i am sending you this mail regarding my time spent with my very first job first flight courier limited as a mis executive for nearly two years & i really learnt a lot there which in turn helped me to become what i am today, there were both positive & negative aspects for which i will not go in deails now but i tried to make it on the positive side & gain from it & i delivered my best there but as there's a saying that whenever you cannot change things even if it is for your & others good you just have to let it go because you can't clap with a single hand so that's what i did i mean i cannot accept doing a lot for some company for which you get almost nothing in terms of respect & dignity to a person who should have deserved it a long time ago & please note i am not considering the payment part here for which i never really thought much because i knew it was very unbiased, full of partiality & extremely unjustified to consider employees who are in an union more important & of first priority there than the one who are not a part of it, i mean what you expect our of an union specially for the one where i worked so i left & had my further education in ccna & mcsa (Networking & server) course & i am now a ccna & mcsa certified person, i am in a very good job now where there isn't a virus or infection of an union system its free of it & getting every thing i needed & deserved, but its been more than one & a half years i left my job in first flight courier limited i still didn't get my pf & full & final money i mean i am literally begging for it calling the concerned person in the rho every end of the month but all has gone in vain for something i should have been given within a month after leaving i mean who does that? First flight courier limited does it!!!, they have shown their true colours i advice anyone joining there to consider their so called decision a billion times after reading this, thank you for giving me an opportunity to express my views on the company which is totally hollow from inside i really liked to sharing this with you.

I couriered two separate parcel for my in-laws all the way from nagpur to jalandhar - nakodar on friday 16th nov 2018 for a special occasion. Although it was on urgent basis and i wanted the parcel to reach on saturday but they assured me it'll be delivered by monday 19th november 2018 (Which was supposed to be the day of occasion) i agreed to it and trusted the service and i'm highly disappointed because not only it's not delivered yet it's a day late and it's still showing in transit. The service provider should first of all not make false promises/assurence second there was not single contact number which was available to register/call for complain on website. The occasion is already ruined and to top it all it's not yet delivered (Today is 20th november. I need to register complaint because my money is wasted and my parcel is still in transit.

The tracking on your website shows as delivered to someone names ashu (Whom i dont know), no contact details provided.

I have sent them an email but, no response whatsoever.

I have booked the consignement through first flight courier satna (Mp) on 12th of november 2018 and at the time of giving the consignement i asked the person over there that when this consignement is going to be delivered they have said that on 16th of november 2018 but till not they and delivered it and no one from satna office is responding to my concern as i have called them various time but no one is taking the responsibility over there. Now they are saying that delivery of the product is not our reaponsibility. Please take some strict against them.

Even the small corier like madhur provides beter delivery with very low tarrif
Fare does not matter but delivery time matters

My consignment no m991z5457819 not deliver yet, that was very important courrier from our plant pune to gurgaon, tracking shows that it arrived at destination, but neither first flight gurgaon, (Palam vihar) office pick call, nor they respond when we reach office,
We are regular customer of first flight, even after giving 2 day extension we are not getting any information about courrier, plz tell us, why we choose you by paying you desire fees..?

My pan card was send from mumbai and the docket no was b903z8387530 and as per site it was delivered on 5 nov'18 but its not recieved.
Kindly share pod copy as soon as possible.

My consignment no: a991b4060798. Not received the courier parcel which was sent on 1st of november 2018, from hyderabad to bangalore and in tracking portal it's displaying as delivered on 03rd november 2018 in bangalore. Till now on 16th november also not received the courier. It has my certificate docs. Customer care not all picking the calls. Original courier number is not reachable. Please check this on high priority and send the courier to my address and call me to my mobile number mentioned

There in no home delivery of the courier (I. E pan card) which has to be delivered by 14 november 2018 but till now they are not sending it to us and also we are trying to contact them but they are not responding and the courier agency was being closed.
I don't know what the # is this courier is not having delivery boys what the bloody courier is this and there is no response from the courier agent.

Very worst service of first flight courier, i have booked one courier from vapi to patel nagar ghaziabad. consignment number is - G991M0484371

but its still not reached due to this i have lost my deal. and most of customer care number are not active. and others are not giving proper response.

when i called to regional office Ahmadabad on [protected], and they also not giving proper response. and doing misbehave also.

and also not seeing proper tracking status online. really very worst service of first flight. If my courier will not be reach by tomorrow first half then i will raise complain in consumer court against first flight.

First flight delivery boy was not deliver to our courier .
Delivery boy was bluffing that tomorrow I was delivery, tomorrow I was deliver and thereafter today my offday thereafter he was not response through phone and hold our courier 09/11/18 to 15/11/18.

One of the worst courier service. I gave a courier on 13/11/18. But till 15/11/2018 they even doesn't send the pursual. You provide a invalid phone no. I came to know about it when I track the it. The regional centre in Rehabari Guwahati, also didn't pick up the phone.they don't give important to the customer.

Kindly note courier was dispatched from my office located in thane at my communication address through firstflight on 24th october havin pod - b992b0104780. It was reached at gurgaon hub on 26th october and no person came for delivery. On tracking it shows no person available on 13th november while i was at home full day on that day. Also no contact is working given by firstflight website.

This is very irresponsible behavior from ff as neither any information provided by them where is my courier.

Also my two courier also dispatched which is also non delivered,

Kindly look into it and resolve asap. There is transparency in system required with effective communication.

My one of the urgent parcel was booked on 05 November 2018 from Indore to Jodhpur. but still it is not deliverd as on today it self. showing reached in jodhpur from more than last 8 days. AWB No is .frist flight couriers booking dated 05 November 2018 and AWB no.is P991B1362182. every day we are getting reply from booking counter that it will deliver tomorrow and you can ask party to come at Jodhpur office and collect personally.we are don't understand that they are charge 210 Rs. for Air courier service. if it is right, in India we are surprise which Air cargo they are using . after 12 days by Air parcel still not deliverd. and nobudy is able to track that where is my parcel.

My pan card was despatched and it was supposed to be delivered by 09 november 2018. However till date i. E 14 nov 2018 it is not being delivered to me. Customer care of first flight courier is not picking up the phone. This is the worst courier company. The tracking detail showing that the consignment reached chandigarh on 02 nov 2018. I dont understand what are they not delivering the consignment. Shameless people

I appkied for change in name and address on my pan card and pan card was couriered via first flight on 2nd nov 2018, it should be reached by 12th november 2018, but still it is not delivered.
My pan not delivered till now,
I was supposed to be delivered on 12th nov 2018.
I am trying to call customercare but no response.

I have applied for pan card in r/o my ward in october-2018. I have received confirmation and allotment letter of pan card. Agency (Nsdl) also conveyed despatch details : courier agency ffcl (First flight courier ltd.). But till date i have not received pan card of my ward. I have contacted customer care of nsdl nos of times but they are frequently asking me to contact courier agency i. E. Ffcl and nos nsdl customer deptt. Provided me are not getting. Will you please tell me what should i do.in view of above, it is requested to kindly arrange to deliver pan card of my ward.
