Hi first flight team,
I'm writing this mail to improve your services and to keep up your brand name with customers. My mother's pan card was sent by the pan card team through first flight couriers.

This is the reference number: b903z7791567. The status of this reference number was changed to delivered on[protected]:15:00. But i did not received the courier till today morning (12-oct-2018). So contacted chennai regional office and they gave a number who is the incharge of padi branch.

I called the incharge of padi branch and he informed me to come to office and collect the courier today (12-oct-2018). I reached the padi branch office by 10.15 but the branch was not open and i called the incharge again to check. He asked me to wait and finally the branch opened at 11.00 am (12-oct-2018).

When i was just checking the status with one of the guy in that branch the response given by him was not proper. His behavior was very rude. Below listed are statements from the branch guy.

1. Do whatever you want and you wont get the courier.
2. Why did you reach out to regional office and so i will return the courier to the pan team mumbai. He was threatening me saying that i will not get my courier.

Another lady came in around 11.30 and i explained the scenario to her. But that lady also shouted and said like "the branch will open at 12. Pm only and so you have to wait". I again told her that i came at 10.15 and she was also not ready to listen to me.

Finally one guy was there to help me out and he told asked to wait till today evening and if the courier is not reaching then he asked me to call him and gave his number.

Request you to take action on this which will improve your branch name.

    I have a shipment from sikkim manipal university to bangalore with code f[protected] the shipment sent via first flight and it received in first flight hub in bangalore on 7-oct-2018 and sent to nagawara branch in bangalore at 8-oct-2018 till today the parcel still at nagawara branch even after my call to branch on tuesday 9-oct-2018 and they promised me that it will be delivered next day but the shipment still not delivered till today (13-oct-2018), i am trying to contact with them via e-mail without any response, the parcel contains very important document for my career and i need them urgently.

      The packet has been despatched from ranchi on 3rd october 18, in spite of regular call at your various offices no whereabout of this parcel, i strongly condemn the careless attitude shown by your company. A local courier service is better than you, i need full refund of this parcel and an immediate response invthis regard.

        I have applied for a pan at pan centre having acknowledge no [protected], such pan was handed over by nsdl to first flight on 7 the september 2018, however till date i.           I have two couriers from yes bank and nsdl which were sent by first flight courier.in the tracking it shows that, the package is dispatched from hyderabad hub to branch for delivery. But when i called the branch regarding the parcel, they were keep on saying that we are searching for your parcel.

          One package is received at their end 20 days ago and another parcel 10 days ago. But still they didn't delivered them.

            The status for my pan was shown as "your pan card has been dispatched on 29-sep-2018 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z7865268, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 09-oct-2018." as of 10 october, the only update was "mumbai [protected] 14:54 dispatched from major acc. Hub".

            The first flight website gives no contact for customer care. On calling the corporate office and regional office numbers, the phone is never picked up. On complaining through email on 8 october, and sending a reminder, i received a response on 9 october (The email chain is attached below) giving the last update as being sent to mau, and asking me to contact them and enquire. On enquiring at the mau office, i was asked to go to other offices and told to wait till evening on 10 october.in the evening, i was told to come the next day at 10 am. On going on 11 october, i was told to wait for half an hour more. On asking again after an hour or so, the person started misbehaving and told me to not disturb him, and that he had no record of the parcel. On showing him the email as also the fact that it is forwarded to him as well, he said that he does not understand any of it as it is in english. He also said that i can complain wherever i wish to, he does not care, and he is not going to do anything about the issue; if i want, i may search the bags myself.

            Is this the sort of service a courier service is supposed to provide? And what sort of rowdy fraudsters has first flight employed? Earlier also, first flight has returned parcels, marking it as insufficient address, without so much as giving a call on the mobile number provided.

            Such fraudsters should not be allowed to run a courier office at all. First flight, either get proper agents, or shut down your fraudster business.

            And who is going to compensate for the monetary loss, as well as the mental harassment that first flight puts people through?

              First flight courier service is not delivering my pan card for the past 10 days and there is no response to calls and emails from them. They are providing the worst service and they do not have any kind of respect on interest in looking into the customer issues.

                My brother sent me courier from chattisgarh its not reached me yet and on tracking the consignment no in their website it shows as delivered to some unknown person whose contact no is also not mentioned in the site. Firstflight's customer care no mentioned in the website is wrong and is not working. Worst courier service i have ever seen. There is no option in their website to log a complaint.

                It was very important document which was sent through firstflight and now these careless ppl have no idea as to where it is delivered. This is the last time i have ever used this company.

                      I am not hoping to get any answer as customer satisfaction rate is 2%. First flight couriers is a pathetic company i have ever came across. I was supposed to get my pan card (Bill# b903z6103205) by 4th sept 2018 but havent received it and nobody is picking up the phone i tried on delhi and gurgaon's number and i have talked to nsdl as well but no action has been taken. Its not our fault if courier company has no managment and lost their orders. I have paid a regular fee to get the pan card but it was all wasted. Alot of people have ragistered complaint about pan card only it means it is happing with each and every customer like me. Nsdl need to take the responsbility as they have sent my pan card frm pathetic courier company who dont reapond and do not give basic services to their customer. I am sure first flight couriers is a fraud company and it is clearly visible too. Kindly take an action if you can and contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

                          I booked medicines through courier from masudpur, vasantkunj branch on 03/10/[protected]@12.00 hrs. It has not reached the destination - begusarai till 08/10/18.

                          On checking the status on first flight website, it is showing despatched from delhi on 04/10/18.
                          I have called customer care no[protected] at least 500 times, but this number never works.
                          Called delhi no[protected] at least 50 times, no response from this number either.

                          a word of caution to all the customers of India- Please abstain from sending any item/parcel through First Flight Courier. Its totally worst and fraud kind of company and have no tracking system of items. Let us penalize this fraud company for ever.

                            I have booked a courier from bokaro to gurgaon by first flight which consists of important documents which needs to be reached within a week but even after booking on 29-sept-2018 it showed dispatched and today is 8- october 2018 no updates on my courier what is going on i don't know whenever i visit the parcel office they tell me that it will reach it will take time how much i will wait you lost the trust of me and my organization as we regularly send a lot of shipments and documents from my office but after this incident no more trust on this courier service my consignment number is u[protected].
                            Kindly look into this matter and resolve it asap.

                                We had booked a consignment on 3rd of oct-18 from purnea (Bihar) to jamshedpur (Jharkhand) bearing the docket no. U991b0721251 but after dispatch of three days there is no any status is showing in tracking site. Trying to take the contact no from ff site but all are false. Since it contains some important medical documents so its very urgent for us.

                                  Hi,
                                  This is not the first time its continuously happening pan card allotted through first fight couriers is not being delivered on the mentioned date and on the mentioned address we are facing lots of issue due to this, and no proper response is received if we visit the r. S puram branch to receive the pan.. No response from the number provided by them. Give us a proper solution so that we can collect in on time we are very much dissatisfied with first flight couriers. Because all the courier is been delivered on time except this. Totally five time it has happen no calls for dispatch of pan and no response or call or delivery done.. Is there any solution to solve this issue or share us the mail id or contact number to whom we need to speak regarding these issues

                                      Never responding about any calls. Every where putting their wrong customer number... They are not delivering any consignment timely and not in correct address always updating wrong status at their portal.

                                      I don't know whey they are misguiding their customers...
                                      They don't have any support center... Every one putting their wrong numbers in website.

                                      Yes i talking about whole first flight courier every where in india.
                                      Here i am raising this about shop no. 45, indra rd, nagarni, vikas nagar, kanpur, uttar pradesh 208024.

                                      Always phone is going to switched off...
