 oct 2014. The status was showing out for delivery but no reached on time. When called the first flight they said due to holiday on 02 and 03 oct we are unable to deliver. My complain is when it was clear that next two days will be off then why it was not delivered on 01 st. My parcel contains railway ticket for journey on 04 oct early morning and due to sheer negligence of first flight i am not be able to board the train.when called mr deepak ( [protected]) and requested for the delivery the area sales manager of rohini said we cant do anything and you can complain and can take any steps as we are unable to do anything from our side. I would raise my seroius concern about the negligence and rude attitude of first flight . When it was reached at destination on 01st oct why it was not delivered the same day. No one taken the responsibilty and I have to bear a huge loss due to non availibilty of my ticket.

                            This mail is in regard to items been stolen in the above mentioned awb. The courier was supposed to reach bangalore from gurgaon and the concerned person delivered the package without getting it signed by the concerned receiver and also without calling and informing the receiver. Of course the intention of stealing few items from the bag is very evident because the receiver could not check the courier then and there and record a remark. It is shameful that you guys are encouraging such activities and yet you will issue them diwali bonus after performing such activities. I want a compensation for the loss I incurred because it not only was a monetary blow to me but an emotional one too. Kindly revert back asap atleast after treating a customer like this and let me know what future action will you people take

My consignment no D991Q1047608 from HDFC Bank has arrived at yours Una branch but instead of delivering parcel at the address they are calling and asking us to go to the branch and collect the parcel from there and saying they do not deliver consignment at anyone's home address.                               This is very disappointing that delivery person asked me to collect parcel myself from Amb bus stand .when asked to deliver at exact address he said I don't know anything i[censored] want it u need to come here. I told him there are only 3 ladies including me at present at home and we can't come n provided him directions. When asked about his name n courier company he disconnected the call even.got to know courier company from Delhi. I am giving phone number of this extremely disgusting, rude person so that action can be taken against him [protected]

                                This consignment number was given to me by axis bank kopar khairne branch for tracking my debit card through first flight courier vide consignment no. B991z240812

                                This consignment was supposed to be delivered to mr. Indubhushan mishra, c 402 shakuntala shankalp lodha heaven dombivli east 421204 but track recoprd shows that it has del;ivered to some one else asha .

                                I am afraid that my pin number also to be delivered to the same person and if it is the case my debit card will be misused.,

                                Please clarify the status as i have not yet received my debit card of axis bank .


                                It is surprising that confidential documents are delivered to other person - how .

                                Any way it will be sole responsible of first flight courier to repay in case of misuse of my debit card .

                                  I had to send an important document through first flight and that was not delivered for almost a week.When I called them up, the response was bad and was not helpful.After continuous calls, I learnt that the document will be returned to me because they said that there was no one to receive it, which is not true in the first place and I had mentioned the recipient's and my mobile number and none o[censored]s got a call.And the customer service was the icing. Horrible experience it was and its been more than a week and I am yet to get that document returned to me.

                                    please dont trust flirst flight courier - they steal ur valuable s from the courier dent to you rrecently i recd a courier and was deliberate;y delayed and was told to me that my door was locked when i was actua;y wating for the courier. after repeated calling they otld it iwll beddelivered but when i got the packafge it was opened already, wheni enquired the courier boy he said i dont know you have to talk to office peoeple i tried calling head office and corporate office to lodge a complaint nobody would lift the phone if they answer they will put you on hold till you get frustrated and hang up some of valueables are still missing

                                      I was expecting a mail from HDFC Credit Card division on Sep 29th. I have called credit card customer service and they told me that mail was dispatched on Sep 25th and gave me the consignment number C991Q2254480 to track the status. When i checked the status it said “No Such Consignee At Give” and was returned to Hub. I tried to call them multiple times on[protected] but none of them would respond. I don't understand how they confirmed that i was not there to take the mail without calling me. This is the second time that happened in the last 2 weeks. My first consignment number was C991Q2142801 which was returned to the origin. This is the worst courier service that i have ever experienced.

                                        My mother had sent a courier of some home made sweets and medicine for my younger brother in IIT Jodhpur. The package was booked on 24th September. The consignment number is - W991M0401035. It's been more than 5 days now, the package is still lying somewhere in the Jodhpur branch and hasn't reached its location. After many stressful calls, the official at the First Flight Courier Office in my Home Town of " Kosi-Kalan" District Mathura inform us that our package has been spoiled by the rats. Now, safe guarding the package from the action of rats is the job of the First Flight Courier Company as they charge us heavily for their services. They are using rats as an excuse for their negligence in service. This has happened for the 2nd time, despite repeated complaints. And on telling them to take some action, they reply back that they need something in written. The package still hasn't been delivered to my younger brother in IIT Jodhpur. This has been very distressing and needs to be looked at. The services of First Flight Couriers is not in accordance with the large fees that they charge for it.
