    Dear sir/madam,
    I have applied for job in panasonic company gurugram and they had issued me hard copy of gate pass, appointment letter through first flight and first flight assure that my courier will delivered on dated 09.09.2018. I have to report panasonic gurugram 11.09.2018 and without gate pass they reject my appointment. I asked one of employee of first flight mr. Umesh rathaur mob no [protected] and they replied me very rudely that your courier will not be dispatched. It is very ashamed that these type of employees are in one of india's biggest courier company.

    Kindly do needful in this matter.

      My pan card is dispatched nsdl from pune to latur via airway bill no. M991q4820229 on 05/09/2018 and it shipment tracking shown me details that it reached in latur on 06/09/2018 at 15.27 but till 08/09/2018 i have not received the card or any phone call stating your pan card is received please collect my objection is why pan card is not delivered on my address why should i collect my pan card from your office when it is your duty to deliver it at my address.
      I went to collect card at office they told me that it will be delivered today and delivery boy has taken along with him i wait till 6 pm on 08/09/2018 still not received the card at home address then i called to office in latur on contact no.[protected] and told them shipment number then officer told me that i can collect from office so i went to office and asked for the card then they told me that card is sent to office in shivaji chowk and it is now closed and it will now be delivered on monday so i didnt understand actually what is happening and when i asked them to deliver the card at home then they told me it will not be delivered because we are not having enough staff and you have to collect it from office here is the big mistake and i got angry we are paying fees to nsdl along with courier charges then what is the use of courier service and why you are taking contract to deliver pan cards if you are not having enough staff so i am going to make complaint with nsdl as well for non appointing such courier agencies which does not have necesary resources according to contract.

      As well i will make a complaint with consumer forum if not delivered at my home.

        I have sent the courier on 21st Aug 2018 and it has still not reached my relative in Hyderabad. The first flight service is not even answering the customer calls and they are also not helping to track the courier. Its been so long and they have not delivered my courier.

          Your PAN card has been dispatched on 27-Aug-2018 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903Z4270757, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 06-Sep-2018.

          But till date on 06.10.2018, PAN Card not deliver in my address.

          Please look the matter seriously.

            My parcel was dispatched from mayur vihar, delhi on 30th of aug for dehradun, today is 8th sep and i have no information where my courier is … bad service and equally bad response from courier company..
            I was charged rs. 375 /- for my parcel promising that it will get delivered at destination within 2 days, it’s been 10 days and no response …courier service is taken by people to get things delivered fast if i would have known would have sent my parcel thru speed post same would have got delivered by now …

                Sir my tracking no. Was w[protected]. I wait for long time but don't receive my courier then i check online, i saw that you courier was already delivered but i don't receive it. Then i go to gwalior courier they told me that they delivered to wrong address and told me you get your courier in one or two day but till 7 after i don't receive my courier, sir please do something

                    Consignment was despatched from jamshedpur on 25/08/2018. Consignment arrived in mumbai - marol hub on 31/08/2018 at 10.55 am. Consignment was despatched to thane branch for delivery from marol hub at 11.27 am and arrived at thane branch at 14.17. Consignment was not delivered on 31/08/2018 under the reason "pending - late arrival - scheduled for next day delivery". The consignment was not delivered from 01/09/2018 to 05/08/2018. Consignment was finally delivered today i. E. On 6th september in afternoon. My complaint is why consignment was not delivered for 5 days. Since it was a cheque, it troubled me a lot and i had to spent lot of time in following up the matter with consignor. Who was at fault & why the concerned should not be punished?

                      Reached agrico branch on 29.08.2018 at 1033
                      Pending aagrico branch on 29.08.2018 at 18.22 (Pending-branch misroute)
                      I have tried on phone on your help line no.[protected],[protected],[protected].[protected]. All time line is busy, no one reply. I personally visited the agrico, jamshedpur branch at the address: first flight, 726, agrico golchakar, jamshedpur at 11.00 am. But shop was closed.
                      Would you please help me to locate and arrange to send the document to the addressee or comunicate me.

                        No c991a0056116 is booked from chennai on 31/08/2018. Till 05/088/2018 ahmedabad office says to us parcel is in chennai and chennai office says to us parcel is in chennai. We are conformance to both and after more than 20 call they are saying the parcel is lost. They are saying us they are searching the parcel 3/08/2018 why they are not saying in morning. Very bed experience. My customer vehicle is pending 7 day for the parcel last 7 days. He is coming today from 350km away. I am giving him hotel bill. How can manage him. Ffcl is not give us proper answer. We are requested to all the person please do not take service from ffcl.

                          We have booked a consignment at jamshedpur, jharkhand, for delivery at bits pilani, rajasthan vide consignment no. U[protected] on 10/08/2018. But very regrettably it has not been delivered till date even after elapse of 25 days. We are suffering a huge loss (Estimated in lakhs) to non - delivery and likely to file a consumer complaint case in the local consumer disputes redressal forum, jamshedpur against the said deficiency of service.

                            My consignment under number B903Z4194361 not delivered to me due to no service area. But they not try to contact me regarding the same. I visited the office continue for last two days excluding today. On my today visit the executive who was representing the ffcl told me that there is no column to make call to customers. And they sent my consignment return back. There is a PAN card on that. Office was close on Sunday and Monday.and I received a SMS from your side on Saturday 6:30pm about the pending to contact a number and number also closed.
                            So I request you that plz give me clarification about this irresponsible activities.

                              I had send a packet from kanpur to mcleode ganj dharamshala but the same has been returned from dharamshala. Please note that the same packet contains medicine paper for bring medicine in this circumstances i cant receive medicine which are most required for me.
                              I have called to first flight dharamshala and reply from him that too much distance due to non-delivery the parcel. Please look in to the matter and take appropriate action.

                                Pathetic service of first flight courier. Total waste courier services!!!. People courier with you with faith in service delivery. Forget on time delivery, you guys have messed up with my package only. Telling me its on the way, to its returned back, with nowhere to be found. Should not have taken the consignment in case u cant deliver. Have provided phone numbers also, but why would you even care to call in case of any issues. Its the worst services i have ever seen. Not going to use it ever again. N make sure it gets a bad word of mouth in my circle. Total pathetic services. Please close it down if you can not handle. Dont play around with your customers. My tracking id: m991b7773681. Sent on 22/08/2018 from pune to chandrapur, maharashtra. Was told would be delivered in 2-3 days. But now they have miaplaced my packet.

                                  I want to say that the item (Rakhi) was booked on 20th of aug. And was expecting to receive within one week atleast, but received very late on 3rd sept. But i want to mention the things i am not happy about in points.

                                  1. Most important the item was torn not only one time but two times and
                                  Even the don't care to repositioning it properly.
                                  2. The item was received on 24th of aug. But delivered on 3rd sept. Why there
                                  Is so much delay in delivery.
                                  3. Why wrong information are mentioned on "tracking detail" on ur site.

                                    I sent a rakhi and gift courier to my brother in nagpur on 20.08.2018 and was ensured delivery within 2 working days. I paid exorbitant charge of 140/- just to ensure that it reaches my brother before rakhi. But the courier was instead sent to bangalore and was delivered to the college only after rakhi (Almost after 7 days of sending). This has really hurt my sentiments because my brother went without the rakhi on the auspicious ocassion.

                                      Hi, my First flight id J991M7593743. Courier done from lucknow on 18/08/2018 and i received courier today 02/09/2018. On Courier envelope mention that its Rakhi Inside and courior service confirm that courier will reached before rakhi. But your noida first flight courier service late it. My courier reached before 24/08/2018 at your noida office. Today when i received courier after many calls, your delivery boy told me that this courier delivered wrong address by mistake. How it is possible. On courior envelope both side address mantion how any one delivered it wrong address and who received it.please look into this matter and take action
