I have applied for pancard and delivery is to be done by first flight courier. When call them, he said we will not deliver the courier, if you want it then come and collect from thei office at ghatkopar. Previously, also my uncle had sent some important papers through first flight and same thing happened. I had never experienced such incident for other courier services. I don't know why pan office chose first flight despite poor ratings.

I had applied for my pancard, it's showing status sent through firstflight courier B903Z6130136 but past 10days not delivered and no customer service number or email to follow up. Worst courier service then ever I seen in my life.

My consignment vide doc no u991m1212440 was out for delivery on 8th sept from jamshedpur to cuttack and now it's already 23 rd september...
I had not received my parcel... It contain some important documents... I am not able to track my document as tracking site is just showing the status as in transit...
I had tried several times to call customer care but they are not answering the call.. Also written mails on your official site still no response...
Plz do the needful... Need my courier urgently... Contact me at [protected] and let me know about my courier.

Your masabtank, hyderabad branch service is very worst (Ek dum ghatiya). The delivery boy of this branch told me to come and collect my pan card at a spot other than my delivery address. I complained this matter to my nearest police station also. But still they didn't deliver my parcel till now. It is 4th day today. Again on monday i am going to register a case against the manager and delivery boy of this branch.

Sir my pan card delivery date is 28/08/2018 but he delivered 22/09/2018 and while delivering time my mother is at home and she is illiterate. Mr. Gaurav told her to 500/- rs charges for petrol. At last he take 200/- rs from her. Please refund my money from mr. Gaurav ([protected]).

Respected sir, nsdl has sent my pan card on[protected] and is arrived at himatnagar on[protected]As per online status) but still i have not received my pan card and online status shows the status as "pending - non service station" since last 10 days. If you didn't had service station at himatnagar then why you have taken the parcel??. Now you had accepted the parcel to deliver, you have to deliver the parcel. Otherwise i have to go to consumer court. So please deliver my parcel to me as early as possible.

I (Yohan kumar) have applied for pan card and its suppose to be delivered by first flight on 15 sept. 2018. But instead i received the message that its delivered to someone called jaya. I am not sure who is jaya and no one is there as jaya in flats. This is very irresponsible that to for pan card. Cn:b903z6122117.

I tried calling but no one is picking.

Hi,

I had booked a courier on 10th September, 2018 through First Flight, Viman Nagar, Pune, India, Branch. The consignment number is M991B7810854. The courier is yet to be delivered. It was supposed to be delived in 3 days and now already 10 days have passed.

The courier contained important documents and I am really worried about its status and when will it get delivered. No one replies on the mails and no one call backs. Many time people dont even pick the phone. Call center number is use less and again no one picked phone there.

Till now I have spoken to Nazeema, who is Pune head and Vinod who is Viman Nagar head.

I am really disappointed with the attitude of First fligt employees and how the courier is handled. It has been a frustating experience so far. Please escalate this matter and do something if you can.

My PAN card was dispatched on August 29, 2018 by FFCL with AWB number B903Z4252945 and the reference number[protected] with the expected delivery date was September 5, 2018.

I have tried to track the details but is found that the PAN card was dispatched to BHEL on September 6, 2018 however I have not yet received it!

I am in need of the PAN card immediately and none of the customer care numbers get connected.

What am I supposed to do?? Its been more than 20 days and have no idea where to even collect the card.

Its necessary for NSDL to opt for a better courier which can deliver on time!

Tracking number # d991z7619448. The package was sent on[protected] from delhi. Even though it reached the destination address area (Whitefield bangalore). The status is "pending - branch misroute" since two days and the dates of the different status are not in order. Please check the snapshot of the status.

The problem is i am not able to reach out to customer care. It is as if the customer care is not existent. After reading about people's experiences with first flight i am worried that i will not get my parcel or loose a lot of time and peace of mind in doing so.

Please do check the snap shot of the status which i have attached and ensure that it is delivered to me. Many deliveries from amazon on the same address have never faced any issues.

My fees dd was booked through first flight courier service on 8th of september from kanpur, uttar pradesh to phagwara, punjab with consignment number: j991m7693311. Unfortunately i have not recieved it yet. The tracking details are reflecting that it has reached phagwara. We are unable to locate the first flight office in Kolar or Bangarpet.

Contact numbers not available. Tried contacting Bangalore regional office, but one line is out of service and other one is always engaged

Your office does not even have customer care number.
