I have got a call from my courier partner he is denied that he will not deliverd the courier on my office i will come to office and collect the courier that is my pan card
I knw the meaning of courier that is courier facility means courier will be deliverd on my addrees.
I will take the legal action on this service
The courier partner also charged some amount to customer and saying that the amount which you have paid is courier charge
I hope you will take a leagl action and cross it

    I have booked one courier on 27 oct 2018 than the courier persong told me that it will reached by 30th oct but till today (2nd nov 2018) not received. This is one of the worse service of first flight. My courier is containing with emergency medicine but due to this nonsense and more than worse dirty service my father is not able to take medicine. There is matter of life still no is going to listen. There is no customer support number and the shopkeepr from where i booked my courier is also not helping me and abusing to company. I m helpless plzzz help me and deliver my father medicine by tomorrow any how. Its too much urgent.

      Pan card was dispatched on 22.10.2018. It reached destination on 29.10.2018.
      Courier no - m991q5347923.
      Pan card was to be delivered at my destination by 1.11.2018.
      On tracking it is found that the courier was received at the destination i. E. Delhi on 29.10.2018.
      On seeing this status i remained at my address from 29.10.2018. But till today i. E. 4.11.2018 it has not been delivered to me.
      On trying to enquire from first flight at delhi no one picks up the phone.
      Neither there is any communication from first flight.
      This is causing a lot of anxiety with regard to delivery of the courier.
      I request for delivering the same to me after informing me on phone.

        I have received message about pan card that its delivery is pending due to satellite station schedule for next day delivery on 12th october, 2018. I have neither receive my documents nor any message regarding it. The mobile no mentioned in the message for assistance is totally useless. No one received calls. Poor assistant. Tracking details is not given properly on website. I had already paid for it still this is all disgusting. Very disappointed.

        I have received my pan card yesterday. Thank you consumer complaints.
        First Flight Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I booked a consignment on 24.10.18, docket no. R[protected] from Abu road to Jaipur. on tracking the consignment the results displayed state that the packet has reached Jaipur on 27.10.18 but has not been delivered till 31.10.18 at 15:26 hours and is still out for delivery.

          NSDL pan services having tieup with first flight for delivery of pan cards but first flight didn't deliver the pan card to the customer address instead they asked customer to collect their pan card from first flight office, I have contacted every official of Indore but they told customer have to collect pan card from office I have that recording. When I asked to them that I will file a return complaint, Mr. Giri 's wife called me and told me that if a fill complaint she will file a wrong sexual harassment complaint against me. I have that recording, in whole Indore they asked customer to collect pan card from their offices. Even their Indore head jitesh sharma also told me the same. They give two option to the client that, either collect or we will send it to the NSDL

            One consignment no. R991b1838318 picked up from jaipur to gurgaon on 27 october'2018 and showing delivered on 29th october'2018. But it is still not delivered to my address.

            There is no correct phone no. Available where we can search the packet.

            One phone no.[protected] does not respond.

            Packet is having important documents. Please get it deliver @ right place.

              My pan card was dispatched on sep 29 2018 from mumbai but i have not yet received until now whereas in their website tracking id it is showing as delivered on 9/10/18 with receiver name showing css $ sign. On top of that no one is attending call from the respective no mentioned in the tracking consignment id. I kindly request everyone to avoid this unethical and unprofessional company as after coming here i can see lots of people like me too have been affected like me by this company. I am also warning the company to resolve my issue at the earliest or face the heat in the consumer court.

                Respected sir / madam
                I am student of icsi. Icsi, delhi have sent me courier in first flight courier service that is on 29th september i have not received any notification regarding this parcel since it will be delivered to appropriate address. Inspite of giving a proper address with contact details i have not received my courier and without notification it has been sent back. When i contact the institute regarding books they told it has been dispatched that is how i came to know about it and when i contact first flight courier mangalore pumwell branch they did not respond and ignorantly responding..

                Very disappointed with this kind of service firstly had great expectation about the service but now very much disappointed.

                Since this is regarding to my study matter i please request you to take appropriate steps to solve this problem and need a better communicating service is required as per my expirence.

                  As per me first flight is the worst courier service provider in our country. They are not reachable anywhere. You dial any number especially bangalore number you will never get through to them. If you will try tracking the courier, for days together it will tell “out for delivery” but you will not get your parcel. It’s so frustrating that they don’t share the number to reach as well. Worst is not the word actually!!

                    Dear Concern,

                    I received message by first flight courier on 23/10/2018 that your courier is in process. But today 30/10/2018 till morning it never dispatched on given address. I start taking follow up with the first flight courier service. I realise that the courier boy given reason insufficient address. Which is very irresponsible reason give by that person. Because we receive other courier on time on the same address.

                    The very Important documents which i received late when i take followup with concern team. That courier boy even switched off his phone.
                    Very much irresponsible service received by First flight courier. You all people don't have any rights to give these type of remarks for courier. if you don't want to deliver plz close your office. Or else give the punishment to that courier boy and concern team.                       The parcel with consignment number - f991b4452195 contains document which has to be reached by iit delhi by monday (29/10/2018) otherwise application gets rejected.
                      Consignment f991b4452195 was out for delivery from bangalore on 24/10/2018,
                      First flight consignment tracking shows it has reached delhi munrika branch on saturday (27/10/2018) itself. But later it has not been updated. Customer care number of first flight not been updated. So not able to contact anyone to know the document has been delivered or not.

                      Please i want the confirmation about the parcel, that has been delivered or not.

                        They are such careless people that you can't even imagine of, it has been more than two months and i have not received my consignment yet. They say that they provide the best courier services but i think, it is completely non-sense, customer support is also not at all good, they don't have executives to whom you can share your inconvenience. The consignment was really important for me but i don't know what they are doing till date. I will just say never trust these people in emergency and go indian post which is best in terms of everything.

                          I had requested for duplicate PAN card and the delivery is done by FirstFlight Courier Service. The executive refused to deliver it to the door step and threatened saying will return the consignment back to the Head Office stating incorrect address. And the Consignment number is B903Z6177817. Is this the way you all satisfy the Customers? He (the delivery person named Raju) was very rude and was been dominant. Worst service I have ever seen.

                            My consignment was booked on 19th october 2018 from hyderabad to coimbatore. The consignment has reached coimbatore on 22nd oct 2018. The status say "out on delivery" since then but not delivered yet till date (29th october 2018)

                            The customer service numbers of the first flight is not updated and the coimbatore head office is not answering the calls.

                            My consignment contains important documents to be submitted to the local government which has a date deadline..

                            Request immediate action.

                              * my pan card was despatched from poona to secunderabad on 19th. Oct., 2018. Vide your doc. No. B903z8161401 with a promised dely. On 26th.
                              * are you a courier co or a bulluck cart service that you need 8 days to deliver in these present times??
                              * i waited till 26th but no sign of delivery
                              * from 24th to 26th i kept trying all possible nos availble for your begumpet office as well as branches but no use as none of the numbers were reachable.
                              * finally i had to send some body to your begumpet office to see position... My person was informed that the consignment was sent to your trimulgherry for onward onward dely. I got their no. Also but ph. Was not working.
                              * finally i went to trimugherry br. Myself & found this cover was lying there & i was told by a lady there that we have no dely. Boys. I could see atleast 100 pan card there waiting for dely.
                              * so finally i collected my consignment of 19th. Oct. On 27th oct. I am sure it wud not have been deliverd for another 5-6 days had i not collected it personally.

                              I had sent the courier with consignment number C991Z5004414 on 23 Oct 2018 from chenai but it had not been received to kolkata as of 29 Oct 2018. What was the point of spending 106 rupees for speed post if you guys are not able to deliver eveb after 6 days. Kindly look into this at your earliest, this is very pathtic at your end.

                                    My PAN card from NSDL was to be delivered by 25th of October. It was received to the nearest hub on 23rd of Oct. But even on 27th Oct they have not delivered it.                                         I had applied for my sister's PAN Card on 29/09/2018. Update from NSDL shows that PAN card has been dispatched through FFCL AWB and delivery date for which was 25/10/2018. Initially till 01st november when I checked on FFCL site, it showed that courier is out for delivery since 22nd October but on 01 st November I received message stating courier delivered on 24th october 2018 and FFCL site also shows same but Neither me nor anyone in my family did receive PAN Card. It's urgent, It's question of my job.

                                        Please help!!!
